Regional Information Infrastructure and Competitiveness (지역 정보 인프라와 기업 경쟁력 강화 방안)

  • Regional information infrastructure(RII) plays an increasingly important role in determining the competitiveness of companies operating within the region. The purposes of this research are (1) to identify the types of RII demanded by the companies operating within Pusan and KyungNam areas in Republic of Korea, (2) to explain the levels of RII demand using variables including organizational environment, organizational strategy, and the importance of information systems for the organization, and (3) to examine whether the types of RII demand are different depending on the competition strategies that companies are pursuing. The most important type of RII that region companies demand is information systems personnel having knowledge in systems control, systems planning, communication network, database administration, and system construction. In addition, demanded are TSDN, satellite communication network, and shareable software and hardware. The levels of RII demand are different depending on the importance of information systems(IS) roles for the businesses. The more important IS role is for a company, the more sharable computing equipments and facilities are demanded. The importance of IS role is affected by the organizational environment and organizational strategy. The levels of RII demand are different also depending on the competitive advantages that companies are pursuing. Companies focusing on achieving short-term and direct benefits using information technology tend to have higher demands on sharable computing equipments and facilities as well as on information communication services. This research is explorative in nature One major limitation of this research, therefore, is that the plausibility of the postulated hypotheses was not examined simultaneously. This research is meaningful in that it first attempted to measure the demands of regional companies for RII.

  • Semantic Web society initially focused only on data but has gradually moved toward knowledge. Recently rule beyond ontology has emerged as a key element of the Semantic Web. All of these activities are obviously aiming at making data and knowledge on the Web sharable and reusable between various entities around the world. If one of ultimate visions of the Semantic Web is to increase human's decision making quality assisted by machines, there is a missing but important part to be shared and reused. It is knowledge about constraints on data and concepts represented by ontology which should be emphasized more. In this paper, we propose Semantic Web Constraint Language (SWCL) based on OWL and show how effective SWCL can be in representing and solving an internet shopper's decision making problem by an implementation of a shopping agent in the Semantic Web environment.

Design of 10-bit 10MS/s Time-Interleaved Flash-SAR ADC Using Sharable MDAC

  • This paper presents a 10-bit 10 MS/s Time-Interleaved Flash-SAR ADC with a shared Multiplying DAC. Using shared MDAC, the total capacitance in the SAR ADC decreased by 93.75%. The proposed ADC consumed 2.28mW under a 1.2V supply and achieved 9.679 bit ENOB performance. The ADC was implemented in $0.13{\mu}m$ CMOS technology. The chip area was $760{\times}280{\mu}m^2$.

  • SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)은 세계 e-Learning 표준화 분야에서 가장 주목을 받고 있는 ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)의 표준화 모델이다. SCORM2004 RTE(Run-Time Environment) 에서 상호작용 데이터 모델(Interaction Data Model)의 기능을 활용하면 LMS(Learning Management System)가 문항을 자동 생성하여 문제은행을 보다 쉽게 구현할 수 있다. 내용학습 후에 형성평가를 실시하기 위한 문항을 학습자가 원하는 만큼 공급할 수 있다. 본 연구는 일반계 고등학교 수학교과의 삼각함수 성질을 학습하는 데 있어 RTE의 상호작용 데이터 모델로 구현한 문제은행을 갖춘 반복학습 콘텐츠를 개발하여 학습효과를 높이고자 한다.

  • SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)은 세계 이러닝(e-Learning) 표준화 분야에서 가장 주목을 받고 있는 ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)의 표준화 모델이다. ADL은 비교적 안정화 단계에 접어들었다는 평가를 받고 있는 SCORM 2004를 제시함으로써 콘텐츠의 재활용성을 높여 경제성 있는 콘텐츠 구현을 가능하게 하였고, 개발 과정에서의 효율성을 극대화 시켰다. 그러나 SCORM 스펙의 다양한 요소를 충분히 활용하면서도 게임적인 요소를 가미하여 효과적인 학습 콘텐츠를 구현 할 수 있는가에 대한 연구는 현재 매우 미약한 실정이다. 또한 IMS SS(Simple Sequencing)를 기반으로 하는 SCORM 시퀀싱 & 네비게이션은 구현 방법이 간단하지 않아 LSAL등에서 제공하는 SCORM 시퀀싱 템플릿을 거의 그대로 사용하는 것이 일반적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 LSAL 템플릿 모델 및 게임 기반 학습에 대한 관련 연구 조사를 수행하고, 게임 기반 학습에서 사용 될 수 있는 SCORM 데이터 모델을 참고하여 이를 실제 초등 학습에서 적용 가능한 SCORM 기반 에듀테인먼트 콘텐츠를 제작한다. 또한 기존의 선형적인 학습 구조에서 벗어나 수준별 학습을 실현하는 보다 구체적이고 세련된 시퀀싱 & 네비게이션 설계 방법을 제시한다.

