효율적인 상수도 유수율 관리 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of an Efficient Water Count Management System)

  • 일상생활 및 제반 활동을 유지시키는 중요한 사회 기반 시설은 상수도이다. 본 논문에서는 상수도 관리의 기본이 되는 유량의 계측과 분배, 관리를 위한 상수도 유수율 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 상수도 유수율 관리 시스템의 개발은 상수도 시설의 유지관리와 상수도 시스템의 효과적인 운영을 위한 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하여 양질의 수량 공급과 합리적인 용수 수요량의 예측 및 누수 방지를 위한 상수도 기반 시설의 설계 방향을 제시할 것으로 판단된다.

공공서비스 중간고객의 품질, 만족, 신뢰의 인과모형 분석 (Analyzing the Causal Relationship between Qualities, Satisfaction, and Trust in Public Services: an Intermediary Customer Perspective)

  • From the perspective of employees working for public service agencies, we analyzed the causal relationship between service quality, relationship quality, design quality, customer satisfaction, and trust in public services. We conduct statistical analyses on the quality attributes we derived from a critical incident technique(CIT) analysis and build a measurement model, which has a second-order hierarchical structure. Survey data was collected from social work, childcare, and healthcare services. Using a structural equation modeling method, we identify a causal model and simultaneously estimate factor loadings and path coefficients. We find that all the quality dimensions are antecedents to satisfaction and then satisfaction precedes trust. The results show that service quality and design quality mediate in parallel the effect of relationship quality on satisfaction and both relationship and design qualities have stronger effects on satisfaction rather than service quality.

  • This study aims to the recognize the importance of uniform design and provide empirical data to companies after getting the effects of uniform design in cosmetics companies on service quality perception and customer satisfaction. For this, a preliminary survey was conducted against 30 college women (aged 20s) from 'K' University, and effective samples were obtained from 250 people. In terms of a research method, collected data were coded and analyzed using SPSS. The respondents' characteristics were analyzed using descriptive statistics. For reliability analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was used. For a validity test, factor analysis was performed. In addition, correlation analysis was carried out to examine multicollinearity among variables. The analysis results found that the characteristics of uniform design have a positive effect on service quality and customer satisfaction. Among the characteristic of uniform design, however, functionality wasn't confirmed in a relational test. This kind of result was obtained because the uniform was mostly analyzed from customers' perspective, not from the wearer's standpoint. It is expected that the study results would be helpful in establishing brand identity through the improvement of the importance of uniform design.

  • This clinical note introduces a method to assist surgeons in performing single-tooth dento-osseous osteotomy. For use in this method, a surgical guide was manufactured using computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing technology and was based on preoperative surgical simulation data. This method was highly conducive to successful single-tooth dento-osseous segmental osteotomy.

  • Objective: Service industry has become the most important industry among various economic activities, as the percentage of service related industry in advanced nations is over 60% of their GDP and the percentage of service industry in South Korea, a traditional manufacturing nation, now takes up over 60% of the entire economy. Background: Such industry paradigm shift has changed consumers from those that simply purchased products into groups of people that evaluate the companies that manufacture products, thereby further intensifying competition among companies and increasing the importance of integrated communication between companies and consumers. However, the excessive existence of sub-identities that have been developed for integrated management of the existing corporate identities, as well as the undifferentiated general management strategies by companies are creating confusion not only for consumers but also for various corporate interest parties. In addition, service identity strategy has become the most important strategy than any other sub-identity strategies in forming corporate identity at the increased importance of corporate service in the era of service industry. However, the current domestic circumstance is that the concept of service identity has not been well established through specific related studies. Method: Accordingly, the existing academic and field studies on the corporate identity(CI), brand identity(BI) and product identity(PI) used for the communication with consumers were reviewed in this study to establish and summarize the concept of service identity(SI) that appeared at the service economization. Results: The purpose is to examine the kind of change that could be brought about by SI for the corporate integrated identity strategy developed through the existing corporate, brand & product image in order to present a new direct in corporate identity strategy according to the industry paradigm shift through a SI centered new corporate identity framework. Conclusion: For preparing the new era of service industry, the corporate integrated identity strategy must be integrate with concept of service identity and which is essential to differential from other companies. Application: The proposed concept and framework of service identity on this paper will help to understand and clearly define why service identity is important factor of the new idea of corporate identities.

