To promote information service and to encourage active participation from the group categorized as the alienated class(group of people) this study suggests the basic concepts and strategy for the information services to alienated class who does not have full public library services. The paper classifies three separate groups of alienated groups, handicapped. poor(economically unfortunate group) and elderly group. The service shall consider their needs from their own Point of concern and interests. There are three distinctive considerations, infra structure(facility building, space. place). administrative consideration, and equipments. Infra-structure includes the planning of the space to facilitate the equipments and reference materials which will be control)ed and moderated by a librarian. Administrative service includes the development for the educational system between the end users and external experts. It also includes the individualized education system for each group Material and equipment consideration should include the each group's specific needs such as the infra-structures which is provided for the handicapped person.

In this paper, relative service differentiation in JET based optical burst-switched networks with deflection routing is presented. It differs from conventional schemes in that it tries to make the loss rate of high class bursts as low as possible while maintaining the desired proportional ratio between the high class bursts and low class bursts. Strategies applied to it are dynamic wavelength allocation and the preemption which are combined to deflection routing. With dynamic wavelength allocation, the number of wavelengths allocated to high class bursts are dynamically changed. Preemption which gives more preference to high class bursts is also applied to decrease its loss rate. To lower the loss rate, deflection routing is applied for any kind of traffic. With those strategies, the suggested scheme shows desired properties that the loss rate of high class traffic is as lowered as possible. A queueing model for the scheme is developed to approximate loss ratio and the numerical results show that the proposed scheme provisions relative service differentiation.
The purpose of this study was to provide fundamental data and implication for forming desirable viewpoint of mathematics lesson critique and for improvement of expertise in lesson by compare and analyze the viewpoint of mathematics lesson critique of pre-service and in-service teachers. For the achievement of the purpose, The lesson critique materials of each 25 pre-service and in-service mathematics teachers were collected and arranged, and compare and analyze the viewpoint of mathematics lesson critique of pre-service and in-service teachers by using the standard for analyzing viewpoint of lesson critique composed of two categories, five main codes and 18 sub codes. The results of this study, both pre-service and in-service teachers have tendency for criticising lesson focusing on the practice rather than plan of lesson and both pre-service and in-service teachers showed evaluative reaction in most of critical statements and used positive ones rather than negative ones. The only pre-service teachers, though minor of them, showed non-evaluative reaction in criticising class and most of the statements were just description and explanation without any their own judgement for the scenes and activities of lessons and most of pre-service teachers have tendency to include reflection and introspection for their own class in lesson critique.
This study explored the effects of pre-service elementary teachers' inquiries into science class dilemmas. By closely examining the characteristics of the pre-service teachers' inquiry processes and changes in their educational decisions, the effectiveness of using dilemmas as part of teacher education was determined. Twenty fourth-year university pre-service teachers participated and conducted inquiries into science class dilemmas over seven weeks. Based on pre- and post-questionnaires, KWHL tables, inquiry reports, discussions, and group class presentations, the major factors that influence the pre-service teacher's decision-making changes were extracted. The pre-service teachers found the science inquiry process meaningful when exploring the science topics covered in the dilemmas, and claimed that elementary school students would be able to engage in meaningful science explorations if they learned science through inquiry. Furthermore, the pre-service teachers explored the thinking processes and background knowledge of the students in different ways. Documents such as teacher's guides and the curriculum were examined and the students' thought processes were identified through interviews with the teachers and students, which were found to reflect their educational decision-making. Moreover, it was recognized by the pre-service teachers that depending on the situation, alternative teaching methods were possible. The focus on the unstructured dilemma problems provided the pre-service teachers with problem-solving situations that triggered scientific inquiry and exploration of student thinking and revealed the complexity of science teaching and learning. Based on these results, the teacher education implications for using dilemma cases are discussed.
