비선형 현가요소를 가진 철도차량의 승차감 민감도 해석 (Ride Sensitivity Analysis of a Train With Non-linear Suspension Elements)

  • In this study, and analytical method for ride sensitivity analysis of a train with non-linear suspension elements are proposed. Non-linear characteristics of springs and dampers for primary and secondary suspensions of a train are parameterized using polynomial interpolation. Vertical dynamic model of a three-body train running on straight rail with the predetermined roughness expressed in terms of spectral density function is set up and its equations of motion for ride analysis are derived. Using the direct differentiation method, sensitivity equations of the vertical dynamic model with respect to design parameters associated with non-linearity of suspensions are obtained. Based on the sensitivity analysis, improvement of ride is achieved by varying appropriate suspension parameters.

  • A direct differentiationmethod is presented for the shape design sensitivity analysis of axisymmeetric elastic solids. Based on the exisymmetric boundary integralequaiton formulation, a new boundary ntegral equatio for sensitivity analysis is derived by taking meterial derivative to the same integral identity that was used in the adjoint variable melthod. Numerical implementation is performed to show the applicaiton of the theoretical formulation. For a simple example with analytic solution, the sensitivities by present method are compared with analytic sensitivities. As an application to the shape optimization, an optimal shape of a gas turbine disc toinimize the weight under stress constraints is found by incorporating the sensitivity analysis algorithm in an optimizatio program.

  • This paper addresses the method for the shape design sensitivity analysis of the buckling load in the continuous elastic body. The sensitivity formula for critical load is analytically derived and expressed in terms of shape variation, based on the continuum formulation of the stability problem. Though the buckling problem is more efficiently solved by the structural elements such as beam and shell, the elastic solids are considered in this paper because the solid elements can be used in general for any kind of structures whether they are thick or thin. The initial stress and buckling analysis is carried out by the commercial analysis code ANSYS. The sensitivity is computed by using the mathematical package MATLAB using the results of ANSYS. Several problems including straight and curved beams under compressive load, ring under pressure load, thin-walled section are chosen to illustrate the efficiency of the presented method.

  • Spinning mechanism is generally used in coasting process on grass plates. Rebounding PR(Photo Resist) which leads to occur inferiority of coating process is caused by vibrational energy of whole coating system. In this study, the sensitivity analysis is performed to analyze and reduce vibrational terms in the spin coating system. The sensitivity analysis is bared on the numerical expression of this system. By the bond graph method. power flow of each system is represented by some basic bond graph elements. Any energy domain system is modeled using the unified elements. The modelled spin coater system is verified with power spectrum data measured by FFT analyzer. As the results of verifying model parameters and sensitivity analysis, principal factors causing vibration phenomenon are mentioned. A study on vibration method in the spin coating system is discussed.

대응분석을 통한 안전·불안전 행동 및 위험감수성 이미지 평가 (A Study on the Safety through Response Analysis Evaluation of Pre-Anxiety Behavior and Risk Sensitivity Images)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 위험감수성요인과 안전·불안전행동의 관계를 파악하고, 대응일치분석을 통해 위험감수성요인과 인구학적 특성의 관계를 명확히 하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 건설현장 종사자 501명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구방법: 데이터 정제를 위해 빈도분석, 교차분석, 탐색적 요인분석(Factor Analysis)과 신뢰도분석을 통해 6 요인이 도출되었다. 이후 다중회귀분석(Regression Analysis), 대응분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 위험감수성 민감성과 회피성이 안전행동과 불안전행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 연령과 직종에 따라 관련성이 나타났다. 결론:안전행동은 개인의 위험감수성과 민감성을 관리하고, 회피성을 적절히 통제하는 데 영향을 받음을 보여준다. 따라서 안전행동 촉진과 지속 가능한 안전 문화 유지를 위해 위험감수성과 민감성을 관리하고, 과도한 회피성을 방지하기 위한 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.

  • A general procedure to implement the sensitivity analysis of PSC flexural members is proposed based on the analytical calculation of the gradients of stresses and strains with respect to the 21 design variables in a closed format. The formulation covers the long term losses including concrete creep, shrinkage, and PS steel relaxation as well as load effects. The derived formulation is applied to the rectangular section PSC beam with prestressing and nonprestressing steels for the sensitivity analysis. The analytically calculated sensitivity results are compared with those numerically calculated.

  • In this paper, a sensitivity analysis is proceeded to improve the network of manufacturing process by converting the qualitative network into GERT Network and by finding equivalent probability, MFG's of variables and sensitivity equation in GERT Network. Sensitivity analysis of GERT Network is important in evaluating, reviewing and improving system. System improvement in GERT Network is achieved by increasing the equivalent probability and by decreasing the equivalent time.

Sensitivity Analysis for Production Planning Problems with Backlogging

  • This paper addresses sensitivity analysis for a deterministic multi-period production and inventory model. The model assumes a piecewise linear cost structure, but permits backlogging of unsatisfied demand. Our approach to sensitivity analysis here can be divided into two basic steps; (1) to find the optimal production policy through a forward dynamic programming algorithm similar to the backward version of Zangwill [1966] and (2) to apply the penalty network approach by the author [1986] in order to derive sensitivity ranges for various model parameters. Computational aspects are discussed and topics of further research are suggested.

  • In this research, design Sensitivity Analysis is presented for commercial vehicle such as large scale structural system. The proposed method is based on vibration analysis of the total structure and design sensitivity to identify the contribution factor of the component structure to the total system structure. In addition, approximated equations derived from response surface method are used for representative section properties of the thin walled beams.

초공동(超空洞) 유동 문제의 형상 설계민감도 해석 (Shape Design Sensitivity Analysis of Supercavitating Flow Problem)

  • An efficient boundary-based technique is developed for addressing shape design sensitivity analysis in supercavitating flow problem. An analytical sensitivity formula in the form of a boundary integral is derived based on the continuum formulation for a general functional defined in potential flow problems. The formula, which is expressed in terms of the boundary solutions and shape variation vectors, can be conveniently used for gradient computation in a variety of shape design in potential flow problems. While the sensitivity can be calculated independent of the analysis means, such as the finite element method (FEM) or the boundary element method (BEM), the FEM is used for the analysis in this study because of its popularity and easy-to-use features. The advantage of using a boundary-based method is that the shape variation vectors are needed only on the boundary, not over the whole domain. The boundary shape variation vectors are conveniently computed by using finite perturbations of the shape geometry instead of complex analytical differentiation of the geometry functions. The supercavitating flow problem is chosen to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed methodology. Implementation issues for the sensitivity analysis and optimization procedure are also addressed in this flow problem.
