경매 방식을 이용한 중고도서 거래 웹 서비스 설계 및 구현 (A Design and Implementation of Used Books Trading Web Service using an Auction System)

  • 최근 경제의 장기적 불황으로 저렴하게 좋은 상품을 구매하려는 소비자의 욕구가 급증하고 있다. 저렴하게 좋은 상품을 구매하는 방법으로는 중고거래가 각광을 받고 있으며, 중고거래가 활성화됨에 따라 소비자가 느끼는 중고거래에 대한 심리적 거리감도 줄어들고 있다. 특히 대학교의 전공서적 같은 고가의 도서의 경우 각 대학마다 중고도서 전용의 커뮤니티가 생길 정도로 활발한 거래가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만, 대학 중고도서 거래 전용 사이트의 경우 실시간 거래 현황을 한눈에 알아보기 힘들고, 단방향적인 판매자의 가격 설정으로 인해 합리적 도서 구매가 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 누구나 손쉽게 중고도서 거래를 할 수 있는 경매 방식 기반 중고도서 거래 웹 서비스를 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 서비스는 웹 기반으로 설계되었으며 편리하고 효율적인 도서 등록 및 검색 기능을 통해 사용자에게 편리함을 제공한다.

4차 산업혁명 시대 정보통신기술(ICT)이 가져온 네트워크 마케팅의 현재와 미래 - 한국암웨이 사례 연구 - (The 4th Industrial Revolution's Impact on Network Marketing - Focused on ABN Korea Case -)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of ICT on multilevel marketing organizations (MLMs) whose members are both salespeople and consumers. This study explores the effects of the latest ICT convergence on the direct selling, which is the oldest sales method, and suggests the direction for the development of network marketing. Therefore, we will propose the changes in direct sales brought by ICT and predict the future direction of network marketing in preparation for the 4th Industrial Revolution era. Design/methodology/approach Exploratory case study was the methodology selected for this paper. The case study enables the use of multiple methods for data collection and analysis. This study applies qualitative case-study methodology on Amway Korea, which is the top seller of MLM organizations, to better understand the impact of ICT. This study conducted an in-depth interview with four different levels of MLM members (e.g. membership, ruby, emerald, diamond) which are based on the qualification system of MLM organizations and observed their behaviors. Findings This study revealed that the ICT impact on network marketing organizations(MLMs) could be summarized as follows : new membership growth, easier communication with customers, increase in work efficiency, increase in organizational trust, change in educational environment, and increase in the use of social media. Based on the interview, we propose the changes of network marketing organizations in the fourth industrial revolution era and the future strategy of Amway Korea as follows: (1) retention of royal ABOs, (2) harmony with SMEs, (3) utilization of Big Data, (4) creation of IoT business model, and (5) construction of successful O2O business platform.

아이템 현금 거래 양면시장에서의 거래 가격 차이 분석 (An Analysis of the Price Structure of Two Sided Market in Online Game Item Trade)

  • 아이템 현금 거래가 이루어지는 방법으로는 게임 동호회에서의 거래, 직거래 등 여러 방법이 있다. 그러나 현실에서는 수수료를 부담해야 하는 아이템중개사이트가 가장 많이 이용되고 있는 것으로 보인다. 본 연구에서는 아이템중개사이트와 기타 거래에서의 아이템 현금 거래 가격을 분석함으로써, 소비자들이 아이템 중개사이트를 주로 활용하는 이유를 살펴보고자 하였다. 아이템중개사이트에서의 거래 가격과 기타 아이템 현금 거래방법에서의 거래 가격을 비교 분석한 결과, 아이템중개사이트에서의 가격이 평균 6% 더 비싼 것으로 나타났다. 구매자들은 6%더 비싼 가격을 지불하고 아이템중개사이트를 이용하고 있었는데, 이는 거래의 안전성과 편리성에 대한 대가로 볼 수 있다. 그리고 판매자들은 아이템중개사이트를 이용하는 것이 다른 거래 방법에서보다 0.7% 정도 더 높은 가격으로 판매할 수 있었다. 구매자와 판매자가 아이템중개사이트를 이용하는 것은 충분한 이유가 있는 것으로 파악될 수 있다.

