Usability is playing a more important, role in interactive products or systems (e. g,, information technology Products, computer software) development, and it has become a primary factor in determining the acceptability and consequent success of the products. This study investigates some different techniques and methods to evaluate the usability of the interactive products or system . Various evaluation methods have been tried ranging from formal to informal and empirical techniques. The classification of the usability evaluation methods(UEMs) and comparisons between these evaluation methods are presented. Some issues raised by the UEMs are also discussed. In addition, problems of selecting appropriate usability evaluation methods are discussed.

To ensure the safety and functionality of a railroad bridge, maintaining the integrity of the bridge via continuous structural health monitoring is important. However, most structural integrity monitoring methods proposed to date are based on modal responses which require the extracting process and have limited availability. In this paper, the applicability of the existing damage identification method based on free-vibration reponses to time-domain deflection shapes due to moving train load is investigated. Since the proposed method directly utilizes the time-domain responses of the structure due to the moving vehicles, the extracting process for modal responses can be avoided, and the applicability of structural health evaluation can be enhanced. The feasibility of the presented method is verified via a numerical example of a simple plate girder bridge.

최근 세계적 감염질환 확산 방지 및 사회적 대처 방안으로 다중이용시설의 필수적 환경개선인 스마트기기를 활용한 비대면 본인인증, 출입관리서비스 제공이 가능한 얼굴정보처리기술에 대한 관심과 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 지속적인 출입관리체계를 수립하기 위한 다중이용시설분류체계 및 적용서비스분야를 정의하고 이원화된 출입관리 시스템, 개인·측정정보 유형 분석을 통해 확장성을 고려한 서비스플랫폼의 사용성 개선방안과 이에 따른 서비스 로드맵을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 활용도에 따른 일회성, 다회성으로 인증해야하는 다중이용시설 적용서비스분야인 물리적 출입관리 시스템 서비스플랫폼 개선을 목표로 한다. 향후 본 연구의 방법론이 논리적 출입관리 시스템 유형의 서비스플랫폼으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Objectives: Because the amount of medical waste (i.e., health-care waste) generated in Korea is rapidly increasing and social concern against its safety is widespread, a number of issues related with medical wastes are being discussed. The purpose of this study is to compare diverse medical waste management systems worldwide and propose future directions of a medical waste management system in Korea. Methods: Literature review was conducted mainly on the WHO, and developed countries such as the European Union (Germany, Belgium and UK), Japan and the United States. For these countries, the data with respect to their systems for medical waste management ranging from the definition of medical waste to the whole processes of collection, transportation and disposal were summarized and compared. Results: The terminology and classification of medical wastes were not consistent for WHO recommendation, EU, Japan, US and Korea. Comparison of the collection, storage, transportation and disposal of medical waste showed that Korea had rather stronger regulations for medical waste management compared to developed countries including Belgium (Flanders region), Germany, Japan and the US. Considering that developed countries adopt rather flexible disposal system especially for general medical wastes which pose lower possibility of infection, Korean government could consider diversifying disposal methods other than incineration. It may also be very important to try to reduce the amount of medical wastes and enough capacity for off-site incineration are secured. Conclusion: Our study of international comparisons suggests that it is necessary to continue to identify advantages and disadvantages of the current medical waste management systems and establish more effective one in Korea.

오늘날 인간-컴퓨터 시스템에서 상호작용 하는 컴퓨터 소프트웨어의 사용성에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있으며, 소프트웨어 인간공학 분야에서 이전 연구들은 소프트웨어 사용자 인터페이스들에 대한 사용성 평가의 중요성을 지적하고 있다. 소프트웨어 개발자들, 인터페이스 설계자들 또는 인간공학자들은 개발되는 시스템들이나 인터페이스 디자인들을 평가하는 일에 종종 직면하게 된다. 본 연구는 사용성 기준들과 척도들을 이용하여 사용자 인터페이스 디자인들의 평가를 위한 구조화 모형을 제시한다. 제시된 모형은 선별 단계와 평가 단계로 이루어진 두단계 모형이다. 첫 번째 단계는 정성적인 기준들을 가지고 전문가들의 판단에 근거한 접근방법으로 가능한 인터페이스 대안들을 추려내어 합리적인 부분집합으로 줄이기 위한 단계이다. 두 번째 단계는 정량적인 기준들을 가지고 실 사용자에 근거한 접근 방법으로 객관적인 척도들을 가지고 첫 단계에서 제시된 대안들의 부분집합을 평가하는 것이다. 제안된 방법이 정보분석을 위한 데이터 베이스 시스템의 인터페이스 설계에 적용되었다. 본 연구에서 제안된 모형은 실제 평가자들에게 사용성 기준들과 척도들에 근거해서 최선의 인터페이스를 선정할 수 있는 구조화된 접근방법을 제시한다.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인활동지원제도의 현황 및 문제점을 살펴보고 정책적 개선 방안을 제안하는데 목적을 두고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보건복지부 통계자료를 활용하여 전국의 장애인활동지원 서비스기관들의 현황과 서비스에서 나타나는 문제점들에 대해 파악하였다. 정책적 개선방안으로 장애인활동지원 기관정보 조회서비스의 표준화된 제공, 장애인 본인에게 적합한 지원 기관이 선정 될 수 있도록 정보 제공, 서비스 만족 향상에 이용자의 특성과 욕구를 신속하게 파악, 개별 서비스의 특성상 활동 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 갈등관리 대응, 개선이 필요기관 전문가의 지도 및 컨설팅 제공, 우수기관 사례관리를 통해서 노하우 공유, 회계프로그램을 효율적으로 수행을 위한 전문가 파견 및 지원을 통하여 서비스가 개선 될 수 있도록 정책적 제안을 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to present effective basic data for business management through analysis of importance and performance of personal information protection of the elderly welfare center workers. For this purpose, the questionnaire on the protection of personal information was reconstructed based on the diagnostic level of the personal information security management level of the public institution and the questionnaire was conducted on 105 employees of the elderly welfare center in Chungbuk area. Based on the responses to the importance and the degree of performance of the personal information protection of the elderly welfare center employees, technical statistics and corresponding sample T-tests were conducted and the importance-performance analysis (IPA) was used. Followings are the results of this study: First, there is a statistically significant difference between the importance and the implementation of the management system for the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center, establishment and implementation of protection measures, establishment and implementation of infringement measures. Second, IPA analysis on the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center shows that the establishment and implementation of protection measures are the areas to maintain good performance. Third, in IPA analysis of the sub-factors of the personal information protection of the workers in the welfare center of the elderly, in the construction and management of the management system, in performing the role of the personal information protection officer and establishing and implementing protection measures, The factors of prevention of information disclosure and exposure and the safe use and management of personal information processing system were analyzed as areas requiring intensive improvement. This study is meaningful as a basic research that can raise the awareness of the personal information protection of the workers in the elderly welfare center and induce the improvement of the related work.

