The purpose of this research is to develop a service R&D concept definition and finding service R&D demand in Korea. It is necessary to develop an effective service R&D model to improve the competitiveness of the service industry. A survey model for finding service R&D demands has been developed through extensive discussions with experts. A demand survey for 91 experts in service industry and academia has been conducted to find relative weights of each service R&D category. Several other aspects on service R&D has beed investigated to analyze the relative importance of service R&D subjects. And a benchmarking on previous service R&D research investment has been performed. Past and present service R&D topics are compared as a whole and by each individual domain. A service R&D framework and important funding areas has been suggested. The results of this research can be used for research fund allocation decisions for strengthening service industry competitiveness.

정보통신기술의 발달로 우리의 생활에는 많은 서비스들이 등장하였다. 이런 서비스들은 우리의 삶은 편리하고 안전하게 하지만 서비스의 증가와 비례하여 우리가 이를 인식하고 활용하는데 필요한 관심과 노력도 증가하게 되었다. 상황인식서비스는 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 사용자 주변 상황을 스스로 인식하고 적시적소에 자동으로 제공되는 서비스이다. 기존 상황인식서비스에 관한 연구들을 살펴보면 상황인식서비스는 주로 개발자에 의해 정의된다. 개발자에 의한 상황인식서비스 정의는 사용자 주변 환경이나 개개인의 생활패턴을 반영할 수 없다는 중요한 문제를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 서비스의 필요성을 느끼는 사용자 스스로가 상황인식서비스를 직접 정의할 수 있게 하는 사용자인터페이스인 EUCAS(by End-User, Context-Aware Service development)를 소개한다. EUCAS는 사용자가 상황인식서비스를 직접 정의할 수 있게 하기 위해 주변 상황정보와 실행 가능한 서비스들을 객체의 형태로 표현하고 이를 쉽게 조작할 수 있는 사용자인터페이스를 제공한다. EUCAS는 사용자가 자신이 필요한 상황인식서비스를 직접 정의하고 관리할 수 있게 함으로써 개인화된 상황인식서비스 환경구축을 가능하게 한다.

The aim of this research is clarify the relationship between concept understanding degree about the environment and environmental sensitivity and heighten understanding of environmental education target to pre-service elementary teacher. The subjects of this study are science education intensive course 65 students of B educational university. Concept understanding degree about the environment was separately investigated by 'the definition of environmental education', 'Write The positive concept of the natural environment education and briefly describe.''The negative concept of the natural environment education and briefly describe'. Next clarify the relationship between concept understanding degree about the environment and environmental sensitivity target to pre-service elementary teacher. Based on these results, propose an alternative to cultivate pre-service elementary teacher's knowledge about environmental education. Degree of understanding of the concept environmental education research results are as follows. First, Cognition degree about definition of environmental education of pre-service elementary teacher is correctly recognized generally. Second, They do not think deeply about natural environment when it comes to the positive concept of the natural environment of pre-service elementary teacher. Third, They have only a little interest in natural environment when it comes to the negative concept of the natural environment of pre-service elementary teacher. Correlation research results of degree of understanding of the concept of environmental and environmental sensitivity are as follows. High understanding degree of environmental education is high environmental sensitivity. Heighten environmental sensitivity of pre-service elementary teacher will be sustainable environmental education so education is necessary for environmental Sensitivity training.

With the proliferation of smart devices, applications under ubiquitous environment must provide transparent access to computer resources. However, existing u-Logistics systems can not properly react on such requirements, because the status information of objects is input only in fixed milestones by system's operators. In this paper, we introduce an event notification service suitable for u-Logistics environment. The system is based on RFID infrastructure and provides real-time tracking by combining the event of objects with location information received from GPS satellites. The system also provides a graphical user interface based on a state/transition approach, making it easy that clients facilitate definition of profile, and uses XML structure to more easily represent and exchange events.

One of the reasons students have difficulty in studying probability is that they do not understand the meaning of mathematical terms precisely. One such term is a continuous random variable. Students tend not to think of the accurate definition of continuous random variables but to understand the definition of continuity of functions and the meaning of continuity in probability as equal. In this study, we try to explore the degree of pre-service teachers' understanding on the concept of continuation of functions and continuous random variables. To do this, the questionnaire items related to continuous random variables and continuity of functions were developed by experts and examined by pre-service teachers. Based on this, we make suggestions on implications for teaching and learning about continuous random variables.

