The internet which is only opened for special class at the past, diffuse to all classes like junior.senior highschool and woman in general and it boost the internet's popularize. So the consumers can reduce the all physical.time cost, and now the internet settle in the most important method to find the informations. I hope this project can expect the protection the over-carrying of consumer information on internet and consumers can activity acquire the information in consumer's side. Also in the business's side, it promote the developing of fair information offers for lighten the inequality of information. And in the governments side, it's a basic information to plan the legal system for help the consumers to use the safe and correctness internet.

In this paper, we present the fabrication and characteristic analysis of Sagnac interferometric optical fiber senior(OFS) system for detecting pulsed ultrasonic signal in underwater. The hollow cylindrical mandrel wound round by single mode optical fiber is used as sensing component. The ultrasonic signal source is simulated by the PZT actuator operated by an function generator. The distance dependency of the OFS's sensitivity was measured. The sensitivity has been shown to be inversely propotional to the square-root of distance between ultrasonic source and sensing component. It has also been shown that the OFS could detect the signals less affected by ultrasonic path comparing to conventional acousto-electric sensor. and accurate location of ultrasonic signal could be carried out using two OFSs.

This paper presents a simple identification method of the actual kinematic parameters for the robot with parallel joints. It is known that Denavit-Hartenberg's coordinate system is not useful for nearly parallel joints. In this paper, the coordinate frames are reassigned to model the kinematic parameter between nearly parallel joints by four parameters. The proposed identification method uses a straight ruler about 1m long. A robot hand is placed by using a teaching pendant at the prescribed points on the ruler, and corresponding error function is defined. The identified kinematic parameters which make the error function zero are obtained by iterative least square error method based on the singular value decomposition. In the compensation of joint angles, only the position is considered because the usual applications of robot do not require a precise orientation control.

최근 빅 데이터 및 분석기술을 이용한 분야가 다양화되고 있다. 하지만 정작 사회복지분야로의 적용은 매우 미약한 것이 현실이다. 사회복지분야에서의 빅 데이터를 이용한 각종 개인화 복지 서비스의 제공은 경제적인 부분뿐만 아니라 서비스를 제공하는 기관이나 서비스를 제공받는 이들에게 모두 상호 유기적인 관계를 유지할 수 있다. 특히 사회 조직으로부터 은퇴하거나 떨어져서 개인적인 삶을 영위해야 하는 노인들에게 있어 그들의 라이프 로그와 같은 빅 데이터를 분석하여 복합적이며 융합적인 복지서비스를 제공하는 기법은 매우 효율적이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 노인들의 빅 데이터를 이용한 시간의 흐름별 옴니 복지서비스를 제공하도록 그들의 환경을 분석하는 시스템을 제안한다.

This research designed usable standard color chart which was planned by hue and tone color system. This research studied 5 types standard color chart by designed tone map and preceding research. "Basic Color Chart 14 Colors" was planned for kindergarteners. "Primary Color Chart 63 Colors" was planned for schoolboys. "Middle Grade Color Chart 114 Colors" was planned for junior high school students. "High Grade Color Chart 152 Colors" was planned for senior high school students. "Hue and Tone 205 Colors" was planned for university students and general publics. These 5 types standard color chart were produced the trial color coordinate card and attached the Munsell notation which could reappear the spare color paper when needed. These 5 types standard color chart would be offered the data base for efficient color coordinate education as school age.

The purpose of this research was to provide basic data to childcare consulting scholarship which will be expanded completely in the future by examining awareness on childcare consulting, requests for childcare consultant, operation method of childcare consulting and tendency and meaning of childcare consulting for 500 early childhood pre-service teachers who are attending senior classes of departments related to childcare teachers in Busan. The results of research, obtained by the above process, are as follows. In the awareness of early childhood pre-service teachers on childcare consulting, they replied that they know concept and method of childcare consulting well. Also, qualifications of childcare consultant are actual knowledge and technology related to childcare process, they wanted consultants to provide ideas about class technology and problems which are expected among the consultants are lack of time by heavy works, etc. As expanded in the aspects of educational necessities and qualitative and quantitative system as the awareness or publicity of childcare consulting is insufficient.

This study is the last part of a collaborative study on the Family Life Issues of Middle aged Apartment-Residents in Seoul. This study is focused on case studies. The data were collected from 15 fulltime housewives who are in the upper-middle and the lower-middle families having at least one child in a middle or high school from Kangbuk and Kangnam areas. In this study, the whole family life issues were divided into the following 4 subareas ; 1. housewives' own life, 2. family life, 3. economic environments, 4. housing environments. The major result of this study is : the most important factor influencing the quality of life of the middle age family was the existence of children attending junior and senior high school, which brought various problems into the family with relation to self identity, time management and leisure of middle aged housewife, educational cost, shared family activities, housing space. Therefore the whole family life would be improved through the change of the current education system.

Recent research on quality management systemically explored the use of quality management practices and performance. The consequences of using quality practices have not been consistently confirmed despite an increasing number of published empirical studies. The results of empirical studies of quality practices and performance are mixed. This study examines which quality management practices indicate high-, medium-, and low-performance under the TQM framework using MANOVA and multiple discriminant analysis (MDA). To measure quality management practices, this study used the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) framework. Based on a survey of 490 suppliers from eleven different industries in Korea, the results revealed that the high performing group surpasses the medium and low performing groups in process management, employee empowerment, employee education and training, and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, the high and medium performing groups exceed the low performing group in human resource planning and evaluation, strategic deployment, leadership system, and senior executive leadership.

A dental implant has been covered by National Health Insurance (NHI) in Korea since 2014. Every year the age group covered was extended and the out-of-pocket payment was decreased. This study analyzed the dental implant utilization rate by the National Health Insurance customized DB during the last 5 years. As a result, the utilization rate has been rapidly increasing steeply. The differences by age and sex in the utilization rate of dental implants were explored. The inclusion of a dental implant in the NHI system contributed to improving the dental accessibility of the elderly in Korea. However, a deep discussion is needed whether it is appropriately provided to necessary patients. The utilization rate will increase further in the future. Therefore, continuous monitoring and critical policy review should be continued.

In our research, we have proposed a solid solution for aviation analysis which can ensure the asymptotic stability of coupled nonlinear plants, according to the theoretical solutions and demonstrated method. Because this solution employed the scheme of specific novel theorem of control, the controllers are artificially combined by the parallel distribution computation to have a feasible solution given the random coupled systems with aviation stability analysis. Therefore, we empathize and manually derive the results which shows the utilized lemma and criterion are believed effective and efficient for aircraft structural analysis of composite and nonlinear scenarios. To be fair, the experiment by numerical computation and calculations were explained the perfectness of the methodology we provided in the research.
