소방조직의 구조적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Fire Service Organization Structure)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 소방조직의 구조적 특성을 분석의 요소에 따라 확인하고 규명하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여, 소방공무원으로 구성된 소방조직을 연구대상으로 한정하고, 조직의 구조적 특성(복잡성, 집권성, 공식성)을 선행연구와 관계법령을 이용하여 확인하였다. 연구결과, 소방조직은 복잡성, 집권성, 공식성이 모두 높은 조직구조를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 전형적인 기계적 관료제적의 조직 특성으로, 일반 정부행정조직이나 기업조직에서는 찾아 볼 수 없는 소방조직만의 고유한 특성이다. 본 연구결과는 소방조직의 학술적 개념을 정립하는데 기여가 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • This paper is an investigation of comparative and contrasting characteristics of service in manufacturing sector - especially quality aspects. A review of both service and manufacturing industries' systems literature revealed conflicting views on defining two different industries and its system assessment. While some researchers have documented the value of service IS implementations on both industries, there are others who feel that such implementations are not appropriate for all situations or all organizations. Because of IS implementations and IT improvement, defining service and manufacturing is blur than ever. There is a dearth of literature on the assessment of service systems in service and manufacturing industries due to blurred and controversial argument.

  • This investigation studied 1)the correlations among pre-service child care teachers' behavioral characteristics, social support and self-efficacy, and 2)the mediating effects of pre-service child care teachers' behavioral characteristics and social support on self-efficacy. The subjects were 240 pre-service child care teachers working at S-center for nursery teacher education or I-center for nursery teacher education in the Incheon area. The findings are as follows. First, the relationships among pre-service child care teachers' behavioral characteristics, social support and self-efficacy were examined by showing correlations. Second, we found that in terms of the mediating role of social support in the relationship between pre-service child care teachers' behavioral characteristics and self-efficacy, type D and type S show self-efficacy; they also have a direct impact on the social support indirectly affected through. Thus, social support can be seen as having a partial mediating effect.

Study on the Distribution Environmental Characteristics of Unmanned Stores

  • Purpose: The first purpose of this study is deriving in-store characteristics that affect the experience of customers using unmanned stores and reveals the value of major services that customers feel and experience. Also, an empirical analysis is conducted on the effect of intelligent consumption value after using unmanned stores on consumption emotions and continuous use intention, and the modulating effect of customers' untact tendency on environmental characteristics and the value of intelligent services is verified. Research design, data and methodology: Samples were taken from 186 people who visited the unmanned store from April to June 2022 to investigate the research model. Results: It was found that the environmental characteristics of unmanned stores had a positive effect on the intelligent service value. Also, the higher the value of intelligent service, the stronger the influence on consumption emotions, and the higher the value of the intelligence service and consumption emotions, the stronger the impact on the intention to use intention. The untact propensity played a role in controlling the relationship between ease of using technology and the intelligent service value and the relationship between spatial arrangement and functionality and intelligent service value. Conclusion: In order to improve unmanned store service in the trend of spreading unmanned stores, it is necessary to not only improve the technology using convenience in terms of store environmental characteristics but also create innovative consumption experiences in terms of space layout, function, and convenience of payment.

  • By the developing of Internet. the environments of the company have rapidly been changed. Especially. managers in the Internet shoppingmall have been try to provide excellent e-Services to their customers. e-Service i~ defined comprised of all interactive services that are delivered on the Internet uSing advanced telecommunications. information, and multimedia technologies. but according to study of e-Satisfy. com[2000]. customer service through internet is still neither effective nor efficient and poor service will impact on company's profit but excellent service can improve their value and quality of the service or product. In order to customer-oriented e-Services. this study suggested the QFD linked with e-Service quality model for the Internet shoppingmall service system. which can help determine design characteristics being relevant to customer's e-Service quality requirements. this hybrid model have two stages. In the first stage. we do measure service quality and find priorities of service quality attribute by purchase process. and in the second stage. on the basis of priority of e-Service quality attributes, we find design characteristics to maximize customer satisfaction. From this study, we provide internet shoppingmall managers with the implications for improvement of service quality, measuring quality of e-service, providing design characteristics for customer-oriented service quality.

외식업체의 직원이 제공하는 서비스 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of the Service Quality Provided by Foodserice Workers in Restaurants)

  • Consistently delivering good service quality is a complex and dynamic process. In this matter, service differs from tangible products and is highly dependent on the business and service provider. Therefore, efficiently managing the process of delivering service quality can contribute to profits for organization and satisfaction to customers. This study was performed to define service quality, and to investigate the personal and operational characteristics that impacts the service quality provided by foodservice provider. The responses from 278 foodservice providers and 427 customers in 82 fast-food and family restaurants were used in this analysis. Descriptive, Factor Analysis, T-test, ANOVA, and Correlation Analysis were used for statistical Analysis. The Results of this study were as follows : 1) The perception of foodservice provider was significantly higher than that of the customers in most of the 21 service quality attributes. 2) The 6 dimensions derived from Factor Analysis explained 56.8% for service quality. 3) Among the personal characteristics of the foodservice provider, the level of education and the position in the job led to a significant difference in some of the service qualities. 4) The type of restaurant played an important role in foodservice providers'perception of service quality. 5) Month since opening had a negative correlation with 'Atmosphere' and a positive correlation with 'Reputation', while the number of seats showed a positive correlation with 'Atmosphere' and a negative correlation with 'Food'and 'Convenience'. 6) In general, the characteristics of sales had a positive correlation with service quality. 7) The proportion of part-time employees showed a negative correlation with 'Atmosphere' and 'Food', and a positive correlation with 'Reputation'.

