서울지역 소비자들의 식품표시에 대한 인식도 조사 (A Survey on the Consumer's Recognition of Food Labeling in Seoul Area)

  • 본 연구는 식품 등의 표시기준 개선을 위한 기초자료 수집을 목적으로 서울지역 소비자들의 식품표시에 대한 인식도와 만족도를 조사한 것으로, 소비자 120명의 인터뷰 조사를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 식품표시에 대한 소비자 인식도 조사결과, 식품표시를 확인하는 비율은 응답자의 58.3%가 식품구매 시 표시를 확인하는 것으로 나타났으며, 식품표시를 확인하는 이유로는 유통기한을 확인하기 위해서가 60.1%로 가장 높게 나타나 소비자들이 식품을 구입할 때 식품의 안전성 여부에 가장 큰 관심을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 식품표시에 대한 만족도 조사에서는 소비자의 60.0%가 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 불만족하는 이유로는 표시된 용어가 잘 이해되지 않음(30.6%), 표시된 내용이 충분하지 않음(25.8%) 등이 있었고, 식품표시 항목 중 가장 불만족하는 항목으로는 '식품첨가물 및 원재료 함량 표시(45.5%)' 였으며 그 다음으로 '제조연월일 및 유통기한 표시(20.8%)' 순이었다. 세부표시기준에 대한 이해도 및 선호도 조사에서 소비자들의 53.1%가 제조연월일과 유통기한이 모두 표시되지 않는 것에 대한 불만족도가 높았으며(53.1%), 유통기한 표시로는 소비기한(소비자가 섭취 가능한 기한)에 대한 선호도(47.5%)가 가장 높았다. 소비자 안전을 위한 주의사항 표시에 대한 만족도는 43.3%로 비교적 낮게 나타났으며, 만족하지 못하는 이유로는 눈에 띄지 않아 확인하기 어렵고(37.5%) 표시에 제공되는 정보가 충분하지 않기 때문(33.4%)으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자의 90.0%가 방사선조사에 대해 잘 모르고 있는 것으로 나타나 방사선조사 식품의 표시제가 강화되는 만큼 방사선조사에 대한 인식도와 수용도 제고를 위한 소비자 교육의 강화가 필요하리라 사료된다.

호가잔량정보를 이용한 데이트레이딩전략의 수익성 분석 (Performance Analysis on Day Trading Strategy with Bid-Ask Volume)

  • 주식시장이 효율적이라면 아무리 잘 고안된 투자전략이라도 시장의 평균 수익을 장기적으로 초과하는 것은 어렵다. 본 연구의 목적은 일부 시장 참여자들 사이에 회자되고 있는 호가잔량 정보효과를 이용하여 장기적으로 높은 수익을 얻을 수 있는지를 실증 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 호가잔량정보를 이용하는 데이트레이딩 전략을 제안하고, 2001년부터 2018년까지의 코스피200 주가지수선물시장에 적용하여 과연 꾸준하게 돈을 벌 수 있는지를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 매수강도지수가 50% 이상이면 가격이 상승할 것으로 예상하고, 반대로 매수강도지수가 50% 미만이면 가격이 하락할 것으로 예상하여 각각 매수포지션과 매도포지션을 진입하여 수익성을 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과는 거래에 수반되는 거래비용을 제하고도 연 평균 71% 이상의 매우 높은 수익을 보여주고 있다. 발생된 수익 역시 분석 기간 전체에서 장기적, 안정적으로 나타나고 있음을 밝혔다. 유전자알고리즘을 이용하여 제안된 투자전략의 수익성을 개선함으로서, 호가잔량정보를 이용하는 투자자들에게 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 다품종 소량생산체제인 중소기업 제조공장은 고객의 니즈를 대응하기 위해 제품을 대량생산하여 판매하는 형태이다. 이는 기업이 재고 부족에 따른 손실을 줄이기 위해 과도한 양의 자재 수급을 의미하고 높은 재고 유지비용이 발생한다. 그리고 수요 대응에 실패한 제품은 관리 창고에 쌓여 있어 재고 보관비용이 발생하는 현실이다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 보완하기 위해 시계열 분석 기법인 ARIMA모형을 이용하여 계절적 요인과 같은 시간적인 변동성을 찾아 수요를 예측하고 이를 통해 경제적 주문량 모형 기반의 수요예측 모델을 개발하여 재고 부족 위험을 예방한다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 개발 모델의 효용성 평가하고 향후 중소기업에 적용하여 개발 모델의 효과를 입증한다.

