Objectives : In 2007, a survey of how Kampo was regarded in Japanese clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) was first conducted by the Special Committee for Evidence Based Medicine (EBM), namely the Japan Society for Oriental Medicine (JSOM). A manual for CPG development was also published in 2007 by the Japan Council for Quality Health Care, and the revised edition came out in 2014. The purpose this study is to review the current state in CPGs applied to Kampo after 2007, while focusing on how Kampo products being regarded evidence based branch of medicine by CPG developers. Methods : Sources include the Kampo CPGs website of Japan Society for Oriental Medicine (JSOM) and MINDS (Medical Information Network Distribution Service) website of Japan Council for Quality Health Care. Results : Among the 784 CPGs existing by the end of 2015, 91 CPGs were considered containing descriptions of Kampo. Furthermore, 28 type A Kampo CPG (KCPG) which had quality of evidence and strength of recommendation with references were found. Also, most of type A KCPGs relied on the MINDS Handbook for Clinical Practice Guideline Development that was published in 2007. Conclusions : The number of KCPGs are increasing yearly. However, there is still not much Kampo evidence found in CPGs in Japan. Overall, it could be said that we need to not only make evidence vertically but preach it horizontally well.
In this study, we investigated the effect of offline banking trust on smart banking trust. As influencing factors of smart banking trust, this study compared offline banking trust, smart banking's system quality, and information quality. For the empirical study, 186 questionnaire data were collected from smart banking users and the data were analyzed using Smart-PLS 2.0. As results, it was verified that there is trust transfer in FinTech service, by the significant effect of offline banking trust on smart banking trust. And it was proved that the effect of offline banking trust on smart banking trust is lower than that of smart banking itself. The contribution of this study can be seen in both academic and industrial aspects. First, it is the contribution of the academic aspect. Previous studies on banking were focused on either offline banking or smart banking. But this study, focus on the relationship between offline banking and online banking, proved that offline banking trust affects smart banking trust. Next, it is the industrial contribution. This study showed that offline banking characteristics of traditional commercial banks affect the trust of emerging smart banking service. This means that the emerging FinTech companies are not advantageous in the competition of trust building compared to traditional commercial banks. Unlike traditional commercial banks, the emerging FinTech is innovating the convenience of customers by arming them with new technologies such as mobile Internet, social network, cloud technology, and big data. However, these FinTech strengths alone can not guarantee sufficient trust needed for financial transactions, because banking customers do not change a habit or an inertia that they already have during using traditional banks. Therefore, emerging FinTech companies should strive to create destructive value that reflects the connection with various Internet services and the strength of online interaction such as social services, which have an advantage over customer contacts. And emerging FinTech companies should strive to build service trust, focused on young people with low resistance to new services.
A cultural ecosystem service(CES), which is non-material benefit that human gains from ecosystem, has been recently further recognized as gross national income increases. Previous researches proposed to quantify the value of CES, which still remains as a challenging issue today due to its social and cultural subjectivity. This study proposes new way of assessing CES which is called Cultural Service Opportunity Spectrum(CSOS). CSOS is accessibility based CES assessment methodology for regional scale and it is designed to be applicable for any regions in Korea for supporting decision making process. CSOS employed public spatial data which are road network and population density map. In addition, the results of 'Rapid Assessment of Natural Assets' implemented by National Institute of Ecology, Korea were used as a complementary data. CSOS was applied to Namyangju-si and the methodology resulted in revealing specific areas with great accessibility to 'Natural Assets' in the region. Based on the results, the advantages and limitations of the methodology were discussed with regard to weighting three main factors and in contrast to Scenic Quality model and Recreation model of InVEST which have been commonly used for assessing CES today due to its convenience today.

Film restoration is to detect the location and extent of defected regions from a given movie film, and if present, to reconstruct the lost information of each region. It has gained increasing attention by many researchers, to support multimedia service of high quality. In general, an old film is degraded by dust, scratch, flick, and so on. Among these, the most frequent degradation is the scratch. So far techniques for the scratch restoration have been developed, but they have limited applicability when dealing with all kinds of scratches. To fully support the automatic scratch restoration, the system should be developed that can detect all kinds of scratches from a given frame of old films. This paper presents a neurual network (NN)-based texture classifier that automatically detect all kinds of scratches from frames in old films. To facilitate the detection of various scratch sizes, we use a pyramid of images generated from original frames by having the resolution at three levels. The image at each level is scanned by the NN-based classifier, which divides the input image into scratch regions and non-scratch regions. Then, to reduce the computational cost, the NN-based classifier is only applied to the edge pixels. To assess the validity of the proposed method, the experiments have been performed on old films and animations with all kinds of scratches, then the results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Toprovide economical BISDN service, with which integration process of many types of media is possible, it is necessary to construct a system with ground network and satellite network combined. The method for this type of transmission using satellite is TDMA that can provide services to many users in various area. However, the most difficult task to connect TDMA which uses synchronous method to ATM which used asynchronous transfer mode is the deterioration n of ATM transmission quality such as cell delay variation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop delay variation compensation method which can confront to the ATM. Efficient ways to use satellite links under the conditions such that maximum efficiency of the delay variation is limited under the required value, and the burst characteristic of transmission cell does not increase are being researched for translation between in ATM and TDMA. This paper points out the problems when time stamp method, reviewd in ground network, is applied to the satellite links to compensate the delay variation .To solve the problem, discrete cell count method is introduced along with the calculation of transmission capacity and error rate. Also, from the observation of stab-ility of the system and verification of reliability even when singal error occurred in the cell transmission timing information, the proposed compensation method appeared to be excellent.
