MoSA-CRM System for Customer-Oriented Information Service Provision in Mobile Environment (모바일 환경에서 고객 맞춤형 정보서비스를 위한 MoSA-CRM 시스템)

  • Along with the evolution of wireless internet environment, information services in mobile internet are being explosively increased. However, due to the high expense for the use of those services, it is not easy to collect the devoted customers. In order to overcome the adverse conditions, the service should be supported by a strategic application system which facilitates easier and fast service for customer's information needs than that of traditional on-line internet. In this paper, we investigate the strategy how to provide the information service under the customer satisfaction, and also consider some ways of personalization of information service and information provision in real-time. As a result of the works, we develop a system, MoSA-CRM(Mobile Service Application based on CRM) to support customer-oriented information service. We believe that the MoSA-CRM system can provide some benefits for information providers in mobile e-commerce market such as flexibility in business strategy, systematic customer relationship management, and growth in financial ability.

Automotive telematics market segmentation based on quality expectations

  • This paper explores the possibility of segmentation of consumers based on their quality expectations toward the automotive telematics service. Hypotheses on utilizing consumers' expectations toward the automotive telematics service for the market segmentation and linking the segments with optimal product designs are formulated. Samples are segmented based on their perceived service quality to the service attributes from various configurations of automotive telematics service. Then, a regression analysis on the segmented groups of users is performed to check whether they have qualitatively differing evaluation on the service quality. The result indicates that the proposed segmentation is operational and differing product attributes configuration is desirable according to the characteristics of the consumer segment. Hence, according to the characteristics of each consumer segment formed based on their expectation toward the telematics service, a product differentiation strategy of the automotive telematics system can be designed and be proposed to the product line designer.

  • Imaging spectrometry or hyperspectral imaging is a recent development that makes possible quantitative and qualitative measurement for food quality and safety. This paper presents the research results that a hyperspectral imaging system can be used effectively for detecting fecal (from duodenum, cecum, and colon) and ingesta contamination on poultry carcasses from the different feed meals (wheat, mile, and corn with soybean) for poultry safety inspection. A hyperspectral imaging system has been developed and tested for the identification of fecal and ingesta surface contamination on poultry carcasses. Hypercube image data including both spectral and spatial domains between 430 and 900 nm were acquired from poultry carcasses with fecal and ingesta contamination. A transportable hyperspectral imaging system including fiber optically fabricated line lights, motorized lens control for line scans, and hypercube image data from contaminated carcasses with different feeds are presented. Calibration method of a hyperspectral imaging system is demonstrated using different lighting sources and reflectance panels. Principal Component and Minimum Noise Fraction transformations will be discussed to characterize hyperspectral images and further image processing algorithms such as image band ratio of dual-wavelength images and its histogram stretching with thresholding process will be demonstrated to identify fecal and ingesta materials on poultry carcasses. This algorithm could be further applied for real-time classification of fecal and ingesta contamination on poultry carcasses in the poultry processing line.

  • The development of the Internet of Things led to new services that did not exist before. This required a change to the existing network. This study aims to verify the service quality, satisfaction, repurchase intention relationship, and the moderating effect of online reviews of Chinese consumers using fashion shopping malls. The results of the study showed that from the perspective of consumers in their 20s and 30s in China, the type, reliability, convenience, and interaction of service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. In addition, negative reviews among online reviews had a great influence on repurchase intention. Based on the results of the study, it will help improve the effect on online product reviews and in-depth understanding of the acceptance of online product reviews for online fashion shopping malls, and establish strategies for fashion companies to effectively manage online product reviews information.