AI기반 음성인식 서비스 특성과 상호 작용성 및 이용 의도 간의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationships of between AI-based Voice Recognition Service Characteristics, Interactivity and Intention to Use)

  • Voice interaction combined with artificial intelligence is poised to revolutionize human-computer interactions with the advent of virtual assistants. This paper is analyzing interactive elements of AI-based voice recognition services such as sympathy, assurance, intimacy, and trust on intention to use. The questionnaire was carried out for 284 smartphone/smart TV users in Korea. The collected data was analyzed by structural equation model analysis and bootstrapping. The key results are as follows. First, AI-based voice recognition service characteristics such as sympathy, assurance, intimacy, and trust have positive effects on interactivity with the AI-based voice recognition service. Second, the interactivity with the AI-based voice recognition service has positive effects on intention to use. Third, AI-based voice recognition service characteristics such as interactional enjoyment and intimacy have directly positive effects on intention to use. Fourth, AI-based voice recognition service characteristics such as sympathy, assurance, intimacy and trust have indirectly positive effects on intention to use the AI-based voice recognition service by mediating the effect of the interactivity with the AI-based voice recognition service. It is meaningful to investigate factors affecting the interactivity and intention to use voice recognition assistants. It has practical and academic implications.

의료기관 모바일 서비스 이용자의 직무성과에 관한 연구 : 개인특성과 직무-기술 적합 모형을 중심으로 (A Study on the Task Performance of Mobile Service Users in Medical Institute: Emphasis on Individual Characteristics and Task-Technology Fit(TTF) Model)

  • The rapid growth of investments in mobile service to reach a large and growing body of customers, coupled with low communication costs, has made user acceptance an increasingly critical management issue. The study draws upon the task-technology fit (TTF) model as its theoretical basis and its empirical findings to pragmatically explain the key factors that affect the performance and user acceptance of mobile service in medical field. A total of 110 usable responses were obtained. The findings indicate that the task, technology, and individual user characteristics positively affect task-technology fit and mobile service usage. The task-technology fit and mobile service usage are the dominant factors that affect mobile service performance. The result points out the importance of the fit between technologies and users' tasks in achieving individual performance impact from mobile service in medical arena.

디지털헬스케어서비스에서 서비스품질 속성이 지속사용의도에 미치는 효과연구: 사용자기대와 사용자효용 매개요인을 중심으로 (Effect of Characterisitcs of Service Quality on Continuance Usage Intention of Digital Healthcare Service Using Mediating Factors of User Expectation and User Utility)

  • 본 연구는 디지털헬스케어서비스에서 사용자기대와 사용자효용의 매개요인을 사용하여 서비스 품질의 특성들이 지속사용의도에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 첫째, 독립요인을 서비스품질 차원으로 통합하였으며, 기존 연구들을 토대로 독립요인들을 도출하였다. 도출된 독립요인은 기술적특성, 사용자특성, 의료서비스특성 등의 3개의 관점으로 구분하였으며, 각각의 독립요인 특성이 지속사용의도에 어떻게 영향을 주는지를 연구하였다. 둘째는 사용자기대와 사용자효용이라는 2개의 매개요인들이 독립요인과 종속요인을 매개하는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 357개의 설문을 사용하였으며 의미 있는 분석결과는 사용자특성 요인이 사용자기대와 사용자 효용 그리고 지속사용의도에 연속적으로 영향을 미치는 독립요인이라는 것을 발견하였다. 분석 결과을 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 사용자특성 요인은 사용자기대와 사용자효용 매개요인에 영향을 주고, 이들 매개요인들은 지속사용의도 종속요인에 영향을 미친다. (2) 기능성, 호환성 그리고 편의성 하위요인들로 구성된 기술적특성 독립요인과 혁신성 하위요인을 갖는 사용자 특성 독립요인은 사용자기대 매개요인에 영향을 주고, 사용자기대 매개요인은 지속사용의도 종속 요인에 영향을 준다. (3) 신뢰성, 운영용이성, 안전성 그리고 정확도 하위요인들로 구성된 의료 서비스특성 독립요인은 사용자효용 매개요인에 영향을 주고, 사용자효용 매개요인은 다시 지속 사용의도 종속요인에 영향을 미친다.
