3차원시거를 이용한 도로일관성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of Consistency Using 3-Dimensional Sight Distance)

  • 운전자는 도로를 주행하는 동안 도로의 기하구조 및 교통상황, 신호등, 표지판 등을 통하여 많은 정보를 얻게 되고, 이에 따라 가감속도 및 주행방향 등을 결정하게 되는데 대부분의 정보를 운전자의 시각을 통하여 구득하게 된다. 따라서 도로 주행 시 운전자의 시거확보는 안전한 도로 주행을 위하여 반드시 필요하다. 그러나 현행 기하구조 및 시거 설계지침에서는 평면선형과 종단선형을 분리하여 기준을 제시하고 있으며, 복합선형에 관한 정량적인 설계기준은 제시되어 있지 않다. 현재 2차원적 투영면에 분리된 요소로 설계되어지고 있지만 실제 도로는 3차원적인 문제이기 때문에 2차원적 설계는 안전하고 쾌적한 설계를 보장해주지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 수학적인 계산을 통하여 입체시거를 분석한 기존의 모형을 이용하여 여러 가지 기하구조 요소 및 유형별로 분류한 후 기존의 2차원시거와 3차원시거를 비교하고 분석하여, 2차원시거에 비해 3차원시거가 얼마나 과대 또는 과소평가 되어지는 지를 알아보고, 지방부 2차로 도로 곡선부의 주행속도를 예측하는 모형을 개발하여 예측된 주행속도로 주행할 때 필요한 정지시거와 3차원시거를 비교하여 도로의 일관성을 평가하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 사용성 평가는 User Interface(UI)의 완성도를 진단할 수 있다는 측면에서 UX 디자인 프로세스 전반에 걸쳐 활용되고 있다. 그러나 컨텐츠 기반 서비스의 경우 서비스가 실제 시장에서 어떻게 사용자들에게 지각되고, 어떤 경험 요소들이 서비스에 대한 만족도를 결정하는 데 영향을 미치는지 등을 파악하는 데는 사용성 평가만으로는 한계가 있을 수 있다. 비록 사용성이 사용자 경험에 영향을 미치는 중요한 하나의 요소이나, 그 외에 다양한 사용자의 주관적인 태도, 시장 성숙도 및 경쟁 현황 등 시장에서 발생할 수 있는 환경적인 변수 등은 포괄하지 못하기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 사용성뿐만 아니라 실제 시장에서 사용자 만족도에 영향을 주는 다양한 내적, 외적 경험 요소들을 밝히고자 하였으며, 이를 통해 모바일 컨텐츠 기반 서비스에서 사용자가 경험하는 전반을 정량적으로 평가하고 진단할 수 있는 UX 인덱스 모델을 구축하였다. 또한 설계된 UX 인덱스를 기반으로 실제 출시되어 운영 중인 서비스를 대상으로 한 정량 설문 분석을 통해 모델을 검증하고, 결과 데이터를 분석함으로써 본 인덱스에 대한 활용 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

대학간호교육목표의 시안개발 (Development of the Tentative Educational Objectives for the Nursing College)

  • This thesis is a study to develop the tentative objectives and present the professional and courses for the nursing college. The conclusions conducted by the purpose of this study are as follows. First, on the basis of the concepts of the nursing and the view-points of nursing education, the tentative goals for the nursing education are set up as follows. 1. To understand human being's life, dignity and their physical, mental, and social aspects. 2. To understand the basic concepts and the principles of human sciences, social sciences, natural sciences, and medical sciences. To apply their knowledges to nursing practices. 3. To diagnose and assess the problems of individual, family and community in terms of nursing practice. To develop the ability of planning, negotiation, management, and evaluation for the nursing education. 4. To develop appropriate knowlege, attitudes, and skills to promote the clients' health and treat their illness. 5. To accomplish all tasks effectively as a trained and qualified professional nurse through the endless studies. Second, the nursing areas and courses for the nursing college in terms of validity, Importance, continuity, relationship, utility and appropriateness are listed as follows. 1. Fundamental courses of the nursing. (1) General courses communication human development, behavior science, biochemistry, microbiology, pharmacology (2) Medical courses physiology, anatomy, pathology 2. To decide the number of the objectives in each course on the basis of the numbers of the syllabus and the level of its comprehensiveness, 5. To correct, supplement or eliminate the stated objectives by a professional or professional groups in that area.

