증강현실 콘텐츠의 맥락 기반 디자인 방법론 연구 (Context-based Design Methodology For Augmented Reality Contents)

  • 본 연구는 장소에 기반한 증강현실 서비스의 콘텐츠 디자인을 위해 사용자의 맥락을 기반으로 한 통합적 디자인 방법론에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 모바일 서비스에 관련한 미디어 콘텐츠는 다이내믹한 환경과 사용자의 맥락을 고려하여 디자인이 되어야 하며, 이에 따라 증강현실 콘텐츠를 위한 맥락 기반 디자인 방법론을 제안하고자 하였다. 디자인 방법론 연구를 위해 새로운 디자인 방법론을 제시하기 위한 연구사례들을 파악하고 여러 방법론의 통합적 접근방식을 이해하였다. 이 방법에 기반하여, 맥락 기반 디자인 방법론들을 조사하고 이를 통합하고자 하였다. 맥락 기반 디자인 방법론에는 두 가지 상반된 연구방법이 있으며, 두 연구사례들을 분석하고 장점을 통합함으로써 종합적인 맥락 기반 디자인 방법론을 제안하고자 하였다. 이는 새로운 기술이 적용되고 있는 증강현실 콘텐츠 제작에 있어 향후 디자인 방법론으로써 이용하는 데 도움이 되고자 하는 목적을 지니고 있다.

패션 제품 소셜 라이브 스트리밍 서비스(SLSS)의 인지적 공유를 통한 서비스품질 지각과 구매경험의 조절효과 (Perceived Service Quality through Cognitive Communion of Social Live Streaming Service (SLSS) of Fashion Product and Moderating Effect of Purchasing Experience)

  • Consumers' shopping experience has recently expanded to mobile and social networks; in addition, online fashion retailers started to focus on real-time interaction services as an emerging marketing tool. This study explores the consumer' shopping experience based on social live streaming services (SLSS) to investigate consumer's response behavior and effects through perceived service quality. An online survey method was conducted and a total of 186 female consumer panels were collected. The results indicate that cognitive communion of co-experience had a significant effect on perceived SLSS service quality (responsiveness, contents informativeness, playfulness, system availability). Service quality of SLSS (responsiveness, contents informativeness, and playfulness) had significant effect on trust in SLSS seller while system availability had no significant effect. Also, trust in seller showed significant effect on purchase intention. Last, it was confirmed that the moderating effect of purchasing experience of SLSS was significant in the relationship between cognitive communion and responsiveness/playfulness. There was also an additional significant moderating effect of purchasing experience between system availability and trust in seller.

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm Customer Voluntary Performance as a new strategy that contributes to Service Quality and maintains customer Relationship, and to understand how Service Quality and Relationship Benefits on Customer Voluntary Performance. To pursue the above purposes, the experimental model showing the working process was designed like this: Service quality - Relationship Benefits - Customer Satisfaction - Relationship Quality - Customer Voluntary Performance. To accomplish the experimental study, questionnaire method was chosen and targeted women living seoul. 721 questionnaires were used in last analysis. SPSS 8.0 was used in analysis of data. The results show that (1)Customer satisfaction was affected by Service Quality and Relationship Benefits affirmatively; (2)Relationship Quality was affected by Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Relationship Benefit; (3)Customer Voluntary Performance was affected by Relationship Quality and Customer Satisfaction; (4)Service Quality and Relationship Benefits influenced on Customer Voluntary Performance. This study has a important meaning that it provides marketing strategy on satisfied relationship maintenance and customer satisfaction creation.

  • Purpose: This study examined how many determinant factors (service dimensions, food quality, and price perception) affect revisit intention. This practical concept is service quality (SERVQUAL), customer satisfaction, and repeated/revisit behavioral intention based on the theory of reasoned action (TRA). Research design, data and methodology: This research applied a hybrid mixed-method comprising exploratory and explanatory sequential design by Creswell (2014). The 400 responses were collected in four townships in Myanmar. This study drilled down to exploratory factor analysis (EFA) followed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) prior to test the hypothesized factor structure of all the variables resulted in the form of the goodness of fit. For further data analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to test the relationships among the variables of the proposed model. Results: The results showed that perceived service quality, food quality, and price perception have direct effects on customer satisfaction and indirect effect on revisit intention. The perceived service quality has the most significant influence while the food quality has the least influence on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: The results are useful for the restaurant managers to better understand the significant strategic choice factors to improve higher quality service amongst restaurants both domestic and international under the stiff competition.

