선화증권의 위기문제를 해결하기 위한 UN과 CMI 노력의 발판으로 볼레로 선화증권이 도입된 지 상당한 시간이 흘렀지만 아직까지 전자선화증권이 실질적으로 도입되지 않고 있는데 이는 법률적, 제도적으로 해결하지 못한 과제가 남아있기 때문이다. 특히 볼레로 선화증권의 경우에는 도입초기에 개별국가의 전자무역사업자들과의 협업사업모델을 제시하지 못하여 제대로 이용되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 국제적으로 볼레로 선화증권의 운영이 제대로 이루어지 않고 있는 상황에서 한국 상법에서는 전자선화증권의 등록기관 지정제도를 도입하여 현재 KTNET이 법무부에 의해 등록기관으로 지정되어 있으며 전자선화증권 서비스를 개시하였다. 그러나 한국의 상법모델은 볼레로 선화증권보다 글로벌차원에서 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 또한 등록기관 지정제도상의 특징과도 연관되어 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 한국 전자선화증권 등록기관 지정제도를 살펴보고 지정제도 상의 특징을 도출하고 그 특징과 관련된 이슈와 문제점을 규명함으로써 한국에서 전자선화증권이 보다 활성화되는데 그 연구목적을 두고 있다.

ISNI가 확산되면서 개인명이나 단체명을 식별하고 연계하는 전거제어의 프로세스와 활용방식도 확장되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미국, 영국, 프랑스, 독일 등의 국가전거와 ISNI 연계와 활용의 특징을 도출하여, 우리나라 국립중앙도서관을 중심으로 국가전거와 ISNI의 연계와 활용의 개선 방안을 제시하였다. ISNI 창립부터 정착과 활용에 적극적으로 참여하고 있는 주요국을 중심으로 국가전거와 ISNI 연계 방식 및 서비스에 활용된 ISNI 데이터 등을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 ISNI를 활용한 국가전거 개선 방안은 첫째, ISNI를 활용한 전거 업무 지원, 둘째, 국가서지작성기관과 출판계와의 긴밀한 협력체계 마련, 셋째, 국가차원에서 ISNI와 전거레코드 연계를 위한 인프라 구축, 마지막으로 전거데이터를 바탕으로 이용자 서비스 페이지 제공 등이었다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the differences of the outcomes of visiting nursing service (VNS) between the two types by the organizational structure of health centers. Type I referred to 3 health centers with departmentalization for VNS and type II of 3 health centers providing VNS under the subunit of a department. Data were collected from 38 visiting nurses at the six health centers for their perceived formalization, decision-making authority and job satisfaction, 293 clients for the satisfaction level with VNS served and their records analysis for level of quality care and frequency by the contents of VNS through the questionares during the period from June, 1 to August 30, 1993. Data were analyzed using $\chi^2$, F. t or/and Scheffe test. The result were as follows: 1) There were no significant differences in perceived formalization and decision -making authority of visiting nurses between the two types of health centers. 2) There were significant differences in the level of quality care and frequency of the VNS contents between the two types of health centers. 3) There were no significant differences in perceived clients' satisfaction and job satisfaction of the visting nurses between the two types of health centers. From this study, Not only organizational differentiation with the development of job standards and supportive system but also personnel development are suggested when new health care service in health centers begins.

국내의 경우 대중교통 최소서비스 수준 분석을 통해 대중교통 접근성을 평가하고 있으나 이는 운영자 측면의 평가로 이용자 측면의 대중교통 접근성 분석은 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 알뜰교통카드 데이터를 이용하여 이용자의 대중교통 접근성을 분석한 결과 법정동보다 법정리의 접근시간 및 거리가 크며, 대중교통 접근성이 낮은 유형을 분류하여 분석한 결과 전체 평균 접근 시간에 비해 유형 1은 95%, 유형 2는 64% 더 크게 나타났다. 이러한 대중교통 접근성 문제 해결을 위해 델파이 조사를 통한 실시간 수요대응 자율주행 대중교통차량의 효율적인 도입 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 델파이 조사 결과 기능은 환승연계 및 D2D, 서비스는 예약 및 정보제공서비스, 노선 운영 방식은 준동적 및 동적 운영, 접근거리는 300m, 노선 운행 거리는 10km, 정시성은 5분 이내와 같이 9개 항목에 대해 전문가들의 의견이 일치하였다.

The master of ship is always authorised to perform whatever acts are ordinarily necessary for the safe and proper prosecution of the voayge with regard to both ship and cargo. In other words, when a ship is away from her home port, where her business was managed, the master generally carried the owner's authority, and ordinarily he had power to enter into engagements, on their behalf, for carrying goods in the ship, or for letting her service, provided those engagements were consistent with the usual manner of employing her adopted by the owners. Accordingly he has always to decide onboard for an adequate applying of statutory law and cases whenever he acts. But the master would appear to have no such autho-rity where he can communicate with the owners without difficulty as, now-a-days, he nearly always can. This paper, therefore, intend to review some guidance of his authority in accordance with the Korean Code of Commerce as well as precedent based on it. The paper is also simply to place at the disposal of young shipmasters and those who aspire to command some legal information concerning limit of master's authority away from vessel's home port through legal commentation on the precedent, which may assist them to a better understanding of the many problems they may be faced with in the course of their ca-reers. In order to make an efficient study of legal structure concerned for shipmaster's authority, several up-to-date precedents are selected and described herein by writer's opinion for preventing unreasonable legal dispute in this field before courts in future.

