초등학생이 지각한 어머니의 양육태도, 가족건강성, 자아존중감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향: 지각된 어머니의 양육태도와 학교생활적응과의 관계에서 자아존중감의 중재효과 (The Effects of the Rearing Attitudes of Mothers, Family Strength, and Self-Esteem on the School Life Adjustment Perceived of Elementary School Students: The Moderating Effects of Self-Esteem on the Relationship between the Rearing Attitudes of Mothers and Their Children's School Life Adjustment)

  • The purpose of this study is to find which variable has the biggest effect on the school life adjustment of elementary school students among family strength, self-esteem, and the mother's rearing attitude. Second, the study observes how the elementary school student's self-esteem has a moderating effect regarding the rearing attitudes of their mothers and their school life adjustment. Five hundred forty-five fifth and sixth graders from an elementary school in Cheonan, are the participants of this study. The key research findings of this study are as follows: First, among the rearing attitudes of the mothers, family strength, and self-esteem, the variable that showed the greatest relationship with positive school life adjustment was family strength followed by self-esteem. Second, The self-esteem of the elementary school students showed a 1% moderating significant effect between the rearing attitudes of the mothers and school life adjustment. In the high self-esteem group of elementary school students, the moderating effect of self-esteem showed a higher level of school life adjustment when the students perceived that their mother had an affectionate rearing attitude, but showed a lower level of school life adjustment if they perceived their mother's rearing attitude as rejective or overprotective. Therefore, this study suggests that a focus on increasing self-esteem and family strength along with the affectionate rearing attitude of mothers is needed for the positive adjustment of elementary school students.

자활사업 참여자의 조직헌신이 정서적 자활에 미치는 영향 및 경제적 스트레스의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Organizational Devotion and Moderating Effect of Economic Stress on Emotional Self-Sufficiency among the Participants of Self-Sufficiency Program)

  • 본 연구는 자활사업 참여자들의 정서적 자활과 조직헌신의 관계를 분석하고 동시에 이들이 경험하는 경제적 스트레스의 조절효과를 검증하여 향후 국내 자활사업에 대한 실천적 함의를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2012년 11월 대구광역시 자활근로사업 참여자를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사자료를 활용하였으며 698명이 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 변수간의 인과관계 및 조절효과 검증을 위해 다중선형회귀분석방법(Multiple Linear Regression Analysis)을 적용하였다. 주요 연구결과를 살펴보면 자활사업단에 소속된 자활참여자의 조직헌신 정도가 높을수록 정서적 자활 역시 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직헌신과 정서적 자활간의 관계에서 참여자들이 인식하는 경제적 스트레스 정도가 조절변수(moderating variable)로 기능하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 비춰본다면 향후 국내 자활사업 참여자들의 정서적 자활 향상을 위해서는 공동체의식교육 이외에 경제적 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 다양한 정책적 노력이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 자활사업 참여자들의 정서적 자활에 대한 조직헌신과 경제적 스트레스 효과를 검증함으로써 향후 자활사업의 효과성 제고를 위한 실천적 개입의 기초자료를 제공해준다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 문학치료의 자기서사 진단과 작품서사의 공명성을 활용하여 자기서사를 파악하여 스스로 자가치유를 돕는 데 목적을 둔다. 이에 문학치료의 자기서사진단과 기초서사진단을 활용하여 스스로의 서사를 이해하고 작품서사와의 공명을 통해 스스로를 치유하는 문학치료의 방법론을 통해 연구를 진행하였다. 작품을 통해 자기서사를 이해하고 자문화 기술로 자기의 심리적 문제점을 확인하여 이해하는 것이 가능함을 본 연구를 통해 파악하였다. 본 사례 연구는 문학치료의 방법론을 적용하여 자기서사를 이해하는 것과 작품서사와의 공명을 통해 치유적 자기탐색을 하는 것에 새로운 기법으로 활용이 가능함을 밝혔다.

아동의 중요자아영역과 자기평가 및 자아존중감 간의 관계: 성별 분석 (Analysis of Gender-Specific Relationships among Children's Important Self-Domain, Self-Evaluation and Global Self-Esteem)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among children's important self-domain, self-evaluation and global self-esteem by gender. Information was collected on 376 5-6th graders from elementary schools in Busan. The major findings were that 1) The self-evaluation of peer domain was the most powerful determinant on self-esteem in both boys and girls 2) The percentage that valued domain of family self was higher than the other groups in both boys and girls(boys 36.3%, girls 55.4%). 3) In boys' domains of peer self and computer self, important self-domain moderated the effect of self evaluation on global self-esteem.