미국의 유기농식품 -현황과 전망 (Situation and Outlook of the U.S. Organic Produce and Foods)

  • This paper aims to provide quite recent information on the organic industry in the U.S. Major focuses are on the development of cultivation and marketing of fresh and processed organic produce and foods, newly enforced certification program, consumers' purchasing behaviors toward organic foods, and social survey results administered to the organic farmers in the U.S. The U.S. recorded 8 billion dollars' sale of organic foods in 2000, which was the largest in the world and showed 23% growth compared to the previous year. Yet the organic industry is still a niche market, occupying merely 1.5% of total food sale amount. The natural foods markets have not been so concentrated in the U.S., but it is changing and a few wholesale mart such as Whole Foods is emerging. Recent introduction of new certification program provide unified and sole standard at the federal level to which every certifier needs to adjust itself in order to be acceredited by the government. According to a social survey, consumers purchase organic foods because they concern about health, they stick to their own modes of life favoring natural foods, and so on. Another social survey shows that most organic farmers sell their produces to wholesalers, distributers, or producer coop, and direct sale to visitors at their own farm comprises of about 8 percent of their organic land.

식품안전 인지도와 식품안전 관련 구매행동 조사 (A Study of Consumer Perceptions of Food Safety and Food Buying Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate customer perception of food safety and food safety orientation behavior. A survey was conducted from 458 adults aged 20 and over. The results of this study showed as follows. Food safety was the most important consideration when purchasing food, followed by freshness, taste, nutrition, price, and quantity. 87.1% of respondents had more than usual concern about food safety, and women were more aware of food safety than men. The food safety information was usually acquired from the mass media (TV, radio, Internet). As for the reasons for food safety accidents, they pointed out in the order of lack of awareness of food safety, deficient sense of responsibility of the people who produce, lack of distribute and sell food products, and lack of legal system. In conclusion, it is expected that accurate information about food safety is efficiently communicated, and the government's continuous effort is needed. In addition, effective ways to inform customers of food safety should be identified. Long-term views should be considered when develope food safety related policies and food safety education.

유기농산물 유통사례 : 초록마을

  • Eco-friendly agricultural products(EFAPs) are on an increasing trend of supply, but not much enhancing the rate of consumption due to higher price premiums and safety concerns among core consumers. Recently, the overall domestic market is rapidly changing from supplier's into a consumer-oriented one with increasing preferences for well-known branded produce, large retailers, and e-commerce. To cope with marketing shifts and develop eco-friendly farming, marketing strategies should be properly prepared on the basis of consumption trends, purchase patterns, and the specific needs which is interlinked sectors of productions, distributions, and general process of consumption. The key factors for stimulating the demand for EFAPs are outlined as follows : classification of buyers(segmentation of markets), provision of more information and safety assurance, labeling of brands and reference prices, shopping convenience for consumers and more appropriate pricing. In order to motivate consumers to buy more EFAPs, the products' safety should be verified and they should be made to sell at specialty store such as Chorokmaul, It is necessary that government, producers, consumers, and distributors play their respective roles in developing feasible programs for marketing EFAPs. Consequently, the specialty store will greatly contribute to the development of domestic environmentally-friendly farming and to raising their standings and prospects as well.