An equine herpesvirus-4 (EHV-4) was isolated in nasal swabs collected in a horse showing respiratory clinical signs. Equine dermis cells inoculated with the sample were observed with characteristic viral cytopathic effects after 3 days of postinoculation and the infected cells exhibited bright intracelluar fluorescence by indirect immunofluorescence assay. At the nucleotide level, the partial glycoprotein B gene of the Korean EHV-4 isolate (K001) had 99.9% identity to 1942 strain (GenBank No. M26171). To author's knowledge, the report describes the first isolation and partial characterization of EHV-4 in Korea. The virus can be used for further study of EHV-4.

This paper analyzes quality management of aviation safety services in Korea and proposes practical implications for improvement. We look into how quality management is conducted in the Korean aviation industry and confirm aviation authority's efforts for a quality management system. We also compare and analyze international standard ISO 9001 and aviation safety oversight system quality management cases of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) with a Korean case. Results find the difference in defining the scope of ISO 9001 management between ICAO/FAA and the Korean authority which causes unnecessary misunderstanding in oversight perception. The Korean aviation authority strives to provide a high level of safety oversight services by educating aviation safety inspectors as well as establishing a quality management system. We believe that our proposals can help Korean aviation safety oversight system secure objective credibility and seek a safe growth and development of the aviation industry.

NAPTR(Naming Authority Pointer)은 IETF RFC 2915에 기술된 자원의 한 유형이다. NAPTR은 도메인 네임 시스템에 여러 서비스를 등록할 수 있다. 따라서 호스트 상에서 제공되는 소프트웨어 서비스를 DNS 시스템을 기반으로 한 탐색 수단을 제공한다. 본 논문은 NAPTR의 처리를 지원할 수 있는 Proxy DNS의 설계 및 구현을 기술한다. 본 연구의 목적은 NAPTR을 통하여 DNS의 존파일에 등록된 서비스의 탐색의 가능성을 검증하고 실제 시험시스템의 구축을 통한 구현의 용이성 및 확장성에 대한 결과를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과인 Proxy DNS는 고성능 그리드 환경에서 자원정보관리 부문의 서비스 탐색에 활용 될 수 있고 ENUM서비스 구축을 위한 핵심기술로서 시스템 구축 기초자료로 활용할 수 있으며 나아가 ENUM 서비스의 실용화를 앞당길 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구의 목적은 호텔기업의 서비스지향성이 경쟁우위와 CRM성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 수도권 소재의 특급호텔을 중심으로 현장에서 서비스를 제공하는 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 최종표본 379매를 가지고 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 서비스지향성 요인인 종업원의 권한, 서비스훈련, 서비스보상 등은 경쟁우위에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 경쟁우위를 결정하는 가장 중요한 요인은 서비스보상, 서비스훈련, 종업원의 권한 순으로 나타났다. 이는 호텔기업에 종사하는 종업원들이 명확한 보상시스템이 없이는 자발적 서비스행동과 서비스품질제공이 쉽지 않다는 것을 의미한다. 이는 서비스훈련 프로그램을 만드는 시점에서 훈련당사자인 종업원들의 참여와 기대되는 보상수준 정도를 사전협의하고 공개하는 것이 경쟁우위확보를 위해 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 경쟁우위 확보는 고객과의 결속관계, 기업이미지, 고객충성도인 CRM성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이것은 기존 연구에서 주로 밝힌 서비스지향성이 재무적 성과에 영향을 준다는 것 외에 정성적인 CRM성과에도 영향을 주고 있음을 확인한 것이다. 이를 위해 호텔기업은 정량적 재무성과 이외에도 고객 개개인의 정성적인 부분에 관심을 기울여야 하고 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 전략구축이 필요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

본 논문은 클라우드 서비스 시장을 활성화하기 위해 중요 정보의 접근을 보호하는 기술을 제안하였다. 클라우드 서비스 시장의 여러가지 저해요소 중에 클라우드 시스템에 저장되는 중요한 대외비 및 개인정보가 유출될 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위한 기술을 제안하였다. 클라우드 서비스 제공자와 일반 사용자가 클라우드 자원에 대한 접근을 통제하여 중요 정보를 보호 할 수 있도록 하였다. 시스템 관리자는 시스템의 유지 및 관리를 위해 슈퍼유저의 권한을 갖는다. 클라이언트 컴퓨팅 서비스는 외부의 클라우드 서비스 공급자가 관리하고 정보 또한 외부시스템에 저장된다. 이러한 환경으로부터 사내의 중요 정보를 보호하기 위해 클라우드 서비스 공급자를 포함한 모든 사용자가 인증을 받고 자원을 접근할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 접근통제 기술을 통해 클라우드 컴퓨팅 자원에 대한 기밀성과 신뢰성 서비스를 제공하여 클라우드 서비스 시장의 활성화를 기대한다.
