The dependence of stress-induced leakage current on LTPS TFTs was characterized in this study. The impacts of poly-Si crystallization, gate insulator, impurity activation, hydrogenation process and electrostatic discharge damage were investigated. It was observed more TFTs instable characteristic under those process-assisted processes. According to the LTPS roadmap, smaller geometric and low temperature process were the future trend and the stress-induced leakage current should be worthy of remark.

In order to achieve high-resolution and large-size displays, inspection technology is necessary and important. It is a powerful utility for process and yield improvement for the high valued panel realization. We indicated the challenge of advanced panel manufacturing on inspection ability and throughput. We also investigated the method to judge laser-crystallizing energy by inspection technology. Finally, the total defect number and critical killer defects were classified and discussed in this work.

본 논문에서는 데스크탑 사용자가 손쉽게 웹 애플리케이션을 설치하고 실행하기 위한 원클릭 배포방식을 소개한다. 먼저 기존 웹 애플리케이션의 배포 방식의 현황 및 문제점을 제시하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 웹 애플리케이션의 패킹 및 실행 메커니즘과 관련 구성 요소를 소개한 뒤, 구현 결과와 향후 과제를 제시한다.

Food labelling is the primary means of communication between the producer and purchaser and plays an important role in consumer's choice of food. Food labelling applying to livestock products, such as meat products (ham, sausage etc.), milk products(milk, fermented milk, butter and cheese etc.) and egg Products is regulated by 'Livestock Products Labelling Standard', National Veterinary Research & Quarantine Service (NVRQS) Notification. This study presents the principles of Korean milk products labelling provision and its recent revision to prevent consumer from misunderstanding and facilitate fair trade practices in market and also keep consistencies with international and relative national regulations. This study also suggests milk products labelling policy direction in the future.

최근 컴퓨터 가상화 기술이 발전됨에 따라 필요한 소프트웨어를 서비스 형태로 사용하는 소프트웨어 서비스(Software as a Service SaaS)가 많은 응용분야에서 사용되고 있다. 그러나 소프트웨어 서비스를 제공하는 기존 시스템은 사용자의 증가에 서버 성능이 급속히 저하되는 문제점과 일시적인 사용자 폭증으로 생기는 핫스팟(Hotspot)에 안정적인 서비스를 제공하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문은 소프트웨어 실행을 위한 작업들이 모두 서버에서 실행되는 것이 아니라 데이터 집중적인 작업들은 서버에서 직접 실행하고 그래픽 집중적인 작업들은 네트워크 전송을 통하여 클라이언트에서 처리되는 분할 실행 방식과 개별적으로 운영되는 SaaS 서버들을 하나로 통합하는 시스템을 제안한다.
