자연재해로 인한 재해자 지원제도에는 크게 자조(自助)와 공조(共助)그리고 공조(公助)가 있다. 본 연구에서는 재해자 지원 제도 중의 공조(共助)(지진보험, JA공제, 전노제)를 대상으로 동일본 대지진의 사례를 분석하여 보급 현황과 함께 급부의 제약 등에 관련된 여러 문제점에 대해 검토하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 방법으로는 각종 간행물과 홈페이지를 활용한 자료 답사, JA건경이나 손해보험회사에 대한 히어링을 실시했다.

Around the rural village area the traditional markets which are center the small capital it was active at the strong-point and the possibility the fact that it is developed. With this the same small capital currently as the city and the area where the quality of the rural village coexists, has the regional quality which belongs in guard of the capital region or strong-point city. With relative estrangement from the support process against this result past falling behind farming village it does not illustrate the possibility of knowing the fact that the duplex point who is falling behind as guard territory of reverse appears. Selects the small capital of the each area from like this point of view and the possibility of knowing center role of traditional market the possibility which is various is the possibility of doing in the process which propels an activation. Currently it is planned from the multi local self-governing group and the result which investigates the traditional market activation contents which are in the process of propelling, it will be able to discover the multi branch problem points against a traditional market activation.

OLED has many advantages of low voltage operation, self radiation, light weight, thin thickness, wide view angle and fast response time to overcome existing liquid crystal display (LCD)'s weakness. Therefore, It draws attention as promising display and has already developed for manufactured goods. Also, OLED is regarded as a only substitute of flexible display with a thin display. However, Indium tin oxide(ITO) thin film for electrode of OLED shows a low electrical properties and is impossible to deposit at high thermal condition because electrical characteristics of ITO is getting worse. One of the ways to realize an improved flexible OLED is to use high internal efficiency electrodes, which have higher work function than those single layer of ITO films of the same thickness. The high internal efficiency electrodes film is developed with structure of nickel oxide for bottom Emission Type of OLED.

A considerable portion of the light originating film emissive centers buried in a solid film never escapes due to internal reflection at the air-film interface and is scattered as edge emission or dissipated within the solid film This is one of the major reasons why the luminous power efficiency of OLED remains low, in spite of research progress in OLED. Although several ways of overcoming this difficulty have been reported, no comprehensive method has been proposed yet. In this paper, we propose that use of anti-reflective coating layers.

Objective : It is a presentation of theoretical, clinical. historical foundation about using biofeedback in oriental medicine. Methods : We generalize definition, explanation, history and clinical application of biofeedback and study community with and clinical practice in oriental medical theory, referring to The neurofeedback book-An introduction to Basic Concepts in Applied Psychophysiology published by Michacl Thompson & Lynda Thompson Results : We acquire possibilities of application in oriental medicine as follows. 1. It is a view of treatment for the whole man not separating body and mind. 2. It make much of yin-ping-yang-bi(陰平陽秘) and spontaneous cure in the human body. 3. It make much of a curer's mental condition through dao(道). 4. It make much of a breathing corresponding to nature. 5. We make use of it in diagnosis and evaluation of disease. 6. It is psychologic treatment of self-leading. Conclusions : Biofeedback is expected that usefully applied to oriental psychotherapy of Kyungja-pyungji therapy(驚者平之療法). Oh-Ji-Sang-Seung therapy(五志相勝療法), Qigong therapy(氣功療法), Autogenic relaxation Training(自律弛緩療法) basing on oriental medical theory not separating body and mind.

Out-of-home mobility is necessary for accessing commodities, making use of neighborhood facilities, and participation in meaningful social, cultural, and physical activities. Mobility also promotes healthy aging as it relates to the basic human need of physical movement. Mobility is typically assessed either with standardized performance-based tests or with self-reports of perceived difficulty in carrying out specific mobility tasks. Mobility declines with increasing age, and the most complex and demanding tasks are affected first. Sometimes people cope with declining functional capacity by making changes in their way or frequency of doing these tasks, thus avoiding facing manifest difficulties. From the physiological point of view, walking is an integrated result of the functioning of the musculoskeletal, cardio-respiratory, sensory and neural systems. Studies have shown that interventions aiming to increase muscle strength will also improve mobility. Physical activity counseling, an educational intervention aiming to increase physical activity, may also prevent mobility decline among older people. Sensory deficits, such as poor vision and hearing may increase the risk of mobility decline. Consequently, rehabilitation of sensory functions may prevent falls and decline in mobility. To promote mobility, it is not enough to target only individuals because environmental barriers to mobility may also accelerate mobility decline among older people. Communities need to promote the accessibility of physical environments while also trying to minimize negative or stereotypic attitudes toward the physical activity of older people.