서비스전달 특성과 충성도 관계에서 감정적 몰입의 매개역할: 백화점 중심으로 (The Mediating Role of Affective Commitment in Explaining Relationship between Characteristics of Service-offer and Loyalty: Focused on Department Stores)

  • 본 연구는 백화점 판매원의 서비스전달 특성과 고객만족, 신뢰, 감정적 몰입, 충성도 간의 관계를 확인하고, 감정적 몰입의 매개역할을 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 20.0을 이용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 서비스개별 능력 및 서비스신뢰성은 만족에 긍정적으로 영향을 미쳤지만, 서비스능력은 영향이 없었다. 또한 서비스신뢰성은 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 준 반면, 서비스개별화 능력과 서비스역량은 신뢰에 영향이 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 고객만족은 신뢰 및 감정적 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 주었지만 충성도에는 영향이 없었고, 신뢰는 감정적 몰입과 충성도에 정(+)영향이 있었다. 셋째, 고객의 감정적 몰입은 충성도에 정(+)영향이 있었다. 또한 고객신뢰 및 만족과 충성도 관계에서 감정적몰입이 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 판매자-구매자 관계가 역동적임을 의미한다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 통해서 고객관계에서 몰입의 발전전략을 논의하였으며, 향후 연구방향을 제안하였다.

  • 본 논문은 쇼핑몰 플랫폼에 있는 상품을 이미지 기반으로 카테고리를 자동 분류하는 시스템 구현에 관한 연구내용이다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 판매되는 수많은 제품은 용도 중심으로 정의된 카테고리 구조 속에서 제품을 분류하고 있다. 하지만 상품의 분류가 불확실하여 쇼핑몰 판매자 판단으로 분류된 상품과 구매 사용자 판단이 다를 경우는 카테고리 분류에 의한 검색이 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 상품 이미지를 이용하여 딥 러닝(Deep Learning) 기술에 의한 분류와 검색 방법을 제안하며, 상품 이미지만으로 분류를 수행 한 후, 검증 데이터를 통해서 그 속도와 정확도를 수치화하였다. 또한, 성능 비교는 동일한 검증 데이터를 사용하여 실험 참가자의 설문 테스트를 통해서 그 사용성 평가를 실시하였다.

와인공급업체와 외식업체간 B2B 관계마케팅 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors of Business to Business Relationship Marketing in Wine Supplier and Food Service Firm Relationship)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 외식업체의 와인구매담당자, 즉 소믈리에, 매니저 등을 대상으로 고객장기 지향성에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 관계마케팅 요인을 파악함과 동시에 장기지향성이 형성되는 과정에서 관계의 질인 신뢰와 몰입의 역할을 규명함으로써 내수 경기침체와 치열한 경쟁으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 와인공급업체의 영업활성화를 위한 마케팅 전략 수립에 도움을 주고자 함이다. 설문조사는 2010년 1월 15일부터 2월 13일까지 30일간 실시하였으며, 서울 시내 파인다이닝 레스토랑, 캐주얼 다이닝 레스토랑, 와인바 등의 와인구매담당자를 대상으로 하였다. 자료의 처리는 SPSS 15.0과 AMOS 7.0 통계패키지를 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인요인분석, 경로분석을 사용하였다. 그 결과, 관계마케팅 요인 중에서 커뮤니케이션과 판매자 전문성 요인은 신뢰와 정서적 몰입을 통하여 장기지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

A Brief Research on the Ten Years of China Fashion Week

  • China became the largest costume industry and export country since 1994. The fashion market in China has been changed from seller's market to buyer's market. During this period, brand has taken an important part. The fashion industry in China is developing on outlook, function, materials and categories. I want to do this brief research on the ten years of China Fashion Week to review the development of China Fashion Week, which is the symbol of China fashion industry. I hope it can be reference for being comprehended by Chinese and other foreign countries. In 1997, China Fashion Week was called Fashion Design exhibition. The title was modified to be China Fashion Week in 2000. In 2003. the title was developed to China Fashion Week (Spring/Summer Collection) and China Fashion Week (Autumn/Winter Collection). In the past ten years, there have been 300 fashion collections, with 600 fashion designers who joined in the competitions, and thousands of models, reporters and photographers, who took part in China Fashion Week. Recently 200 login fashion brands, 300 fashion designers, more than 500 reporters and 50 model management companies have made a relationship with China Fashion Week. The first moment of China Fashion Week- "famous designer project": paying attention to the relationship between the level of fashion designers and the style of brands. Quite a good deal of fashion design became more practical. The second moment of China Fashion Week- "improving Chinese fashion brands ": fashion show was not a kind of stage art but the business dealing for brand during that period. The situation of China Fashion Week now: Chinese Haute Couture is showed wonderfully during China Fashion Week. Fashion contest became the character of China Fashion Week. The contests were for adult fashion designers, new designers, models, and photographers. According to the development between different countries on fashion, the international communication of China Fashion Week became more and more popular and wide. Fashion designers from France, Italy, New York, Korea and Japan had fashion shows in China Fashion Week. The Chinese top fashion designers were showing their work during Paris, Milan and New York fashion shows.