In this paper, a session allocation algorithm for a switch with multiple shared links is proposed. The algorithm guarantees the reserved bandwidth to each service class and keeps the delay of sessions belonging to a service class as close as possible even if the sessionsare allocated to different shared links. To support these qualities of services, a new scheduling model for multiple shared links is defined and a session allocation algorithm to decide a shared link to be allocated to a new session on the connection establishmentis developed based on the model. The proposed heuristic algorithm allocates a session to a link including the subclass with the shortest (expected) delay that subclasses of the service class the session belongs to will experience. Simulation results verify that a switch with multiple shared links hiring the proposed algorithm provides service classes with fairer bandwidth allocation and higher throughput, and guarantees reserved bandwidth better than the switch hiring other session algorithms. It also guarantees very similarservice delay to the sessions in the same service class.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the applicability of Ecosystem Service Matrix method in Songnisan and Hannamgeumbukjeongmaek Boeun-gun area. The assessment was carried out with 25 land cover types by 7 ecosystem values. The research area was divided by 30m x 30m cell unit and the each cell value was classified into 5 grades. The total number of cell under the investigation was 433,910 units in Songnisan and 84,975 in Boeun-gun. Class I and II area were widely spread and Class V area is narrowly distributed inside of Class III area in Songnisan. I area, II area and separately managed zone belong to Ecological Zoning map and Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map(Environment + Ecology) were assessed Class I in Ecosystem service matrix. In conclusion, Ecosystem Service Matrix assessment based on land cover map is a rapid assessment methodology which reflecting ecosystem functions in a larger area. If it is supported with more ecosystem functions, the more precise nature value can be calculated.

Under the circumstance of Ubiquitous Society, service should be provided according to the users' location and environment. When specific service is demanded by user, the technology, which can help to detect whether there are devices performing the requested service in the ubiquitous network, is mandatory. This technology also should guarantee that users have the appropriate service through the most suitable device which is selected by this technology. The priority is an essential factor when multi service are asked by multi users simultaneouslyin the ubiquitous network, The paper focuses on realization of Smart Classroom which provides multi users, such as the professor and the students, with active services based on the Zigbee network and the Mobile platform.
A number of MPLS ATM systems have been proposed to increase the access speed of current routers, which only support the best-effort service. However, the MPLS ATM systems have to support the so-called differential service, which discriminates the applications according to the service class because they do not be satisfied the Internet users who use diverse applications. In this paper, to support this differential service a detailed forwarding procedure based on a LSP control method and an application-based marking algorithm is suggested. The LSP control method establishes several different LSPs for each FEC according to the service class and the application-based marking algorithm chooses a proper differential service depending on the application category. Also, a design scheme of forwarding engine, which can be easily implemented with a minimum modification of existing MPLS ATM systems is proposed. And, the best simulation result of high priority application category is gained when the proposed forwarding algorithm is comparedwithexistingalgorithms.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the types of questions raised by pre-service elementary teachers when planning a science class utilizing smart technology and the characteristics of their lesson plans. For this purpose, lesson plans and questions written by the 96 pre-service teachers were collected. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) Pre-service teachers used simulation apps, information offering apps, clicker evaluation apps, astronomical observation apps. Simulation apps and clicker evaluation apps were used the most in the introduction stage of the class, simulation apps in the development stage, and clicker evaluation apps in the finishing stage. (2) In the lesson plans, the activities that elementary school students use smart technology showed more than those used by teachers, and its characteristics were more prominent in the development stage of the class. (3) As for the content type of smart technology, experience type was the highest, followed by tool type and resource type. In comparison, there were relatively few interaction support types and learning opportunity extensions. (4) There were many cases in which pre-service teachers replaced elementary school students with virtual experiences using experience type instead of providing opportunities to experiment or experience directly. (5) Pre-service teachers asked various questions while planning science class utilizing smart technology, and a total of 25 question types appeared in 7 categories.
We consider $M_1,M_2/M/1$ retrial queues with two classes of customers in which the service rates depend on the total number or the customers served since the beginning of the current busy period. In the case that arriving customers are bloced due to the channel being busy, the class 1 customers are queued in the priority group and are served as soon as the channel is free, whereas the class 2 customers enter the retrical group in order to try service again after a random amount of time. For the first $N(N \geq 1)$ exceptional services model which is a special case of our model, we derive the joint generating function of the numbers of customers in the two groups. When N = 1 i.e., the first exceptional service model, we obtain the joint generating function explicitly and if the arrival rate of class 2 customers is 0, we show that the results for our model coincide with known results for the M/M/1 queues with smart machine.
