In this paper, a platform was proposed that can service the streaming of location based real-time video-clip for smart-travel-services to work with PPL(Product Placement). The location information of drama like as LTE GPS and Beacon were used to provide the drama video with the PUSH service. And PPL DB with the attributes like as picture, video, music and URI(Uniform resource Identifier) was designed. As a result, this platform could provide the location based video streaming service that could replace the original PPL properties, color or shape, with the other properties by the interactive tagging the PPL DB in drama scenes. The proposed platform could provide the location based real-time video streaming service that can alter the PPL properties with the request of service provider.

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the uniform management of the dental hygienists in Korea. Methods: The study was carried out by direct telephone survey to dental gygienists in Gangneung, Wonju, and Seongnam from March 15 to April 10, 2015. The subjects were seventy dental clinics by random sampling. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects(4 items), infection control education(3 items), and infection control activity(9 items). Cronbach's alpha was 0.781 in the study. After informed consent from the dental hygienists, the survey was done by telephone. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 program. Results: The dental hygienists taking infection control education tended to wash the uniforms twice a week (${\chi}^2$=15.95, p<001). The majority of the dental hygienists thought that the best washing place of uniform would be dental clinics than any other place (${\chi}^2$=38.76, p<001). Conclusions: It is very important to implement the infection control education for the dental hygienists. The establishment of standard guideline for infection control of the uniform washing will enhance the dental service quality and satisfaction of the dental service consumers.
The purpose of this study is to propose changes that can be made to improve nurse uniforms in terms of outfit and functionality based on actual wearing conditions and nurse's preference. The proposed nurse uniform was composed of a blouse and pants. The design was as follows: the blouse had short set-in sleeve with China collar, a princess line, and it came down to middle hip. Armhole action pleats and back inverted pleats were embedded for convenient arm movements. The pants waist had a rubber band at the back waist, and the crotch length and the knee width were increased for activity. To make the pocket more accommodative, separate pocket slots treated with silicone were added to prevent belongings from coming out of the pocket. The pink tone of the uniforms, as well as the stripes on the blouses and spandex incorporated pants were based on nurses' preference. the nurse uniforms were produced after measuring the size of women in the age of 25 to 29, and the uniform patterns were corrected after two wearing experiments. Wearing test was examined in terms of appearance and functionality. For appearance, experts gave the uniforms a mean rating of 4.30, and nurses gave a mean rating of 4.00. Functionality was evaluated in terms of ease of activity and storage aspects. The total mean of ease of activity in nursing service was 4.30, whereas the evaluation of storage in terms of pocket position and convenience was 3.80.
As a case study of an ex-post evaluation of regulations, in this paper I evaluate the 'uniform settlement rate requirement', a regulation that was introduced in 1986 and that was applied to the international telephone market in the U.S. for more than 20 years. In a bilateral market between the U.S. and a foreign country, each U.S. firm and its foreign partner jointly provide international telephone service in both directions, compensating each other for terminating incoming calls to their respective countries. The per-minute compensation amount for providing the termination service, referred to as the settlement rate, is determined by a bargaining process involving the two firms. In principle, each U.S. firm could have a different settlement rate for the same foreign country. In 1986, however, the Federal Communications Commission introduced the Uniform Settlement Rate Requirement (USRR), which required all U.S. firms to pay the same settlement rate to a given foreign country. The USRR significantly affected the relative bargaining positions of the U.S. and foreign firms, thereby changing negotiated settlement rates. This paper identifies two main routes through which the settlement rates are changed by the implementation of the USRR: the Competition-Induced-Incentive Effect and the Most-Favored-Nation Effect. I then empirically evaluate the USRR by estimating a bargaining model and conducting counterfactual experiments aimed at measuring the size of the two effects of the USRR. The experiments show remarkably large impacts due to the USRR. Requiring a uniform settlement rate, for instance, results in an average 32.2 percent increase in the negotiated settlement rates and an overall 13.7 percent ($3.43 billion) decrease in the total surplus in the U.S. These results provide very strong evidence against the implementation of the USRR in the 1990s and early 2000s.