정부 외자조달계약의 국제물품매매협약의 적용과 매수인의 구제에 관한 연구 (A Study for the Application and the Buyer's Remedy for the United Nations Convention on Contract of the International Sales of Goods to the Government Foreign Procurement Contract)

  • Korea has become a member of the United Nations Convention on Contract of the International Sales of Goods (the 'CISG') effective since March 1, 2005. As, therefore, the governing law of the general terms and conditions (the 'GTC') in the Government Foreign Procurement Contract (the 'Contract') is mandatorily fixed to the Korean Law, the CISG, as an International Convention, now having an equivalent or even higher status to the Korean Law, unless expressly excluded, will be priorly applied to the Contract where a transaction occurs between its members. In this regard, this study focuses on how to find the way for the CISG to be a governing law of the GTC in order to eliminate legal uncertainties and lacks of foreseeability prevailed in the international trade. For that purpose, the legal aspects of GTC, and the Buyer's remedy for the Seller's breach of the Contract are analyzed in accordance with the comparative study between the CISG and the GTC including the relevant case studies. As a result of this study, the application of the CISG into the GTC is highly recommended in order to reflect into the Contract such features as fairly harmonized for the interest of both parties. Taking this opportunity, a GTC, amended from the existing one, or newly formed, within the perimeter of not conflicting with the provisions of the CISG, including but not limited to the Civil Law and Commercial Law, is required in order to evenly share each party's responsibilities and obligations where the breach or remedy of the Contract is, and, thus, which will ultimately contribute to an efficient conduct of the Contract.

전자무역에서 구매자와 판매자의 역할분석 (An Analysis the Role between the Buyer and Seller in the Field of e-Trade)

  • International trade has been changed from traditional trade to e-trade due to the fast expanding of information technology like e-marketplace, EDI (Electronic data interchange) using Internet since mid of 1990's. e-Trade, as a new trade method, could handle every trade procedure such as market research, contract, customs clearance, logistics and payment using IT like internet without restriction of time and space. The evolution of transaction-based business model is upon us. The business models of many e-Marketplace in their early stages have typically been based on transaction fees. Many e-Marketplaces have even called out transaction revenues as a core element of their business plans. The transaction business represents the most simple of business models, but it does not provide a long-term sustain able advantage. For buyer's convenience, wide selection and test price hold appeal. For suppliers, the extended global market reach and direct access to customers and consortiums of customers is powerful. To maximize leverage of these new e-marketplace, you must from both a buyer perspective as well as a supplier perspective. Also required is a strategy that takes in account all of the various e-Marketplace transaction standards and one that allows the easy accomodation to new e-marketplace as the market change. These new e-marketplace will need to be factored into the sales channel strategies. To be successful, integration with these e-marketplaces should occur at a complete business process level. This study would suggest on the role of buyers and sellers for e-trade which could maximize effect of e-trade in order to cope with rapid changing IT environment and global trade environment. Therefore, this study suggests top priority tasks for implementing on the specialization strategy of e-trade process.

멀티에이전트 기반 SCM 모델링 및 구현 (Multiagent Enabled Modeling and Implementation of SCM)

  • The purpose of this paper is to propose the modeling of multiagent based SCM and implement the prototype in the Internet environment. SCM process follows the supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model which has been suggested by Supply Chain Counsil. SCOR model has been positioned to become the industry standard for describing and improving operational process in SCM. Five basic processes, plan, source, matte, deliver and return are defined in the SCOR model, through which a company establishes its supply chain competitive objectives. A supply chain is a world wide network of suppliers, factories, warehouses, distribution centers and retailers through which raw materials are acquired, transformed or manufactured and delivered to customers by autonomous or semiautonomous process. With the pressure from the higher standard of customer compliance, a frequent model change, product complexity and globalization, the combination of supply chain process with an advanced infrastructure in terms of multiagent systems have been highly required. Since SCM is fundamentally concerned with coherence among multiple decision makers, a multiagent framework based on explicit communication between constituent agents such as suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors is a natural choice. Multiagent framework is defined to perform different activities within a supply chain. Dynamic and changing functions of supply chain can be dealt with multi-agent by cooperating with other agents. In the areas of inventory management, remote diagnostics, communications with field workers, order fulfillment including tracking and monitoring, stock visibility, real-time shop floor data collection, asset tracking and warehousing, customer-centric supply chain can be applied and implemented utilizing multiagent. In this paper, for the order processing event between the buyer and seller relationship, multiagent were defined corresponding to the SCOR process. A prototype system was developed and implemented on the actual TCP/IP environment for the purchase order processing event. The implementation result assures that multiagent based SCM enhances the speed, visibility, proactiveness and responsiveness of activities in the supply chain.
