사회적 지원이 섬유산업 종사자의 직무스트레스 징후 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Social Support on the Job Stress Symptoms and Job Performance of Workers in the Textile Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate social support buffering stress symptoms and the relationship between stress symptoms and job performance. The data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 529 workers employed in textile or clothing companies. The SPSS package was used for data analysis which included t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis. The results showed there were significant differences in the perceived levels of social support according to individual differences such as gender, marital status, length of service, title of current position, and division of responsibility. Workers with a high level of supervisor or co-worker social support were found to have the lower levels of stress symptoms. Social support appeared to moderate the relationship between stress symptoms and job performance.

중국 여성근로자의 산업보건 실태에 관한 고찰 (A Review on the Occupational Health Status of Female Workers in China)

  • This study reviewed on the occupational health status of female workers in China, where the half of female population are workers in occupational settings and realizes the importance of occupational health among them, to establish the occupational health management system in Korea as Korean female workers have been increasing for the last few decades. Results of the study were as follows. 1. The proportion of female workers in total workers have increased from 7.5% in 1949 up to 37.6% in 1990. As for the distribution of female workers by industry, manufacturing part has the highest proportion of female workers in total and out of total female workers, the rank was health social welfare (53.2%), community personal service(45.4%) and agriculture forestry fishing(44.1%). 2. The system of occupational health management for female workers was related to superior organization well by administrative district & work place and professionals were distributed to one per ten thousand persons or more, depending on each region's conditions. 3. The regulations of occupational health management for female workers are defined in a variety of fields. Considering the physiological characteristics of female workers, government has tried to minimize the loss due to menstruation, pregnancy, delivery and lactation and has let them have vacations, guaranteeing the health facilities at the same time. Also government has defined the scope of prohibited work to protect legal right of them.

울산광역시의 여가산업 분석 (Analysis of Leisure Industries in Ulsan Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 울산광역시의 여가산업의 규모를 분석하는 것이었다. 이를 위해서 문화체육관광부에서 제공하는 2008여가백서의 여가산업분류표를 기준으로 여가산업을 크게 여가용품산업, 여가공간산업, 여가서비스산업으로 구분하였고, 통계청에서 제공하고 있는 국가통계포털사이트(http://www.kosis.kr)의 9차 개정(2007년 기준)을 이용하여 사업체수, 종사자수, 종사자의 성별, 매출액 등을 분석하였다. 연구결과 울산광역시의 여가산업과 관련된 사업체수 10,292개, 종사자수 23,357명, 종사자의 남성 8,699명, 여성 14,631명 이었고, 매출액 규모는 1조 1,675억 원이었다. 구체적으로 살며보면, 여가용품산업의 사업체수는 1,041개, 종사자수는 1,867명, 매출액은 1,227억 원이었고, 여가공간산업의 사업체수는 6,534개, 종사자수는 15,752명, 매출액은 6,940억 원이었으며, 마지막으로 여가서비스산업의 사업체수는 2,717, 종사자수는 5,738명, 매출액은 3,507억 원이었다. 울산의 여가산업 중에서 여가용품산업은 여가용품제조업의 비중이 거의 없고, 여가공간산업에서 유흥업소의 비중이 높으며, 여가서비스산업은 여가교육서비스업이 많았다.

보건업 종사자의 업무상 질병 (Occupational Diseases among Health Workers)

  • Objectives: Occupational diseases that occur due to or aggravated by work have commonly been recognized in the manufacturing industry, but there are now more incidences happening in the service industry due to changes in the industrial structure. Health workers are exposed to direct factors and various other causes of occupational disease at work, such as physical, chemical, biological, and psyco-social factors. This study aims to identify work-related diseases affecting health workers that are recognized as occupational diseases. Methods: The research is based on the data of workers whose diseases were accepted as work-related by the Industrial Accidents Compensation Insurance, and filed by the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Amongst the approved claims during 2011 to 2015, we focused on healthcare workers and health-related workers of the Korean Standard Classification of Occupations. Descriptive statistics were performed. Results: The number of health workers(HWs) with approved work-related disease was 1,707 over 5 years. The number of healthcare workers(HCWs) excluding caregivers was 370 (21.7%) and of health-related workers (HRWs) it was 736 (43.1%). Out of HWs who were approved for their illnesses, females were 80% of HCWs and 88% of HRWs. The most common occupational disease in HWs was musculoskeletal diseases, while that of nurses was infectious disease. Conclusions: HWs are exposed to various risks from their profession and are affected by occupational diseases. It is necessary to focus on this issue and provide preventive measures.

안전 환경 인식과 사고 경험에 따른 외식산업 주방 종사원의 안전사고에 관한 연구 (Study on the Accident of Kitchen Food Service Industry Employees in Accordance with the Safety and Environment Awareness and Accident Experience)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외식산업 주방에서 안전 매뉴얼의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 외식산업 주방에서의 사고는 87.2%의 매우 높은 사고경험을 가지고 있다. 사고의 유형별로는 칼로 인한 베임(84.7%)이 가장 많았으며 그 뒤를 이어 뜨거운 불과 물, 기름 등에 의한 화상인 데임(74.4%)과 넘어짐(28.1%) 순으로 나타났다. 성별에 대한 주방안전환경에 대한 인식과 개인의 주방안전 이행 정도에서는 남녀간 유의적 차이를 보임으로써 남성이 여성보다 사고 확률이 높다고 볼 수 있다. 근무연수에서 보여주는 주방안전과 안전이행정도는 1~3년차일 때 가장 높게 나타나지만, 7~10년이 되면 가장 낮은 것으로 보여지는 것은 환경에 익숙해지면서 위험도에 둔감해지는 시기로 볼 수 있어, 년수가 지날수록 위험에 대한 환기를 시켜 안전수칙 이행도를 높일 수 있어야 할 것이다. 순환적 구조에서 예방과 사고처리, 사후처리과정을 보다 전문적인 관점에서 심도 있게 검토하여 외식주방의 안전을 지키는 매뉴얼로 제시하는 바이며, 이를 기본으로 하여 각 외식주방별 환경에 적합하도록 수정 보완하여, 향후 사고 예방과 대처에 필요한 매뉴얼을 개발, 배치할 수 있는 방안을 향후 과제로 제언하는 바이다.

