Modern telecommunications are increasingly demanding the addition of complex switching features to switching system software. These improvements also should satisfy customer demands for quick provisioning of new service features. But whenever we have developed the switching system in various types, we met problems that are lack of system engineers and short developments terms. We need new guidelines of software design to meet the demands and overcome our problems. So we propose new software platform, scenario driven call control engine (SDCCE) for ATM switching system software and implement an effective call control software using scenarios for ATM Switching System. A scenario is a set of procedures and supplementary scenarios written in data structure and gives benefits to easy adapt new or modified function by adding a scenario. The goal of SDCCE is to increase reusability and readability of software. Especially, it gives a good software extensibility and maintainability. And when we developed ptmp call processing control software, we could get high productivity by reusing scenarios and procedures of ptp call processing control software. We applied the scenario driven call control software to ATM switching system.

Advances in the Internet and network technology and the rapidly growing number of personal devices result in the fast growth of E-Commerce, M-Commerce. Nowadays, location-based services are widely used in E-commerce. A location-based service (LBS) is a service based on the geographical positions of mobile handheld devices such as smart phones or tablet computers. In this paper I will view the combination of the E-commerce and LBS.

The existing wired emergency call such as 119, 112 have its own location information to serving immediate rescue service. For the case of wireless emergency call by mobile phone, the location information should be provided by wireless network. This paper describes the network architecture and protocol for mobile emergency service referring TIAlEWJ-SID-036-A with reviews about technical issues, legacy factors and related researches. The mobile emergency service is divided into mobile emergency rescue service and mobile emergency alert service. The network reference model for mobile emergency rescue service is released in KOREA. In this paper, the interfaces between elements of the network reference model, and service scenarios, message flows are defined. Supplement to mobile emergency rescue service, the network reference model, interfaces and message flows for mobile emergency alert service are developed. The protocol is described by DID, and the proposed works are on processing for domestic standard of TTA.

연구목적: 본 논문은 CCTV에서 확인하기 어려운 도심 생활안전 이상상황을 감지하기 위해 다종 복합 센서 정보를 활용한 서비스 구축방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법:본 연구는 실제 테스트베드 데이터를 기반으로 서비스 시나리오를 선정하고, 주요 수요처인 지자체 스마트도시통합운영센터 운영자를 대상으로 서비스 중요도 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과:서비스 시나리오는 크게 주야간 동적 객체 감지, 급격한 객체의 온도변화 감지, 시계열적 객체의 상대 온도변화 감지 유형으로 도출되었다. AHP 분석 결과, 사람, 차량 등 동적객체로 인한 보행, 모빌리티 충돌 위험상황 서비스와 즉각적인 대형 재난으로 이어지는 화재 전조현상 감지 서비스의 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 결론:본 연구는 테스트베드 실데이터 기반으로 지자체에서 활용 가능한 이상감지 서비스 구축방안을 제시한 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 지자체의 서비스 도입 의사결정을 지원하는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

Since traffic congestion ratio at any given port fluctuates on the number of arriving and departing vessels, the total tonnage of freight volume being handled, and the number of berth in operation and other factors, there exists a need to numerically analyze the waterway traffic volume. However, there are no effective regulations in regards to the waterway traffic analysis prior to expansion of a port facility. The current analysis requires the traffic analysis in relation only to the width of the waterway, which clearly falls short of achieving a comprehensive evaluation study that could be used in consideration of port expansion.This study provides five scenarios to execute a comprehensive evaluation study and base for the sensitivity study by analyzing the scenarios. As a result of the sensitivity analysis, the A, B, and C scenarios varies the average arrival ratio of the berth shows 1.1, 1.19, and 1.28 times of delays respectively. Also, The D and E scenarios take place malfunctions of pier shows 1.21 and 1.53 times of delays respectively. Therefore, various strategies of harbor development and method of harbor management are needed for the flexible correspondence to the environmental changes such as the excessive increasing of the freight volume and often taking place of malfunctioning.

