This study is attempted to demonstrate the structure of the influencing factors on the performance of services of knowledge based service firms. In the model presented, the structure is that service performance in knowledge-based services are affected by the strategic utilization of knowledge resources and service orientation factors of the service organization. And the service performance are also affected in which the systemization of service processes and customer satisfaction play a mediating role. As an analysis result of examining 148 practitioners engaged in the knowledge service industry, it is necessary to increase the satisfaction of external customers in order to improve service performance in a knowledge-based service organizations. This can be achieved by increasing the satisfaction of internal customers. In addition, for this structure to be successful, the service production process to be provided to the customer must be enhanced. The service production process has been found to be an important factor influencing the internal customer satisfaction and service delivery process, especially in the use of knowledge resource, and customer oriented service among service orientation factors.

본 연구는 우리나라 소방조직의 구조적 특성을 분석의 요소에 따라 확인하고 규명하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여, 소방공무원으로 구성된 소방조직을 연구대상으로 한정하고, 조직의 구조적 특성(복잡성, 집권성, 공식성)을 선행연구와 관계법령을 이용하여 확인하였다. 연구결과, 소방조직은 복잡성, 집권성, 공식성이 모두 높은 조직구조를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 전형적인 기계적 관료제적의 조직 특성으로, 일반 정부행정조직이나 기업조직에서는 찾아 볼 수 없는 소방조직만의 고유한 특성이다. 본 연구결과는 소방조직의 학술적 개념을 정립하는데 기여가 될 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to analyze the agreement of service innovation using contingency approach (manager personality, organizational structure) moderated by leadership agility. The study has been carried out on Islamic banking companies' managers in Indonesia, from East Java and Yogyakarta region using purposive sampling technique with questionnaire and interviews as the method of data collection. The total number of respondents in the sample is 184. This sample is then analyzed using Euclidience Distance Simple Regression and Simple Regression Moderation method. The results prove that: (1) there is a partial fit between incremental strategy with reactive personality and mechanical organizational structure, which increases the service performance; (2) there is a partial fit between radical strategy with proactive personality and organic organizational structure, which increases the service performance; (3) leadership agility is able to strengthen the fit of the relationship between incremental innovation strategy and reactive personality toward service performance; (4) leadership agility is able to strengthen the fit the relationship between radical innovation strategy and proactive personality toward service performance; (5) leadership agility is able to strengthen the fit of the relationship between incremental innovation strategy and mechanical organizational structure toward service performance; and (6) leadership agility is able to strengthen the fit of the relationship between radical innovation strategy and organic organizational structure toward service performance.

In this paper, I tried to analyze the relationship between the market structure of teleommunicatin industry and market performance using Economides and Lehr's results considering composite goods methods. And I took three policy scenarios into account. First, government tires to implement the policy which divides the integrated monopoly into network operator and service provider, then invite competition to service part. Second, government tries to implement the policy which invite the competition to service part only. Third, government tries to implement the policy which invite the competition to integrated duopoly. I gained the best result in the third scenario. So we can conclude that Parallel vertical integration is the best market structure. I also specially checked the relationship between the market structure and service quality. I gained the best service quality in the third scenario. So we can conclude that Parallel Vertical Integration is also the best market structure with regard to the service quality.

본 연구는 서비스철학 정립을 위해 한국대표사상의 서비스철학성을 분석하였다. 기존 연구인 한국 고유사상의 서비스철학 정합성 연구에 이은 후속 연구로서, 한국 대표 사상인 불교사상과 유학사상의 서비스시대 철학으로서의 정합성을 고찰하였다. 서비스철학의 기본구조와 운용모델을 제시하고, 한국대표사상의 서비스철학성을 분석하였다. 신라시대부터 고려시대까지는 불교사상이 중심이었고, 조선시대는 유교사상이 중심이었으므로 고려시대까지의 불교와 조선시대의 유학 대표 사상가들을 중심으로 분석하였다. 서비스의 본질적 특성은 관계성, 쌍방향성, 수평성, 조화성인데 이를 반영한 서비스구조는 유무상생, 즉 제품과 서비스의 상생구조임을 제시하였다. 또한 서비스의 발전과 운용원리는 정반합의 기본 운용구조를 가지되 그 운용 사이클이 신속하고 발전지향적임을 밝혔다. 서비스철학의 구조와 운용에 대한 논의를 토대로, 한국대표사상의 서비스철학 부합성을 제시하였다. 신라시대 원효부터 고려시대 지눌까지 한국 불교사상의 정수가 서비스철학에 부합함을 제시하고, 퇴계와 율곡 다산 등에 이르기까지 한국 유학사상의 큰 흐름에서도 서비스철학과의 부합성이 발견됨을 보였다. 향후 서비스철학의 구조와 운용원리를 보다 구체화하고 큰 사상으로 발전시키기 위한 후속 연구들이 필요하며, 중국과 인도 철학을 중심으로 한 동양대표사상의 서비스철학 부합성과 그리스와 독일 철학을 중심으로 서양 대표사상의 서비스철학 부합성에 대한 후속 연구도 필요하다. 궁극적으로 세계 철학 사상의 공통 흐름으로서 서비스철학 정립과 바람직한 미래 경제사회 운용철학으로서의 서비스철학 정립이 필요하다.