  • In this paper, the membrane and buckling analysis of beams with various shaped brackets is performed by using the finite element method. From the viewpoint of minimum structural weight, a optimum design method to determine the optimal shapes and scantling of brackets under design load is proposed by investigating the effects of beam depth, bracket length and aspect ratio on the structural weight. Also optimal design data and charts for the brackets to support transverse girders or web frames of actual ships are provided. By the present design method, it is possible to perform optimum design of brackets used in actual ships, which could result in considerable reduction of structural weight or cost, increase of dead weight and service speed of ships.

  • The service level of Metro stations is affected by the design criteria such as platform area, width and length of stairways, and the number of turnstile, etc. The Korean station design process utilizes peak-hour volume as design volume. Hourly volume, however, can not explicitly account for the variation of traffic and consequently the variation of the level of service within the one-hour time period. Movements in various areas inside of stations are simulated with a queueing network under various operating conditions. A discrete simulation tool called SIMUL8 was utilized. Based on the results, peak volume for 15 minutes period was recommended as a preferred base volume over the peak-hour volume for station design purpose to realistically account for user delays under. Simulation runs also confirmed that escalators have positive effects on passenger processing capacity and on securing stability of passenger flows in stations.

  • In this paper, we proposed cross-layered approach of video codec and communication system for the efficient video streaming service. Conventional video streaming is served by divided system which consist of video codec layer and communication layer. Its disintegration causes the limitation of the performance of video streaming service. With the cross-layered design, each layer could share the information and the service is able to enhance the performance. And we proposed the selective retransmission method in communication system based on the cross-layered system that reflect the information of encoded video data. Selective retransmission method which consider the characteristics of video data improves the performance of video streaming services. We verified the proposed method with raw format full HD test sequence with H.264/AVC codec and MATLAB simulation. The simulation results show that the proposed method improves about 10% PSNR performance.

초고속인터넷 가입자망의 대역설계 (Bandwidth Dimensioning for High-Speed Internet Access Networks)

  • 최근 통신사업자들은 통신설비의 효율화 및 새로운 수익창출을 위해 하나의 공통된 IP 네트워크에서 기존의 초고속인터넷서비스에 음성서비스와 비디오서비스를 동시에 서비스하는 Triple Play Service를 제공하기 시작했다. 본 연구에서는 최근 이러한 통신서비스의 변화를 고려해 IP 네트워크에서 TPS 제공을 위한 가입자망의 대역설계 방법에 대해 몇 가지 대안을 제시하고, 제시하는 각 방법의 특성을 수치실험을 통해 비교 분석하여 가입자망의 실용적인 설계방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 우선 연결레벨에서 초고속인터넷서비스와 프리미엄서비스를 위한 대역설계 방법을 제시하고, 두 서비스가 대역을 공유하는 TPS 환경에서 각 서비스의 서비스 품질을 보장하기 위해 가입자 수용장치의 대역을 논리적으로 분리하여 대역을 설계하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 방법을 바탕으로 ns-2를 이용해 가입자의 규모에 따른 설계대역량을 제시한다. 또한 프리미엄서비스의 서비스 품질을 보장하기 위해 앞서 산출한 연결레벨의 설계대역량을 이용해 패킷레벨에서 DiffServ 기반의 엄격한 우선순위스케줄링 방식을 통한 차별화된 서비스 제공방안을 가정해 기존의 FIFO 방식과 성능실험을 통해 비교 분석한다.

  • 인터넷 확산으로 인한 정보량의 급증으로 사용자가 원하는 정보에 손쉽게 접근하고 체계화 되지 않은 정보를 재정리하고 요약하여 인지하기 쉬운 정보로 보여주는 정보 시각화기법에 대하여 점차 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 정보디자인은 사용자가 접하는 상황을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 디자인되어야 하는데, 시스템적인 측면을 강조하여 시각화하는 방법을 사용함으로서 사용자의 인지를 어렵게 하는 문제점을 갖고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 정보 전달의 효율성 개선을 위한 지도 정보 검색 서비스에 대한 연구로써 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 설계 원칙에 대한 고찰과 정보시각화 시스뎀 평가 기준과의 상호 비교를 통해 얻은 평가 리스트를 통하여 지도정보 검색서비스의 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 문제점을 분석하였다.