의복 구매시 정보 탐색 활동에 관한 연구 -자아 이미지와 추구 편익을 중심으로- (A Study on the Information Search Behavior Emphasis on the Self-image and Benefit -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors which explain consumer's information search behavior. Data were analyzed by utilizing factor analysis and multiple-regression to investigate the relationship among information sources, benefit, and actual and ideal self- image and demographics. Based on the results, information sources for benefit, actual and ideal self-image were developed. Predictors of information sources, benefits, and self-image were identified. Marketing implication about information sources were discussed. The results were as follows. 1. Actual and ideal self-images and information sources were devised into three factors. And benefits were devised into five factors. 2. Actual self-image has more predicting power than ideal self-image to the benefits which consumer sought. Among five benefits, character pursuit was the best predicted factor according to the self-image. 3. Among three information sources, mass communication was the most effective source which can be explained by the benefit and self-image. Fashion pursuit factor was the most significant factor to the mass communication oriented source.

병원 간호사의 자아개념이 실무능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self Concept on Clinical Competency in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to identify the self concept and clinical competency of nurses in hospitals and to examine the relationship between two concepts. Methods: A questionnaire was used for data collection which was done from July 1 to July 30 in 2005. The respondents were 267 staff nurses in a university hospital and general hospitals in two cities. The instruments were Son's(2002) self concept scale and Lee's(2002) clinical competency scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using SPSS-WIN. Results: The results of this study were summarized as follows: First, the total mean score of self concept was 2.56, and clinical competency was 2.59 on a 4 point scale. Second, the self concept and clinical competency were significantly correlated. Third, the results of multiple regression showed that self concept explained 45.2% of clinical competency. Conclusion: Self concept has a strong influence on clinical competency. Therefore, individualized nursing management strategies and education programs must be developed in order to increase a nurses self concept.

그룹홈 아동의 자아존중감 증진을 위한 자기성장 집단상담 프로그램 효과 연구 (The Effects of a Self-Growth Group Counseling Program to Improve Self-Esteem on Children of Group Home)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of self-growth group counseling program for children in a group home. The results of this study are as follows. First, the self-growth group counseling program was effective to improve self esteem. The most significant increases were seen in the global self-esteem and school-academic self-esteem. Second, the group cohesion and participation frequency of the program were improved, as the session was progressed. Third, as the changes of individual, the understanding and acceptance of oneself and the others are improved. So, impulsivity and aggression became lower, and problem behavior was less.

패션 소비자들의 브랜드 민감성과 공적 자기의식에 관한 연구 (Brand Sensitivity and Public Self-Consciousness among Fashion Consumers)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the relationship between brand sensitivity and public self-consciousness, and the effects of gender and age on brand sensitivity and public self-consciousness. The subject used for this study were three hundred and thirty-five college students (118 male students and 217 female students). For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, multiple regression, and t-test were used. As the results, first, there were the significant differences between male students and female students on brand sensitivity and public self-consciousness. Female students had higher scores on brand sensitivity and public self-consciousness than male students as expected. Second, there were the significant differences between younger college students and older college students on brand sensitivity and public self-consciousness. Older college students had higher scores on brand sensitivity and public self-consciousness than younger college students. Finally, public self-consciousness influenced on brand sensitivity the most significantly, followed by age variable. Based on these results, brand management marketing strategy of fashion products would be provided.

  • This study investigated the mediating effect of engineering design self-efficacy on the relationship between self-leadership and perceived team creativity. Participants were 110 engineering college students pursuing team projects. Engineering design self-efficacy showed complete mediation effects on the relationships between perceived team creativity and self-reward and evaluating beliefs and assumptions. Partial mediation effect of engineering design self-efficacy was found on the relationship between perceived team creativity and natural reward. Finally, limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies were discussed.

  • Reviews indicated that supervisory feedback provided to workers is the most effective intervention to change performance in organizational settings. However, supervisors themselves hardly receive feedback on their own behaviors. This study implemented self-management technique to improve supervisory behaviors at a construction site. Self-management in the current study consisted of goal setting, self-monitoring and providing reinforcers for two supervisory behaviors; (1) conducting safety observations and (2) interacting with workers for safety improvement. Two supervisors severed as participants. An AB within-group design was adopted. After baseline (A), self-management technique was implemented (B). Results suggested that self-management was effective in increasing the two supervisory behaviors. Moreover, the increased supervisory behaviors were associated with improvement in workers' safety performance.