Nowadays, transmission bandwidth for network traffic is increasing and the type is varied such as peer-to-peer (PZP), real-time video, and so on, because distributed computing environment is spread and various network-based applications are developed. However, as PZP traffic occupies much volume among Internet backbone traffics, transmission bandwidth and quality of service(QoS) of other network applications such as web, ftp, and real-time video cannot be guaranteed. In previous research, the port-based technique which checks well-known port number and the Deep Packet Inspection(DPI) technique which checks the payload of packets were suggested for solving the problem of the P2P traffics, however there were difficulties to apply those methods to detection of P2P traffics because P2P applications are not used well-known port number and payload of packets may be encrypted. A proposed algorithm for identifying P2P heavy traffics based on flow transport parameters and behavioral characteristics can solve the problem of the port-based technique and the DPI technique. The focus of this paper is to identify P2P heavy traffic flows rather than all P2P traffics. P2P traffics are consist of two steps i)searching the opposite peer which have some contents ii) downloading the contents from one or more peers. We define P2P flow patterns on these P2P applications' features and then implement the system to classify P2P heavy traffics.

Since the leased line is a structure that exclusively uses two connected areas for data transmission, a stable quality level and security are ensured, and despite the rapid increase in the number of switched lines, it is a line method that is continuously used a lot in companies. However, because the cost is relatively high, one of the important roles of the network operator in the enterprise is to maintain the optimal state by properly arranging and utilizing the resources of the network leased line. In other words, in order to properly support business service requirements, it is essential to properly manage bandwidth resources of leased lines from the viewpoint of data transmission, and properly predicting and managing leased line usage becomes a key factor. Therefore, in this study, various prediction models were applied and performance was evaluated based on the actual usage rate data of leased lines used in corporate networks. In general, the performance of each prediction was measured and compared by applying the smoothing model and ARIMA model, which are widely used as statistical methods, and the representative models of deep learning based on artificial neural networks, which are being studied a lot these days. In addition, based on the experimental results, we proposed the items to be considered in order for each model to achieve good performance for prediction from the viewpoint of effective operation of leased line resources.
Providing a mobile host with its required QoS is highly influenced by its mobility. The resource ReSerVation Protocol(RSVP) establishes and maintains a reservation state to ensure a given QoS level along the path from the sender to the receiver. However, RSVP is designed for use in fixed networks and thus it is inadequate in the mobile networking environment where a host changes its point of attachment. In this paper, we propose a new resource reservation protocol, RSVP-RA(RSVP by RSVP Agent) for mobile hosts. Our protocol assumes IETF Mobile IP as a mobility support mechanism. The proposed protocol introduce a new protocol entity - RSVP agent - to manage reservations in a mobile host's current visiting network. RSVP Agent is located in a local network and makes resource reservations in neighboring cells that the mobile host is expected to visit in the future. Thus, the proposed Protocol can provide a seamless QoS to the mobile host and significantly improve the scalability problem of RSVP by reducing the end-to-end signalling messages acrossing the backbone networks. The proposed protocols reduce packet delay, bandwidth overhead and the number of RSVP messages to maintain reservation states. We compared the performance of our proposed protocol with other proposed protocols in terms of signalling overhead, packet delay by simulation.
The objective of the article is to find the research trends and the main traits presented in the keywords on abstracts of research articles of "International Journal of Education Development" from 2002 to 2017. To do this, Text Network Analysis(TNA) was applied targeting 966 papers on the journal and the major research outcomes are as follows. First, the frequency analysis on the keywords showed that the keywords like Administration of education program, Schools and instruction, Regional public administration, Educational support service, Elementary education, and Elementary and secondary school were analyzed more than 100 times and also high in centrality degree. Second, the analysis results of the keywords presented in those research articles by development goal periods showed that several new keywords like Elementary education, Elementary and secondary school, Education quality, Secondary education, Educational planning have emerged frequently after SDGs and these keywords showed high in their centrality analysis. Third, the analysis on education level showed that the keywords like Elementary education, Administration of education program, School children were high in frequency and centrality degree in Elementary level. In secondary level, Schools and instruction, Administration of education program, Academic achievement were high, and in high level, college and university was high, respectively.
Routing technologies considering QoS-based hypermedia services have been seen as a crucial network property in next generation optical Internet (NGOI) networks based on IP/dense-wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM). The huge potential capacity of one single fiber. which is in Tb/s range, can be exploited by applying DWDM technology which transfers multiple data streams (classified and aggregated IP traffics) on multiple wavelengths (classified with QoS-based) simultaneously. So, DWDM-based optical networks have been a favorable approach for the next generation optical backbone networks. Finding a qualified path meeting the multiple constraints is a multi-constraint optimization problem, which has been proven to be NP-complete and cannot be solved by a simple algorithm. The majority of previous works in DWDM networks has viewed heuristic QoS routing algorithms (as an extension of the current Internet routing paradigm) which are very complex and cause the operational and implementation overheads. This aspect will be more pronounced when the network is unstable or when the size of network is large. In this paper, we propose a flooding-based unicast and multicast QoS routing methodologies(YS-QUR and YS-QMR) which incur much lower message overhead yet yields a good connection establishment success rate. The simulation results demonstrate that the YS-QUR and YS-QMR algorithms are superior to the previous routing algorithms.
