튜닝 모델을 이용한 웹 서비스 성능 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Web Service Performance Enhancement Using Tuning Model)

  • Because of paradigm change to web service, numerous institutes have been suggested supporting solution about web service, and actively developed system using web service but it is hard to find out a systematic study for web service performance enhancement. Generally, there are SOAP message processing improvement and configuration optimization of server viewpoint for web service performance enhancement. Web service performance enhancement through SOAP message processing improvement have been studied related research but configuration optimization of server is hard to find out a systematic tuning model and performance criteria. In this paper, I suggested performance testing based tuning model and criteria of configuration optimization of server viewpoint. We executed practical analysis using tuning model about web service in internet. This paper show that the proposed tuning model and performance criteria is applicable to web service performance enhancement.

슈퍼앱 리뷰 토픽모델링을 통한 서비스 강화 방안 연구 (Research on Service Enhancement Approach based on Super App Review Data using Topic Modeling)

  • Super app is an application that provides a variety of services in a unified interface within a single platform. With the acceleration of digital transformation, super apps are becoming more prevalent. This study aims to suggest service enhancement measures by analyzing the user review data before and after the transition to a super app. To this end, user review data from a payment-based super app(Shinhan Play) were collected and studied via topic modeling. Moreover, a matrix for assessing the importance and usefulness of topics is introduced, which relies on the eigenvector centrality of the inter-topic network obtained through topic modeling and the number of review recommendations. This allowed us to identify and categorize topics with high utility and impact. Prior to the transition, the factors contributing to user satisfaction included 'payment service,' 'additional service,' and 'improvement.' Following the transition, user satisfaction was associated with 'payment service' and 'integrated UX.' Conversely, dissatisfaction factors before the transition encompassed issues related to 'signup/installation,' 'payment error/response,' 'security authentication,' and 'security error.' Following the transition, user dissatisfaction arose from concerns regarding 'update/error response' and 'UX/UI.' The research results are expected to be used as a basis for establishing strategies to strengthen service competitiveness by making super app services more user-oriented.

일 지역 건강생활실천센터 모형개발을 위한 연구 (A Study on Model Development for Community based Health Life Enhancement Centers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the health status and request of community residents. This study is part of development of efficient health life enhancement programs. Methods: The subjects of this study were 586 households in a rural community and well-trained interviewers visited every household in the designated area and individually interviewed heads of households for general information and health service utilization. The data were collected using a questionnaire for seven months from March 25 to September 24, 2002. The data were analyzed using frequency. percentage by SPSSWIN (v 10.0). Results: 1. 58.9% of subjects were above sixty, and 60.8% of them were women. 2. The most serious problems they identified were health problems (45.6%), and the second was(##-was+were) economic problems(22.0%). 3. Almost half of the study population regarded themselves as healthy (46.2%). The types of illness they had were neuralgia, arthritis, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease. 4. Most of the study population answered that they didn't do anything special for health enhancement. 5. Among medical facilities, hospitals or medical clinics (55.3%) were most commonly utilized when they were sick. 6. The highest request of the subjects was 'Home visiting service (45.4%)', and 'free treatment connected to the service of hospitals' was the second. What they needed most regarding health enhancement programs in health life enhancement centers was 'free health examination (58.2%), and heath education programs (57.7%). 7. As a result of investigating the subjects' demand for nursing services in health life enhancement center, 'the clinical examination' was the most requested, and next was 'blood pressure check', 'emergency treatment', and 'rehabilitation service', in that order.

공공도서관의 장애인서비스 활성화 방안 (A Study on Enhancement of Library Service for the Disabled in Public Libraries)

  • "장애인차별금지법"이 2008년 4월부터 시행되어 공공도서관의 장애인서비스가 의무화되었으나 여전히 우리나라 공공도서관의 장애인서비스는 보편화되지 못하고 크게 미비한 상황이다. 본 연구는 2008년을 기준으로 조사된 각종 통계데이터와 관련 법률, 정책자료 등을 근거로 공공도서관 장애인서비스 개발에 기초자료가 될 장애인 일반 현황, 장애인의 특성, 관련법 및 정책현황, 공공도서관의 장애인서비스 실태 등을 분석하였다. 또한 그 결과를 바탕으로 공공도서관 장애인서비스의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this research is to identify new service opportunities for enhancing driving safety of intra-city buses based on driving behavior analysis. Service opportunity identification involves finding target customers of service (to whom), motivations for service (why), service contents (what), and service delivery process (when, where). This paper presents an analysis of driving behaviors using the operational data of intra-city buses in conjunction with traffic accident data and drivers' driving history data. This paper also presents four identified service opportunities based on the data analysis results. This research would contribute to enhancing driving safety of intra-city buses in Korea and serve as a basis for developing new services for driving safety enhancement.

아이핀 기반 본인확인서비스의 안전성 강화 방안 (Safety Improvement Methods of Personal Identification Services using the i-Pin)

  • Due to development of IT, various Internet services via the non-face-to-face are increasing rapidly. In the past, the resident registration numbers (RRN) was used a mean of personal identification, but the use of RRN is prohibited by the relevant laws, and the personal identification services using alternative means are activated. According to the prohibition policy of RRN, i-PIN service appeared as an alternative means to identify a person. However, the user's knowledge-based i-PIN service continues to cause fraudulent issuance, account hijacking, and fraud attempts due to hacking accidents. Due to these problems, the usage rate of i-PIN service which performs a nationwide free personal identification service, is rapidly decreasing. Therefore, this paper proposes a technical safety enhancement method for security enhancement in the i-PIN-based personal identification service. In order to strengthen the security of i-PIN, this paper analyzes the encryption key exposure, key exchange and i-PIN authentication model problems of i-PIN and suggests countermeasures. Through the proposed paper, the i-PIN can be expected to be used more effectively as a substitution of RRN by suggesting measures to enhance the safety of personal identification information. Secured personal identification services will enable safer online non-face-to-face transactions. By securing the technical, institutional, and administrative safety of the i-PIN service, the usage rate will gradually increase.

