기존의 온라인 상에서 제공되는 번역서비스의 경우 번역의 진행이 의뢰자와 번역참여자 외에 접근이 한정되어 폐쇄적으로 진행되며, 자동번역서비스의 경우 아직 번역문의 정확도와 완성도가 보장되지 않는 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 의뢰자와 번역참여자 뿐만 아니라 불특정 다수의 참여자가 번역의 수정과 평가에 참여할 수 있도록 수익성 모델을 부여하여 결과적으로 집단지성을 갖게 되는 웹기반 번역서비스를 제안한다.

Recently, there are many problems of service qualities such as regular-rapid-safe -comfortable transport, that was traditionally advantages in urban railway transportations. These problems cause train delays that affects consecutive schedule, capacity, operation plans, and it is hard to prevent the propagation of delay and find the recovery solution. Because the urban transport demands is continuously increased and the railway service is also expanded, the railway operation company makes efforts to improve operation performance and efficiency for passengers. In this paper, we analyse the issues and problems existing in the major operation line of high-density urban railways, and suggest the development direction of intelligent operation technology to improve the urban railway service by minimizing the occurrence and propagation of delay. And the result of numerical case study is also presented.

This paper proposes the algorithm to solve emergency service restoration problems using efficient reconfiguration method in distribution system. In this algorithm, we try to avoid the blackout of important loads by considering service rank. It is possible to reconfigurate the system by using fuzzy inference results in which was reflected the expected distribution power, line capacity and service rank. A 27-bus, 32-branch model system is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

In this paper, we investigate the scheme to improve the position accuracy using GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System). Then we configure the real-time DGPS environment with use of NTRIP currently being in service on the DGNSS central office of MLTM(Ministry of Land and Transportation). And we verify the improvement of position accuracy and the continuity of GPS correction data through the DGPS test in Chungbuk line and Joongang line.

많은 기업들이 e-Business를 적극 추진하고 있으나, 기대한 만큼의 경영성과를 올리고 있는 기업은 거의 없는 실정이며, 더 나아가 e-Business의 회의론까지 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 e-Business는 Product & Service Leadership, Operational Excellence, Customer Intimacy 확보 차원에서 지속적으로 성장할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 Off-line 기업의 IT 설비투자 확대, Off-line 기업과 온라인 기업간의 적절한 조화, 기업간 협력 활성화, 닷컴 기업의 경쟁력 확보 등이 갖춰지면 e-business는 향후 우리에게 새로운 도전과 기회를 제공할 것이다.

울진 원전 3,4 호기 확률론적 안전성 평가 (PSA) 모델을 risk monitor 모델로 변환하여 한국원자력연구소에서 개발한 risk monitor인 Risk Monster[1]에 설치하였으며 이를 이용하여 필수냉각수 계통(ESW;Essential Service Water) 펌프의 가동중 정비(on-line maintenance)의 가능성 여부를 연구하였다. ESW 펌프를 가동중 정비하더라도 안전성 측면에서 별 문제가 없으며 경제성 여부는 보다 정확한 검토가 요구되나 상당히 있는 것으로 판단된다. 한편 ESW펌프 한대의 고장이 원전 가동중에 미치는 위험도를 분석하였으며 그 결과 ESW펌프 한대의 고장에도 불구하고 원전 계속 가동에는 큰 문제가 없었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze death injuries and operation troubles of urban transit. No difference was shown in death rates between Line 1 of Pusan urban transit and Line 5, 7, And 8 of Seoul metropolitan transit. And relief time by another train did not depend upon the number of crews. We concluded that thorough inspection and preventive maintenance of trains and facilities are necessary for safe and timely service of urban transit.

In this paper, we survey the parallel machines scheduling problem with GoS eligibility constraints so as to minimize the makespan. Our survey covers off-line, online and semi-online scheduling problems. In the case of online scheduling, we only focus on online scheduling one by one. Hence we give an introduction to the problem and present important results of the problem.

The digital private line network provides synchronous data communications over dedicated facilities at several speeds. This service became available to several major metropolitan areas in 1986 with speeds of 4800, 9600, 56000 b/s. The network is expected to grow to include many city areas. In this paper, synchronization plan for the network is proposed.

To service with high quality electricity to customer, the utilities consider the DAS (Distribution Automation System) as a good means of it. The backbone of the DAS are communication and computer technique. Most of all, from the economical and functional point of view, the selection of transmission media for system communication is the key factor to achieve a successful DAS. In this paper author propose the method of the DAS communication which share its channel with CATV transmission line and analyze the effect.
