지역문화시설의 유니버설 디자인 적용성 평가연구 - 공연전시영역의 공공서비스 공간을 중심으로 - (A Study on Application of Universal Design Principles to Cultural Centers in Local Areas - Focused on Public Service Areas -)

  • As the seniors and the disabled has increased, the demand for cultural centers has also increased in many local areas. This means that the local cultural centers designed from the viewpoint of universal design are needed, so that to be used by everyone without any difficulties. This study examined the applicability of universal design principles to the public service areas of the local cultural centers. The subject cultural centers were three local ones which had seating capacity of more than 1,000 and opened after the year of 2,000 in Gyungnam. The spatial scopes of the study were six public service areas of the local cultural centers : entrance area, corridor and pathway, stair, ramp, elevator, and rest room. The total 65 items for evaluating the applicability of universal design were selected and examined for six areas. On the whole, accessibility, such as wide pathway and flat floor was good. However, the following improvements were needed. 1) Handrails and rounded corner were needed on walls. 2) Consideration of the visually impaired like as braille sign was needed. 3) The handrails on ramp should be installed for usability. 4) The automatic door would be more useful to the physically disabled users. 5) Wider space and familiar handrail design and color were needed in the rest rooms for the handicapped.

진주시 버스 이용객 통행에 따른 도시계획시설 서비스 권역 분석 (Analysis of Urban Planning Facility Service Area according to Bus Passenger Traffic in Jinju)

  • This study aims to investigate the gap in accessibility to urban planning facilities between living spheres in local small and medium-sized cities. In this study, OD data between administrative dongs of public transportation users was constructed to analyze the living shpere, and community analysis was conducted based on cohesion between data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that a total of 10 clusters (mid-living areas) were formed, and the topographical difference between the 11 middle living areas established in the existing Jinju City Basic Plan and the single living areas were actively exchanged to form a community with other administrative dongs. Next, the analysis of the service area of urban planning facilities for mid-living areas was conducted based on the road network. As a result of analyzing the area accessible within 5, 10, and 15 minutes, educational facilities, public facilities, cultural facilities, tourism, and green facilities could be reached within 15 minutes in most mid-living areas. On the other hand, there were many areas where access to transportation facilities, medical facilities, and cultural facilities was difficult within 15 minutes. In particular, the accessibility of the outer living area and the central living area were different. To improve the quality of life of citizens, using urban planning facilities in Jinju-si and establishing related plans in urban basic plans, it is necessary to conduct a study on service areas through network analysis.

안전지향형 노변방송서비스 체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Safety Oriented System Design of Highway Advisory Radio Service)

  • The objective of this study is to develop highway advisory radio service for road safety oriented system design of the point by regional groups or geographical distributions. To develop these highway advisory radio service, traffic information provided service areas, responds for incident and accident, and road condition in service sections based on traffic information of highway advisory radio service. This study contributes to service of traffic information for safety driving, which is transport congestion areas and recognition of traffic congestion status in advanced traffic information service. As result of this study, systematic design of the advanced highway and traffic safety guides to management systems by highway advisory radio service.

이용자측면의 고속도로 휴게소 서비스 평가지표 개발 (A Development of the Service Evaluation Criteria for the Expressway Service Areas on the Side of Users)

  • 본 연구는 고속도로 휴게시설 이용자측면을 평가할 수 있는 평가지표를 개발하여 고속도로 노선별 휴게소의 서비스를 평가하고 향후 모니터링 시 활용하고자 하였다. 평가지표 개발방향은 휴게소 이용자들의 필요성, 시대여건 반영, 종합 평가지표 구축, 관련연구 검토와 같이 크게 4가지 측면에서 고속도로 휴게소 평가지표 개발방향을 정립한 후 기존문헌 검토 및 전문가 심층면접 토론(FGI)을 통해 1차 평가항목을 선정하고, 평가지표의 적합성 검증을 통해 최종평가지표를 도출하였다. 이용자 설문인 AHP분석을 통하여 도출된 평가항목 중요도 분석결과는 환경시설 측면(0.35), 위치 측면(0.33), 위생적 측면(0.32) 순으로 가중치가 도출되었다. 본 연구결과에서도 알 수 있듯이 정량적, 정성적인 인자가 함께 고려되어 실질적인 고속도로 휴게소 평가가 가능하고, 스파이더맵을 통한 고속도로 휴게소별 맞춤형 휴게소 향상 방향 제시 및 향후 모니터링을 위한 기초연구가 될 수 있을 것이다.

