모서리 분리형 폭발볼트 설계인자 및 분리특성 (Design and Separation Characteristics of an Explosive Bolt)

  • The present work is described the design factors and separation mechanism of ridge-cut explosive bolt in order to optimize the stage separation characteristics. Characteristics of test samples would differ depend on the detonating devices, the shape and size of bolt body, the amount of loading explosives, and the confinment conditions of bolt. Based on the results from these experimental factors, it appears to optimal condition of ridge-cut explosive that the amount of loading explosive seems to be near 110mg of RDX, the height of loading explosive is 3.5mm, the thickness of bolt is 3.9mm, and the degree of ridge is approximately $120^{\circ}$

  • Many investigations about the dynamic analysis of the structural system based on the BBA(Building Block Approach) method which predict dynamic characteristics of synthesized structures from each structure. But it is actually sometimes difficult to remove mounts from structures. In this paper, TFSM(The Transfer Function Separation Method) is developed which can predict dynamic characteristics of separated structures from the data of vibrational experiment of the synthesized structures. By combining TFSM with BBA, this paper also proposes the method which can predict dynamic characteristics of mount-modified structure without removing mounts from structures. And the proposed method is verified by the experimental data of plates.

  • The oil trap in oil separator is one of the most important characteristics for normal operation of compressor. In this study, oil separation characteristics has been investigated for $CO_2$/PAG mixture using a gravity type of oil separator. The experimental study has been carried out in the range of oil concentration 0 to 5 weight-percent and the mixture temperature range of $0^{\circ}C$ to $15^{\circ}C$. The results obtained indicate that oil separation ratio in oil separator is increased with an increase in the oil concentration and mixture temperature.

PIV에 의한 NACA0012 익 주변의 유동특성 (Flow Characteristics around a NACA0012 Airfoil by PIV)

  • The flow characteristics of a NACA0012 airfoil was investigated in rectangular water circulating channel. The flow patterns around an airfoil at various angles of attack between $0^{\circ}\;and\;30^{\circ}\;at\;Re=1.91{\times}104$ were visualized and measured with 2-D PIV system and laser sheet illumination. Flow behaviors such as velocity distribution, kinetic energy and flow separation etc. around an airfoil were obtained by means of 2-D PIV system. The behaviors show the difference of flow pattern clearly and separation phenomena become more active with increasing angle of attack.

  • This study was carried out to understand the architectural characteristics of farmhouse among the commons house. The subject of study are selected the seventeen farmhouse built 50-60 years ago at Hyunri in Munkyung. It was analyzed and classified the architectural characteristics of plan and arrangement at a farmhouse. In conclusing, their farmhouses are appeared the different characteristics in comparison with other area. With the arrangement of building and composition of plan, it was discovered that it connotes an idea of the confucian ideas from separation of the inside and outside space; men and women. Also, it was found that it has become to the rational separation of spaces from location of entrance, division of the outside space(Madang) and arranged space of inside at farmhouse.

  • 파이로 충격은 고주파 영역까지 큰 가속도가 유발되는 천이 진동 현상으로 발사체에서는 주로 화약에 의한 분리 장치의 작동에 의해 발생하게 된다. 일반적인 발사체의 경우 단 분리, 페어링 분리, 위성 분리 이벤트에서 파이로 충격이 발생하게 되는데 이에 의해 위성 또는 발사체의 전자 장비가 비정상적인 기능을 보이거나 작동 불능 상태가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 파이로 충격의 특성을 소개하고 PEEK 와셔를 적용한 충격저감장치를 실제 전자 장비에 적용하여 그 효과를 살펴보았다. 충격저감장치의 적용에 의해 고주파 영역에서의 충격 저감 효과가 있음을 확인하였고 저주파에서의 진동 특성에는 영향을 끼치지 않음을 시험을 통해 검증하였다.

포말분리공정의 운전인자 변화에 따른 수처리 특성 (Water Treatment Characteristics by Foam Separator According to Operation Parameters)

  • 포말분리 장치를 이용한 해수 중의 단백질 제거 특성을 조사한 결과, 단백질 농도가 높을 수록 그리고 포말층높이가 낮을수록 단백질의 제거속도는 증가는 것으로 나타났다. 단백질의 농도에 따른 제거속도의 변화는 단백질의 농도가 높을수록 그 제거 속도 또한 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 본 논문의 폭기량 0.65 cm/sec로 운전한 실험 결과에서 단백질 농도와 제거속도와의 관계가 다음과 같이 나타났다. (equation omitted) 또한 포말층높이의 변화에 대해서도 포말층의 높이가 클수록 그 제거속도는 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이때에 폭기량이 많을수록 단백질의 제거속도 또한 크게 나타났으며, 포말층높이의 증가에 따른 제거속도의 감소 정도 또한 폭기량이 많을수록 크게 나타났다. 그러나 상대적인 수치에 따르면, 폭기량에 상관없이 포말층 높이가 10 cm증가함에 따라 낮은 포말층 높이에서의 제거속도의 대략 30 % 정도가 감소하는 것으로 나타나 상대적인 감소율의 비는 일정한 것으로 나타났다.

  • A critical problem in the integration of stores into new and existing aircraft is the safe separation of the stores from the aircraft at a variety of flight conditions representative of the aircraft flight regime. Typically, the certification of a particular store/aircraft/flight condition combination is accomplished by a flight test. Flight tests are very expensive and do expose the pilot and aircraft to a certain amount of risk. Wind tunnel testing, although less expensive than flight testing, is still expensive. Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) has held out the promise of alleviating expensive and risk by simulating weapons separation computationally. The forces and moments on a store at carriage and at various points in the flow field of te aircraft can be computed using CFD applied to the full aircraft and store geometry. This study needs full dynamic characteristics study and flow analysis for securing store separation safety. Present study performs dynamic simulation of store separation with flow analysis using Chimera grid scheme which is usually used for moving simulations.

  • In general, pyrotechnic shock or pyroshock is generated during the operation of separation devices, which use explosives, such as pyrobolt, puronut, purocutter, linear shape charge, and so on. During the flight of launch vehicle, pyroshock is mainly produced at the events of satellite separation, fairing separation and stage separation. In this paper, characteristics of pyroshock are introduced in the first place and measured shock result data at the UMR of satellite mock-up during the separation tests of satellite and fairing are suggested. These results are compared with the suggested pyroshock test specification of satellite, and it finally confirms that the specification is reasonable for the qualification of satellite against pyroshock.

섬유강화 플라스틱 복합판의 구조와 분리.배향에 관한 연구 (A study on structure and separation orientation of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic sheet)

  • Characteristics of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic sheet depend on the quantity and shape of fibers. During a molding process of composites, the fiber-maxtrix separation and fober orientation are caused by the flow during the molding process. As a result, the product tends to be nonhomogeneous and anisotropic. Hence, it is very important to clarify the relations between separation-orientation and molding conditions. The correlation between the separation and the orientation have to be clarified for designing the fiber structure. In this paper, the degree of nonhomogeneity which is a measure of the separation is obtained using one-dimensional rectangular shaped part compression molding. And the orientation function is defined and measured by the image processing using soft X-rayed photograph and image scammer. Correlation between the degree of nonhomogeneity and the orientation function is discussed.
