Since 2005, Asan city government have executed the "Budgeting & Planning Examination Program". A construction contract more than two hundred thousand dollars, service contract more than fifty thousand dollars and purchasing goods contract more than five thousand dollars must be examined about their propriety by office of audit. Asan city government have saved its budget about fifteen million and five hundred twenty thousand dollars for the institution. Moreover, Asan citizens' trust and social capital about their local government have been increased through it Asan city government will reinforce a speed and effectiveness of it.

The purpose of the study is to contribute to the positive development of blockchain technology by providing data to examine security vulnerabilities and threats to blockchain-based services and review countermeasures. The findings of this study are as follows. Threats to the security of blockchain-based services can be classified into application security threats, smart contract security threats, and network (P2P) security threats. First, application security threats include wallet theft (e-wallet stealing), double spending (double payment attack), and cryptojacking (mining malware infection). Second, smart contract security threats are divided into reentrancy attacks, replay attacks, and balance increasing attacks. Third, network (P2P) security threats are divided into the 51% control attack, Sybil attack, balance attack, eclipse attack (spread false information attack), selfish mining (selfish mining monopoly), block withholding attack, DDoS attack (distributed service denial attack) and DNS/BGP hijacks. Through this study, it is possible to discuss the future plans of the blockchain technology-based ecosystem through understanding the functional characteristics of transparency or some privacy that can be obtained within the blockchain. It also supports effective coping with various security threats.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors associated with cataract and age-related macular degeneration in elders. Methods: In total, 341,588 men(44.18%,) and women(61.887%), aged over 60, were recruited from Korean National Health Insurance Service-Senior(2002-2013). We also analysed the factors which determine the prevalence of contract (ICD-10: H25) and age-related macular degeneration(ICD-10: H353) using Cox proportional hazard regression model Results: The subjects who were women, in older age, the group of higher income level, with hypertension, with heart disease, and with diabetes, the prevalence of both contract and age-related macular were increased(p<0.0001). Conclusion: The prevalence of contract and age-related macular degeneration were higher in old age of Korean who has chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, and diabetes. The management of chronic diseases are essentially required in elderly for more healthy eye in aged society.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational service quality on educational satisfaction and job usability. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, based on the theoretical background, factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. Five factors of tangibility, responsibility, reactivity, assurance, and empathy were found in the educational service quality. In addition, it was confirmed that there was no problem as a single factor in educational satisfaction and job availability, and these factors showed high reliability and validity. Second, in the relationship between educational service quality and educational satisfaction, all five factors which education service quality factors were found to affect educational satisfaction. The higher the factor of educational service quality, the students will be able to increase their satisfaction with education, which was a degree of satisfaction with the education of contract department. Third, in the effects of educational service quality factors on job availability, tangibility, responsibility, reactivity, and assurance have no effect and empathy affects job availability. In this study, although the factors of education service quality is high except empathy, it is not possible to increase the job availability that leads to successful business results. Fourth, job availability affects educational satisfaction. Therefore, the higher the level of job availability, educational satisfaction will also increase. The following are implications of this study. First, high-quality lectures, hands-on training, and educational programs are needed and values that students pursue must continuously increase. Second, there is a need for measures to improve job availability such as the formation of curriculum related to jobs and the demand for the training courses of restaurants.

The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on the performance (end user satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of business, 2) to conduct the causal-effect analysis between outcome variables (user's satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of ERP in the contract foodservice management company. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users (dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office (government agencies, factories), schools (universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company 'C' in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26, 2004 to July 30. 2004. Two hundred and fifty (250) questionnaires were responded (response rate: 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Win (11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that among the 3 factors (system quality, information quality, service quality), the system quality and information quality were proved to have an effect on the user's satisfaction and user's performance significantly (p < .05). The influence of ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on system utilization were testified to be statistically significant (p < .05). The user's performance were affected significantly by system utilization (p < 0.001) and end user's satisfaction (p < 0.001). As a conclusion, to improve user satisfaction, which is the ultimate performance variable of an ERP system, high quality of an ERP system is the pre-requisite. And the user satisfaction and performance of business would be higher with the better quality ERP system. When constructing ERP system for the contract foodservice management company, we should improve system utilization and user satisfaction altogether so that user's performance could be ultimately enhanced and we should make efforts to enhance the quality level of ERP. The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the job characteristics and competencies of a head-cook in contracted foodservice management company, identify the knowledge, abilities, skills and other characteristics (KASO) required to perform the duties of a head-cook, and provide training content and develop training program for job of head-cook in contract foodservice management company (CFMC). A survey instrument including identified KASO was used in the study. The questionnaire was delivered by using e-mail to 165 head-cooks employed by CFMC. The factor analysis resulted in a three-factor structure of the instrument such as 'basic foodservice operation duties' 'personal characteristics' 'managing of expanded duties-menu, customer and business'. This result suggested the education and training program for head-cook in CFMC should be composed of 'basic foodservice operation duties' on 'bulk preparation', 'procurement, inventory management', 'facility and equipment management', and 'sanitation and safety management', 'personal characteristics' on 'personality management' and 'moral duties', and 'managing of expanded duties-menu, customer and business' on 'menu management', 'customer service management', 'cost management', and 'administrative ability'. Therefore, it will be expected that the management of human resources in the contract foodservice industry would be developed by the application of recommended education and training program.

The principal objective of this study was to reveal the relationship between the menu management indicators and menu performance indicators in contract-foodservice operations. Menu indicators differed according to the type of business, type of contract, type of serving, and number of service lines. In accordance with the results of our correlation analysis, we noted significant correlations between menu performance indicators and menu management indicators. The first of these was the correlation between the food cost ration and meal counts, food loss, and the use of prepared vegetables. The second of these was the correlation between food cost per meal and forecasting error, food loss, and inventory turnover. The last of these correlations was the negative correlation between menu CSI(customer satisfaction index) and the use of prepared vegetables. According to the results of our canonical correlation analysis, 2 significant functions were identified. In the first function, we noted significant correlations between meal counts, use of prepared vegetables, food loss, and food cost ratio. Additionally, we noted significant correlations between forecasting error, inventory turnover, food loss, and food cost per meal in the second function. Menu management indicators had no influence on customer satisfaction.

A construction project consists of a variety of contracts for the completion of work. The large number of contracts involved in a single project increases the likelihood that disputes will arise between the parties involved regarding the terms of service. Actually, there are many disputes that are caused by a change 0 order. While such disputes should be settled by interpreting the terms stipulated in the agreement entered between the two parties, the process of dispute settlement is often restricted to arbitration and lawsuit, and as a result the parties tend to avoid it due to its inefficiency. For this reason, in Korea it is hard to find cases of interpreting terms of service, while in the U.S. it is easy to find diverse cases of interpreting terms of service, since there is a process of dispute settlement by each stage by the party who has placed an order. Therefore, this study presents analysis of case studies of contract changes, looking specifically at changes in the scope of the work, changes in quantity, changes in the period of implementation, changes in the method of implementation or attitude, changes in items provided by the government or the delivery place, and the acceptance of such change procedure by a contractor, and the adjustment of a reduction.

The Cost for introducing smart factory will decrease and the service type will change from a large scale to small quantity manufacturing, when 3D printing technologies have actively applied and smart factory related technologies have more stably developed. If customers have to provide private information, the availability of developed technology may cause slow progress. We propose a new protocol for custom manufacturing service of smart factory. The proposed approach is designed for smart contract based IoT convergence network. We analyzed the requirements of the proposed approach which provides anonymity, privacy, fairness, and non-repudiation. We compared it with closely related studies to show originality and differences.
