Background: The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the regional characteristics on the accessibility of emergency care and the impact of emergency medical accessibility on the patients' prognosis and the emergency medical expenditure. Methods: This study used the 13th beta version 1.6 annual data of Korea Health Panel and the statistics from the Korean Statistical Information Service. The sample included 8,119 patients who visited the emergency centers between year 2013 and 2017. The arrival time, which indicated medical access, was used as dependent variable for multi-level analysis. For ordinal logistic regression and multiple regression, the arrival time was used as independent variable while patients' prognosis and emergency medical expenditure were used as dependent variables. Results: The results for the multi-level analysis in both the individual and regional variables showed that as the number of emergency medical institutions per 100 km² area increased, the time required to reach emergency centers significantly decreased. Ordinal logistic regression and multiple regression results showed that as the arrival time increased, the patients' prognosis significantly worsened and the emergency medical expenses significantly increased. Conclusion: In conclusion, the access to emergency care was affected by regional characteristics and affected patient outcomes and emergency medical expenditure.

이 연구에서는 모바일 웹 서비스를 제공하는 공공도서관을 대상으로 국제 웹 표준 기구 W3C에서 만든 웹 접근성 평가도구인 모바일OK 검사를 실시하여 공공도서관 모바일 웹 서비스의 웹 접근성을 평가하였다. 모바일OK 검사 실시가 가능한 81개 공공도서관에 대해 모바일OK 검사를 실시하고 W3C에서 제정한 모바일 웹 모범사례를 바탕으로 이를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 공공도서관 모바일 웹 서비스 확대 및 개선을 위하여 지방자치단체와 지방교육청의 정책적 지원, 웹 표준에 맞는 모바일 웹 서비스 설계, 웹 설계 과정에서 유해요소 제거, 가벼운 모바일 웹 문서 제작, 분산되어 연결된 여러 개별 파일들의 합병 등의 방안을 제시하였다.

Recently family policy and social policy have focused on the balance between the work and family of working parents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of the work-life balance of married working women. For this purpose the eight married working women who care for 1 or more pre-school child(ren) were interviewed. The questionnaire used was consisted of 4 themes : 1) child care, 2) working situation, 3) the work-life balance and 4) the need to improve related policies. Through the interviews and data analysis we found the following : 1) Accessibility to educarecenter was considered the most important factor for working moms when they choose an educarecenter. In order to improve accessibility of educarecenters we have to install more educarecenters with various level. 2) All respondents look maternity leave and they evaluated that other services were very weak in terms of quality, usefulness and accessibility. 3) Many childcare services aid in creating work and family balance, however they are not effective. Therefore future policies should focus on providing more options for working women for appropriate services according to childcare needs, working conditions and preferences.

본 연구의 목적은 네팔 정부의 다양한 보건의료 프로그램 및 제도, 예산편성과 보건의료 시설의 설치 현황을 분석함으로써 무상의료 정책을 포함한 의료 정책과 정책 시행에 있어서의 시사를 얻고, 특히 농촌지역의 의료서비스 접근성 개선을 위한 방향 제시이다. 네팔의 보건의료 정책은 1차 보건의료 서비스 확충을 통한 인구의 질적 향상을 위해서는 의료서비스의 질뿐만이 아니라 서비스 접근성에서도 개선이 시급하다.

Purpose: This study intended to examine the effects of the characteristics of platforms for purchasing airline tickets on perceived ease of use, usefulness, and e-loyalty, applying the technology acceptance model. Research design, data and methodology: A research model was established based on previous studies, and data were collected from consumers with experience in the airline ticket purchasing platform. 175 valid samples were used and analyzed using SEM. Results: Characteristics of the ticket purchase platform were classified into sub-factors of accessibility, functionality and information reliability through theoretical consideration. The established hypotheses for the research were partially accepted. Conclusions: First, functionality and information reliability were found to have significant positive effects on perceived ease of use, while accessibility did not have such effect. Second, accessibility did not affect the perceived usefulness, and both functionality and information reliability had a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. Third, it was found that the perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Finally, it was found that perceived ease of use did not affect e-loyalty of the ticket purchasing platform, only perceived usefulness affected e-loyalty. This study had important academic and practical implications in the context of air ticket distribution.