  • In these days, our social infra which are computer and internet has been developed and our community has been digitalized with a large quantity information that can be sharable or productive. So we can say that older knowledge organization based on the man power is changing with automatical and intellectual aspect. Thus we have to apply this movement to get the high efficiency and the competitive power in the organization and to take the voluntaries attitude of operator with real time inputting or fast calculating speed. Beside most of developed countries are owned their power system analysis software. Like kind of this facts can affect for national reliance. So in this paper we propose that the suggestion for both field power system and IT how these can be cooperated. The note that this paper is came from the project which name is Graphics Power Flow analysis.

  • 본 논문에서는 가상교육 표준안으로 주목받고 있는 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model) 기반 학습 컨텐츠의 효과적인 재사용과 공유를 위해 기존의 컨텐츠 검색방법에 사용자의 이용도를 적용하는 검색시스템을 설계하였다. 이용도를 적용한 컨텐츠 검색은 학습자의 학습활동을 모니터링하여 컨텐츠에 접근한 시간 등의 로그정보를 저장한 다음에 그 로그 정보들을 분석하여 매달마다 컨텐츠별로 학습자 수와 이용시간 등의 통계값을 구한다. 이렇게 구한 통계값을 이용하여 각 컨텐츠 마다 그 달의 학습자 이용도값을 계산해 낸다. 그리고 이 이용도 값은 학습자가 컨텐츠 검색을 할 시에 적용되어 검색된 컨텐츠 결과들이 이용도 값이 큰 순으로 정렬되어 보여지도록 한다. 따라서 사용자는 수많은 컨텐츠들 중에서 원하는 학습 컨텐츠를 검색할 때 신뢰도 있고, 많은 사람들이 이용한 컨텐츠에 쉽고 빠르게 접근할 수 있게 된다.

A Recommender System for Device Sharing Based on Context-Aware and Personalization

  • In ubiquitous computing, invisible devices and software are connected to one another to provide convenient services to users [1][2]. Users hope to obtain a personalized service which is composed of customized devices among sharable devices in a ubiquitous smart space (which is called USS in this paper). However, the situations of each user are different and user preferences also are various. Although users request the same service in the same USS, the most suitable devices for composing the service are different for each user. For these user requirements, this paper proposes a device recommender system which infers and recommends customized devices for composing a user required service. The objective of this paper is the development of the systems for recommending devices through context-aware inference in peer-to-peer environments. For this goal, this paper considers the context and user preference. Also I implement a prototype system and test performance on the real ubiquitous mobile object (UMO).

  • In this paper, we studied on the effective structure of an e-Learning Korean Support System for foreigner based on computer systems which is to obey the rules of IMS/AICC International Standard regulations based on LCMS and SCORM. The most important task on this study is to support the function of self-study module through the review of the analysis and results of Korean learning and learning customs. We studied the effective PMS detail modules as well as the Standard Competency Module Management System, which related to LMS/LCMS, Learning an Individual Competency Management System, Competency Registry/Repository System, Knowledge Management System based on Community Competency Module, Education e-survey System and Module learning Support Service System. We suggested one of standard Effective Model of learning Korean Support System which is adopted in a various techniques for foreigner.

  • e-Learning은 시 공간의 제약 없이 교수자와 학습자간의 교육이 이루어진다는 장점이 있는 반면, 다양한 학습자의 요구를 만족시킬 만큼 충분한 학습 콘텐츠의 제작이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위해 ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)의 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Modeling)의 표준에 따라 e-Learning의 학습 콘텐츠를 학습객체(Learning Object)로 제작하고, 이를 SCORM의 표준을 지원하는 LCMS(Learning Content Management System)를 이용하여 관리하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. LCMS를 이용할 경우 학습 콘텐츠의 제사용성을 높이므로 학습 콘텐츠의 제작 및 관리가 무척 용이해진다는 장점이 있는 반면 탈맥락화된 학습 콘텐츠를 제작하기는 매우 어렵다는 단점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 버전관리 기법을 이용한 탈맥락화된 학습 콘텐츠에 대한 제작이 용이한 시스템을 연구했다.