현대의 조직들은 각 부서별로 응용프로그램 서버, 웹 서버, 데이터베이스 서버, 메일 서버 등과 같은 수많은 서버들을 보유하고 있다. 이로 인한 서버 과다보유는 이제 공공기관과 사기업을 막론하고 정보시스템 센터에서는 일반화된 현상이다. 서버 과다보유는 단일 응용프로그램만을 지원하는 전용서버의 도입이 주요 원인이며, 이로 인해 낮은 자원 활용률, 대규모 공간 사용, 높은 관리비용 등과 같은 문제가 발생하는데, 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 유지보수비용, 설비, 인건비 등의 절감을 통해 이러한 문제를 해결해 줄 수 있는 서버통합이 그 해결책이다. 본 연구에서는 재난관리시스템의 사례연구를 통해 공공기관의 서버통합 기법을 제안하였다.

양돈 ICT 자동 급이기는 설정된 조건에 맞춰 사료 등을 자동 급이가 가능하다. 그러나, 설정 조건 자체는 사용자의 경험에 의존해야 하는 단점이 있다. 그렇기 때문에, 시행착오를 유발하고, 효율성이 떨어지는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 데이터에 기반한 최적의 급이 설정 조건을 제시해 양돈 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 시스템 개발 및 서비스 모델 구현이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존의 급이 데이터, 사양관리 데이터 및 양돈 생산 관리 시스템 등의 성적분석 프로그램을 활용한 양돈 급이 관리 서비스 모델을 개발하였다. 이를 통해, 양돈 데이터 분석으로 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 수요자 중심의 급이 관리 서비스 모델을 개발하였다. 또한, 지능화된 자동 급이 관리 서비스로 농가의 폐사율 감소 및 MSY 증가에 일조함으로써 양돈 농가의 생산성 향상과 이로 인해 양돈 농가의 소득 증대에 기여하는 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

이 연구는 사회적 문제가 되고 있는 다문화가정의 사회통합을 위한 대안으로 국내 결혼이주여성의 여가활성화 정책방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유의할당추출법을 이용하여 다문화가족지원센터장과 교사, 사회복지계열과 여가학 분야 교수, 결혼이주여성 등 총 25명을 대상으로 결혼이주여성의 여가 활성화 방안에 대한 델파이 조사 및 AHP 분석을 실시한 결과 대분류는 정책 방향 수립, 참여 유도, 인식 개선, 프로그램 개선, 운영·시설개선, 행정적·제도적 지원 등 6항목으로 분류되었으며, 중분류는 13항목, 소분류는 37개 항목으로 분류되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 제안한 여가활성화 정책 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사전조사를 통한 결혼이주여성의 실질적 요구 수렴 및 이를 토대로 한 체계적인 정책방향 수립, 둘째, 효과적 정책 추진을 위한 행정적·제도적 지원체계 구축, 셋째, 주변 시민 등의 인식 개선을 우선으로 하는 결혼이주여성의 여가활동에 대한 인식 개선, 넷째, 프로그램의 효율적 운영과 질적 다양화를 통한 프로그램 개선, 다섯째, 다문화 관련 시설 등의 운영·관리 개선, 여섯째, 경제적 지원 및 연계성 강화와 자녀 양육 지원 등을 통한 여가 참여 유도 등 6단계 정책 방안을 제안한다.