  • 글로벌시대에 있어 관광산업은 주요 수익사업으로서 국가 및 지자체에서 양질의 관광 경험을 제공하기 위하여 다양한 노력을 하는 실정이다. 다양한 관광 콘텐츠에 있어 본 연구의 목적은 글로벌 시대에 부합하는 무장애 지하철 서비스에 관한 연구로서 기존의 신속, 안전, 질서화된 수송으로부터 양질의 쾌적함과 전방위적인 서비스 체험의 제공으로 확대하기 위함이다. 사례연구로서 서비스디자인 방법을 통해 한 중 양국의 지하철 서비스시스템을 비교 분석하고, 이용자의 서비스 체험을 개선하여 지하철 서비스시스템의 이용자 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 무장애 지하철 서비스시스템을 제시하였다. 그 결과 편의 시설, 언어 문제, 보안 장비, 승차 환경 등 17개 분야의 20개 매력적 품질 요소(Attractive Quality Attribute)가 지하철 서비스의 질적 향상과 체험을 획기적으로 향상하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다는 연구 결과가 나왔다. 또한, 서비스 공간 시나리오(Service Spatial Scenario)의 구축을 통해 최적화된 지하철 서비스시스템을 가시화하여 이에 대한 이해를 도움으로써 전략적인 애플리케이션을 만드는 데 참고할 수 있도록 한다.

COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 대학신입생의 회복탄력성: 자원 증진 프로그램의 개발 (Resilience among Undergraduate Freshmen during the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Development of Resource Promotion Program)

  • Undergraduate freshmen are currently encountering numerous difficulties in adapting to college life due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, several studies have underlined the need to develop interventions focused on undergraduate students' resilience during this situation. We adopted the service design method in identifying the difficulties faced by undergraduate freshmen during this pandemic, and also developed interventions for raising their resilience. The service design method is a person-centered approach which adopts the user's viewpoint in developing solutions, thereby enabling their requirements to be satisfied. Surveys and in-depth interviews revealed that undergraduate freshmen were experiencing psycho-emotional problems which were derived from schoolwork and college life. This is particularly the case with students who are experiencing greater levels of academic difficulty, and were insufficiently equipped with resources such as stress-coping strategies and social support. Four undergraduate freshmen were recruited online to test the effectiveness of a resource promotion program aimed at enhancing their resilience. This program has proved to be helpful in relieving daily/academic stress and in building relationships among freshmen, regarding which the participants showed a high level of satisfaction. The results were discussed by focusing on psycho-emotional difficulties and resources of college freshmen, as well as the effectiveness of the resource promotion program. Further research is required in order to verify the efficiency of the program and to confirm conclusions.

유휴 컴퓨팅 자원을 이용한 디지털 콘텐츠 전송 서비스 시스템에서의 작업할당기법 (A Job Scheduling Method for Digital Contents Delivery Service System using a Idle Computing Resources)

  • 다중 서버 환경에서 사용자의 요구 서버를 처리하는 서버를 결정하는 데 있어, 시스템의 전체 성능을 극대화시키고 서비스 요청의 응답시간을 최소화하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷상의 유휴 컴퓨팅 자원을 이용하여 다중 서버 환경에서 구축된 콘텐츠 전송 시스템에 적합한 작업할당 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 클라이언트 요구 작업의 예상 서비스시간, 각 서버의 가용길이, 각 서버의 부하량을 퍼지화하고 전문가 지식을 이용하여 새로운 서버 선정 방법을 제시한다. 기존의 방법에 비해 우수한 성능을 증명한다.

  • The purpose of this study utilizes the service design methodology centered on the lives and experiences of rural residents, who are the main beneficiaries of the service, to derive specific problems and needs, and to propose a service improvement plan suitable for the rural residential environment. The study selected Dosan 2-ri Village, Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do as the target of the survey, used personas and Customer Journey map of service design method to derive specific core issues and insights from the village residents. By developing this, the final five service directions for 'Air care service', 'Self-driving garbage collection and treatment service', 'Emergency/disaster networking service', 'Contaminant removal service' and 'Mobility share service' were derived and presented according to each key keyword. This study is not just a study to grasp the actual conditions of the rural residential environment, but it focuses on the lives and experiences of rural residents and extracts elements that can respond to changes in the lifestyles and patterns of the residents. It can be used as a basic material for more realistic improvement of rural residential environment and service development research. Most of the existing studies on residential environments and spaces is focused on urban areas, and there is a limit to the use of rural areas in residential areas. Therefore, by making recommendations for improvement of residential environment services suitable for rural areas and by creating residential spaces and environments in rural areas in a comfortable and safe manner, it is thought that it is possible to contribute to improvement of satisfaction in rural areas and improvement of healthy housing welfare as well as to improvement of the quality of life of residents of rural areas.

Improvement of Mobile U-health Service System Using Feces and Urine Sensing U-Care Scheme

  • This paper presents a novel method to design and implement mobile u-health system by defining the essential elements of mobile healthcare services. We choose common service elements for the proposed u-healthcare scheme and design the service platform. Especially we focus on automatic feces or urine sensing u-care scheme to prove the effectiveness of our platform. We construct the system with sensing part with a manikin and a diaper, wireless communication part with feces or urine sensing data, and coordinator system based on the u-health platform defined in this paper. Experimental results show that our scheme is useful in the area of u-care service for the handicapped, the elderly, and patients who can hardly move by themselves. In addition the designed scheme offers a realized u-care scheme with the purpose of advanced developing tools for application or service developers.
