The potential of nanocomposites have been drawing the intention of the researchers from energy storage to electrical insulation applications. Nanocomposites are known to improve dielectric properties, such as the increase in dielectric breakdown strength, suppressing the partial discharge (PD) as well as space charge, and prolonging the treeing, etc. In this review, different theories have been established to explain the reactions at the interaction zone of polymer matrix and nanofiller; the characterization methods of nanocomposites are also presented. Furthermore, the remarkable findings in the fields of epoxy, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) nanocomposites are reviewed. In this study, it was observed that there is lack of comparison between results of lab scale specimens and actual field aged cables. Also, non-standardization of the preparation methods and processing parameters lead to changes in the polymer structure and its surface degradation. However, on the positive side, recent attempt of 250 kV XLPE nanocomposite HVDC cables in service may deliver a promising performance in the coming years. Moreover, materials such as self-healing polymer nanocomposites may emerge as substitutes to traditional insulations.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) becomes a crucial paradigm as the environment of the market changes. About the CRM actively maintaining and managing customers that have been already acquired, the research has been done as a plan to lure loyal customers who bring lucrative profits in the long term for the company in order to increase the value to the customers. However, in practice, the focus is on putting spurs to attracting new customers in a short term rather than retaining existing customers who give profitable revenues. If the company puts high emphasis on drawing the new customers, in a CRM's point of view in relation to the value of the customers, it can incur a loss in the long run. The reason is that if the firm conducts discriminative sales promotion, the existing clients with high loyalty will feel relatively treated inappropriately and they will have negative feelings such as being betrayed from the company they prefer. This occurrence of negative emotion can in-crease the possibility of highly profitable clients' secession. In consequence, this paper focusing on the process of the client segmentation at the mobile telecommunication services shows that the sales promotion strategy for the new customer attraction can lead to negative effect on the loyalty of the existing customers.

In this paper, we argue that characteristics of ubiquitous business are different from those of e-business or m-business. We have developed a u-business model development framework incorporating the concept of value co-creation experiences, which is a core of the ubiquitous business paradigm. The framework of u-business model development presented in this paper consists of eight steps such as defining of domain, discovery of opportunity nucleus, defining of potential co-creation experience environment, deriving candidates of u-business services, selecting u-business killer services, defining value propositions of u-business killer services, defining u-business killer service offerings, and drawing a resource map of u-business killer services. The proposed u-business model development framework offers useful guidelines for practitioners to develop successful u-business models under a ubiquitous business paradigm.

This research constructs a data set regarding competition policy through a comprehensive review of previous studies, and performs a meta-analysis to quantitatively assess the price effects of deregulation. A structural econometric model is used to eliminate possible biases from heterogeneity of the studies,such as in publication types and measurement methods. Four types of regulations that deter competition are characterized and three groups of industries are made for drawing practical implications. We fnd that deregulation to promote competition reduces prices by 0.23% and that these estimated price effects are more stable when we control for the publication types and measurement ways. Easing regulations that restrict consumers' choice is shown to be most effcient in promoting competition, lowering prices by 0.7%. This is followed by eliminating the limitation in the number of frms in the industry, with 0.2% price reduction. Overall, the network and service industries are shown to be more responsive to deregulation than the R&D industry. These results could shed light on policy implementation when a pro-competition policy is called for due to restrictive regulations in the corresponding industries.

This study sought to explore how SMEs are utilizing EC. Drawing on existing research on IT and EC related field, this study presented the framework of EC utilization level and analyzed its affecting factors in the point of organizational perspectives; strategy and competency. The impact of EC utilization on firm performance was also examined by employing BSC. Structural equation model was applied to test the relationships among the theoretical constructs with data from 171 SMEs. The results showed that the rate of EC utilization in SMEs is growing quite rapidly. However, manufacturing related firms still remain at a lower level compared to service related firms. As for the two affecting factors of EC utilization level, it was found that the level of EC utilization appeared to be driven not by strategy but by competency. This result implicates that EC utilization in SMEs doesn't reach to strategic purpose yet, while it is dependent on firm's competency. As far as the impact of EC utilization on firm performance, the study showed that the level of EC utilization has significant relationship with all perspectives performance indicators of BSC. This study can provide the managers with current EC utilization pattern and the guidelines as to where to put the efforts in the EC utilization and how to get an effective EC utilization strategy in the future.

It is required to polish the components of administrative services constructively and technologically in order to achieve adminstration the u-Gov pursues. Therefore, the government needs to provide management on united information by combining collaborative construction and Convergence technology. This is called to be UT based positioning system. The system ought to be spread out and is contributed to enlarge interaction. For these reasons, in this paper, I embodied the fundamental st겨cture of new the service application through drawing UT based requirements for an establishment of its prototype.

Recently, BIM (Building Information Modeling) has been attracting attention as a next-generation architectural design tool. The strength of BIM technology is that it enables collaborative work and it is shared in real time. The Revit program, an architectural design program for BIM technology, enhances the information input side, making it possible to know the information of components at the design stage. However, in the use of the Revit program, it is impossible to share or reuse a family created by one designer with another designer. In order to overcome this inefficiency, we designed the design drawing as an Excel file and made it easy to create.

Because of the rapid increase of the number of elderly people, there are many problem in modern society. Especially the support of elderly people is becoming the hot issue, which results from a nuclear family and social activity of woman. The Policy of community care of the elderly people in western is caused by a heavy cost and isolation from the society of a facility care policy. Since 1980, Concept of 'home care for elderly people' has been appeared in korea. The Facility causing by these movement is 'Multipurpose senior center'. The purpose of this study is to present the alternative data to improve the quality of medical and rehabilitation part in multipurpose senior center. Data collecting skills such as drawing documents analysis, interviews, observation were used to examine the condition of medical and rehabilitation. And, case study method was used to generate the alternative medel which can be used for the spatial composition and the area calculation.

This paper designed internet search engine and understand structure of internet search engine drawing URL that is optimized, and secure embodiment technology using Java that is language of object base. Search engine that proposed in this paper maintained user's the convenience by offer keyword search, and simplify user interface And although quantity of searched information site is few, search engine show that the bad link rate of searched result is improved compare with existent domestic manufacture search engines.

Recently, the volume of transportatin is higher by increasing rapid development and human or material interchange among districts. So, the importance of maintenance and management on existing road is come to the fore. In this study, we'd like to build prototypic Road Information Management System to keep road scientifically and efficiently on general road. We built the database of information about a drawing and register on ex-siting road using GSIS. So, we can offer information rapidly and accurately in road maintenance and management service through the query, update and statistic analysis function on road facility as well as AM.
