유통업체의 고객서비스에 관한 연구 -의류제품을 중심을- (A Study on the Consumer Service of Retailing - focusing on the Apparel Product -)

  • The purpose of this study was designed to investigate if self-monitoring variable among various individual trait theories and demographic variable would be variables which can explain about the importance differences of consumer service level of retailing in the garment product. The survey was conducted from Feb, 6 to 16, 2002. For this survey, the 118 data were analysed with spss window 9.0 version and Cronbach's, Factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, Frequency, mean, percentage were applied. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Consumer service was classified in attitude/confidence/expert knowledge of salesperson, product display, product information, product assortment, shopping environment, lighting setup. 2. As a result of analyzing the importance differences per consumer service dimension depending on self-monitoring levels, it was not significant differences. 3. As a result of analyzing the importance differences per consumer service dimension depending on demographic variables, it was not significant differences.

보육전공 학생들의 자기효능감과 직업가치가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Efficacy and Occupational Value on the Major Satisfaction of Students Majoring in Childcare)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 보육전공 학생들의 자기효능감과 직업가치가 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 A시에 소재한 예비보육교사 281명을 대상으로 질문지를 사용하여 실시하였다. 자료처리 및 분석은 SPSS 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석 실시하였으며 변인별 인식수준을 알아보기 위하여 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 또한, 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$를 산출하였고, 각 변인간의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 상관관계분석과 단계적 회귀분석 방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과에 대하여 첫째, 보육전공 학생들이 지각한 자기효능감에서는 자기조절효능감과 자신감이, 직업가치에서는 내적가치가, 전공만족도에서는 일반만족과 인식만족애서 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육전공 학생들의 자기효능감, 직업가치, 전공만족도에서 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육전공 학생들의 자기효능감과 직업가치가 전공만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과로 볼 때, 보육전공 학생들의 전공만족도에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 질 높은 보육직무를 수행할 수 있도록 적절한 자기효능감과 올바른 직업가치가 형성될 수 있도록 다양한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

간호대학생의 임상실습교육에 대한 자기효능감, 전문직 자아개념 및 임상실습만족도 (Self-Efficacy, Self-Concept of Professional Nursing, and Clinical Practice Satisfaction to Clinical Practice Education in Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify self-efficacy and self-concept of professional nursing which might influence clinical practice satisfaction in nursing students. The participants were 278 nursing students in U city. Date were collected from November 29 to December 17, 2010. The collected data was analyzed with the PASW 18.0 statistics program. Self-efficacy had significant positive correlation with self-concept of professional nursing(r=.595, p<.001) and self-concept of professional nursing had significant positive correlation with clinical practice satisfaction(r=.396, p<.001). In multiple regression analysis, self-concept of professional nursing is most influential factor explained 21% of variance of clinical practice satisfaction. The results indicate that to develop a more reasonable and effective curriculum and teaching program for enhancement of students' self-concept of professional nursing.

창의·융합형 중등예비교사 양성을 위한 수업 혁신 요소를 중심으로 프로젝트 기반 학습(Project-Based Learning:PBL)에서 중등예비교사의 성찰일지 분석 (An Analysis of Self-reflection Journal of Pre-service Teachers' in PBL by focusing on Teaching Innovation Components for Pre-service Teachers' Creativity-convergence)

  • 본 연구는 프로젝트 기반 학습(Project-Based learning: PBL)에서 중등예비교사들의 성찰일지를 분석하여 인식변화를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중등예비교사 30명이 계절학기 4주간의 프로젝트 기반 학습에 참여하였으며, ATLAS.ti 8 프로그램을 이용하여 성찰일지 내용에서 한국교육평가원에서 개발한 '창의·융합형 인재 양성을 위한 수업 혁신 지원 방안' 연구보고서의 수업 혁신 요소의 의미가 도출되는지 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 중등예비교사들은 교사의 시각으로 문제를 해결하고 수업지도안 작성부터 시연까지의 과정을 통해 새로운 교수-학습 방법, 교수방법의 중요성 인식, 새로운 경험, 상호작용 등에 관한 인식의 변화를 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 창의·융합형 중등예비교사 양성을 위한 수업 혁신 연구의 필요함을 시사한다.

