According as services that offer multimedia streams are activated on the Internet, users who use these services we increased extremely. As a result of this, the increase of network traffic was occurred. Also it caused the problems such as the discontinuous playback in case of the s#ream playback and the asynchronization between a video and an audio. To solve these problems, it needs a method that guarantee the stable playback of media streams and a method of media transfer that can interact between a service user and media. Existing related researches has achieved the synchronization through various methods, but did not shown the results of satisfaction in the aspect of interaction. In this paper, we inserted the interactive objects in each media file, designed functions that these objects can use each other's information, and solved the interaction and the synchronization between a video and an audio. Also, we solved the discontinuous playback of a stream by the insufficiency of network bandwidth through using variable buffers.
The number and variety of products and services offered by companies have increased dramatically, providing customers with more choices to meet their needs. As a solution to this information overload problem, the provision of tailored services to individuals has become increasingly important, and the personalized recommender systems have been widely studied and used in both academia and industry. Existing recommender systems face important problems in practical applications. The most important problem is that it cannot clearly explain why it recommends these products. In recent years, some researchers have found that the explanation of recommender systems may be very useful. As a result, users are generally increasing conversion rates, satisfaction, and trust in the recommender system if it is explained why those particular items are recommended. Therefore, this study presents a methodology of providing an explanatory function of a recommender system using a review text left by a user. The basic idea is not to use all of the user's reviews, but to provide them in a summarized form using only reviews left by similar users or neighbors involved in recommending the item as an explanation when providing the recommended item to the user. To achieve this research goal, this study aims to provide a product recommendation list using user-based collaborative filtering techniques, combine reviews left by neighboring users with each product to build a model that combines text summary methods among deep learning-based natural language processing methods. Using the IMDb movie database, text reviews of all target user neighbors' movies are collected and summarized to present descriptions of recommended movies. There are several text summary methods, but this study aims to evaluate whether the review summary is well performed by training the Sequence-to-sequence+attention model, which is a representative generation summary method, and the BertSum model, which is an extraction summary model.

Development of digital information and internet technology causes the changes of technology environments and companies, and the variety of customers needs has been dynamically changed in terms of integrating information system with customers satisfaction. Moreover a new logistics concept is needed through the sharing information between suppliers and consumers, which maximizes the customers service and its flexibility by changing functional-oriented to process-oriented. Many research papers on transportation studies have focused on the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) and Vehicle Scheduling Problem (VSP). However in the real world, it is known that it takes long time to build vehicle scheduling in the process of transporting the amount of orders from the logistics center to the vendors due to the realistic constraints. This paper presents a framework design for each process enabling delivery planning automatically using heuristic algorithm. In addition, an interactive delivery planning system is implemented utilizing the proposed algorithm.

The study is to find the possibility of cooperation between civil servants as a mediators for changing a society in a region into community of practice. "Community" is the value-oriented concept and exists in a local community, a community of practice and a organization that have the characteristic of "Community." Public libraries as "Community" have both characteristics of local community and community of practice. And public libraries as community gives public services for neighborhood region problem-solving to people. But in Korea, Residents autonomy system in Dong gives the service to people. They all conducts the business for changing a society in a region to community of Practice. Therefore the study conducted a survey about sense of community and necessity of cooperation in the business. The results are following: The group of higher awareness on community feels less needs to corporate the work in community than the group of lower awareness on community; The group of higher awareness on community or the group having more experience on community have lower job satisfaction. Therefore the motivation on working for community is needed for the mediator.
An Apartment Veranda is a transitive space which is being used for many different purpose. A Rear Veranda which is connected to the kitchen is an important space for the housekeeping work and it should be planned carefully to reflect the rational and functional designs. Therefore the objective of this research is to suggest a systematic basis for the practical space planning of the Rear veranda that meets the varied needs of consumers by examining its usage pattern through the analysis of the apartment occupant's behavior pattern stored item the degree of satisfaction and consumer requirements. The research was conducted mainly on apartments built after 1990. The following are the conclusions from the research : 1. Most of the research respondents were aware of the absolute need for the Rear veranda. But they expressed dissatisfaction with the space usage. This indicates that the Rear Veranda planning does not reflect the functionality of the space and concentrates on the idea of providing consumers a service space based on the size of the apartment instead. 2. Although the Rear veranda is used as the multipurpose housework space it is mainly used as the laundry and storage space. This shows a big deviation from the concept of the utility space. Because the behavior pattern associated with the Rear Veranda is largely influenced by the traditional life pattern the development of the Rear Veranda as an exclusive space for the housekeeping work. 3. According to a high frequency of the storage of the laundry related item in the Rear Veranda indicated by the research the Rear veranda is used as the laundry room as well as a auxiliary storage space by most people. The installation of gas range is expected to increase due to the expansion of the usage function of the Rear Veranda space. The installation of a specialized refrigerator to store the traditional food is demanded. 4. Consumers need more efficient and functional storage device because the temporary shelves are often being used as the storage device. The perception of the storage device is assumed to have been influence by the traditional life style.

