보육시설의 질적 향상을 위한 설치기준에 관한 기초연구 (A Preliminary Study of Licensing Facilitation Standards for Improvements in Quality for Childcare Centers)

  • This study examines the preliminary license and approval facilitation standards for improvements in quality for childcare centers focusing on the number of children, building space standards, facilities and equipment, and childcare program. Data from 48 caese was collected from childcare centers nationwide in Korea through a questionnaire and building plan. The first step for starting care licensing is to work out the ages and numbers of children within four or five age ranges. The second step is to work out the number of children as small, medium, or large considering staff to child ratios and building size. The Nnext step is to make a choice about childcare service quality classification as minimum, fair, or good, considering space requirements per child for the building, the classroom and the outdoor playground. The next step is to make a choice of space organization relating to service programs, considering the sleeping and eating area, indoor play area, toilet & washing facilities, classroom layouts such as cluster type, double zone type, single zone type, and others. Also, each room and entrance, office, kitchen, storage, laundry, teacher's area, and chilldren's area, need to be checked for space requirements and performances. The last step is to arrange the childcare program with the building and site plan. In conclusion childcare service quality will get better by upgrading of license regulation especially in minimum space requirements per child, corresponding with an increase in GNP and housing area per person. This is needed for childcare licensing in order to determine the quality level of childcare service.

광역철도 노선의 급행화 가능성에 대한 기술적 검토 (Technical Study on Possibility of an Express Service Wide Area Railway)

  • 기존 수도권 광역철도는 운행시간이 많이 걸리는 완행 위주의 운행을 하기 때문에 통행시간 측면에서 타 교통수단과의 경쟁력이 저하되고 있는 실정이고, 도로교통을 철도로 유인하는데 한계가 있기 때문에 급행열차 운행을 확대 운영해야 한다는 사회적 요구가 지속되고 있다. 특히 수도권 북부와 수도권 남서부 방면은 대도시 생활권 확대로 광역교통수요 증대에 따른 교통 혼잡 가중 및 통행시간 증가 등 사회적 비용이 과다 발생되고 있어 서울도심을 연결하는 급행 기능의 대중교통망체계가 필요하다. 국내에서 가장 효율적으로 급행화를 운행하는 노선은 서울지하철 9호선이며, 김포공항에서 고속터미널까지 27분 소요됨으로써 완행 44분 대비 약 40% 시간 단축 효과가 있고 혼잡도가 최대 240%에 달할 만큼 이용객의 선호도가 상당히 높다. 본 연구의 기술적 결과들은 광역철도의 급행화 방안의 수행을 위해 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

WBAN 환경에서 응급 데이터 전송을 위한 우선순위 기반 MAC 프로토콜 (A Priority Based MAC Protocol for Emergency Data Transmission in Wireless Body Area Networks)

  • WBAN(Wireless Body Area Networks)은 인체를 기준으로 인체 내 외부로부터 반경 3미터 이내의 무선통신이다. WBAN은 WBAN MAC 프로토콜 요구사항에 적합한 IEEE 802.15.4 MAC 프로토콜을 많이 사용하고 있다. IEEE 802.15.4 MAC 프로토콜은 QoS(Quality of Service)를 요구하는 응용프로그램들의 패킷 전송을 보장하기 위해 비경쟁 접근 방식에 의한 GTS(Guaranteed Time Slot) 할당 기법을 지원한다. 그러나 IEEE 802.15.4 MAC 프로토콜의 GTS 할당 기법은 패킷이 도착한 순서에 따라 채널을 할당하는 FIFS(First In First Service) 큐잉을 사용하여 패킷을 처리함으로서 데이터 전송 신뢰도를 저하시키고, 전송 지연이 발생하여 응급 데이터 전송에 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 응급 데이터 전송을 위한 우선순위 기반 WBAN MAC 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 MAC 프로토콜은 전송하려는 데이터에 우선순위를 부여하여 응급 데이터의 GTS 요청 처리율을 높이고 GTS 할당 지연시간을 감소시켜 응급 데이터 전송 신뢰도를 향상시킨다.

진주시 버스 이용객 통행에 따른 도시계획시설 서비스 권역 분석 (Analysis of Urban Planning Facility Service Area according to Bus Passenger Traffic in Jinju)

  • This study aims to investigate the gap in accessibility to urban planning facilities between living spheres in local small and medium-sized cities. In this study, OD data between administrative dongs of public transportation users was constructed to analyze the living shpere, and community analysis was conducted based on cohesion between data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that a total of 10 clusters (mid-living areas) were formed, and the topographical difference between the 11 middle living areas established in the existing Jinju City Basic Plan and the single living areas were actively exchanged to form a community with other administrative dongs. Next, the analysis of the service area of urban planning facilities for mid-living areas was conducted based on the road network. As a result of analyzing the area accessible within 5, 10, and 15 minutes, educational facilities, public facilities, cultural facilities, tourism, and green facilities could be reached within 15 minutes in most mid-living areas. On the other hand, there were many areas where access to transportation facilities, medical facilities, and cultural facilities was difficult within 15 minutes. In particular, the accessibility of the outer living area and the central living area were different. To improve the quality of life of citizens, using urban planning facilities in Jinju-si and establishing related plans in urban basic plans, it is necessary to conduct a study on service areas through network analysis.

