중국 대학생의 학업소진이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 교사지지의 매개효과와 성장 마인드셋의 조절효과 (The mediating effect of teacher support and the moderating effect of growth mindset in the impact of academic burnout on academic self-efficacy in Chinese college students)

  • 본 연구는 학업적 소진이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 교사지지의 매개효과와 성장 마인드셋의 조절효과를 파악하여 학업적 자기효능감 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 조사 대상은 중국 광동성의 한 대학에서 의도적으로 표본을 추출한 광저우 의과대학 구강학과 및 구강과학 기술을 전공하는 대학생 300명이다. 자료는 설문지를 활용하여 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS PC+ Win Ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 적용된 통계기법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 그리고 간접효과 및 조건부 직접 효과분석 이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학업소진은 교사지지, 성장 마인드셋 및 학업적 자기효능감과 유의미한 부적인 상관관계를 보였다. 교사지지는 성장 마인드셋 및 학업적 자기효능감과 정적인 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 학업소진과 학업적 자기효능감의 관계에서 교사지는 매개역할을, 그리고 성장 마인드셋은 조절역할을 하였다. 학업적 자기효능감 향상을 위하여 학업소진이 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 상쇄시키는 교사지지와 완충시키는 성장 마인드셋의 활용 방안을 제언하였다.

WDM 망에서 인공면역체계 기반의 네트워크 공격 탐지 제어 모델 및 대응 기법 설계 (Design of Network Attack Detection and Response Scheme based on Artificial Immune System in WDM Networks)

  • 동적인 네트워크 공격에 대응하기 위하여 인공 신경망, 유전 알고리즘, 면역 알고리즘과 같은 지능적 기술들이 공격 탐지에 적용되어 왔으며 최근에는 인공 면역 체계를 이용한 공격 탐지가 활발히 연구되고 있다. 기존의 인공면역체계 기반의 공격 탐지 기법들은 주로 자기 세포 집합과 비교를 통하여 항원을 인지하고 제거하는 부정 선택 원리만을 이용하였다. 그러나 실제 네트워크에서는 정상 상태와 비정상 상태가 거의 유사한 상태를 보이는 경우가 발생하므로 오탐지가 빈번히 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 새로운 인공면역체계 기반의 공격 탐지 및 대응 기법을 제안하고 그 성능을 평가한다. 제안하는 기법에서는 인간면역 체계에서 발생하는 수지상 세포와 T 세포의 면역 상호 작용을 적용하여 버퍼 점유율 변화를 이용한 검출기 집합을 발생시키고 공격 탐지 모듈과 대응 모듈을 다음과 같이 설계하였다. 첫째, self/non-self 구별을 위한 부정 선택 원리를 이용하여 검출기 집합을 발생시킨다. 둘째, 공격 탐지 모듈에서는 발생된 검출기 집합을 이용하여 네트워크 이상 상태를 탐지하고 경고 신호를 발생시킨다. 이때 오탐지를 줄이기 위하여 위험이론을 적용하며 위험도를 추측하기 위해 퍼지 이론을 이용한다. 마지막으로 공격 대응 모듈에서는 역추적된 공격 노드에 제어 신호를 전송 하여 공격 트래픽을 제한하도록 한다.

  • This paper describes 16-point FFT processor using systolic array and its implementation into VLSI. Designed FFT processor executes FFT/IFFT arithmetic under mode control and consists of cell array, array controller and input/output buffer memory. For design for testibility, we added built-in self test circuit into designed FFT processor. To verify designed 16-point FFT processor, logic simulation was performed by YSLOG on MICRO-VAXII. From the simulation results, it is estimated that the proposed FFT processor can perform 16-point FFT in about 4400[ns].

PCS영 GaAs VCO/Mixer MMIC 설계 및 제작에 관한 연구 (Design and fabrication of GaAs MMIC VCO/Mixer for PCS applications)

  • A GaAs MMIC composed of VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) and mixer for PCS receiver has been developed using 1.mu.m ion implanted GaAs MESFET process. The VCO consists of a colpitts-type oscillator with a dielectric resonator and the circuit configuration of the mixer is a dual-gate type with an asymmetric combination of LO and RF FETs for the improvement of intermodulation characteristics. The common-source self-biasing is used in all circuits including a buffer amplifier and mixer, achieving a single power supply (3V) operation. The total power dissipation is 78mW. The VCO chip shows a phase noise of-99 dBc/Hz at 100KHz offset. The combined VCO/mixer chip shows a flat conversion gain of 2dB, the frequency-tuning factor of 80MHz/volts in the varacter bias ranging from 0.5V to 0.5V , and output IP3 of dBm at varactor bias of 0V. The fabricated chip size is 2.5mm X 1.4mm.

  • In this paper,a network interface unit of token-passing bus network and its driving software are implemented based on Mini-MAP. This network interface unit performs the function of MAC layer which is responsible for transmission and reception of frames as well as the management of logical ring. The driving software performs the management of data buffer and the report of errors, if ocoured, to the higher layer. Motorola MC68824 of is used as a TBC(Token Bus Controller) and Intel80186 as a CPU for network interface unit. The operation of network interface unit is verified by self-test which checks the functioning of TBC and CPU. In addition each module of driving software is tested to check the functions regarding transmission and reception of frames.