This study examines the actual operation status of the Korean children's library cultural program and analyzes the service type and operation status. Through this, it seeks the direction of cultural programs that can accommodate the needs of the users and establish the identity of the library. This study analyzes 856 kinds of cultural programs found on the homepage of 48 children's libraries in Korea. It was found that the lecture type programs for elementary school students were operated the most. In addition, most of the students participated one to three times during the lower grades of elementary school by their parents' recommendation. The satisfaction level of experiential cultural programs was the highest.
In this paper, we propose an intelligent vocabulary recommendation agent that automatically provides vocabulary corresponding to game-based learners' needs and requirements in the mobile education augmented reality game environment. The proposed agent reflects the characteristics of mobile technology and augmented reality technology as much as possible. In addition, this agent includes a vocabulary reasoning module, a single game vocabulary recommendation module, a battle game vocabulary recommendation module, a learning vocabulary list Module, and a thesaurus module. As a result, game-based learners' are generally satisfied. The precision of context vocabulary reasoning and thesaurus is 4.01 and 4.11, respectively, which shows that vocabulary related to situation of game-based learner is extracted. However, In the case of satisfaction, battle game vocabulary(3.86) is relatively low compared to single game vocabulary(3.94) because it recommends vocabulary that can be used jointly among recommendation vocabulary of individual learners.

Providing real-time location information is emerging as a major goal of the national industry. In order to provide such real-time location information (3D spatial information), it is essential to develop a technology for a satellite positioning method. Therefore, the country continues to make efforts to increase satisfaction with the needs of consumers by introducing the Network RTK GNSS method. In this study, among the Network RKT GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) methods provided by the National Geographic Information Service, continuous observation and single observation were measured at the integrated reference point using VRS(Virtual Reference Station) and FKP(Flӓachen-Korrektur Parameter) to evaluate accuracy. In addition, we aim to maximize efficiency by presenting accuracy on the rapidly increasing Network RTK GNSS method in the field.
There was a new wave in grocery business with development of information and technology, thus a movement from traditional stores to online stores, In order to expand the scale of traditional supermarket and to satisfy the customers' needs, they provide offline and online services simultaneously. This paper is based on the previous studies which had been researched in developed countries from late 1990s to early 2000s and the purpose of this study is to introduce the idea and operation system of e-Grocery business. Moreover, we suggest the alternatives on delivery service methods in order to satisfy the customers' needs through analyzing the current condition of e-Grocers in Korea. According to the result of this study, Korean e-Grocers offer only attended home delivery services. In our opinion, Korean supermarkets have to take hybrid model which Tesco.com is using. There are some alternatives to increase the profits of Korean e-Grocers and to provide better services to their customers as follows: As an alternatives for delivery services, picking service is the easiest and cheapest way to apply for supermarkets. This is very useful for working women and also it is possible to order by smartphone recently. They can order the goods to the closest local supermarkets from working place, and then they pick them up on the way home from working off. In order to improve the quality of delivery services, to use the reception box will be the way to provide better services to the customers. The reception box is a way to protect the quality of goods such as fresh-cut product, which require the freshness through the temperature adjustment, and also to keep the safety of ordered goods through locking system Through this system, supermarkets are able to use attended or unattended services under the customers' satisfaction. However, using the reception box is expensive, so shared reception box will be an alternative. As an alternative for development of e-Grocery business, the advertisement for e-Grocery business has to be supported in order to attract potential customers in e-Grocery business. Furthermore, the main concerns of e-Grocery business such as the sanitation and safety of goods, and convenience must be guaranteed in order to keep the loyal customers and to attract new customers.
This study was conducted to examine the present state, types of services, difficulties, education programs, motivation, satisfaction and attitude of hospice volunteers and also to suggest supporting programs for the volunteer. For these purposes, a questionnaire was distributed among the 200 hospice volunteers in ten hospice organizations in Daejeon and Chungcheong province. In this research, 85.5% of the respondents were women and most of them were housewives in their forties and fifties. The majority of hospice volunteers had an education background of more than high school. Christianity (94%) was the dominant religion of volunteers. Among the service area of the hospice, emotional caring, such as listening closely and establishing empathy were the most frequently done by the respondents and the next one was spiritual care. Hospice volunteers who had started with altruistic motivation show more dynamic activities in emotional, spiritual, physical caring and so on, than those with non-altruistic motivation. Most of the respondents expressed that they felt a hospice volunteer was valuable. However they had a hard time to overcome the sorrow coming from sharing empathy with the dying patients. Those who had started with altruistic motivation usually took part in two times per a week and had more positive attitude. Volunteers who had been working more than five years showed better attitude than those who had been working less than three years. The longer the voluntary services, the more positive attitude experienced by volunteers. Hospice volunteers encountered the most considerable difficulty with lack of background knowledge and their actual capability. Insufficiency of time was the next reason for the considerable difficulty of the hospice volunteer. On the other hand, those who served more than twice per week replied that lack of background knowledge and their capability were the least considerable difficulty. Insufficiency of time was the reason of difficulty for male volunteers, as well as for females under thirty and those in their forties and fifties respectively. Generally most of the hospice volunteers (70%) were satisfied with their services and they usually satisfied with physical caring, spiritual caring, hospice's family caring. The less difficulty in voluntary services, more satisfaction for the volunteers in the end. There is a positive correlation between a attitude of the hospice volunteer and frequency of voluntary services while the volunteers' difficulty affect negatively their attitude as well as the frequency of voluntary services. Most of the hospice volunteers want to have more education about basic skills, volunteer's attitude and role, spirituality, the way of attending on the hospice and so on. Most of them considered discussion and sharing different cases as the most effective method. They also wish to had more supporting programs for the hospice volunteers(in the order of their needs) such as regular events, newsletters, personal concern, social meetings among the volunteers, insurance and minimum expenses. Based on the study results, more programs should be run in order to activate the voluntary services regardless of their gender and education background. A continuous practical supporting policy and education programs are required in order to provide special education and training courses considering every field of voluntary services. Expanding the role of the volunteers allows them more opportunities to take part in voluntary services and th activate participation. It is necessary to establish a new hospice system as a part public medical system, which can not only facilitate the voluntary services for a hospice but also enhance professional hospice volunteers. Finally, experts are needed to operate the voluntary services effectively.