실시간 차량정보 및 도로교통상황을 고려한 실시간 안전정보 제공에 관한 연구 (A Study on Provision of Real-Time Safety Information Considering Real-Time Vehicular Data and Road Traffic Condition)

  • 보다 안전한 운전을 유도하기 위해서는 불특정 운전자에게 획일적이고 정적인 감속정보를 제공하기보다는 개별차량 움직임을 고려하여 해당 도로를 이용하는 운전자가 어떻게 행동해야 하는지에 대해 개별 운전자 중심의 동적이고 구체적인 정보를 제공하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 실시간으로 차량 및 도로교통상황에 대한 정보의 수집 및 전송이 가능한 스마트하이웨이의 도로 및 통신환경이 조성되었을 때를 가정하여, 노면상태 및 주행상태 등의 도로교통상황, 선 후행차량의 통행속도 및 차간거리를 고려하여 실시간으로 차량 안전거리 정보 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 노면상태에 따라 상태기준컬럼($C_{condition}$)의 값을 달리 정의하여 기본적인 위험상황정보를 제시하고자 하였으며, 이를 기준으로 표현컬럼($C_n$)의 범위에 선 후행차량의 통행속도, 차량간격, 종단경사, 노면상태 등을 종합적으로 반영하여 실시간 안전거리 지수(RSDI)를 산출하도록 하였다. 산출된 실시간 안전거리 지수(RSDI)를 운전자에게 제공함으로서, 운전자가 차량간 충돌(추돌) 가능 위험상황에 대해 직관적으로 인지하고 충분히 대응할 수 있도록 하여 안전을 도모하도록 하였다. 산출된 RSDI의 값은 30개의 단위컬럼으로 이루어지고, 사전에 정한 '경고', '위험, '보통'의 3단계 위험도 평가 등급으로 구분되어 운전자에게 제공되게 된다.

대기환경영향평가 현황 및 향후 과제 (A Status of Atmospheric Environmental Impact Assessment and Future Prospects)

  • The current status of atmospheric environmental impact assessment (EIA) has been summerized and future prospective for effective and accurate atmospheric EIA has been proposed by reviewing available papers and reports for the atmospheric EIA. The number of reports for the EIA in the EIA support system which is operated by the Korean Environmental Institute have been dramatically decreased from 282 reports in 2008 to 113 reports in 2012 during recent five years. This is partially due to simplification of the EIA procedure, the contraction of the public development and economic recession. We analyzed details of the EIA report to review how actual atmospheric EIA has preformed according to the EIA guidelines from the Korean Ministry of Environment. The 264 reports of EIA published in 2011 and 2012 had been reviewed especially focusing on the atmospheric evaluation items such as meteorology, air quality measurement and modeling, odor measurement and modeling, wind corridor in urban planning, and climate change. In overall sense, the atmospheric EIA has been performed quite well by abiding the guidelines except for local meteorological data measurement, permit standard for air quality and wind corridor. The new approaches to improve the procedure of atmospheric EIA and to reflect future of national air quality standard of $PM_{2.5}$ have been proposed. The guidelines on how to evaluate the wind corridor, to implement atmospheric EIA for $PM_{2.5}$ permit, and how to acquire local meteorological data by combining local measurement and model prediction are required for the effective and future oriented atmospheric EIA.

임상간호사의 직무만족정도와 조직몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Satisfaction Degree and Organizational Commitment of the Clinical Nurses)