SAMs of 2-Aminoethanethiol Modified with 3,4-Dihydroxyphenylalanine for the Electrocatalytic Oxidation of NADH on Gold Electrodes

  • 2-Aminoethanethiol (aet) has been used to make self-assembled monolayer (SAMs) on gold electrodes, which are subsequently modified with 3,4-dihydroxy phenylalanine (dpa). Such modified electrodes having various types of Au/aet-dpa were employed in the electrocatalytic oxidation of NADH. The purpose of this study to characterize the responses of such modified electrodes in terms of the immobilization procedure, pH of the solution and applied potential. The reaction of the surface immobilized dpa with NADH was studied using the rotating disk electrode technique and a value of $2.2{\times}10^4M^{-1}s^{-1}$ was obtained for the second-order rate constant in 0.1 M Tris/$NO_3^-$buffer (pH=8.0). The hydration behavior of the films was characterized by quartz crystal microbalance. When used as a NADH sensor, the Au/aet-dpa electrode exhibited good sensitivity and an excellent correlation (r ${\geq}$ 0.99) for NADH concentration which extended to $3.8{\times}10^{-3}$ M.

  • Stress affects the type of adaptation required for each case and the type of social support is also different. In order for social support to have a buffer effect on stress, we want to understand how to measure social support and support according to specific stress situations. Therefore, this study examines coping behaviors of community service workers exposed to these job stresses and examines the effect of support system (family support, peer support, superior support) on coping behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of stress, coping resources and coping behaviors of community service workers. In this study, self - report method was used to investigate the questionnaire using structured questionnaires. In this study, the statistical program was used for data analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.

자가미세유화시스템을 이용한 매스틱의 헬리코박터파일로리 대한 In vitro 및 In vivo 활성 연구 (In vitro and In vivo Activities Studies of Chois Mastic Using Self-microemulsifying Drug Delivery System (SMEDDS) against Helicobactor pylori)

  • Mastic is a bleed resin formed in pistacia lentiscus tree extract form the anacatdiaceae family. Mastic is used as a food ingredient in the Mediteraanean resin, and has been used by local inhabitants as a traditional medicine for relief of upper abdominal discomfort, dyspepsiaand peptic ulcer. Clinically, mastic has been effective in the treatment of benign gastric and duodenal, ulcers, giving symptomatic relief and endoscopically proven healing. In this study, to enhance activiteies of poorly water soluble Mastic with oils, surfactants and cosurfactants and then the mixure was microemulsified in aqueous media under condition of gentle agitation and digestive motility that would be encountered in the gastrointestinal tract. Formulation development and screening were based on phase diagrams and characteristics of resultant microemulsion. For optimum mastic formulation, microemulsions with various ratio (w/w%) of mastics, oils, surfactants and cosurfactants were prepared and their solubility was evaluated by monitoring particles size in their buffer through visual asessment and electrophoretic light scattering spectrophotomerter (ELS). In vitro activity of self microemulsified mastic (SME mastic) was determined by minimum ingibition concentration (MIC) test against a panel of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) clinical strains. Additionally, in vivo activity of SME masitc was investigated us mouse infected by CH275 of H. pylori. The mean diameter of SME mastic was less then 100 nm in water and SME mastic was showed similar antiboisis effect compared to tometronidazole, clarithromycin and omeproazole. Consequently, SME mastic would be effective system to exterminate H. pylori. If mastic were dose with combined treatment, mastic might augur well for effect of H. pylori eradication as good remedy.

압축된 칼슘벤토나이트 블록의 침식에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Erosion of a Compacted Calcium Bentonite Block)

  • 벤토나이트는 낮은 침투성, 높은 수착성, 자체밀봉특성, 내구성 등으로 인해 고준위 방사성 폐기물 처분을 위한 지하처분장에서 완충재 후보물질로 고려되고 있다. 적절한 처분장 조건에서 국내 Ca-벤토나이트에 대하여 지하수 침식에 의한 벤토나이트 입자의 발생 가능성과 발생된 벤토나이트 입자들의 영향에 대한 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 실험결과 비록 벤토나이트의 팽윤압에 의한 암반 균열로의 벤토나이트의 침투는 적었지만 벤토나이트/화강암 경계에서 벤토나이트 입자가 발생될 수 있고 지하수 흐름에 의해 유동될 수 있음을 보였다. 압축된 벤토나이트 블록으로부터 이러한 벤토나이트 입자들의 유동화에는 각기 다른 과정들이 기여하고 있음을 확인하였다. 유량이 크면 클수록, 유출되는 벤토나이트 입자들의 농도가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 실험결과는 지하수 흐름에 의한 벤토나이트 표면의 침식은 침투과정과 함께 화강암 균열에서의 벤토나이트 입자들을 유동시키는 주요한 과정임을 보여준다.

Properties Optimization for Perovskite Oxide Thin Films by Formation of Desired Microstructure

  • Perovskite oxide materials are very important for the electronics industry, because they exhibit promising properties. With an interest in the obvious applications, significant effort has been invested in the growth of highly crystalline epitaxial perovskite oxide thin films in our laboratory. And the desired structure of films was formed to achieve excellent properties. $Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ (YBCO) superconducting thin films were simultaneously deposited on both sides of 3 inch wafer by inverted cylindrical sputtering. Values of microwave surface resistance R$_2$ (75 K, 145 GHz, 0 T) smaller than 100 m$\Omega$ were reached over the whole area of YBCO thin films by pre-seeded a self-template layer. For implementation of voltage tunable high-quality varactor, A tri-layer structured SrTiO$_3$ (STO) thin films with different tetragonal distortion degree was prepared in order to simultaneously achieve a large relative capacitance change and a small dielectric loss. Highly a-axis textured $Ba_{0.65}Sr_{0.35}TiO_3$ (BST65/35) thin films was grown on Pt/Ti/SiO$_2$/Si substrate for monolithic bolometers by introducing $Ba_{0.65}Sr_{0.35}RuO_3$ (BSR65/35) thin films as buffer layer. With the buffer layer, the leakage current density of BST65/35 thin films were greatly reduced, and the pyroelectric coefficient of $7.6\times10_{-7}$ C $cm^{-2}$ $K^{-1}$ was achieved at 6 V/$\mu$m bias and room temperature.