  • 아직까지 내국인 카지노는 강원랜드 한 곳 밖에 없어, 조직간 이동 현상은 두드러지지 않고 있지만, 향후 더 많은 내국인 카지노가 생긴다면 더 좋은 근무조건과 업무환경으로 종사원들의 이동은 막을 수 없을 것이다. 이러한 상황에서 기존의 고객 유지는 물론 신규고객을 창출하기 위해 고객만족을 유도하는 종사원 중요성에 대한 조치가 필요하다. 이를 위해 종사원의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 종사원의 능력을 최대화 시키고, 종사원의 만족을 서비스로 전환 할 수 있는 노력이 요구된다. 특히 카지노 딜러는 고객을 일선에서 직접 접촉하며 원활한 게임 진행이라는 중요한 부분을 담당한다. 이 같은 카지노 종사원의 중요성에도 불구하고, 카지노 산업에 관한 기존연구들은 경제적인 효과에만 중점을 두었으며, 현장에서 고객에게 서비스를 제공하는 업무 특성을 고려한 카지노 종사원에 관한 체계적인 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 카지노 딜러를 대상으로 직무만족 영향요인을 파악하고 만족도를 분석하여 이를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

모연취급 사업장에서의 산업보건사업이 근로자 건강증진에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Occupational Health Service on the Improvement of Worker’s Health in a Lead Using Industry)

  • For the purpose of investigating the effect of occupational health service in terms of environmental control and health provision of workers on the improvement of worker's health, authors analysed the data of environmental measurement and health check-up of one lead using industry who started his investment to environmental improvement from 1980. Six hundred million won was invested for environmental improvement from 1980 to 1986. This investment brought about apparent improvement of working conditions of all of the workplaces from mean concentration of lead in air over 0.15mg/$m^3$ 1981 to mean concentration of lead in air less than 0.15mg/$m^3$. Environmental control reduced mean blood lead level from 51.2 $\pm$ 11.5ug/이 in 1983 to 39.2 $\pm$ 16.0ug/dl in 1986, and delta-aminolevulinic acid concentration 3.15 $\pm$ 2.1mg/l in 1982 to 1.96 $\pm$ 1. 7mg/l in 1986, respectively. Blood ZPP levels were decreased from 76.1 $\pm$ 58.9ug/dl in 1983 to 42.23 $\pm$ 30.3ug/dl in 1986. If 150ug/dl of blood ZPP is considered as unacceptable limit of lead intoxication, more than 10 percent of workers belonged to this category in 1983, but only 0.5 of workers showed their blood ZPP level over the 150ug/dl in 1986 It was observed that no workers whose work duration were less than one year showed their blood ZPP level over 100ug/dl, but there were high percentages of lead workers with high blood ZPP (over 150 ug/dl) who were working in uncontrolled had working condition and whose work duration were less than one year.

AHP를 이용한 장애인고용의 효용성평가 연구 (A Study on The Utility Estimation about Employment of The Disabled)

  • It is expected that the change of industrial structure of Knowledge based economy, and service based economy would affect on economic life of physically-challenged person with no exceptions. There have been some former studies which have been misunderstood the employment of disabled due to the declining employment of the disabled and prejudice to the disabled based on biased perspective and public opinion. This study have analyzed the employment conditions of the ordinary workers and disabled workers out of those prejudices and biased opinions. Wage, economic activity ratio, age, educational background and industry those 5 parameters are brought for analyzing the two comparison group. Each parameter have compared based on the statistical data of ordinary workers and disabled workers for past 7 years. Weight between each parameter have been drawn by collecting the experts' opinion using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and utility of employment of two comparison groups have been estimated through progress inclination of each parameter. Through the estimated outcome, present condition and controversial issues and way of improvement of domestic employment of ordinary workers and the disabled is mentioned.

고용유연성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 컴퓨터 프로그래밍, 시스템 통합 및 관리업을 중심으로 (A study on the effect of employment flexibility on the business performance in the computer programming, system consultancy and related service industry)

  • This study investigates what effects employment flexibility have on the business performance in the computer programming, system consultancy and related services. An analysis of the effects of employment flexibility on outcomes of human resource management revealed that companies which had a higher proportion of temporary agency workers and adjusted employment more frequently had higher turnover rates. The study also showed that the higher the proportion of non-regular workers, outsourcing and the easier it was to adjust working hours, the higher the absence rate. Meanwhile, companies that made employment adjustments more often showed higher defect rates and lower customer satisfaction. It was also found that in companies with a higher proportion of outsourcing and higher possibility of employment adjustments, workers were less interested in new technologies.