In this paper, we present an intensive patient monitoring service through the Internet, which enables medical doctors to watch their patients in a remote site, to monitor their vital signs and to give them some advices for first-aid treatment. The service consists of three service objects: Monitoring Information Service(MIS), Vital Sign Monitoring Service(VSMS) and Multimedia Consulting (MCS). Through the MIS, medical doctors can get information about the patients currently under monitoring, including their names, ages, genders, symptoms, current main complaints and current locations. The VSMS enables medical doctors to monitor in real-time patients' vital signs such as electrocardiogram (ECG), respiration, temperature, blood oxygen saturation (SpO$_{2}$), invasive blood pressure (IBP), and non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP). It also generates alarms when the patients are likely to be in a critical situation. The MCS provides a real-time multimedia desktop conferencing facility for watching patients and instructing attendants to administer some first-aid treatment. We carried out some experiments according to two different scenarios. The intensive patient monitoring service was functioning well in a 100Base-T Ethernet LAN environment.

본 논문에서는 기존의 웹(인터넷)기반의 정보 제공 서비스의 범주를 벗어나, 음성 및 웹 브라우저 기반의 VoiceXML을 이용하여 웹과 음성 인터페이스를 동시에 사용할 수 있고 GPS 정보의 응용이 가능한 분산 환경 기반의 여행 정보 서비스를 제안한다. 기존의 여행 정보 콜 센터의 자동응답 서비스는 사전에 제작된 시나리오대로 운영돼 이용시간이 많이 걸릴 뿐 아니라 응답 내용을 바꿀 경우 시나리오를 다시 짠 후 녹음을 다시 해야 하는 불편함이 있었으나, 제안된 VoiceXML 기반의 여행 정보 시스템은 파일형태로 개별 대화 시나리오를 만들어 서버에 내장하는 방식으로 이루어져 시스템 개편이 쉬우며, GPS 정보를 이용한 사용자의 현 위치를 인지하고 이에 따른 다양한 여행 정보 서비스를 오지 환경과 같은 환경적 제약 변수에서도 쉽게 제공할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다.

In this paper, I tried to analyze the relationship between the market structure of teleommunicatin industry and market performance using Economides and Lehr's results considering composite goods methods. And I took three policy scenarios into account. First, government tires to implement the policy which divides the integrated monopoly into network operator and service provider, then invite competition to service part. Second, government tries to implement the policy which invite the competition to service part only. Third, government tries to implement the policy which invite the competition to integrated duopoly. I gained the best result in the third scenario. So we can conclude that Parallel vertical integration is the best market structure. I also specially checked the relationship between the market structure and service quality. I gained the best service quality in the third scenario. So we can conclude that Parallel Vertical Integration is also the best market structure with regard to the service quality.

This study focused on realizing the UX pattern elements for Wordpress service, and applying the UX pattern approach to enhance UX consideration in Wordpress theme service. The Wordpress UX pattern system was developed based on web UX pattern analysis, and on characteristics of Wordpress components and theme filtering tags. The Wordpress UX pattern system was further analyzed in 22 popular Wordpress themes and 20 web UX scenarios, to evaluate its working by defining theme UX as a case study. The Wordpress theme filtering service GUI was designed based on the Wordpress UX pattern system as a design suggestion. Web technology is evolving rapidly, and web design has become a ready-made service with less user experience consideration, or design creativity. This study directs to keep track of UX value in an emerging web service paradigm.

차세대 모바일 인터넷의 진화에 따라 2G, 3G, 4G, B4G 이동통신 무선접속네트워크가 공존하게 되며, 기존의 통신 서비스 제공자들은 통합 서비스 제공자로 융합되고, 다수의 가상 서비스 제공자들이 발생하게 될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 복잡한 미래의 융합 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 미래 인터넷에서는 무선 액세스 네트워크가 융합되고 다양한 서비스 제공자들에 의해 공유되는 무선 네트워크 가상화가 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 미래 무선 액세스 네트워크 상에서 여러 서비스 제공자들의 다양한 무선 액세스 기술들이 유연하게 통합 운영될 수 있는 무선 액세스 네트워크 가상화를 위한 망 구조와 가상화 시나리오에 대해서 고찰한다. 본 논문에서 도출된 차세대 이동통신 네트워크를 위한 무선 액세스 망 구조 및 가상화 시나리오는 앞으로 무선 액세스 네트워크 가상화 알고리즘 개발을 위한 기틀 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
