웹 서비스는 분산 컴퓨팅의 차세대 주자로 인터넷 상에서 표준 기술을 통해서 이용될 수 있는 모든 비즈니스 처리를 의미하는 분산 솔루션이다. 웹 서비스는 웹 인터페이스를 통해서 기능을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 웹 서비스 절차를 단축시켰다. WSDL을 저장하기 위한 데이터 베이스로 WSDL Repository를 이용하였다. 서비스 제공자가 서비스를 등록할 때 서비스에 대한 정보를 UDDI Registry에 저장하게 하고, 이 때 WSDL을 같이 전송하도록 구현했다. WSDL Repository는 WSDL 뿐만 아니라 웹 서비스에 대한 서비스 정보를 갖고 있는 UDDI도 저장한다. UDDI Registry에 저장된 서비스에 대한 정보와 WSDL의 연결은 UDDI에서 데이터 필드로 구성했다.

GIS systems have gradually been utilized in life information as well as special businesses such as traffic, sight-seeing, tracking, and disaster services. Most GIS services focus on showing stored information on maps, not providing a service to register and modify their preferred information. In this paper, we present a new method which reduces DXF map data into Simple Geographic Information File format using format conversion algorithms. We also present the prototype implementation of a GIS search system based on ontologies to support associated information. Our contribution is to propose a new digital map format to provide a fast map loading service and individual customized information on the map service.

This paper presents a link layer design of DisplayPort interface with a state machine based on packet processing. The DisplayPort link layer provides isochronous video/audio transport service, link service, and device service. The merged video, audio main link, and AUX channel controller are implemented with 7,648 LUTs(Loop Up Tables), 6020 register, and 821,760 of block memory bits synthesized using a FPGA board and it operates at 203.32MHz.

The smart tourism service provides tourists with personal travel planner services and context-awareness-based tour guide services. In this paper, we propose the personal travel planner service that creates my travel itinerary using the smart tourism app and the travel planner system. The smart tourism app provides recommended travel products and POI tourist information used to create my travel itinerary. The smart tourism app also provides the smart tourism chatbot service that allows users to select POI tourist information easily and conveniently. The travel planner system consists of the smart tourism information system and the smart tourism chatbot system. The smart tourism information system provides users with travel planner services, recommended travel products, and POI tourism information through the smart tourism app. The smart tourism chatbot system consists of named entity recognition (NER), dialogue state tracking (DST), and Neo4J servers, and provides chatbot services as a smart tourism app. Users can create their own travel itinerary, modify the travel itinerary while traveling, and then register it as a recommended travel product to users, including acquaintances.

The IMO Polar Code was adopted by Res.MSC.385(94) and Res.MEPC.264(68) and will enter into force on 1 January 2017. The Polar Code will affect design and equipment of ships intending to operate in polar areas. In this study, the requirements in the Polar Code are analysed from the perspective of class.

전화망을 통과하는 음성신호에 대하여, 실시간에 공개열쇠방식의 암호화/복호화를 하기 위한 반도체 IC제조공정평가를 실시하였다. 초당 64k bit의 정보에 대하여 256 bit이상의 key를 갖는 RSA 방식 암호화를 위하여 modular multiplication 환경과 redundant number system을 채택하여 algori-multiple input shift register 를 사용하는 회로로 충족시키는 과정에서, 1.0 $이하의 CMOS공정이 요구된다는 결론에 도달하였으며, 이들 회로의 타당성은 저속 RSA chip의 분석 결과와 비교하여 확인하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 토지등록제도의 개념을 검토하고 영국, 호주, 미국, 네덜란드, 프랑스, 스웨덴 6개국의 토지등록제도를 비교·분석하여, 이들이 시사하는 바를 도출하고자 한다. 토지등록이란 토지권리의 보호 및 규제, 과세, 분쟁 해결 등을 위하여 토지와 관련된 물리적·권리적 정보를 토지공부에 등록하는 프로세스이다. 6개국 토지등록제도는 토지등록제도, 토지등록공부, 등록대상, 토지등록시스템 등에 주요 초점을 두고 분석하였으며, 이들이 시사하는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 토지등록 및 지적제도 발전을 위하여 중장기 기본계획의 수립이 중요하다. 둘째, 4차원 토지관리를 위하여 지적공부의 개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 지적재조사사업의 기간 단축 및 업무 효율성 향상 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 마지막, 최신공간정보 기술과 토지등록제도를 연계하여 대국민 서비스의 고도화 방안이 필요하다.

사회안전과 질서유지를 위하여 Security를 연구하는 학문이다. 비록 산업계에 비하여 18년이라는 짧은 기간이지만, 다방면의 학자들이 이 분야에 관심으로 가지고 많은 노력을 해왔다. 그러나 지금의 경호학은 몇 가지 문제점들을 안고 있어서 학문으로써의 가치를 인정받기 어려운 실정이다. 이를 위해서 몇 가지 선결과제가 해결이 되어야 한다. 첫째, 학문적인 개념과 범위 설정에 대한 산학간의 합의점 마련. 둘째, 모호한 학문의 정체성을 확립하기 위한 학적체계의 정립. 셋째, 교육체계의 정비부족을 극복하기 위한 교육체계 정립 방안의 마련. 넷째, 산업계와 상이한 연구방향에 대한 비가시성을 극복하기 위한 방안 등을 들 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 경호학이 학문으로써의 정체성과 가치를 높이기 위하여 네 가지 선결과제를 중심으로 그에 따른 대안을 제시하도록 하는데 목적을 두었다.

선택적 정보 제공인 SDI(Selective Dissemination of Information) 서비스는 이용자가 탐색 전략을 입력하여 서비스를 신청하면 데이터베이스가 갱신될 때마다 자동으로 이용자에게 공지되는데, 본 연구에서는 이러한 SDI 서비스를 XML 포맷인 RSS로 제공하기 위해 동적 RSS 채널 생성기를 개발하였다. RSS는 웹사이트에 갱신되는 정보를 신속히 전달-교환하게 해주는 도구로서 많은 정보를 갱신과 동시에 받아볼 수 있게 해준다. 이러한 RSS를 활용함으로써 이용자는 미리 신청한 맞춤정보서비스 뿐만 아니라 키워드 검색에 대한 검색결과 간략화면을 XML포맷의 RSS로 받아봄으로써 웹사이트를 방문하지 않고도 실시간으로 재검색 결과를 확인해 볼 수 있다.