釜山市 小規模工業의 立地와 意思決定에 關한 硏究 (A Study on the Locational Factors of Small Industry in Pusan, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 都市內 小規模 工業의 立地決定要因을 규명하기 위한 行態的 硏究의 일환으로, 부산시의 소규모 工業經營者들이 都市內部에 공장임지를 결정함에 있어서 실제로 고려하눈 立地要因이 무엇이며, 또한 그 요인은 기업특성, 경영자특성, 입지장소의 용도지역상 성격에 따라 차이가 있는가를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시내 소규모 공업경영자들을 대상으로 설문지에 의한 면접조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 소규모 공업의 입지결정에 영향을 미치는 요인이 기업의 특성은 물론 경영자 및 용도지역의 특성에 따라 많은 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 도시내부의 비공업지역에 소규모 공장이 입지함에 있어서 토지를 비롯한 경제적 요인과 더불어 비경제적 요인이 상당한 영향을 미치고 있음은 입지정책에 시사하는 바가 크다고 볼 수 있다.

영양사 직무기술서 (2000년) 의 영양사 직무영역별 특성 분석 2 : 병원 (Analysis of the Dietitian's Job description in the hospital)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the dietitian’s job description(2000) for dietitians working at hospitals. The survey was carried out for the frequency, criticality and difficulty of each job description with 4 point scales. The subject was 62 dietitians, who have been working over 3 years at their position. The results are following ; 1. Duties with high frequency and criticality were menu managements, food productions, meal services and self promotions. 2. Duties with middle frequency and high criticality in food service area were purchasing, storage and inventory controls, waste managements, sanitation managements, managing equipments and facility, human resources managements and financial managements. 3. Duties with middle frequency and high criticality in nutrition service area were nutrition assessment (life cycles, certain diseases, specific condition), medical nutritional theraphy and nutrition education. 4. For difficulty, duties related nutrition service had higher points than that of food service.

서울지역 초등학생들의 학교 급식 만족도 연구(반찬류) (A Study on Children's Satisfaction with Food Service in Elementary Schools in Seoul Area(Side Dishes))

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate children's satisfaction with side dishes served in elementary school food service program in Seoul area. Two hundreds and thirty two children participated in this study through a questionnaire developed by the researchers. Conclusion drawn from the results of this study is that there seems no significant problems in school food service program since children are generally satisfied with food provided by school. However, minor problems such as hot and salty food, inappropriate temperature of warm dishes, and excessive amount of food, need to be improved through a newly developed menu, cooking method, and food distribution method.

  • Quality is recognized as one of the key components of business strategies. In this respect, this study aims to investigate quality factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty in Korean Tofu restaurants and promote the quality improvement in their service operations. The experimental data were collected from the questionnaire answered by 130 customers in Seoul and Kyonggi area. They were statistically analyzed using SPSS Win.12.0. For statistical analysis, frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analyses were conducted. The results of the analyses show that two dimensions such as "empathy" and "IT use" influence the satisfaction of customers. "Empathy", "tangibles", "well-being food", and "customer satisfaction" were identified as critical factors influencing the loyalty of customers.

전력수용가 서비스를 위한 XML 기반 정보교환 표준 설계 (Design of XML based Information Exchange Format for Consumer Service)

  • The standardized and open information model called common language and information exchange format should be firstly defined for the interoperable power system and two-way information exchange among the components of the power system. The information models and information exchange formats for power facilities and power system applications are being defined in power system area, but the information model and information exchange format for the consumer area are not being yet defined besides of metering information model. An architecture and open standard for the information exchange between energy service provider and consumer are required to provide various value added services through the networking with devices in consumer premise. In this paper, an architecture for the two-way communications between energy service provider and consumer is defined and psXML(power system XML) for the information exchange is designed.

해외사례 분석을 통한 국가바람지도 웹서비스 전략수립 (Case Study to Setup Web-Service Strategy of National Wind Atlas)

  • This global case study pursues diversification and intensification for an application system of the national wind atlas which has been developed to support national strategy building and promotion of wind energy dissemination. We chose nine counties' national wind atlas and compared their map area, extraction height, temporal and spatial resolutions, download services, etc. to derive a best practice for the Korea wind atlas application system. Therefore, the web service content is designed to offer high-resolution height information of which covers wind turbine rotor sweeping area and time-series dataset which can be downloaded for further analysis by users. It is anticipated that the system and web service would contribute greatly to wind energy policy making, business and research sectors.
