Purpose: In this study analysis was done of utilization of rooming-in care in South Korean hospitals in order to examine the factors related to mothers and hospitals that affect rooming-in care. Methods: With the involvement of 254,414 mothers who gave birth across 953 hospitals, the analysis used the health insurance qualification data of the National Health Insurance Corporations and Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (2006). Factors associated with rooming-in care were analyzed using a GEE logistic regression analysis to consider factors related to both mothers and hospitals. Results: Only 45.1% of the mothers used rooming-in care. The results of the regression analysis revealed that individual factors of the mothers were not associated with rooming-in care, whereas group factors of the hospitals were. Rooming-in care use was primarily related to small hospital, location of hospital, and higher nurse staffing level. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that the utilization of rooming-in care is not associated with factors an individual mother, but rather with the group factors of the hospitals. Thus, a policy-based approach considering both of these types of factors is required to enhance the utilization of rooming-in care.

Optical fiber is a kind of local loop types. Most of countries do not still require the incumbent to open his optical fiber network except just a few countries such as US, Japan and Italy. Recently the FCC, the regulator in US, decided to reduce the obligation of its unbundling in order to facilitate the incentive of broadband network investment. And Japan also is reviewing the policy of the fiber' unbundling. So, We needs to take into consideration about the benefit and cost of the opening of optical fiber network in advance. The purpose of this paper is to review the opening policy of optical fiber network in Japan, and to discuss the implication of case study.

LTE 이동통신서비스는 네트워크의 속도와 용량을 증가시킨 4세대 이동통신기술을 향항 3G 이동통신기술의 진화형 서비스로, 유럽주도로 개발된 GSM-WCDMA 기반기술로 발전된 서비스이다. 다만, 현재 국내에서 제공되고 있는 LTE는 3GPP에서 정하고 있는 4G 이동통신기술의 기술규격을 충족시키지 못하기 때문에 본격적인 4세대 이동통신(LTE-Advanced)과의 구별을 위해 3.9G 서비스라고 불리기도 한다. LTE는 VoIP, 비디오 스트리밍, 음악 다운로드, mobile TV 등 다양한 응용서비스의 제공이 가능하다. 국내에서 제공되는 LTE는 음성서비스는 3G 이동통신망을 통해 음성채널을 구성하고, 데이터 서비스만 LTE 이동통신망을 통해 제공하는 방식으로 제공되고 있지만, 향후에는 VoLTE 기술을 통해 음성서비스 제공하면서 LTE가 이동통신서비스의 주요 트랜드가 될 것으로 기대하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 only LTE 서비스가 제공되는 경우, 현재의 법체계 하에서 몇몇 이슈가 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 첫째, VoLTE 서비스의 역무 및 해당 통신사업자 지위문제이다. 현행 전기통신사업법에서는 VoIP인 인터넷전화에 대해서 PC를 이용하지 않고 서비스가 제공되는 경우에는 기간통신역무로, PC를 통한 소프트폰 형식의 서비스에 대해서는 부가통신역무로 규정하고 있기 때문이다. 둘째, 기존 3G 이동통신 단말기의 가입자인증 모듈(USIM)의 이동성 보장 여부로서, 현재의 법체계는 USIM 잠금장치 해제(USIM unlock)를 3G 이동통신에 대해서 적용하도록 하고 있기 때문에, 이를 LTE서비스에도 적용할 수 있는지에 대한 논란이 일고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 LTE 서비스의 기술적 특징과 다양한 법제도적 이슈에 대해서 살펴보았다.

This paper proposes an integrated model of customer loyalty in the context of Internet shopping based on a review of two competing perspectives - transactional and relational views. The research model suggests that the usability and trust associated with an Internet shopping site are key determinants of customer loyalty. In this paper, factors such as promotion, ease of use/navigation, and purchase facilitation are posited as major determinants of usability. Trust, on the other hand, is assumed to be influenced by the quality of communication, social shopping service, and safety level associated with an Internet shopping site. This paper also asserts that the lack of consideration for individual differences is one of the key reasons for the inconsistent and mixed research findings in user acceptance literature. In this regard, the elaboration likelihood model (ELM) is considered to be appropriate referent theory as it may theoretically explain why a particular information technology (IT) related message has varying influences on different adopters. The research model comprising 11 hypotheses was derived from and validated through a survey involving 271 university students. The partial least square(PLS) method was used to test the suitability of the research model and its hypotheses. Overall, the results suggest that the usability and trust associated with an Internet shopping site play an important role in acquiring loyal customers. In particular, the user's Internet shopping involvement is found to moderate the relationship between trust and customer loyalty.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the treatment and treatment's effect for seizures disease in children by reviewing Korean clinical studies. Methods 13 articles which were published from August, 2002 to August, 2016 were obtained from the National discovery for science leader (NDSL), Research information sharing service (RISS), Google Scholar, and Oriental medicine advanced searching integrated system (OASIS) by using keyword 'Seizure', 'Convulsion', and 'Epilepsy'. Results Most of the study cases were with epilepsy children. The most frequently used herbal medicine was Gwakhyangjeonggi-san gami, and the most commonly used acupoints were LI4 and LR3. Treatment periods range from 13 days to 14 months, and all of the seizures were completely cured or relieved after the treatments. Conclusions This study shows that there are common symptoms and treatments for seizures in children. The reported different treatments can be used in primary medical care. Developing guideline standards of the seizure treatments can be possible with further studies.

