함정 안전성 향상을 위한 품질관리체계 개선 방안 연구 (A Study for Improving Quality Management System of Naval Ships to Enhance Safety)

  • This study focuses on improving quality management system of naval ships to enhance safety. Recently, there were problems caused by the lack of quality management system when building Korea naval ships. Foreign naval ships are designed and built through certification by professional organizations in the commercial sector to reduce budget and enhance ship safety. Merchant ships are designed, built, operated and maintained by the organizations in accordance with the Ship Safety Act. When naval ships are exported, the ordering country requires the certification from the international classification to ensure the safety and reliability of ships. Through this study, as a method of improving the quality management system of naval ships, design verification, equipment certification and construction survey using expertise of the organizations are proposed when designing and building the naval ships.

STEP을 근거로 한 선체화물창부 구조 데이터 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ship Cargo Hold Structure Data Model Based on STEP)

  • In this study, a pseudo ship structure data model for the :.hip cargo hold structure based on STEP is proposed. The proposed data model is based on Application Reference Model of AP218 Ship Structure which is the model that specifies conceptual structures and constraints used to describe the information requirements of an application. And the proposeddata model refers the Ship Common Model framework for the model architecture which is the basis for ongoing ship AP development within the ISO ship-building group and the ship product definition information model of CSDP research project for analyzing the relationship between ship structure model entities. The proposed data model includes Space, Compartment. Ship Structural System, Structural Part and Structural Feature of cargo hold. To generate this data model schema in EXPRESS format, ‘GX-Converter’was used which enables user to edit a model in EXPRESS format and convert schema file in EXPRESS format. Using this model schema, STEP physical file containing design data for ship cargo hold data structure was generated through SDAI programming. The another STEP physical file was also generated containing geometry data of ship cargo hold which was extracted and calculated by SDAI and external surface/surface intersection program. The geometry information of ship cargo hold can be then transferred to commercial CAD system, for example, Pro/Engineer. Examples of the modification of the design information are also Presented.

  • 여객선에서 불특정 일반 승선자의 피난성능 향상과 인명피해의 최소화를 위해 선박 내에서 피난자를 안전한 곳으로 유도하는 지능형 스마트카드 개발에 앞서 승선자의 피난특성을 연구해야 한다. 이에 비숙련 일반인을 대상으로 피난특성의 기본이 되는 보행속도 측정 데이터를 실측하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 설계자에게 보다 많은 정보를 제공할 수 있는 다목적함수 최적화방법을 이용하여 선박의 주요치수를 최적화하였다. 최적화에서 운항비와 건조비가 경제성에 미치는 영향을 보다 상세히 분석하기 위하여, 건조비와 운항비를 각각의 목적함수로 하여 다목적함수 최적화를 수행하였고, RFR은 종속함수로 계산하여 변화경향을 분석하였다. 최적화를 위한 설계모델로는 운항거리가 비교적 긴 항로에 대하여, 선속이 빠르며 다른 선종에 비하여 건조비가 높은 액화천연가스 운반선을 대상으로 하였다.

  • In this paper, Internet based ship technical information management system has been developed as a means to accumulate, manage, share and utilize various distributed applications and information used for ship design and building. The information managed in the system are data from whole life cycle including concept design, basic design, detailed design, construction, operation and maintenance. In addition, using the developed system, integrated system framework is also proposed to integrate applications and database in concurrent engineering environment.

  • The application of all regulations during building phase, plus constant vigilance in operation is essential to reducing the risk of fire aboard. A Safety by design approach is increasingly important. Fire safety regulation can solve problems which are hard to be solved by HSC code(International Code of Safety for High Speed Craft). Recently HSC code is applied for ship design development or guidance to the designer and demonstrates many advantages. In this pages, ship fire Safety are realistically modeled as ship design and the shipboard fires & muster stations are analyzed using HSC Code.

  • 본 논문은 선박 블록의 조립을 위한 센서 기반 원격 모니터링 방법 및 프로토타입 시스템의 구축에 대하여 기술한다. 제안한 접근 방법은 수작업이나 광학 측정장비를 사용하는 대신, 주요 계측 지점에 조립되는 블록간 거리 측정이 가능한 센서 모듈을 설치하고, 블록간의 조립 정확도에 대한 데이타를 전달받아 원격으로 모니터링할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이를 통해 블록 조립 및 탑재 과정에서 정합의 오차를 최소화시키므로써 효율적인 선박의 건조를 지원하도록 한다.

  • 선박은 물을 떠날 수 없고, 항로의 자연환경에 따라 항행해야 하기 때문에 항행하는 해역환경에 의하여 선박의 특성이 결정된다. 중국의 남방과 북방의 해역은 상이한 특징을 가지고 있다. 즉 남방의 해역은 수심이 갚고, 북방의 해역은 수심이 얕다. 중국의 조선기술은 이러한 해역특성에 적응하여 상이한 선형이 발명, 발전되었다.

N개의 다른 도크를 고려한 선박 건조 혼합의 최적화 (An Optimization of Ship Building Mix under N Different Docks)

  • This paper deals with two most important problems, from both practical and theoretical standpoints, arising when building the ships in N different docks. Such docks have become core components of modern ship construction. One problem is to minimize the number of building docks in the shipyard, while the other is to keep the usage rate of resources fed into docks as constant as possible. In this paper the combined problem is formulated as a single-integer programming model. The LP-relaxation of this model is solved by column-generation techniques. Practical applications of this formulation are also discussed.