경북 동부지역 소와 돼지에서의 톡소포자충 항체 조사 (Prevalence of antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii in cattle and pigs reared in eastern areas of Gyeongbuk province)

  • This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii (TG) in cattle and pigs reared in eastern areas of Gyeongbuk province by ELISA. Among 368 sera collected from 119 cattle farms, 76 (20.7%) sera from 34 (28.6%) farms had antibodies to TG. Fifty (27.2%) out of 184 cattle in Uljin-gun and 26 (14.1%) out of 184 cattle in Yeongdeok-gun were positive. Pyeonghae (50.0%) in Uljin-gun and Dalsan (33.3%) in Yeongdeok-gun had the highest TG antibodies in cattle compared to other areas. Prevalence of TG antibodies in cattle was increased with age. Among 368 sera collected from 43 pig farms, 62 (16.8%) sera from 16 (37.2%) farms had antibodies to TG. Forty (21.7%) out of 184 pigs in Uljin-gun and 22 (12.0%) out of 184 pigs in Yeongdeok-gun were positive. Uljin and Puk (40.0%) in Uljin-gun and Yeonghae (33.3%) in Yeongdeok-gun had the highest TG antibodies in pigs compared to other areas. Prevalence of TG antibodies in sows was higher than that in fattening pigs. Seasonally, prevalence of TG antibodies in pigs was highest in summer (23.4%) and lowest in winter (12.5%). Based on these observations, data indicate that infection by the protozoan parasite TG is widely prevalent in cattle and pigs reared in eastern areas of Gyeongbuk province.

농촌지역 인구변화 특성 및 기초생활서비스 분포 특성을 고려한 이주 의사 결정 요인 분석 (Analyzing Migration Decision-Making Characteristics Based on Population Change Pattern and Distribution of Basic Living Services in Rural Areas)

  • Rural decline due to the decrease of the local population is an inevitable phenomenon, and a vicious cycle has been formed between a lack of basic living services and a population decrease in rural areas. Therefore, the study aims to derive the migration decision-making characteristics based on basic living service infrastructure data in rural areas. To do this, the population change over the past 20 years was categorized into six types, and the relationship between the classified population change types and the number of basic living service infrastructures was analyzed using decision tree analysis. Of the total 3,501 regions, 801 regions were the continuous decline type, of which 740 were rural areas. On the other hand, among 569 regions that were the continuous increase type, 401 regions were urban areas, confirming the population imbalance between rural and urban areas. As a result of the decision tree analysis on the relationship between population change types and the distribution of basic living service infrastructure, the number of daycare centers was derived as an important variable to classify the continuous increase type. Hospitals, parks, and public transportation were also found to be major basic living services affecting the classification of population change types.

장기요양 재가서비스 서비스 품질과 선택권 실현이 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Choice and Service Quality on User Satisfaction among Long-Term Home Care Service Recipients)