  • This study was aimed to be able to dedicate to the quality promotion of nursing of the nurses and the development of hospital organization by investigating interrelations between job satisfaction degree and organizational commitment of the clinical nurses. The objects of this study have been 507 nurses working in university hospital in Seoul and the materials have been collected through structured questionnaires for 14 days from Feb. 23. 1998 through March 8. The materials have been analyzed and computerized statistically with SPSS. General characteristics have been analyzed by practical number and percentage. and job satisfaction degree and organizational commitment have been analyzed by average evaluation marks and standard deviation and the relation between general characteristics and job satisfaction degree and the relation between general characteristics and organizational commitment have been analyzed by t-test or F-test(ANOVA) according to the characteristics of variable. Correlations between job satisfaction degree and organizational commitment have been analyzed by Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The followings are the summaries of the results of the study: 1. The degree of job satisfaction of the object was 3.26 in average on the basic of 5 marks and worth area showed highest by 3.78 while wage and welfare 2.70 the lowest when analyzed 11 areas. 2. Organizational commitment of the object showed 3.24 in average on the basic of 5 marks. 3. According to the age. marital status. educational background. employment experience. experience in current department. position. types of work. department of work. wage, satisfaction about the current department, whether they wish to be transferred to the other department and whether they are transferred or not. there were significant differences in the characters of job satisfaction degree when general characteristics and job satisfaction degree have been examined. 4. According to the age. marital status. religion. educational background. employment history. position and experience in current department. types of work. department of work. wage. satisfaction about the department they are assigned. whether they wish to be transferred. Whether they are transferred or not and number of being transferred to the other department. there have been significant differences in the characters of organizational commitment when general characteristics and organizational commitment have been examined relatively. 5. Correlations between the degree of job satisfaction and organizational commitment has shown the degree of organizational commitment higher respectively when the degree of job satisfaction was higher. the degree of sanitation factor was higher and the degree of motive factor was higher (r=.73799. r=.6826. r=.6570). 6. The result of the analysis of correlations between organizational commitment and the turnover intension and job related action has shown comparatively high reverse correlations (r=.6375) between organizational commitment and turnover intension and low reverse correlations(r=.3253) between organizational commitment and job related action. Based on the above results. the study of the ways of increasing the degree of satisfaction about wage. welfare. position and stability and the supervision of the senior which showed the low degree of job satisfaction should be conducted and through the management of the degree of job satisfaction which affects to the organizational commitment, I would like to propose that the ways of increasing the sense of commitment to the hospital organization of the nurses should be studied.

중등교사가 인식하는 유능한 교사의 자질 (The Qualities of an Effective Teacher Recognized by Secondary Teachers)

  • This study examined the qualities of an effective teacher needed to accomplish educational reform successfully and prepare for a rapidly changing knowledge-based society. To achieve the purpose of the study, the following specific questions were looked into; (1) knowledge, skills, attitude of an effective teacher. (2) a proposal for staff development programs to improve the effectiveness of teachers. (3) a proposal to support teachers' efforts to improve their effectiveness. (4) the factors inhibiting the improvement of teachers' effectiveness. In this study, 'in-depth interview' was used for data collection because the study deals with the "subjective consciousness" of teachers, and qualitative research methods are useful to such a case. The research was done on teachers from secondary schools in Pusan City. According to the teachers interviewed, an effective teacher needed in the new age has such knowledge, skills, and attitude as; (1) knowledge in their major, general culture and common sense, psychology of educational counselling, social science, and knowledge and information related to curriculum. (2) effective instruction skills, skills to guide student behavior, skills related to administrative clerical work, using the computers, extra curriculum activities, educational evaluation, using teaching materials, developing educational programs, and good communication skills. (3) attitude relevant to willingness to understand and converse with students at their cognitive level, positive expectations and concern toward students, democratic problem solving, continuous self-study and development, thoroughgoing mission and professionalism, will for educational reform and innovation, neat appearance and refined language, and successful interpersonal relationships. The teachers also said that the current staff development system, as a program to provide necessary qualities for teachers, has improved in the last 3 years through diverse curriculum and systematic programs. However, due to the problematic promotion system, the staff development program has turned into just a 'point collecting' game from the role of in-service training program; teachers take training courses as the means just collecting points for promotion purpose. Factors inhibiting the improvement of teachers are (1) overload of formal paperwork over emphasizing outcome, (2) mannerism of teachers not perceiving their lack of professionalism, (3) the general attitude in the teaching profession resisting change and reform, (4) supervisory activities lacking rigid regulation, (5) research just as the means of point-collection only for promotion, and (6) staff development programs lacking efficiency. These factors, interacting each other, inhibited the improvement of teachers.

산업보건서비스기관의 운영 효율성 분석 - 자료포락분석(DEA)기법을 이용하여 - (Evaluation of Managerial Efficiency in Occupational Health Service Organizations Using the Data Envelopment Analysis Method)