Objectives The goal for this study is to find out the recent trends of the Korean medicine treatment on children and adolescents' somatic symptom and related disorder by reviewing case studies. Methods We found case study reports relevant to 'Korean medicine treatment on somatic symptom and related disorder' through Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS), National Discovery for Science Leader (NDSL) and Research Information Sharing Service (RISS). The age of the patients was limited to under 20. Results All reported articles showed that the treatments were selected based on both emotional problems and physical symptoms. Herbal medicine was the most commonly used method, and the other methods including acupuncture and psychotherapy were also used. Conclusions This study shows that the common Korean medicine treatment can be widely used for children and adolescents' somatic symptom and related disorder. Further research is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatments, and to develop guidelines for the treatment.

Purpose - This paper analyzed the accident of drone and related insurance goods which can be coverable with regard to drone accident. The study range is limited in the owner's care, custody, and the control of drone in South Korea, but military area and law and regulation of the drone would be exceptional. Research design, data, and methodology - With regard to drone's flight, drone can make possible risks and can give severe damage to the people. To carry out this research, literature survey and review such as journal, thesis and publications were adopted. Results - As for the insurance coverage from drone's accident involved in the purpose of business, insurance coverage depends on 'commercial general liability insurance'. However, in case of personal hobby including leasure intention, insurance coverage depends on 'living liability insurance'. Conclusions - From a drone's accident, operator and owner of the drone may face the property damage to the drone itself, and then can give severe damage or loss to the people such as physical injuries and property damage. Peoples should be concerned about having the awareness of drone's accident with insurance coverage.

Purpose - Total Quality Management (TQM) has received significant attention and interest from a large number of organizations around the world in various industries. These organizations have tried to embody TQM concepts in areas such as engineering and product design, marketing, R&D, procurement, production, personnel, and product inspection. Research design, data, and methodology - This study presents an overview of the fundamentals of TQM and an in depth review of the obstacles to the successful implementation of TQM. Results - In order to control the cost of manufacturing, the tracking of the cost of quality (COQ) allows companies to capture the actual overall cost incurred in producing a unit of product or service. The study explores the reasons why companies track the COQ and ways to address it. Conclusions - Based on the results, COQ is one of the key performance indicators for making more accurate strategic decisions as well as a critical aspect of TQM. The study also presents a few popular quality improvement tools that have been widely used in organizations successfully implementing TQM.

The study aims to identify and measure factors affecting the perception of the selling price of luxury apartments in Hanoi. We conducted a questionnaire consisting of 29 observation variables with a 5-point Likert scale. Independent variables were measured from 1 "without effect" to 5 "strongly". Based on the desk review and results of interviews, a total of 500 questionnaires were sent to research participants for collection; 458 of them met standard and were subject to be analyzed. This study employs Cronbach's Alpha test, and regression model. The results of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) identify five main determinants influencing the perception of the selling price of luxury apartments in Hanoi, including Physical characteristics of a luxury apartment (PC); Location and position of an apartment (LP); Surrounding Area (SA); Quality of service provided by managers; (QS) and Demographics factor (DF). Based on the findings, some recommendations have been proposed to help the firm leaders design appropriate personnel policies for creating better price satisfaction for customers in the future. On this basis, the authors propose a number of recommendations to improve the quality of luxury apartments, thereby contributing to the development of the market for luxury apartments in Hanoi.

Purpose: The number intelligent homecare products are focused on the development of technology, resulting in a lack of realistic environments or requirements for consumers. The purpose of this paper is to define the consumer and context for intelligent homecare products and to develop a usability evaluation scale. Research design, data and methodology: For this study, first, consumer and contexts related to intelligent homecare products were analyzed through literature review. Second, the primary usability evaluation factors were derived for intelligent homecare products by collecting the factors related to usability evaluation and conducting in-depth interviews with experts. Third, the second usability evaluation factors were derived through survey and statistical analysis based on the derived usability evaluation factors. Results: As a result, users of intelligent homecare products were classified as primary users and secondary consumers and six related contexts. The usability evaluation scale was established with four factors - Functionality, Error, Convenience, and Emotion - and 13 items. Conclusions: This study can be the basis for developing and distributing products that meet the consumer environment and requirements related to intelligent homecare products that will contribute to securing the competitiveness of companies and developing the technology and service value of related industries.
