개인이동형 교통수단(PM) 유형별 사고특성 및 위험도 비교연구 (A Comparison Study on the Risk and Accident Characteristics of Personal Mobility)

  • This study deals with characteristics and risk of a PM based on user survey result, road driving test and data analysis of PM accident. Text mining method is applied to extract PM accident data from Big Data, which are claim data of private insurance company. Road driving test and survey on safety, convenience, noise, overtake ability, steering ability, and climbing ability of PM are performed to evaluate user's safety and convenience considering domestic road condition. As the result of claim data analysis, annual average increase rate of PM accident is 47.4% and average compensation of personal mobility is higher than that of bicycle by maximum 1.5 times. 79.8% of PM accident is self-caused accident due to unskilled driving and age-specific diagnosis rate of driver over 60 is higher than that of under 60. Diagnosis rate of over 60 at lower limb, foot, rib and spine is especially higher than that of under 60. As the result of road driving test and user survey, satisfaction level on safety and convenience of PM is evaluated as close to that of bicycle and satisfaction level of PM is increased after boarding. Overtake ability, steering ability, and climbing ability of PM are evaluated as same or better than that of bicycle but warning equipment to pedestrian or bike such as horn is required because noise level of PM during driving is too low. Finally, user survey result shows that bicycle road is suitable for PM and safety standard, advance-education and insurance are required for PM. It is suggested that drivers' license for PM can be replaced by advance-education. Results of this study can be used to prepare safety measures and legal basis for PM operation.

평면곡선부 구간에서의 연료효율적 주행전략 개발 (Development of a Fuel-Efficient Driving Strategy in Horizontal Curve Section)

  • 우리나라 교통부문 온실가스 배출량은 2012년 88백만tonCO2eq에 도달하였으며, 이 중 도로에서 발생한 배출량이 94%를 차지한다. 현재 에코드라이빙 교육 및 홍보 프로그램을 실시하고 있으나 도로선형을 고려한 친환경적 차량제어 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 고속도로를 대상으로 평면곡선부를 주행하는 차량의 연료효율적 주행 전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 먼저 설계지침에 따라 이상적인 평면곡선부를 설계하고 차량의 안전을 고려하기 위해 안전속도를 산정하였다. 설계한 평면곡선부의 구간별로 가 감속 시나리오를 설정하였으며 앞서 산정한 안전속도를 기준으로 속도를 제한하여 속도 프로파일을 생성하였다. 생성한 속도 프로파일에 도로 선형에 따른 차량 속도변환식을 적용하였으며 Comprehensive Modal Emission Model에 적용하여 연료소모량을 산정하였다. 초기속도별 최적 시나리오를 도출하였으며 도출한 에코드라이빙 전략을 검증하기 위해 실제 운전자 주행과 에코드라이빙 전략을 적용 시 연료소모량을 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과, 에코드라이빙 주행 시 운전자의 주행보다 평균 20.73% 연료소모량 감축효과가 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다.

일부지역에서 구급차운전자의 구급차 안전운전 운행행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Behavioral Factors for the Safely of Ambulance Driving)

  • This is the first Korea study to evaluate the effects od the safety of ambulance driving and the occurrence of ambulance traffic accidents and to provide basic informaion for the description of various factors to reduce the ambulance traffic accidents. The major insturment of this study were Krean Self-Analysis Driver Opinionnaire. Questionnaire contains 8 items which measure driver's opinions or attitudes : driving courtesy, emotion, traffic law, speed, vehicle conditions, the use of drugs, high-risk behaviors, and human factors. To take the analysis of data, the total of 350 divers were investigated ambulance divers and others in Taejon City and others (6 City) from 1996. 1. July to 1996. 31. July. The data were analyzed by the descriptive statistics and the logistic regression - path analysis - with SPSS and SAS package program. The result are as follows : 1. There was desirable attitude group(16.2%) and undesirable attitude group(17.6%) on safety ambulance driving. 2. It have suggested that risk factors of ambulance traffic accidents much affected with emotion and speed control on safety ambulance driving < Y(Accdient) = -2.64 + 0.57 $X_1$ (Emotion Control) + 0.30 $X_2$(Seed control) + E > and motor traffic acident much affected with emotion control and high-risk behavior on safety driving < Y(Accident) = -1.11 + 0.33 $X_1$(Emotion Control) + 0.29 $X_2$(High-risk Behvior) + E > 4. The primary emphassis of ambulance drivers was make us realized that improthatnt factors on safety ambulance driving were 1)making way for emergent ambulance, 2)driver's career, 3)The ability of emergency medical technics, and the knowledge or under standing of ambulance way difficut(or easy) of accdess. 5. Almost 96.6% of respondents have agreed to necessity of emergency medical technics for ambulance drivers. 6. Almost 94.6% of respondents have consented to necessity of emergtency medical technicians for ambulance driving. 7. It have suggested that the proportion of traffic accident proportion by desitable attitude group(16.7%) was much less than that of undesirable attitude group(30.8%) on safety ambulance driving(P < 0.05)/Ps) Accidents are unplanned, unforesen incidents which can lead to harmful or unfortunate outcomes, Collisons are not accidents, since the basic cause of the majority of collisons invovles high-risk human behavior. Although there are many factors which contribute to accident causation, four basic factors seem to predominate in most traffic related situations. These four factors include: the human factor, the vehicle factor, the environmental factors and destination factor(Peto G. et al. 1995).

