정보시스템 서비스 평가를 위한 측정모형의 개발 및 실증적 검증 : 중국 SI 기업 사례 (The Measurement Model for the Evaluation of Information Systems Service : The Case of Chinese SI Company)

  • The controls of Information Systems (IS) have been an more critical issue controls as the sophistication and integration of IS is more proceeded. ITGI (The Information Technology Governance Institute) of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) has suggested COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology) and this has been widely recognized the evaluation model of IS controls. In COBIT, IS was evaluated in terms of process, information quality, and IT resources. This study used COBIT in order to suggest and empirically test an evaluation model of IS service. The data was collated from one major Chinese SI (Systems Integration) company in four domains of processes : planning and organization, acquisition and implementation, delivery and support, and monitoring. Seven factors are extracted using an exploratory factor analysis as follows : Overall IT planning process, technological assessment process in IT planning of IT, cost-benefit assessment process in IT planning, implementation process, support process, monitoring process, post-implementation evaluation process. The results of confirmatory analysis of three alternative measurement models indicated that the measurement model with one inherent or conceptual variable has greater model fitness than the other models. This study suggests the logical and general way to test and apply COBIT in evaluating IS services.

  • 최근 4차산업 혁명 기술의 성장과 코로나바이러스 확산으로 인해 모바일 중심의 온라인 쇼핑 시장이 급격하게 성장하게 되었으며, 다양한 차별화 전략을 앞세운 많은 기업들이 치열하게 경쟁하고 있다. 보다 높은 수준의 배송서비스를 요구하는 고객들을 만족시키기 위해 풀필먼트센터라는 개념이 등장하였고, 이를 통해 기존 주문 이후 집하에서 배송까지 수행되던 프로세스의 전체 처리 시간과 효율성을 개선할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나, 여전히 풀필먼트센터 내에서의 작업 효율성이 전체 배송 서비스의 수준을 결정하는 제약요인으로 작용하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 빅데이터, 사물인터넷 및 인공지능을 활용한 수요 예측과 공급의 조정 등과 같은 다양한 방법이 제시되고 있으나, 그 한계가 분명히 존재한다. 풀필먼트센터 내 가장 많은 작업시간과 비효율성을 초래하는 과정이 주문된 상품의 집하 작업 이후 배송을 위한 포장까지이므로, 이 과정을 자동화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 상품이 보관되어 있는 위치에서 포장을 위한 장소로의 집하와 상품 이동을 자동화하기 위한 AGV와 AMR의 효율적 운영을 위한 계획을 수립하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 풀필먼트센터 내 보관된 상품의 수, 상품별 수요에 따라 투입되는 자동화 장비의 운영 효율성이 달라질 수 있기 때문에 다양한 시나리오를 기반으로 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과를 바탕으로 풀필먼트센터 내 자동화 장비 도입 시 검토해야 할 다양한 요인을 확인할 수 있으며, 급변하는 시장 수요에 유연하게 대응하기 위해 효율성을 기준으로 최적 의사결정을 위한 참고자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

메이크업 서비스 마케팅 믹스가 고객재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 - 고객만족도와 고객충성도의 매개효과 분석 - (The effects of makeup service marketing mix on customer revisit intention - Analysis of mediating effects of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate customer satisfaction factors that affect customer loyalty and revisit intention, and the seven factors which comprise the marketing mix that affects customer satisfaction. loyalty, and intention to revisit. The purpose of the project is to propose a research model by testing the mediated effects of customer satisfaction and loyalty using mainly factor analysis, regression analysis, and mediation analysis. First the results showed that the marketing mix 7P factors influence customer satisfaction were identified as service delivery process, product, physical basis, and promotion. The factors that influence marketing mix 7P customer loyalty were tested in the order of service delivery, physical basis, product, and distribution. Second, the factors that affect customer loyalty were artists, service, and prices whereas the factors that affect customer satisfaction were tested in the order of service, artist, cosmetics, and price. Third, the factors affecting customer revisit intention were newly derived as treatment satisfaction, professionalism, and treatment products. Fourth, the relationship between marketing mix and customer revisit intention suggested that customer satisfaction and customer loyalty has a partial sale effect. It can be suggested on the basis of these findings that the effect of makeup service with marketing mix on customer revisit intention was analyzed and a new model was derived by analyzing the mediated effect of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

비즈니스 서비스 식별을 위한 변형 순차패턴 마이닝 알고리즘 (Adapted Sequential Pattern Mining Algorithms for Business Service Identification)

  • SOA를 도입하는 하향식 (top-down) 방법은 온톨로지를 기반으로 서비스를 분석하고 설계하는 서비스 모델링 단계를 핵심으로 봄으로써 SOA의 장점을 가장 잘 반영할 수 있는 방법으로 권장되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 기업들은 하향식 방법이 최상이라는 것을 알면서도 기업 이윤 창출에 단기적인 효과가 드러나지 않고 도입 초기에 개발시간과 비용이 증대되므로 이를 꺼리게 된다. 특히 잘 정의된 컴포넌트 시스템을 이미 사용하고 있는 경우에 더욱 그러하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 잘 정의된 컴포넌트시스템을 최대한 이용할 수 있는 상향식 (bottom-up) 서비스식별 방법을 제안한다. GUI는 직접 사용자의 입력을 받아 들여 이벤트를 발생시킨다는 점에 착안하여 이벤트의 경로를 연결하면 비즈니스 프로세스에 근사시킬 수 있다. 따라서 컴포넌트와 상호작용하는 GUI의 이벤트 수를 기준으로 핵심 GUI를 선정하고 핵심 GUI로부터 연결되는 이벤트 경로를 대상으로 기존의 순차패턴 마이닝 알고리즘을 변형하여 사용자의 서비스 사용 패턴을 추출한다. 실험결과 추출된 이벤트 패턴에 응집도를 적용하여 다양한 크기의 비즈니스 서비스를 식별할 수 있음을 보였다.

