본 논문에서는 음성인식을 이용한 일기예보 서비스 시스템을 소개한다. 이 서비스는 사용자가 지역명을 말하면 음성인식을 통해 그 지역명을 인식하여 일기예보를 들려주며, 차세대 지능망(AIN: Advanced Intelligent Network)에 구현되었다. 음성인식은 IP(Intelligent Peripheral)에서 이루어지며. 음성인식 실험 결과, 실험실과 시스템 상에서 각각 95.04%와 93.81%의 인식율을 보여 주었다.

A multibeam switching satellite system technology have started localized development to overcome the limitation of the frequency resource and geostationary orbit existing relay type satellite transponder and the required performance of the spot beam, and looked around the configuration and functions of the multibeam switching satellite communication system. This paper proposed that operation scheme and network control features for service definition, network architecture, transmission method of the natural disaster service network and public communication service network using this system.

The Knowledge Creation in early stages of new service development plays a critical role in the success of the service. The user is a crucial resource in creating knowledge in early stages of development, and user involvement is necessary. There are three roles the user can take part as in service development: informative, consultative, or participative. Based on these different roles, the process of knowledge creation varies. With this background, we proposed to investigate which creative processes need to be passed through in order to positively affect service development based on the role of the user in early stages of Internet service development. This case study was undertaken based on two new projects. The results of this study reveal the relationship between the knowledge creation process and user in early stages of development and at the same time provide guidelines regarding user involvement in actual service development.

This study examines how to realize citizen participation for public service design development. Firstly, after understanding the background of public service development process improvement, the concept of public service design and citizen participation, the summary of how to realize citizen participation for public service design development centered on the Participatory Public Service Design Group. The study found that in order to realize citizen participation, the citizen directly participated in the public service design development process, and it was important to adopt a citizen participation-oriented process and methodology based on service design.

As the ubiquitous technology has been widespread, the u-service development in the private sector is increasing these days. Especially, consisting of various life spaces, a mixed-use complex started actively utilizing the ubiquitous technology in order to provide users with differentiated services. In this paper, a new development methodology of the u-service for a mixed-use complex is proposed. Because the ultimate purpose of the u-service in a mixed-use complex is to guarantee profitability, the u-service must accelerate commercial activities among various users in the complex. The u-service development methodology of a mixed-use complex proposed in this paper firstly defines various perspectives for the u-service and identifies specific u-service elements in cross points of the perspectives. Then with those u-service elements, the methodology generates a u-service pool. Finally, after evaluation process, target u-serviced to develop are selected. Having designed the u-service development methodology, we expect the methodology to contribute the successful implementation of u-service model for a mixed-use complex.

The special organization that our military service is conscripted by the duty of national defense purposes to the period of military service. So couple of soldiers are think as the corresponds to college, or some knowledge layer from the operating management discarding period, lifetime value. But, now a day changed of the military life, it is when the individual soldiers can have some self-development and the lifelong education in terms of a period, and can changeing the footsteps of the new life that the function as a 'bridge' to activate production of barracks life. So that it can be supported themselves need to strive for human resource development. Being able to resolve huge problems deriving from integration of information systems in-house or business to business, the web service that uses the XML standard technology has recently taken a quick dominance the next generation e-business bases. It's one constant concern how to integrate, change, and maintain such systems as based on certain technologies according to the changes to information technology, which is on the ongoing process of evolution. To help solve those problems, OMG suggested a new software architecture called MDA(Model Driven Architecture). MDA runs a process that establishes a platform independent model(PIM), which is an analysis model used as part of the existing development procedures, and automatically converts it into a platform specific model(PSM), a design model, based on the established PIM. Such automatic conversion has lots of benefits including easy support for diverse platforms, reducing the coding time that usually consume a great deal of the developer's effort, and facilitating quality control in the aspect of development processes. By applying the MDA development process to a new web service development, you can choose web service as the target platform at the PIM of MDA and express PSM with a web service model, WSDL. This study set out to classify the web service development or integration processes by the provider md requester to identify the types of web service development processes, and to apply the MDA development process to web service development, thus suggesting a new kind of web service development process that can be referred to by both the web service provider and requester.

This paper has explored when implementing SW development project of the IT service corporations, what factors affect its productivity in SW development methodology. The importance of the AHP analysis surveyed from the experts in IT service companies and related committee, was shown in the order of the following processes : 1) Deployment process 2) Management process 3) Establishment process. It is measured the methodology levels of establishment, deployment and management in each project using the survey results collected from project execution members and analyzed the productivity of projects that have been executed within 2 years. Using project methodology level, productivity correlation analysis, and regression analysis, this study confirms that the methodology deployment level brings positive effects significantly to SW development productivity. The significance of this study would be not only to research and analyze SW development productivity using the real project execution data but also to underline the necessities and the importance of steady research, deployment and support for SW development productivity improvement.

Firstly, this article expounds that business service industry plays an important role in adjusting industrial structure, transforming mode of economic growth, improving people's living standards, enhancing Enterprise's Kernel Competitiveness and promoting the development of service industry. Then it analyzes the development of business services in Shandong from two perspectives. The first perspective, by using methodology for statistical analysis, it will review the development scale, professional level, the number of opening units, quantity of employment, and operating revenue of business services in Shandong. On this basis, the article will summarize its development characteristics, experience and existing shortcomings. The second perspective, by using comparison analysis methodology, to compare the development of Shandong with Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shanghai's and found the subjective and objective factors that restrict the development of business service industry in Shandong. In the light of restricting factors, countermeasures have been developed based on the experience at home and abroad. These countermeasures will contribute to promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, improving industrial competitiveness and speeding up the economic development rapidly and stably.
