Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of sexual behaviors of college students according to internet pornography contact. Methods: Subjects consisted of 472 students of K college located in chungcheongbuk-do. The data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire from May, 21 to May, 31, 2007. Results: Eighty-seven percent (87.3%) of respondents contacted internet pornography. As for the first time they contacted it, forty-eight percent(48.3%) contacted it when they were middle school students. Forty-three percent(43.6%) contacted it one time per several months and twenty-one percent(21.2%) contacted it within 10 minutes. Sexual behaviors(hand grasping, hugging, kiss, masterbation, coitus, pregnancy, love expression in public place) showed significant differences according to Internet pornography contact experience, period, frequency, and time. Conclusion: College administration should investigate sexual behavior patterns according intemet pornography contact and provide all college students regular sexual health promotion program.

Decadence is a phenomenon that people express fear from their inside, so unsound aspects appear in the social culture when the existing society is about to be collapsed. This study covered the cultural and aesthetic meaning and the role of decadence by examining the concept and phenomenon of it and analyzing the real case of expression appeared in the modern fashion. Characteristics of decadent phenomenon were divided into sexual corruption, ideality, cynicism and extreme technique, and decadent expression appeared in the fashion images was examined based on the divided phenomenon. Main results are as fellows. People bring the incidents that animals go through into relief, sticking to animal instinct when the society is on the decline. At that time, sexual decadence becomes remarkable, so voyeurism by exposure in their dress is deepen, revealing abnormal sexual propensity with bisexual tendency and sexual perversion. The real facts and appearance of people are revealed by transforming and distorting bodies for the fear of humans inside suppressed in the fin-de-siecle mood. The sense of alienation and helplessness of people anxious about the future is developed to cynicism expressing the uncertain emotion in their dress, and the formative methods of dismantlement. destruction and abrasion appear to form sickly images in the gloomy and cold mood. The intention of affirmative decadence is realized by mixing heterogeneous styles and producing new things. Extreme decorative technique and gorgeousness are even mysterious and show the highest refinement.

Successful reproduction in vertebrates necessitates complex interactions along the brain-pituitary-gonad axis, it is determined by gonadotropin releasing hormone produced in the hypothalamus of the brain, gonadotropin synthesized in the pituitary gland, and sex hormone secreted by the gonads. The goal of this study was to secure and test technology for controlling (inhibiting) sexual maturation hormones such as maturation hormones through hormone regulation. We studied the effect on sexual maturation of zebrafish Danio rerio by tamoxifen, anastrozole, exemestane and dopamine 4 kinds of sexual maturation inhibitors to feed and after administration. As a result, 4 kinds of sexual maturation inducing substances were mixed with zebrafish feed, it could be concluded that all of them were effective in inhibiting sexual maturation by reducing mRNA levels of genetic materials related to sexual maturation.

Sexual maturity in poultry is controlled by a complex neural circuit located in the basal forebrain, which integrates the central and peripheral signals to activate hypothalamic gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) secretion. This study demonstrated the changes of GnRH-I, POMC and NPY mRNA transcription in hypothalamus and IGF-I and leptin levels in serum of Shaoxing ducks during puberty. Body weight increased progressively from d30 to d120 and at d120 the flock reached 5% of laying rate. A significant upregulation of hypothalamic GnRH-I mRNA expression was observed from d60, reaching the peak at d120. POMC and NPY mRNA expression in hypothalamus showed a similar pattern, which increased from d30 to d60, followed by a significant decrease towards sexual maturity. Serum IGF-I levels exhibited two peaks at d30 and d120, respectively. Serum leptin displayed a single peak at d90. The results indicate that the down-regulation of POMC and NPY genes in hypothalamus coincides with the up-regulation of GnRH-I gene to initiate sexual maturation in ducks. In addition, peripheral IGF-I and leptin may relay the peripheral metabolic status to the central system and contribute to the initiation of the reproductive function in ducks.

This study aims to investigate the concepts and characteristics of Metrosexual and Ubersexual image which are the recent fashion phenomena representing the lifestyles of comtemporary men, and to analyze the design of contemporary men's fashion based on the represented characteristics of these sexual images. To accomplish these ends, various related publications, articles and papers, divers serial publications, and numerous internet articles are collectively reviewed for theoretical studies, and design analysis are conducted for content analysis(style, color, material, detail, etc) using photo data taken from the collections from 2001 through 2006. The results of this study shows that recent appearance of Metrosexual and Ubersexual fashion image represents the change of aesthetic standards in the contemporary society. With the influence of sociocultural phenomena which allow the pursuit of individual personality, the contemporary men, instead of expressing the socialized sexual identity, came to acquire the freedom of sexual identity which represents their personal desires. As an expression of hmnan will to pursue unrestricted sensibility and aesthetic sense, these sexual phenomena of Metrosexual and Ubersexual will be reinterpreted and reappear in various forms as the social atmosphere and aesthetic standards changes.