신입생을 위한 감사증진 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 감사성향, 공감능력, 그리고 학과만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Gratitude Enhancement Program for Freshmen on Pre-service Early Childhood Teacher's Gratitude Disposition, Empathic Ability, Department Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아교육과 신입생들을 위한 감사증진 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 감사성향, 공감능력, 그리고 학과만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 경기도에 소재한 3년제 전문대학교 유아교육과에 재학 중인 신입생 55명이며, 이들 중 28명은 실험집단에, 27명은 비교집단에 배치되었다. 실험집단에 속한 유아교육과 신입생들은 2018년 14학기 동안 인지, 정서, 행동적 영역이 통합되어 구성된 감사증진 프로그램을 경험하였다. 본 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해서 프로그램 실시 사전과 사후에 유아교육과 신입생들의 감사성향, 공감능력, 학과만족 검사를 실시하여 SPSS WIN 20.0을 활용한 공변량분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 유아교육과 신입생을 위한 감사증진 프로그램은 예비유아교사의 감사성향, 공감능력, 학과만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아교육과 신입생의 학과적응과 학습 지속력 향상을 위한 프로그램의 구체적 방법론을 제시하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.

발명교사교육센터 직무연수의 현업적용도 (Job Implementation of ITEC's In-Service Teacher Training)

  • 이 연구는 발명교사교육센터에서 추진하고 있는 현직교사 대상의 발명교육 직무연수의 현업적용도를 확인하기 위해서 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 연수 이수 1년 후 시점에서 이수자가 인식하는 학습 파지도, 연수 유용도, 연수 내용의 교육 활용도, 발명교육 능력 향상도를 알아보았다. 이 연구는 2013년 동남권 발명교사교육센터의 직무연수를 이수한 현직교원 60명을 대상으로 하였으며, 현업적용도 조사 연구와 연수 후기에 대한 질적 분석으로 수행되었다. 연수 이수자 60명 중 현업적용도 조사에 응답한 인원은 30명, 연수 후기 작성에 참여한 인원은 12명이다. 동남권 발명교사교육센터에서 2013년에 추진한 현직교원 대상의 직무연수 현업적 용도의 평균값은 5점 만점에 4.07점으로 비교적 높은 점수로 확인되었다. 연수 이수 1년 후 이수자가 인식하는 현업적용도의 하위 항목은 교육능력 향상도 4.39점, 연수 유용도 4.11점, 교육 활용도 3.94점, 학습 파지도 3.82점의 순이다. 현업적용도의 전체 평균 4.07점을 기준으로 보았을 때, 교육능력 향상도와 연수 유용도는 상대적으로 높은 값을 보였고, 교육 활용도와 학습 파지도는 상대적으로 낮은 값으로 확인되었다. 연수 이수자의 현업적용도에 대한 질적 분석 자료로 확보한 12편의 연수 후기에 대한 내용을 분석한 결과, 학습 파지도, 연수 유용도, 교육 활용도, 교육 능력 향상도를 직 간접적으로 설명할 수 있는 의미 있는 사례를 도출하였다.

A Novel Hearability Enhancement Method for Forward-Link Multilateration Using OFDM Signal

  • Together with the GPS-based approach, geo-location through mobile communication networks is a key technology for location-based service. To save the cost, most geo-location system is implemented on the existed network service, which has a cellular structure. Still, multilateration is limited in cellular structure because it is difficult for the mobile terminal to acquire distance measurements from multiple base stations. This low hearability in the receiver is caused by co-channel interference and multipath environment. Therefore, hearability enhancement is necessary for multilateration under multipath and interference environment. Former time domain based hearability methods were designed for real signals. However, orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal, which its usage has been increased in digital wireless communication, is a complex signal. Thus, different hearability enhancement method is needed for OFDM signals. This paper proposes a hearability enhancement method for forward-link multilateration using OFDM signals, which employ interference cancellation and multipath mitigation. A novel interference cancellation and multipath mitigation strategy for complex-valued OFDM signals is presented that has an iterative structure. Simulation results show that the proposed multilateration method provides the user's position with an accuracy of less than 80m through the mobile WiMAX cellular network in multipath environment.

서비스 디자인에 기초한 신도시 보행안전 확보방안에 관한 연구 (Study of the Enhancement of Pedestrian Safety based on Service Design)

  • 본 연구는 사용자의 요구에 순응하는 서비스 디자인 기법과 프로세스를 기준으로 기존의 보행공간을 재설계함으로써 신도시 개발지에 안전한 보행공간 확보방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 순서로는 이론고찰을 통해 서비스 디자인의 개념과 프로세스에 대해 검토하고, 사용자 여정분석을 통한 디자인 지점 즉, 터치포인트를 도출함으로써 연구의 준거를 마련한다. 이를 토대로 화성 동탄 신도시를 대상으로 서비스 디자인 터치포인트를 교통신호체계, 교차로 보행환경, 보도육교, 접근도로로 결정하고, 문제발견, 콘셉 디자인, 디자인 반영, 제도검토에 이르는 디자인 프로세스에 의한 터치포인트별 보행안전 확보방안을 제시함으로서 인간중심의 도시조성을 위한 도시설계적 디자인 방향을 제시하였다.