새로운 멀티미디어 응용 요구 사항을 만족시켜 주기 위해 트랜스포트 서비스 및 프로토콜에 요구되는 주요 기능으로는 멀티캐스트 전송 기능과 향상된 서비스 품질 기능이 있다. 이 논문은 이러한 주요 요구 사항을 만족시켜줄 수 있도록 설계된 향상된 트랜스포트 서비스의 주요 기능 및 세부 사항들에 대해 기술하고 있다. 먼저, 다자간 통신 서비스 및 프로토콜 설계 시 기본적으로 다루어져야 하는 주요 이슈들이 검토되었고 이 결과가 제안하는 서비스 설계에 적용되었다. 둘째, 향상된 트랜스포트 서비스를 위한 새로운 기능들로써 이종 TC설립, 초청 능력, TC-소유권 이전, 동시 전송 제한 기능 등이 제안되었다. 이 논문에서 제안하는 향상된 트랜스포트 서비스 규격이 제공하는 세부 서비스들로는 TC 생성, TC 초청, TC 참가, 멀티캐스트 데이타 전달, 데이타 전달 멈춤, 데이타 전달 재개, 특정 상태 보고, TC 이탈, TC 종료, TC-소유권 이전, 토큰 전달 서비스가 정의되었다. 제안된 트랜스포트 서비스 규격은 국제표준기구인 JTC1/SC6 및 ITU-T SG7에 제출되어 국제표준으로 제정되기 위한 CD(Committee Draft)초안으로 채택되었다.

본 연구는 모바일 부동산 서비스의 정보 품질과 허위매물의 개선방안을 검색 필터 서비스를 통해 성장 가능할 방안을 제공하였다. 현재 활발하게 사용 중인 각국의 대표적인 모바일 부동산 앱의 사례를 비교했으며 부동산 정보 탐색 시 가장 먼저 필요한 검색 필터 13개를 채택하여 사용성과 서비스 상태를 분석했다. 그 결과 모바일 부동산 서비스 정의 맞게 사용자들이 언제 어디서나 유기적으로 신속하며 신뢰성 있는 정보를 받기 위해서는 수준 높은 검색 필터 서비스 공급이 정보품질 개선을 위해 필수적이다. 결국, 허위매물에 대한 사후적인 대책 마련보다는 사전 검수가 야기되며 사용자의 니즈에 충족되어 보다 개선된 검색 필터 서비스를 제공하여 모바일 부동산 중개 서비스의 정의에 맞게 시간과 공간에 제약받지 않고 신뢰할 수 있는 정보품질의 서비스를 공급하는 것이 허위매물의 피해자를 사전적으로 예방하는 것이라 말할 수 있다.

As medical service industry is transformed into the market centered on consumers, medical service quality patients recognize is emphasized as the powerful means to ensure competitive advantage among hospitals in the fierce medical markets. Many researches have been done on the definition of medical service quality, developing a scale to measure it, patient satisfaction, hospital repurchase and oral transmission intention, but integrated studies have not been done sufficiently on the patient' cognitive emotional aspects. For these research purposes, based on service relation, service quality, physical surroundings, human services, corporate reputation, service value, emotional response, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, this paper suggests a theoretical modeling composed of hypotheses on the relations of each theoretical variable. In addition, the moderating effect of service relationships is investigated based on the structural equation model.

The purpose of this study was to obtain the various basic data for introduction of information and referral service in the Korean public libraries. For the purpose, this study was conducted by carrying out theoretical research on the concept and definition of information and referral service, the type and level of the service and the needs for introduction of the service in public libraries and using questionnaires with 242 public libraries(reference librarians) all over the country, so as to examine the librarians' views on the whole service. The questionnaire mainly included questions about actual status, present level and understanding level of the service, reference librarians' response to needs for introduction of the service, and type and level of the service available when the service has been introduced. In conclusion, this study will help to establish basic foundation, so that the Korean public libraries can realize equalization of the service and promote the information and referral service.

방송미디어 산업은 유무선 통신네트워크의 발전과 더불어 스마트 미디어로 발전하며 새로운 미디어 생태계를 구축하고 있다. 스마트 미디어 생태계에는 다양한 사업자들이 새로운 패러다임과 함께 신규서비스를 창출하고 있다. 반면에, 지상파 방송사는 강력한 콘텐츠 제작 능력과 지상파 방송망을 포함한 미디어 전송 네트워크를 보유하고 있음에도 불구하고, 치열한 경쟁 환경속에서 상대적으로 뒤처지고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 지상파 방송이 스마트 미디어 경쟁 환경과 곧 도래하는 UHD 방송 환경에서 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 방안으로 다양한 기능을 포함한 셋톱박스 기반의 플랫폼 구축 방안을 제안하고, 상세한 전송 네트워크 구조 및 플랫폼의 구성에 대해 설명한다. 새로운 방송서비스인 UHD 방송환경에서 새로운 미디어 플랫폼의 성공적인 정착을 통해 지상파 방송서비스의 직접 수신가구 수 증가를 기대할 수 있으며, 무료 보편적 시청권 제공이라는 지상파 방송의 본연의 목적과 수익성 확보를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