The purposes of this study were to collect basic data on education of Sexuality(Health education) of consciousness & value of sexuality of elementary school children. 584,6th grade students in elementary school in Yong-In city were analysed and the results are as follow; 1. Knowledges of sexuality for children was at a average level, especially "physical change of puberty" and "sexual violence" were well recognized but "the physical characteristics of male & female" and "physiological phenomena of men" were less recognized. Attitudes of sexuality were positive for "relationship with partners" and "expression of mind". Practices of sexuality were at a low rate in the case of "shaking hands with partner" and "experience of sexual behavior". The Value of sexuality was at a high rates in the case of "the role of sex", "equality" & "self-identification", therefore students need good education of sexuality from childhood 2. Sexuality education of students increased knowledges of sexuality as a consciousness. There was no relationship between attitudes and pratices of sexuality. Educated children valued sexuality move highly than uneducated children. This result shows that education is needed with regard to both the knowledge and value of sexuality in a planned system. We need some program to provide more information on sexual attitudes and practices. 3. There was a high correlation between the consciousness of sexuality and value placed on it. As sexual awareness increases amongst students codes of morality develop Positive sexual attitudes served as good role models for sex. In particular positive sexual attitudes have a big effect on sexual values. In addition, as sexual awareness and attitude increase amongst students the role of sexual development. The elementary school phase sexual values are developed and determined. It is therefore an important phase.

본 연구는 rotifer Brachionus rotundiformis의 유성생식을 유도하기 위해 효과적인 매개물질로 몇 가지 성 steroid hormone (serotonin, progesterone 및 ${\beta}$-estradiol)을 선정하여 농도별(Low, 30 mg/L 및 High, 300 mg/L)로 내구란 생산효과를 6일 동안 배양하면서 조사하였다. 배양 3일째 ${\beta}$-estradiol ($E_2$) 처리구가 다른 실험구에 비해 유성생식률이 20.6%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 배양 6일째 내구란 생산수(106 개)도 동일한 결과를 보였으며 다음으로는 serotonin이 높게 나타났다. 더하여, 위 스테로이드 호르몬이 몇 가지 유성생식관련 유전자의 발현에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사한 결과, NrbP, SRY, Cyclin 및 MrpmB 유전자가 처리한 모든 hormone에 대해 up-regulation되는 경향을 보였다. 결과를 종합해보면, B. rotundiformis의 내구란 생산에 가장 효과적인 steroid hormone은 ${\beta}$-estradiol인 것으로 판단되며 유성생식 관련 유전자로 NrbP, SRY, MrpmrB 및 Cyclin을 제안할 수 있다. 차후 효과적인 내구란 생산을 위한 $E_2$의 최적 처리농도규명에 관한 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal meanings of dolls and dolls' images expressed in modern fashion show. Dolls are used as sacred object, decoration object, playing object, personified object or cherished object. The expression types of doll image in modern fashion are as following; substitutes of multi-ego, object of sexual desire, objectified creature, and medium of transcending fantasy. First, dolls image as substitutes of multi-ego had been expressed in magical expression, disgusting mask, transparent mannequin, expressionless, horror, conflict, loss of identity, exaggeration or escapism. Second, as object of sexual desire, dolls image are expressed as naked baby, ambiguous expression, naked body, voluminous body, emphasized specific bodypart, heavy makeup or wax doll of sexy actresses. Third, as objectified creature, dolls are human body in passive form. Human bodies are disassembled and reassembled as dolls. Such dolls reflect serious reality. They wrap up human like product and objectify it. Fourth, dolls image expressed as medium of transcending fantasy recollects youth age or expresses imagination on ambiguous virtual reality. Like this, dolls have value as creatures in various fields of modern fashion. Dolls contribute a lot in creating important inspiration. Dolls also expose internal mentality and represent ego. Externally, dolls express human shape becoming more and more materialized and objectified by advancing scientific technology in digital capitalistic society.

Metro-Sexual is one of the most representing case showing contemporary life style of men that rooted into public already. The fundamental feature of this Metro-Sexual is the conversion of men's costume style to womanness which also could be seen from the history of clothes. The former works about sexual image, expression of sexual identity, androgynous and borderless phenomenon have been referred as base of this work. To analyze Metro-Sexual in modern social/cultural factors through such existing works will be critical part of understanding entire fashion trend in this day beyond sexual limit. As research method, former works, references, various fashion magazines and fashion related sites was used to grasp conception and womanity of Metro-Sexual. In a limited time interval from $2001{\sim}2006$ for practical work, silhouette, detail, trimming, colors, items, patterns and accessories were analyzed selected from famous S/S, F/W men's fashion collection magazine and internet site of professional fashion institute. It is obvious that Metro-Sexual already spread out in men's fashion based on such social/cultural background as new century's icon that regarded as critical factor in researching contemporary men's fashion and of the future.

본 연구는 교도소와 치료감호소에 수감되어 있는 성폭력 가해자의 경험에 대한 연구로서 이론적으로는 성폭력 가해자의 경험의 본질구조를 살펴보고자 했고 실천적으로는 성폭력 가해자들의 재범을 막고 치료적 감호프로그램을 제공하기 위한 사회복지실천 개입의 근거 자료를 구축하고자 했다. 연구는 Van-Manen(1990)의 분석틀을 원용하여 해석학적 현상학적 방법으로 수행했고 연구에는 7명의 성폭력 가해자가 참여했다. 자료는 심층면담으로 수집했으며 해석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 여론의 피해자라는 인식, 카인의 표식, 견본생활(show window)로 인한 성찰기회의 상실, 구별짓기(distinction)를 통한 집단차별화, 허물을 벗고자 하는 형이상학적 존재의 발현, 과학적 관리기술의 역이용, 상상계(the Imaginary)로부터의 미분화(undifferentiation), 도치된 소통으로 나타난 성행위, 통제받음의 반동형성으로서 지배영역을 찾음, 아동의 성마저 상품화하는 자본주의 속성에서 자유로울 수 없음, 성정체성 사회화과정에서의 왜곡, 억눌린 욕망의 화신으로 각인된 부상, 상실된 어머니의 순결성 회복, 산산이 부서진 이름으로서의 가족 등으로 나타났다.