The purpose of the study were to analyze MathThematics textbooks and Korean middle school mathematics and to investigate the difference among the textbooks in the view of mathematical communication. According to the results, the textbook developers made a variety of efforts to develope students' mathematical communication ability. Students were encouraged to communicate with others about their mathematical ideas or problem solving processes in words or writing by means of discussion, oral report, presentation, journal, etc. MathThematics textbooks provided student self-assessment opportunity to improve student performance in problem solving, reasoning, and communication. In communication assessment, students can assess their use of mathematical vocabulary, notation, and symbols, the use of graphs, tables, models, diagrams and equation to solve problem and their presentation skills. The assessment activities would make a positive impact on the development of students' mathematical communication ability. MathThematics textbooks provided a variety of problem situation including history, science, sports, culture, art, and real world as a topic for communication, however, the researcher found that some of Korean textbooks depends heavily on mathematical problem situations.

In "Hwangjenaegyeong", pathogenesis is explained based on theory of Yin and Yang. According to the theory, all environments surrounding us, physical and emotional both, are related to outbreak of diseases. This also reflects one of the major theories in oriental medicine, in which a human body is perceived as a correspondence to natural environment. In this theory, the main idea is to understand changes in the universe based on mutual correlations from within. This kind of perspective is easily criticized from scientific point of view. Whereas modern science pursue analytic thinking and objective information, the theories above seem rather vague. However, from a different angle, through a characteristic perspective of oriental medicine, actual significance can be found in the theory. Many diseases result from one's intemperate living habits. Therefore, much prevention can be made by self-control. Also, once disease occurs, the essential step to treatment is to find cause in the living environment and regain balance. Natural cure will take its' course when living habits recover moderate pace and are back in harmony with the environment.

본 논문은 유비쿼터스 이동로봇의 자기위치인식에 적용되는 비젼시스템의 왜곡된 영상을 보정하기 위한 실용적인 방법을 제안하다. 이동로봇에서 자기위치인식은 필수적인 요소이며 카메라 비젼시스템을 이용하여 처리 가능하다. 자기위치인식에서 비젼시스템은 넓은 시야를 확보하기 위해 어안렌즈를 이용하는데, 이는 영상의 왜곡을 발생한다. 또한 이동로봇은 지속적인 움직임을 가지므로 빠른 시간 내에 영상을 처리하여 자기위치를 인식해야 한다. 따라서 이동로봇에 적용 가능한 실용적인 영상왜곡 보정기법을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 성능을 검증한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the subjective sleep quality of depressed and non-depressed mothers in the late postpartum period and to determine the relationship with their health promoting behaviors, family functioning, parenting stress. Method: A non-probability sample of 128 mothers completed a self-administered questionnaires at 4-6weeks postpartum. The Edinburgh postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were used to measure mother's experiences of depression symptoms and sleep. Related factors of sleep quality were measured by the Korean Family Functioning Scale, Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile, and Parenting Stress Index. The data was analysed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, and the Pearson's correlation coefficients. Result: The results indicated that the depressed mothers (EPDS$\geq$ 10) had poorer sleep quality than the non-depressed mothers(EPDS < 10), reported shortened sleep duration, and experienced more daytime dysfunctions. Depressed mothers who had no job, did not drink coffee, and were primipara tended to report poorer sleep quality. There were significant correlation between poorer sleep quality and lower health promoting behaviors, higher family intimacy and lower family communication, and higher parenting stress among depressed mothers. Conclusion: Our findings support the view that depressed mothers' experiences of poor sleep are much higher than non-depressed mothers and multi-faced. Nurse professionals should screen for sleep problems in the depressed mothers with a different biopsychosocial and behavioral aspect from the non-depressed mothers in the late postpartum period.