  • This study analyzed the managerial efficiency of 11 organizations, the branch centers of a occupational health service organization in Korea, using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The DEA is a good method for evaluating health services since it can handle multiple inputs and outputs simultaneously, and also identify the sources and amount of inefficiency. The author approached this study using two efficient models: the monetary value model and the real value model. The DEA method based on the monetary value model included cost factors, while the real value model excluded cost factors. The input variables used were manpower of physicians, medical technicians, nurses, industrial hygienists and administrators; labor, maintenance, and material expenses. The output variables used were the number of medical examinations, workplace evaluations, group health management services and income from each service. The major results were as follows: First, in the monetary value model, 6 out of 11 organizations (54.6%) showed an efficiency score of 1.0, which means that they have been operating in very efficient ways. However, 5 organizations (46.4%) showed themselves to be relatively inefficient. Second, in the real value model, 7 out of 11 organizations (63.4%) showed an efficiency score of 1.0, which means they have been operating efficiently, while 4 organizations (46.4%) showed themselves to be relatively inefficient. Third, the reliability of DEA method were analyzed by comparing the results of the monetary value model and real value model. The results of 8 out of 11 organizations were same in terms of being efficient or not. Thus, the DEA could be a valid application method for occupational health service organizations. Fourth, the organizations that displayed common inefficiency in both the monetary value model and in the real value model 3, 9, and 10, were also considered to be managed inefficiency from expertise opinion. In summary, this study evaluated the efficiency of occupational health service organizations applying the DEA method with different variables, and found that the results of analysis could be valid in terms of both modeling and expert sense. In the future, the DEA method will be used as a useful tool to identify and evaluate the efficiency of occupational health service organizations through more applications and refinements.

기업의 사회적 책임과 중소기업 CSR의 활성화 방안 (A Study on the revitalization of CRS for SMEs)

  • 최근 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)에 대한 인식이 변하고 있다. 종전 CSR은 특정 기업이 이미지 개선을 위해 일시적으로 행해 왔던 선행정도로 치부되어 왔으나 CSR은 더 이상 선택사항이 아니라, 기업의 지속성장과 경쟁력 향상의 원천이라는 인식이 확산되고 있다. 기업의 사회적 책임은 시대나 경제환경에 따라 변해 왔으며 최근 글로벌 가치사슬이 중요해지면서 수출중소기업의 성장전략으로 자리잡게 되었다. 수출중소기업의 경우 글로벌 가치사슬(GVC)에 참여하기 위해서는 글로벌 기업이 요구하는 CSR에 대한 국제적 표준을 충족시켜야 한다. 이런 추세를 반영하여 수출중소기업은 CSR활동을 통해 사회적 책임 이행과 효율적 성장이라는 두 가지 목표를 동시에 달성할 수 있는 방향으로 노력해야 할 것이다. 중도기업의 지속성장을 위한 핵심방안의 하나로서 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째. 중소기업 CSR 전담 국가기구의 설립이 필요하다. 중앙정부 산하에 중소기업 CSR을 전담하는 조직을 설립하여 중소기업 CSR업무를 총괄해야 한다. 둘째, CSV 평가모델 개발 및 인증사업을 추진해야 한다. CSR의 국제적인 트랜드를 개별기업에 신속하게 전달하고 컨설팅을 통해 경제적인 효과를 극대화할 수 있도록 지원해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 글로벌 진출과 연계해야 한다. 중소기업의 CSR보고서는 글로벌 가치사슬에서 실질적인 효과가 있도록 작성해야 할 것이다.

이용자관점에서의 도서관 2.0 서비스 활용현황과 활성화 방안 - 폭소노미 서비스를 중심으로 - (Current Usage and Proliferation of Library 2.0 from User Viewpoint: Focusing on Folksonomy)

  • 정보통신기술의 발전과 진화는 다양한 분야에서 새로운 유형의 서비스들을 등장시키고 있으며, 도서관을 비롯한 정보관리분야에서도 새로운 기법들을 적용한 서비스의 개발과 제공이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 새로운 기법을 적용하여 개발된 서비스들을 진화된 웹 서비스라는 관점에서 '웹 2.0'이라는 용어로 통칭하고 있으며, 이러한 웹 2.0의 기법이 적용된 도서관서비스를 '도서관 2.0'으로 특정하여 부르기도 한다. 기술적인 진보를 도서관서비스에 적용하고자 하는 노력은 급변하는 정보환경 속에서 도서관의 가치와 역할을 증대시킬 수 있는 의미 있는 일이다. 국내외 도서관들도 새로운 기법을 적용한 서비스를 개발하고 제공하기 위해 많은 자원과 노력을 투입하고 있다. 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 새롭게 제공되는 서비스들 가운데 일부는 이용자의 관심과 호응을 얻지 못하고 저조한 사용률을 보이는 것으로 파악된다. 본 연구는 국내 대학도서관을 중심으로 도서관 2.0 서비스의 하나인 폭소노미 서비스의 제공현황과 그 활용도를 평가하고, 이러한 평가결과를 기반으로 이용을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 도출하여 제시하였다.
