Extractive document summarization aims to select a few sentences while preserving its main information on a given document, but the current extractive methods do not consider the sentence-information repeat problem especially for news document summarization. In view of the importance and redundancy of news text information, in this paper, we propose a neural extractive summarization approach with joint sentence semantic clipping and selection, which can effectively solve the problem of news text summary sentence repetition. Specifically, a hierarchical selective encoding network is constructed for both sentence-level and document-level document representations, and data containing important information is extracted on news text; a sentence extractor strategy is then adopted for joint scoring and redundant information clipping. This way, our model strikes a balance between important information extraction and redundant information filtering. Experimental results on both CNN/Daily Mail dataset and Court Public Opinion News dataset we built are presented to show the effectiveness of our proposed approach in terms of ROUGE metrics, especially for redundant information filtering.

Short message service(SMS) in a mobile communication environment is a very convenient method. However, it caused a serious side effect of generating spam messages for advertisement. Those who send spam messages distort or deform SMS sentences to avoid the messages being filtered by automatic filtering system. In order to increase the performance of spam filtering system, we need to recover the distorted sentences into normal sentences. This paper proposes a method of normalizing the various types of distorted sentence and extracting keywords through automatic word spacing and compound noun decomposition.

Pretrained models with high performance in various tasks within natural language processing have the advantage of learning the linguistic patterns of sentences using large corpus during the training, allowing each token in the input sentence to be represented with appropriate feature vectors. One of the methods of constructing a corpus required for a pre-trained model training is a collection method using web crawler. However, sentences that exist on web may contain unnecessary words in some or all of the sentences because they have various patterns. In this paper, we propose a dataset construction method for filtering sentences containing unnecessary words using neural network models for corpus collected from the web. As a result, we construct a dataset containing a total of 2,330 sentences. We also evaluated the performance of neural network models on the constructed dataset, and the BERT model showed the highest performance with an accuracy of 93.75%.
Short message service (SMS) is one of the most important communication methods for people who use mobile phones. However, illegal advertising spam messages exploit people because they can be used without the need for friend registration. Recently, spam message filtering systems that use machine learning have been developed, but they have some disadvantages such as requiring many calculations. In this paper, we implemented a spam message filtering system using the set-based POI search algorithm and sentence similarity without servers. This algorithm can judge whether the input query is a spam message or not using only letter composition without any server computing. Therefore, we can filter the spam message although the input text message has been intentionally modified. We added a specific preprocessing option which aims to enable spam filtering. Based on the experimental results, we observe that our spam message filtering system shows better performance than the original set-based POI search algorithm. We evaluate the proposed system through extensive simulation. According to the simulation results, the proposed system can filter the text message and show high accuracy performance against the text message which cannot be filtered by the 3 major telecom companies.
A conventional event sentence extraction research doesn't learn the 3W features in the learning step and applies the rule on whether the 3W feature exists in the extraction step. This paper presents a sentence weight based event sentence extraction method that calculates the weight of the 3W features in the learning step and applies the weight of the 3W features in the extraction step. In the experimental result, we show that top 30% features by the $TF{\times}IDF$ weighting method is good in the feature filtering. In the real estate domain of the public issue, the performance of sentence weight based event sentence extraction method is improved by who and when of 3W features. Moreover, In the real estate domain of the public issue, the sentence weight based event sentence extraction method is better than the other machine learning based extraction method.

Due to indiscriminately received spam messages on information society, spam messages cause damages not only to person but also to our community. Nowadays a lot of spam filtering techniques, such as blocking characters, are studied actively. Most of these studies are content-based spam filtering technologies through machine learning.. Because of a spam message transmission techniques are being developed, spammers have to send spam messages using term spamming techniques. Spam messages tend to include number of nouns, using repeated words and inserting special characters between words in a sentence. In this paper, considering three features, SPSS statistical program were used in parameterization and we derive the equation. And then, based on this equation we measured the performance of classification of spam messages. The study compared with previous studies FP-rate in terms of further minimizing the cost of product was confirmed to show an excellent performance.

Abusive behaviors have become a common issue in many online social media platforms. Profanity is common form of abusive behavior in online. Social media platforms operate the filtering system using popular profanity words lists, but this method has drawbacks that it can be bypassed using an altered form and it can detect normal sentences as profanity. Especially in Korean language, the syllable is composed of graphemes and words are composed of multiple syllables, it can be decomposed into graphemes without impairing the transmission of meaning, and the form of a profane word can be seen as a different meaning in a sentence. This work focuses on the problem of filtering system mis-detecting normal phrases with profane phrases. For that, we proposed the deep learning-based framework including grapheme and syllable separation-based word embedding and appropriate CNN structure. The proposed model was evaluated on the chatting contents from the one of the famous online games in South Korea and generated 90.4% accuracy.
The purpose of this study was to see the influences of net-speak on actual writing of elementary schoolchild. So I investigated diaries and letters of elementary schoolchild in Jeju. And I researched through questionaire their recognition of net-speak. As the result, it became clear to be widely used net-speak both diaries and letters, especially letters. In computer education, first, Information and communication ethics must be educated. The second, software which filtering net-speak have to be developmented. In language education, first, it must be researched to influence the replacing a ellipsis symbol with a period or omitting the subject, complement, and object in sentence on elementary schoolchild's way of thinking. The second, it needs to be researched the influences of the misuse of sign in sentences on the writing of elementary schoolchild.

This study outlines a small-sized dialog style ETRI Korean TTS system which applies a HMM based speech synthesis techniques. In order to build the VoiceFont, dialog-style 500 sentences were used in training HMM. And the context information about phonemes, syllables, words, phrases and sentence were extracted fully automatically to build context-dependent HMM. In training the acoustic model, acoustic features such as Mel-cepstrums, logF0 and its delta, delta-delta were used. The size of the VoiceFont which was built through the training is 0.93Mb. The developed HMM-based TTS system were installed on the ARM720T processor which operates 60MHz clocks/second. To reduce computation time, the MLSA inverse filtering module is implemented with Assembly language. The speed of the fully implemented system is the 1.73 times faster than real time.
Text analysis technique for natural language processing in deep learning represents words in vector form through word embedding. In this paper, we propose a method of constructing a document vector and classifying it into spam and normal text message, using word embedding and deep learning method. Automatic spacing applied in the preprocessing process ensures that words with similar context are adjacently represented in vector space. Additionally, the intentional word formation errors with non-alphabetic or extraordinary characters are designed to avoid being blocked by spam message filter. Two embedding algorithms, CBOW and skip grams, are used to produce the sentence vector and the performance and the accuracy of deep learning based spam filter model are measured by comparing to those of SVM Light.