천안시내 택시운전기사들의 자각적 피로와 식이요인의 관련성에 관한 조사연구 (A Survey on the Relationship Between Self-Reported Symptoms of Fatigue and Dietary Factors of Taxi Drivers in Cheonan Area)

  • The effect of dietary factors on the self-reported symptoms of fatigue were surveyed by the interviewing method among 119 taxi drivers in Cheonan area. It was shown that 86.5% of them were working over 11 hours a day and 34.4% of them over 16 hours. the level of job satisfaction was very low. Many of them felt fatigue during driving. Some symptoms of fatigue which many taxi drives said to be suffered from were headache physical exhaustion nervousness tired and sore eyes and anorexia. When related variables to the self-reported symptoms of fatigue were analyzed daily sleeping hours and exercise were significantly correlated with physical mental and neuro-motor fatigue, Subjects who had meals irregularly were greater than those who had regularly. In addition they tended to eat faster during working and 28.6% of them seldom had breakfast. Subjects who had meals irregularly consumed significantly less fat iron calcium vitamin A, and riboflavin. A and riboflavin and niacin than those who skipped it.

레이저 다이오드의 자기혼합 효과를 이용한 조직혈류 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement of Tissue Blood Flow by the Self-Mixing Effect of Laser Diode)

  • 레이저 다이오드의 자기혼합 효과를 이용한 조직혈류측정을 위한 기초연구를 하였다. 이동물체로 인한 레이저 도플러 신호를 자기혼합 효과에 의해 검출하였으며, 피검자의 인지로부터 비관혈적으로 조직의 혈류 변화를 측정할 수 있었다. 이동 물체의 이동속도가 변함에 따라 자기혼합 효과에 의한 도플러 편이 주파수는 선형적으로 변하였으며, in-vivo 실험의 인지에서 측정된 토플러 신호는 운동후의 주파수가 운동전의 주파수 보다 높았으며, 이는 운동생리학적인 결과와도 일치하였다.

  • A fast switching gate driver suitable for high performance self resonant electronic ballasts is presented. The proposed gate driver has negligible switching loss and driving loss owing to pnpn structure and zero voltage switching( ZVS ); moreover, the gate driver has frequency control capability. Therefore, a self resonant inverter using proposed gate driver can operate as external exciting resonant inverters. The experiments confirm that the proposed gate driver perform the desired operations over full power control range for 40W fluorescent lamp electronic ballast.

Switching-Mode BJT Driver for Self-Oscillated Push-Pull Inverters

  • Self oscillating current fed push pull resonant inverters can be controlled without using special drivers. Dc current flows through the choke coil and the power switches, although the driving signals of the power switches are sinusoidal. When the base current is near zero, the transistors cannot be operated in switching mode. Hence higher switching power losses and instantaneous peak power during off transitions are observed. In this study, an alternative design has been proposed to overcome this problem. A prototype circuit has been built which provides dc bias current to the base of the transistors. Experimental results are compared with theoretical calculations to demonstrate the validity of the design. The proposed design decreases the peak and average power losses by about 8 times, when compared to conventional designs.

  • In this paper, we introduce ETRI AI Strategy #3, "Leading Future Technologies of Network, Media, and Content." Its first goal is "to innovate AI service technology to overcome the current limitations of AI technologies." Artificial intelligence (AI) services, such as self-driving cars and robots, are combinations of computing, network, AI algorithms, and other technologies. To develop AI services, we need to develop different types of network, media coding, and content creation technologies. Moreover, AI technologies are adopted in ICT technologies. Self-planning and self-managing networks and automatic content creation technologies using AI are being developed. This paper introduces the two directions of ETRI's ICT technology development plan for AI: ICT for AI and ICT by AI. The area of ICT for AI has only recently begun to develop. ETRI, the ICT leader, hopes to have opportunities for leadership in the second wave of AI services.

  • 본 논문은 PSpice 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 전자식 안정기의 인버터 회로를 설계하고 실제로 제작된 안정기와 전기적 특성을 비교하였다. 본 논문에서 사용한 전자식 안정기의 구동 방식은 하프브리지 인버터 구조의 자려식으로서 실제 안정기의 전기적 특성과 같은 시뮬레이션 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

119 구급대 구급차 교통사고 현황 분석 (Analysis of traffic accidents involving 119 emergency)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate both the occurrence status of emergency vehicles traffic accidents and contents of the experiences of emergency medical technicians (EMTs) in fire station. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 451 EMTs in fire stations in 6 cities provinces from February 9, 2017 to February 27, 2017. Results: Of 451 EMTs, 207 (45.9%) had traffic accidents experience. Regarding environment-related features, results indicated hour (12~18 hours), place (national highway), traffic flow (smooth), weather (clear), season (winter), and day (Friday). Regarding correlation analysis of differences in the number of ambulance traffic accidents pursuant to general features of accident-experienced drivers as a human factor, there were no significant differences in recruitment, driving careers of regular cars, driving careers of fire engines, and class but there were significant differences in fire-fighting careers. Accident experience in the group with careers over 6 years and less than 10 years higher than in the other groups. Conclusion: Efforts to expand fire engine driving education programs for the prevention of traffic accidents involving 119 emergency vehicles are required.