국내 맞춤형 화장품 온·오 프라인 서비스 분석 (An Analysis of On-Line and Offline Services for Customized Cosmetics in Korea)

  • Customized cosmetics are emerging as a consumer product that companies should pay attention to in the beauty industry due to the combination of market trends and institutional introduction of customized cosmetics. In this study, six offline service brands and online service brands currently in Korea were selected to understand the current status of domestic customized cosmetics online and offline services and to derive detailed characteristics, and the cases of each brand were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, customized cosmetics services could be classified online and offline. Second, customized cosmetics brands could be divided into general brand types and brand extension types. Third, skin data measurements could be classified into genetic analysis, big data-based surveys, and device measurements. Fourth, customized cosmetics manufacturing could be classified into a device manufacturing system, a consultant manufacturing system, and an individual production process system. Fifth, customized cosmetics distribution and delivery could be classified into same-day sales, general delivery, and regular delivery. The results of this study are meaningful in that they have identified and analyzed the current status of personalized cosmetics on-line and offline systems in recent trends, and it was confirmed that creative attempts in the domestic customized cosmetics market continue to change. It is hoped that this study will provide information and ideas to the beauty industry and related experts in the future and be used as basic data for customized cosmetics marketing

  • In this paper, we suggest the system analysis method that integrate IDEFO and IDEFIX. Based on the method, we propose the procedure which can be used to build CALS/EC system in manufacturing industry. Also, applying the procedure and method to electronic company, we construct the CALSEC prototype system. With the three types of view-point, process, information technology and standard, we proceed the implementation of CALS/EC in manufacturing industry. We divide the electronic company's process into five core process, 1)processes-product concept planning process. 2)product development process, 3)procurement process, 4)delivery/distribution process and 5)customer service process.

Understanding Service Quality in Health/Fitness Clubs from A Systems Perspective

  • Despite of the vibrant nature of the fitness industry, there has not been a sustained effort to understand the dynamics of the industry, particularly with reference to the quality of services offered in that industry. The purpose of this paper is to present a system based process model of quality in health/fitness services. The characteristics of the organization, the service employees and the client are the inputs into the service encounter where the service is produced (i.e., the throughput). The output is the quality of the service. The extent of quality perceived by both the service provider and the client is said to influence the satisfaction of the respective parties, and subsequent motivation to participate in the production of quality in the service. The model also suggests that physical environment as well as other customers and their behaviors influence customer perception of service quality. The quality of service is enhanced through the quality assurance practices of the organization and the feedback from client. Further, the input, throughput, and output in our model reflect (a) quality of the design of the service delivery system, (b) objective quality of the product, and (c) quality as perceived by client. The specific attributes of the design element (i.e., organization, service employee, and the client) are elaborated upon. It is suggested that the organization can assure quality by seeking feedback from clients and service employees, monitoring the service production phases, and managing inter-customer interactions.

A study on BSN data collection technique through mobile devices in a cloud environment

  • The data generated by the BSN sensor attached to the human body is mostly mobile. Accordingly, in a mobile cloud environment that processes BSN data, the service should not be fixed in a specific area but be able to support it according to the move. The mobile device must be able to process, filter and transmit the collected BSN data. The cloud server must be able to collect the data processed by the mobile device and provide it as a service. And the transfer of data requires standardized transfer between each device. In this paper, we propose a data delivery method through standard schema when mobile device processes data and provides service in cloud system and a data processing method according to the movement of the mobile device.

  • There are many statistical evaluation methods, A more technical Perspective is needed in estimating the effect of the Manufacturing Process for improving the Productivity, Process network analysis is a technique which has the potentiality for a wire use to improve the manufacturing process which other techniques can't be used to analyze effectively. The concept of six sigma plan was developed and pursued by Motorola to improve the process control. The goals of six sigma plan are established on the foundation of customer satisfaction such as Quality, Cost Delivery and Service This paper presents how to improve the manufacturing process by statistical process control for the evaluation of six sigma level.

6시그마 기법을 통한 병원 급식 서비스 품질 개선 및 환자 만족도 향상 (The Improvement of Hospital Food Service in Quality and Customer Satisfaction by Using 6-sigma Strategy)

  • This study was performed to improve the hospital food service in quality and customer satisfaction by using 6-sigma strategy which was processed by DMAIC methods. The research procedure was as follows; analyzing the main causes of customer dissatisfaction of food service by using numerical method, and then finding out the standardized problem solving methods, and finally reforming food service process. The effectiveness of 6-sigma activity was measured by ‘food service quality index’, ‘customer satisfaction index’ and ‘total food service satisfaction index’. Food service quality index was calculated by adding grade of soup temperature, food service, delivery time, and setting accuracy. Statistical data analyses were completed by using the Minitab Ver. 14. By performing 6 sigma activity, food service quality index was increased from 67 to 79 points (p<0.05) and customer satisfaction index also rise from 73 to 79points (p<0.05). Satisfaction of meals’ taste, diverse menu, food setting accuracy, remove of food service, overall food service were significantly improved(p<0.05). The results of capability analysis in food service quality index, customer satisfaction index, and total food service satisfaction index were improved 2.11$\sigma$ to 2.49$\sigma$, 1.88$\sigma$ to 2.43$\sigma$, and 2.04$\sigma$ to 2.47$\sigma$ respectively (p<0.05). Therefore this study showed that subjective food service improving process could be measured by objective numerical value which might be used for financial value in hospital management.