The Effect of Continuous Provision of On-line Hygiene Education Program on Hygiene Management Performance of Children's Cafeterias (온라인 위생교육프로그램의 지속적 제공이 어린이급식소 위생관리 수행도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of developing and continuously providing on-line hygiene education programs on the improvement of hygiene conditions in children's cafeterias. As a result of the 2020 sanitation and safety checklist analysis, 6 items (personal hygiene, separate use, clean ventilation, temperature control of refrigerators, country of origin, food distribution) were derived and on-line hygiene education programs for each of 6 items were produced. ① Customized educational materials and self-inspection checklists were provided to 208 children's cafeterias. After that, educational videos were provided through Kakao Talk twice a week for 6 months, and they were made available for viewing at any time through YouTube upload, ③ Kakao Talk Through this, a quiz related to the educational video was conducted to give feedback for interaction with the cook. As a result of analyzing the total hygiene and safety checklist score of all registered facility catering centers by visit order, in 2020 it was 82.8 points/100 points, but in 2021, it was 84.2 points (1st round), 89.3 points (2nd round), 91.4 points (3 points) The score improved significantly (p<0.001) as the on-line hygiene education program continued. As a result, significant (p<0.001) changes were observed in the items of 'Knife, chopping board' and 'Sanitation clothes, sanitary hat, sanitary shoes, apron, and sanitary gloves', confirming a clear improvement effect. Therefore, it is considered that the on-line hygiene education program will play a positive role in showing a lasting effect on improving hygiene management in children's cafeterias.

  • After 1974 an EMU, which is the first line opened, the car's term of endurance is introduced, End of life on the step, gradually the rate of cars out of service are increasing. In the country, we consider about recycled source, aspects of social economic of cars out of service and so on, treat efficiently and reasonable. According to research first we make investigations about the present situation and the actual condition of cars out of service then we should lay out schemes efficiently.

  • This paper reports the political supporting platform, and the outcome evaluation model, which was developed for the Korean on-line game companies that have started to go abroad to publish their games. When they begin to sell their games, they have many difficulties in promoting in other countries including the USA & EU. They try to find solutions to solve these problems, but on-line games still do not have a successful business model because of their unique attributes and environmental features, even though they spent a lot of money and time to enter the international on line game market. Thus far, the local on-line game supporting policy has tried to improve the world competitiveness of local companies by doing diverse activities, such as Global Service Platform(GSP) service, international game competition, and globalization, marketing. On the other hand, there has been only a small number of fruitful results except for GSP. Therefore, in this paper, the result of GSP was verified using the Global on-line game Supporting Chain Model(GoGSCM), which is the new political supporting and evaluation model through survey targeting GSP participations. As a result, GSP was evaluated based on the compatibility, efficiency, effectiveness, and continuity.

  • Distribution Automation System(DAS) is designed to improve operational efficiency by acquisition and control of remote data using its components such as central computation units, communication network and feeder remote terminal units. A conventional human machine interface of the DAS adopts a schematic diagram which is made by drawing power equipments on the geographic information system map. The single line diagram is more useful than the schematic diagram for the main tasks of distribution system operation such as protective relay coordination, service restoration and loss minimization. Since the configuration of the distribution line is changed according to the relocation of the open tie switches, the auto-drawing algorithm based on the connection between the sections and the switches is an essential technique. This paper proposes a new auto-drawing algorithm for a single line diagram of distribution systems based on tertiary tree and collision avoidance method. The feasibility of the proposed algorithm has been testified for various cases using practical distribution system with 12 feeders.

  • Advanced EMU have been enhanced in terms of safe transport and maintainability. It is a new urban railway technology that enables an operation institution to cut repair and maintenance costs and customers to use convenient service at lower costs based on IT technology. If a development vehicle of Advanced EMU is completed, it will be used to test the entire advanced EMU system through sufficient performance check and reliability check prior to operation in commercial line. It will also verify efficiency, safety, punctuality and energy efficiency of transport. Accordingly, it is necessary to figure how to repair and maintain vehicles to enhance safety of Advanced EMU system in cooperation with operation during the period of comprehensive evaluation on the operation of a development vehicle in a test line. In this paper, we investigated the maintenance program of Advanced EMU on test operation in Dabul line. The test condition and operation environment of Advanced EMU in Daebul line was analyzed.

  • The KTX, which have opened the revenue service in April 2004, is operating in Kyoung-Bu high-speed line and electrified conventional Ho-Nam line, and the more the electrification are enlarged, the more the requirement of operating of high speed train would be increased. In this paper, the result of test run and evaluation on the suitability of operating high speed train in electrified conventional line between Dae-jeon and East Dae-gu was reviewed. Evaluation and analysis was executed in specific categories, such as operation & running performance of the train considering vibration characteristics based on UIC 518, ride comfort and current collection, and response sensitivity of ATS device for signalling from track facility. The result of this running test was evaluated and considered as a good practice for revenue operation of high speed train in electrified conventional line between Dae-jeon and Dae-gu.