  • 본 연구는 노인장기요양보험 방문요양서비스 품질이 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향력이 이용자의 선택권 실현정도에 달라지는지 알아보는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 전라북도 지역 방문요양서비스 이용자 총 258명의 자료를 바탕으로 회귀분석을 통한 선택의 조절효과를 알아보았다. 전체 이용자에 대한 분석과 함께, 시와 군 지역 간 복지인프라 차이에 따른 이용자의 선택권 실현의 편차가 있을 것을 고려하여 시와 군 지역 이용자 각각을 대상으로 조절효과 분석 또한 실시하였다. 연구결과, 시 지역 서비스 이용자들은 품질과 이용자 만족도의 관계에서 선택권 실현정도가 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났으나, 군 지역 서비스 이용자들은 선택권 실현정도에 따라 품질이 서비스 만족에 미치는 영향의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 일반적인 시장과는 다르게 이용집단이 취약하고, 서비스의 공공성이 강조되는 사회서비스 분야에서 이용자 선택권 실현의 조절효과가 시와 군 지역에 따라 달리 나타나고 있음을 보여주며, 이는 군 지역의 노인 재가복지 인프라의 취약성을 대변한다. 따라서, 노인 재가서비스 이용자 선택권의 효과가 적극적으로 발현되기 위해서는 군 지역 재가복지 인프라 확충과 정책적 지원을 통한 지역 간 복지 불균형 해소가 필요하다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 컨벤션 활동에 따른 모바일 지원서비스 영역과 세부 지원서비스를 개발하고 사용자 선호도를 분석하는 것이다. 질적인 연구방법을 사용하여 모바일 지원서비스 영역과 세부 지원서비스를 추출하였으며 전문가 서베이 방법을 통해 사용자 선호도를 분석하였다. 연구결과 20개의 지원서비스 영역과 43개의 세부지원서비스 항목들이 추출되었으며 컨벤션 참가자들을 위한 서비스 항목의 설계를 위한 사용자 선호도가 분석되었다.

  • 세계적으로 공유 전동킥보드의 이용이 급증하면서 해당 수단과 관련된 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 아직은 초기 단계의 연구 결과가 나타나고 있으며, 그 중 통행에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 파악하는 연구들이 결과로 나타나고 있다. 특히 통행발생 모형 개발은 교통계획 측면의 활용에서 아주 중요하며 신교통수단인 공유 전동킥보드는 국내외적으로 통행발생모형 개발이 부재한 실정이다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 면밀히 검토하여 유의미한 변수들을 활용한 공유 전동킥보드 통행발생 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 공유 전동킥보드 특성 상 주요 서비스 지역과 그 외 지역의 통행 특성이 상이하다. 서비스 통행량에 근거하여 서비스 수준별 지역을 구분하여 지역별 통행발생모형을 구축했다. 분석 결과, 주요 서비스 지역 내 공유 전동킥보드 통행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 대학 유무, 근접중심성, 문화지역 면적 등으로 나타난 반면, 그 외 지역 내 공유 전동킥보드 통행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 대학 유무, 매개중심성, 통행거리 등으로 나타났다.

계층적 분석 과정을 이용한 학교급식 운영 품질 평가 분야의 중요도 분석 (Analytic Hierarchy Process Approach to Estimate Weights of Evaluation Categories for School Food Service Program in Korea)

  • The purposes of this study were to (1) identify the evaluation categories, areas, attributes, and criteria of the school food service program using both a qualitative and a quantitative analyses, (2) define the relative importance of the evaluation categories, areas, attributes, and criteria of the school food service program using analytic hierarchy process, (3) organize the evaluation system to improve quality of the school food service in Korea. A survey was conducted from August to October 2004 to collect data from 172 dietitians, 15 school food service officials at the educational board, 10 professionals of school food service. Statistical analyses were performed on the data utilizing the SPSS 12.0 for Windows and Excel, such as Descriptive statistics and analytic hierarchy process was performed. The result of the analytic hierarchy process indicated that relative importance of evaluation category was 0.4319 (food service manage ment), 0.2369 (nutrition education), 0.1455 (satisfaction) and 0.0912 (parent involvement program). 'Sanitation, safety and facility (0.1739)' was the most important area among the subcategories of food service management, followed by nutrition management (0.1581), procurement (0.1375), production (0.1345), organization and personnel management (0.0662), planning (0.0644), food service evaluation (0.0585), financial accountability (0.0555), and information management (0.0554). There existed a relative importance on the three areas of the nutrition program and satisfaction evaluation category: students (0.5281, 0.6221), parents (0.1812, 0.1491), and teachers (0.1838, 0.1618). In the parent involvement program evaluation category, relative importance of committee and monitoring management was 0.4658 and information communication was 0.3724. The quality of food and service to school children can be improved by the appropriate application of the developed evaluation tool for the school food service program.