낙동강 유역의 강변여과수 개발 가능성 (Potential for Development of Bank Filtrate in the Nakdong River Basin)

  • In order to obtain safe drinking water, free from surface contamination, a study to determine the potential for developing a bank-filtrate system in the Iryong and Yongsan, Nakdong River Basin, Korea was conducted. The main type of aquifer In the study area is alluvial, consisting mostly of sand and gravel. The hydraulic conductivity(k) of the Iryong and Yongsan test areas were 8.63${\times}$10$^-2$cm/s and 9.90${\times}$10$^-2$cm/s, respectively, indicating that these areas are satisfactory for bank filtrate production. Pilot plants(IRPL and YSPL) were set up In Iryong and Yongsan to monitor the change in the quality of bank-filtered water and to determine the effect pumping had on the surrounding hydrogeologic system. The pilot plants operated continuously for about two months and the data obtained were used to validate the groundwater flow model. Computer simulations were conducted to predict the effects of producing bank filtrate using MODFLOW. MODPATH was also linked with the flow model to analyze particle tracking. According to the results of the model simulations and the hydrogeologlc study, long-term pumping, the minimization of drawdown and the availability of uncontaminated sell and groundwater conditions for the catchment area were all Important factors for successful bank-titrate system development.

주택문화관의 아이덴티티를 형성하는 디자인 요소 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Identity Design Factors of Housing Cultural Center)

  • As the idea and function of the 'Model House' alters, so does the name - 'Housing Exposition' or 'Housing Cultural Center'. Its function Is not only to show and sell but to educate, promote and show culture. It works as a 'communication ground' about house. With the growing number of the Housing Cultural Center and the importance of function, major construction companies are building it competitively to connect the relationship with clients by expanding service. However, despite the necessity of 'Housing Cultural Center' is increasing, function and component of the Housing Cultural Center are yet defined and also specific direction of design, consumer services and programs are not properly established. Also, they are promoting and selling in lots only for a limited period which have problem in clients to participate and know about the characteristics of each companies promotion. Most of Housing Cultural Centers are similar in concept, shape, color use. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Housing Cultural Center with spacial and visual elements that comprise Housing Cultural Center, and study identity factors, distinct characteristics and build identity of the Housing Cultural Center. Ultimately, companies need to put forth to make difference in their own identity and apply it effectively in order to firmly establish identity.

두 쌍의 ELC 공진기를 이용한 이중 대역 메타 흡수체의 설계 (Design of Dual-band Metamaterial Absorber using Two Pairs of ELC Resonators)

  • 본 논문에서는 4개의 ELC 공진기 구조를 사용하여 메타 흡수체 구조의 단위 셀을 설계하였다. 제안된 구조의 단위 셀의 크기는 $9mm{\times}9mm{\times}2mm$ 이다. 메타 흡수체의 대역폭 확장을 위하여 흡수체 단위 셀은 서로 다른 크기를 갖는 2 쌍의 ECL가 사용되었다. 제안된 흡수체는 전계가 ELC 갭에 수평하게 여기되고 자계가 단위 셀 면에 수직으로 여기 될 경우에 음의 유전율과 음의 투자율 특성을 나타낸다. 제안된 단위 셀은 8.53 GHz, 9.08 GHz에서 공진을 하며 각 주파수에서 90%이상의 흡수율을 갖는다.

  • Purpose - These days, an individual user, private entity, hears everyday news of hacking and personal information leakage in the era of a most-connected society. This study investigates cyber attack, cyber insurance and distribution channels for insurance goods in South Korea by analyzing various cases of cyber attacks in domestic and overseas case. Research design, data and methodology - This study adopted various study cases instead of the one large case for deep quality analysis, and focused on various cases of domestic and overseas cyber attacks with insurance. Result - As a result of analyzing the cases that were hacked, types of massive losses and damages arising out of internet blackout due to cyber risks are paralyzation of public and private website and portal, electronic administrative system, public infrastructure, and consequently a normal operation of nation is impossible. These losses and damages however can be coverable under cyber insurance. Conclusions - This paper suggests insurance carriers, as suppliers, should provide multiple channels to sell to the customer and should expand the strategy of advertisement and promotion in order for them to change their mind and compare the price and value of the information of individual users and private entity in view of cost savings.