고가용성 홈 서비스 네트워크 시스템을 위한 오토노믹 자가 관리 메커니즘 (An Autonomic Self-management Mechanism for High-available Home Service Networked System)

  • 홈 서비스 네트워크 시스템은 실용적이면서 프로엑티브한 결함 관리를 통한 고가용도 서비스를 필요로 한다. 하지만, 홈 서비스 시스템의 복잡도가 증가하면서 고가용도 요구사항을 만족하기 위한 서비스를 제공하는 것은 더욱 어려워졌다. 더욱이, 사용자는 시스템 결함 관리와 같은 복잡한 시스템 관리를 직접 하는걸 원하지 않는다. 그러므로 홈 네트워크로 연결된 장치 또는 가전제품으로 구성된 통합 시스템의 고가용도 요구사항을 만족하면서 사람의 개입을 최소화할 수 있는 자가 관리 기능 및 원격 결함 관리 능력을 홈 서비스 시스템은 갖춰야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 흠 서비스 네트워크 시스템의 가용도를 향상시키면서 관리 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 원격 자기 관리 메커니즘을 탑재한 오토노믹 자기치유 유틸리티를 설계 및 개발한다.

A Study on the Customer Attitudes toward the Airport IT Service: Focusing on Handling Process and Acceptance Intention

  • Purpose : In the aviation industry, we will investigate the impact of users' acceptance of technology on their usage behavior and find out the factors that affect their acceptance of technology. We will expand the prior study to find out the impact of the self-service technology of Incheon Airport. Research design, data and methodology : Within the last six months, the survey was conducted on people using self-service technology at Incheon International Airport from July to August 2019. Part 307 of the valid questionnaires were used for this final analysis. The collected data were used to perform frequency, factor, reliability, and multiple regression analyses using the SPSS statistical package. Results : Individual aspects of external variables, service aspects and system aspects have been shown to affect usefulness and perceived ease of use. Also, perceived ease-of-use and usefulness have effects on users' intention to accept technology. Conclusions : The perceived easement and perceived usefulness of Incheon International Airport has been shown to affect self-service users. Increasing the user's self-efficiency and increasing the user's expectations for benefits, convenience, rapid processing, and minimal effort will have a positive meaningful effect on the intention of accepting the technology.

리더와의 접촉빈도와 심리적 거리가 직무 디스트레스에 미치는 영향: 구성원이 인지하는 셀프리더십의 매개효과 (Contact Frequency and Psychological Distance between Leaders: Job Distress and Mediation through Employees' Perceived Self-Leadership)

  • Purpose - This study aims to investigate a solution to reduce the negative reactions arising from the performance of duties or the job distress of workers in the service industry, because human resource statistics regarding workers in the service sector have been unreported, while concerns regarding exposure to emotional exertion and poor working conditions have been continuously increasing. Research design, data, and methodology - This study specifically focused on workers in highway service areas. It differs from previous studies because it involves the perspective of the person-organization fit and regards workers' cognition of leaders through the psychological distance toward the leader and the contact frequency between workers and leaders within the framework of the leader-individual fit. Moreover, this study highlights the role of the self-leadership of workers as an important factor that becomes manifested in the individual-level fit to the organization. Hence, this study investigates whether the positive role of the above factors, in turn, could reduce job distress. Workers from highway service areas in Gyeonggi-do province provided data; 141 valid questionnaires are collected. SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 were used to test the reliability and validity of constructs. Simple regression, multiple regression, and 3 step mediation tests were used to test the hypotheses after the correlation tests. Results - Results indicated that leader-member contact frequency and psychological distance have negative effects on job distress but positive effects on self-leadership. A mediation test revealed that self-leadership, in the relationships between contact frequency and job distress and between psychological distance and job distress, resulted in partial mediation and full mediation, respectively. Conclusions - The result can be understood through two different possible explanations. First, service area workers generally possess a positive perspective toward their leaders. This can be interpreted to mean that increased contact frequency and psychological distance would be considered as supports from the leader, rather than intrusive controls or management schemes. Therefore, the management in highway service areas should invest efforts in increasing contact frequency as well as maximizing psychological similarities by adopting the viewpoints of workers in terms of moral and ethical management, to reduce the workers' job distress. The results relating to self-leadership also indicate that increased contact frequency must be accompanied by intentions for the effective promotion of workers' self-leadership. It also signifies the necessity of a strategic approach by leaders to induce workers to perceive "in-group"ness as suggested both by the similarity-attraction theory and by the social identity theory. In addition, the results of the mediation test of self-leadership indicate that because workers' self-leadership activates upon increased contact frequency by the leader, it should not be a means of control and should not be utilized only from the perspective of management. It is also suggested that strategies such as transfer of authority could have a positive effect in promoting the expansion of self-influence from workers.