본 논문에서는 지능형 서비스를 제공하는데 필수적인 상황인식 해석 구조를 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 외부 상황 정보와 내부 상황 정보를 통합한 해석 구조를 가지고 있으며, 상황 정보와 응용 서비스간의 독립성이 유지되도록 설계하였다. 제안된 해석 구조의 검증을 위해서 기존 강의실에 상황인식 개념을 도입한 테스트베드(Ubi-Class)를 구축하고 시나리오를 구성하였으며, 상황 해석에 따라 지능형 서비스가 수행되는지 실험하였다.

The remarkable growth of Korean telecommunication market has based on the introduction of competition as well as mobile technology like CDMA. It was well Down that such a conspicuous growth has been towed by mobile service rather than fixed telephone service. In telecommunications service the number of subscribers to mobile was over 40 millions in 2006 and also, while the traffic amount of fixed telephone has been more decreased, that of mobile, which already outnumbers the fixed, has been constantly increased and will be much more in future. It will accelerate the substitution of access and call demand of fixed service by mobile. This change of technology and demand does affect directly the market performance of telecommunications. And regulation has also an effect on market structure, which finally affects on market performance. In this paper we suppose the fixed and mobile telecommunications services are in a same industry. After reviewing the relations among the demand, cost, charge structure and revenue structure in the one fixed and mobile telecommunications market using the framework of an industrial structure analysis, we discuss the current issues of telecommunications regulation and implications for the future regulation.

본 연구 결과는 해상풍력발전시스템 타워 내부에 설치하는 서비스리프트의 설계 및 구조해석에 대한 내용이며, 공학적 설계법 및 수치해석에 의한 구조해석을 통하여 서비스리프트의 안정성 및 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 설계의 주된 내용은 설계 허용한계 이내에서 만족스러운 성능으로 지상으로부터 타워상부의 해상풍력터빈 너셀까지 작업자와 수리보수용 장비를 안전하게 수송할 수 있는 충분한 능력을 확보하는 것이다. 구조해석을 통하여 서비스리프트 캐빈 및 안전장치의 총변형량과 등가응력에 대해서 검토하여 설계 시 적용한 안전율의 타당성을 검토하였다.

본 연구는 디지털 케이블방송과 IPTV와 같은 디지털 미디어 서비스의 메뉴 구조에 대한 시선추적 연구이다. 최근 디지털 미디어 서비스의 초기 메뉴 구조는 수평 구조 또는 수직 구조로 제공되고 있는데, 디지털 케이블의 사례와 IPTV의 사례를 볼 때 발전과정은 상이하나, 서비스의 구성이 유사하여 메뉴 타이틀 및 방향에 대한 실험을 통해 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것이라 판단이 된다. 연구자는 연구주제로 사용자가 메뉴를 조작하면서 인지하는 메뉴 타이틀 인지 정도와 메뉴의 제공방향에 대한 시선 도달시간이 상이한지 확인하고, 논의하는 것으로 정하였다. 연구는 Vertical Type과 Horizontal Type으로 구분된 실험을 통해 각 9가지의 결과를 도출하는 것으로 초기 메뉴에서 선순위로 노출되는 실시간 방송의 경우 수직구조의 메뉴에서, 지상파 및 영화VOD와 같은 후순위 메뉴 서비스의 경우는 수평 구조에서 피험자의 시선이 빠르게 이동한 것을 확인하였다. 연구의 결과는 기존 미디어사업자들의 메뉴 구조진화를 간접적으로 설명하는 것으로 향후의 진화 방향을 설정할 때 실무적으로 도움이 되는 유용한 결과이다.