본 논문에서는 블록체인 기술과의 연계로 탈중앙화하여 활용되고 있는 웹3.0의 서비스에 인증서 역할을 하는 NFT를 활용한 플랫폼 개발을 목적으로 한다. NFT 플랫폼은 기존의 해외에만 존재하던 플랫폼을 국내에서 원활하게 이용할 수 있는 플랫폼으로 국내 이용자의 접근성을 높이며, ETH의 수수료, 전송속도 등의 문제성을 해결하여 접근성을 높이기 위해서 Klaytn를 활용한 플랫폼을 개발한다. Klaytn를 활용한 NFT 플랫폼을 통하여 국내 이용자는 더욱 쉬운 접근성을 통해서 높은 활용성을 기대할 수 있으며, 메타버스, 게임 등에 활용할 수 있다.

There exists dead zone from the aspects of health equity and health medical equity for maritime personnel. They could not have been benefited from disease prevention and health promotion in comparison with shore personnel due to the restricted medical accessibility caused by long voyage ship operation. Furthermore, the system of health management and medical assistance for maritime personnel is insufficient, the continuous health monitoring system does not exist, nor health diagnosis system, maritime industrial accidents and occupational disease control systems are adequate. The International Maritime Organization and the International Labour Organization recommend their Member Governments to take necessary measures in the management of seafarers' health and diseases through conducting continuous and systematic investigation. Thus, this study intends to propose action strategy and tasks for introducing marine telemedicine system aiming to provide seafarers with health management service for the years to come. The conclusions of this study can be given as follows. First, it is required that a systematic medical service system needs to be provided to promote seafarers' health. Second it is recommended to establish the marine telemedicine system incorporating U-Health technology. Third, it is necessary to revise the relevant laws and regulations to introduce the marine telemedicine system. Fourth, it is also necessary to provide various assistance system at the national level in the furtherance of global marketing of marine telemedicine system.

지난 10년간 국내 도서관계에서는 도서관의 장애인서비스 관련 환경이 크게 개선되었다. 관련 법안이 마련되고, 시설과 설비가 확대되고, 관련 장서와 프로그램의 수가 증가하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 장애인의 도서관 이용 비율이 증가추세에 이르지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 연구를 분석하여 장애유형별 이용 요구를 분석하였으며, 이용자 면담과 전문가 델파이 연구를 통해 이용자들의 도서관 서비스에 대한 핵심요구를 파악하였다. 이용자들은 자원의 양적 확대와 함께 질적 확대, 개별화된 서비스와 프로그램 제공, 시설 편의성 증대, 웹과 어플리케이션의 접근성 향상, 전문적인 인력 배치 등을 요구하였다.

Under the rapid change in environment of our society and culture, it is also called for a reform in railway management that has traditionally focused on transportation service. Thus developing a business model to use station buildings as a new source of profit has become a promising core business of railway companies. This study aims to find a way to maximize profits by strategically utilizing station buildings and thereby increasing accessibility to customers and consolidating facilities as a key service point. The subjects of this study include eight station buildings that can represent three types of railway stations including departure stations, junction stations, and metro stations. The researcher conducted an analysis on moving lines for examining user distribution and facility utilization within the selected buildings, a survey for collecting basic information on usage and measuring customer satisfaction of facility in the buildings, and a sight analysis to examine accessibility to the station buildings. On the basis of these analyses, the researcher examined the correlations between convenience, visibility, recognizability and functionality with regard to commerce, amenities, couches, direction boards, etc. within station waiting rooms. On the basis of the above analyses, the researcher provides a scheme to increase profitability in railway operation business and customer benefits of using station buildings by drawing up a plan to improve usage of station buildings and maximize profit-making potential for each category of station buildings.

Voice therapy is effective in many voice and speech disorders. However, patients have low accessibility to therapeutic facilities due to disease-unrelated reasons such as lack of time and pandemic of COVID-19. Contactless voice therapy could be an alternative and may helpful to all patients with voice and speech problems. We developed contactless voice and speech therapy program on the necessity of improving accessibility. Herein, we report the first case of voice therapy to 30 year-old female patient who complained voice change after total thyroidectomy using contactless voice and speech therapy service platform in Korea.