Generally, the wireless network provides priority to handover calls instead of new calls to maintain its quality of service (QoS). Because of this QoS provisioning, a call admission control (CAC) scheme is essential for the suitable management of limited radio resources of wireless networks to uphold different factors, such as new call blocking probability, handover call dropping probability, channel utilization, etc. Designing an optimal CAC scheme is still a challenging task due to having a number of considerable factors, such as new call blocking probability, handover call dropping probability, channel utilization, traffic rate, etc. Among existing CAC schemes such as, fixed guard band (FGB), fractional guard channel (FGC), limited fractional channel (LFC), and Uniform Fractional Channel (UFC), the LFC scheme is optimal considering the new call blocking and handover call dropping probability. However, this scheme does not consider channel utilization. In this paper, a CAC scheme, which is termed by a uniform fractional band (UFB) to overcome the limitations of existing schemes, is proposed. This scheme is oriented by priority and non-priority guard channels with a set of fractional channels instead of fractionizing the total channels like FGC and UFC schemes. These fractional channels in the UFB scheme accept new calls with a predefined uniform acceptance factor and assist the network in utilizing more channels. The mathematical models, operational benefits, and the limitations of existing CAC schemes are also discussed. Subsequently, we prepared a comparative study between the existing and proposed scheme in terms of the aforementioned QoS related factors. The numerical results we have obtained so far show that the proposed UFB scheme is an optimal CAC scheme in terms of QoS and resource utilization as compared to the existing schemes.
The object of this study is to understand the problems of combat uniform garments through a survey regarding current wearing conditions, and furthermore to propose a combat uniform design more well suited to movement and body type. For this study, a survey of soldiers on active service was conducted. Based on the analysis of the survey results, a design that addressed the weak points of the garments currently in use was proposed. Four sets of experimental garments were created and in addition to present combat uniforms used in sensory tests to evaluate appearance and movement. In terms of the results of the evaluation of the appearance and movement evaluation. the test garments were generally received more favorably than the uniforms in current use.
This study is conducted to improve the fitness of Air Force winter service uniforms pants through the development of a pants pattern drafting method and automatic pattern drafting program for mass customization. The initial study pattern drafting method is formed through an analyses of 4 kinds of conventional pants pattern drafting methods for education and 3 kinds of conventional pants patterns of Air Force apparels. The initial study pattern drafting method is converted into the final study pattern drafting method after twice conducting a wearing test. To verify the final study pants pattern, a motion adaptability evaluation, an ease amount evaluation and an appearance evaluation are conducted. The results of the final study patterns were better than conventional winter service uniforms in the motion adaptability evaluation and the appearance evaluation. However, the results show similar values between the final study patterns and conventional winter service uniform patterns in the ease amount evaluation. An automatic pattern drafting program was developed based on the final study pattern drafting method. The program allowed the achievement of customized pants patterns through the placement of customer body sizes into the size input window. It also provided two kinds of ease amount and two kinds of waist belt level options.
This research has been done based on the Jeon Si Gwa(田柴科) regulation, the monumental inscription material and the former studies. The background of adapting the official uniform regulation in the early Goryeo Dynasty has been surveyed. Differentiating criterion in the official uniform color like purple(紫衫), red(丹衫), red(緋衫), and green(綠衫) has been studied. The official rank had been classified by the color of the official uniform in the early Goryeo uniform regulation. The lower class had worn purple(紫衫). The purple wearing class had not been the government post but the official rank. Those who worked for the Palace had worn purple color since purple color represented the Imperial Palace on which TAI-IL(太一), that is, the highest one of gods dwelt. Those who had worn red(丹色) in the monumental inscription had worked for the job associated with the military service or Hanlim savant(翰林學士) of Kwangmun Academy(光文院) and Hanlim Academy(翰林元). Dan Seo(丹書) which recorded King's commands also means the monumental inscription. In the Goryeosa(高麗史), the military class had been only in Dan Sam(丹衫). That means those class worn Dan Sam(丹衫) could have been as the strong supportive class for the Dynasty. In the early Goryeo Dynasty, the four colored uniform regulation had followed the enforcing policy of the royal authority. It has been assumed that the uniform regulation had been used as a way of enrolling the new supporting class into the existing official system. Dan Sam(丹衫) which had been worn only in the early Goryeo can be seen as the special class for strengthening the royal authority.

We propose a frizzy traffic controller of Sugeno's fuzzy model so as to model the nonlinear characteristics of controlling the traffic light. It uses a degree of the traffic congestion of the preceding roads as an input so that it can cope with traffic congestion appropriately, which causes the loss of fuel and our discomfort. In order to construct fuzzy traffic controller of Sugeno's fuzzy model we first model the control process of the traffic light by using Mamdani's fuzzy model, which has the uniform membership functions of the same size and shape. Next we make Mamdani's fuzzy model with the non-uniform membership functions so that it can exactly reflect the knowledge of experts and operators. Lastly, we construct the fuzzy traffic controller of Sugeno's fuzzy model by learning from the input/output data, which is retrieved from Mamdani's fuzzy model with the non-uniform membership functions. We compared and analyzed the service level of the traffic light controllers by using the delay time. As a result of comparison, the fuzzy traffic controller of Sugeno's fuzzy model shows the best service level of them.

This study aims to analyze Sungkyunkwan Students' uniform during Chosen dynasty through literature and paintings. Confucian scholar's coshime of Chosen dynasty was said to imitate that of Chinese counterpart's. The first Confucian scholars costume, which was officially instituded during King Taeiong's reign, was a Yugon worn on the head and a Chongkeum (blue collar). But Chinese Gukjagam students'uniform in the early Ming years was a Nansam and later became a blue Wonryong which reflected the changes in the Ming Period. Though Chosun's Chongkeum was the official Confucian scholar's costume on record, it was not worn widely. Corfucian scholars rather wore a red Jikryong or a white coat up to the mid-Chosun dynasty, and in the late Chosen period, a black Danryong or a red Danryong were more popular for Confucian scholars. Because the official Confucian scholar's uniform Chongkeum was not used widely and other costumes were worn more popularly, various attempts had been made to adopt the Nansam, like that of Ming's, as the official Costume scholar's uniform from King Snio to King Youngio. Finally, King Youngjo decided to adopt the Nansam as the official costume for those who passed the civil service examination, ending the controversies concerning an official costume. We cannot find the Nansam and the Aengsam of the late Chosen period from the paintings either. This conirms that Aengsam was the costume which originated from the late Chosun period. The term "Chongkeum" was used either to imply "Confucian scholar' or to indicate various 'Confucian scholar's costume rather than its original meaning of blue collar.