의료기관 종사자들의 상사인식, 직무가치 자긍심, 직장에 대한 자부심 (Recognition of Seniors, Self-esteem for Job Value, Pride of Workplace on Hospital Workers)

  • This study is focusing on the fact that Medical bodies are a labor-intensive organization in the technological field which needs technical knowledge and concerted efforts and then explaining the job value and the workplace value on the basis of trust in terms of a sense of organizational unity. The study reveals that, the higher recognition of their seniors the medical workers have, the higher level of self-esteem for job value they have. In terms of personal characteristics, educational experience has a meaningful influence on self-esteem for job value; in terms of job characteristics, the period of one`s service and monthly salary have a meaningful influence on it. And, it is found, the higher the pride on workplace, respect and trust in seniors, loyalty to seniors and self-esteem for job value are, the more proud they feel of workplace.

항공계열 대학생의 자기효능감 및 학업적 적응에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self-Efficacy and Academic Adjustment Among the Aviation-related College Students)

  • Recently the departments of aviation-related in the college are increased as the aviation industry is rapidly expanded. To enhance their competitiveness and have differentiation, it is emphasized for each department to manage and teach their students well. Therefore this study aims to examine self-efficacy and academic adjustment of aviation-related college students and investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment. To achieve the objectives, it conducted a survey of aviation-related college students in C university from Apr. 27th. 2015 to May. 22th. 2015. A total of 225 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 statistical package program and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and one-way ANOVA were conducted. The result released that general self-efficacy was recognized higher at the department of aviation operation than aviation maintenance and aviation service and social self-efficacy was recognized higher at the department of aviation service than aviation maintenance and aviation operation. Also general self-efficacy had an influence on the motivation, application and performance and social self-efficacy affected motivation, performance and academic environment. The implication of these findings would help to manage aviation-related college students, develop their departments and provide the directions for future research.

가정형 인공호흡기를 적용하고 있는 희귀, 난치성 질환자의 자가관리 교육 경험과 수행정도, 가정간호 요구도 (Self-care Education Experience, Self-care Performance, and Home Care Service Needs of Patients With Rare and Incurable Diseases Who Use a Home Ventilator)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the self-care education experience, self-care performance, and home care service needs of patients with rare and incurable diseases who use a home ventilator. Methods: From2 ventilator rental companies and 5 hospitals, records of 162 subjects were collected to obtain data regarding self-care education experience (23 items) and home care service needs (25 items). Results: Of the subjects, 65.4% were male and 55.6% had a myotrophic lateral sclerosis. The items with the highest and lowest levels of self-care education experience were "using the ventilator"(94.0%) and "community-available resource information"(27.0%), respectively. Meanwhile, self-care was performed well in terms of "personal hygiene"(59.6%) but not performed well in "community-available resource information"(23.7%). "Health status assessment" had the highest need(88.2%) of home care services. Generally, the need of home care services was higher for the patients using invasive ventilators than that for those using non-invasive ventilators. Conclusion: Home care nurses need to not only provide physical care for the patients but also strengthen their roles of enhancing patient access to and utilization of various community resources to provide systematic and individualized training and care.
