조직구성원의 자기주도학습능력이 흡수능력과 정서적 몰입 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 (Enhancing organizational commitment and job involvement through self-directed learning and absorptive capacity)

  • As organization's success depends on how much employees are active in recognizing new knowledge and transform into organization's value, this study is to examine the influence of employees' self-directed learning capacity on organizational absorptive capacity, organizational commitment and job involvement. The study has shown that managerial level employees have high level of self-directed learning capacity, and employees who have such high level capacity also shown to have high level of absorptive capacity and organizational affective commitment and job involvement. There were static correlations between all the variables, and absorptive capacity has a complete meditated effect on each variables. Hence, in order to enhance absorptive capacity, organizations should put their effort to develop employees' self-directed learning capacity, which will not only improve individual competency but also lead to organization's success in this competitive global market.

임상간호사를 위한 인간중심간호 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Person-Centered Nursing Educational Program for Clinical Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사를 위한 인간중심간호 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 대표적인 교수체제설계인 ADDIE 모형에 기초하여 인간중심간호 교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 실험군과 대조군의 일반적 특성에 대한 동질성 검정은 Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test를 이용하였고, 실험 전 동질성 검정은 independent t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 가설검정은 repeated measures ANOVA를 이용하여 분석하였으며, 사전 사후 효과 차이에 대한 분석은 paired t-test로 검정하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 자기인식, 대인관계능력, 동료지지 및 간호직무만족은 인간중심간호 교육프로그램의 효과로 확인되었다. 인간중심간호 교육프로그램을 이직이 높은 부서나 저 연차 임상간호사의 간호교육 중재로 활용할 것과 개인에서 조직으로 확대 적용하여 임상간호사의 직무만족을 높이고, 다학제 간 협력을 기반으로 한 대상자 간호를 수행하는 데 있어 간호역량을 향상시키는데 시도되기를 제안한다.

  • 본 연구는 부모의 양육효능감이 발달장애인 자녀의 자립생활에 미치는 영향으로 가족역량강화의 매개역할을 검증하기 위한 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 발달장애인 부모 146명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 활용한 자료분석을 실시하였다. 매개효과는 바론과 케니의 위계적 회귀분석과 sobel-test를 진행하였다. 연구결과 부모의 양육효능감이 발달장애인 자녀의 자립수준과 가족역량강화에 정(+)적인 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 부모의 양육효능감과 발달장애인 자녀의 자립수준 사이에서 가족역량강화의 정(+)적인 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 발달장애인 자녀의 자립지원을 위한 부모의 양육강화지원과 가족역량강화를 위한 제도와 실천이 중요함을 시사한다.

간호.보건계 대학생의 자기효능감과 창의적 성향 및 능력간의 관계 (Relationships of Self-Efficacy to Creative Disposition and Ability in University Students Major in Health Care)

  • Purpose : This study was aimed at examining the relationships of university students' self-efficacy to creative disposition and creative thinking ability. Method : A descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 320 students enrolled 4-year-undergraduate academic programs major in nursing as well as elderly care management in one University located in Pusan, Korea. This study used: (a) 24 items of Self-Efficacy Scale originally developed by Kim & Cha(1996), and (b) 39 items of creative thinking ability and 16 items of creative attitudes in a Self-Report Form of Integrative Creativity Scale developed by Bak & Kang(2006). The data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression methods. Result : University students' self-efficacy has significantly positive impact on creative thinking ability(p<.001) with 26.4% of the variance and creative disposition(p<.001) with 48.9%. Creative thinking ability as well as the disposition related to creativity that university students possessed were significantly influenced by efficacy on self-control and efficacy on taking difficult tasks. Conclusion : This result supports Social Cognitive Theory and Investment Theory of Creativity in terms that self-efficacy is the factor affecting fostering creative ability and demonstration of creativity potential to the real. This also implies that healthcare educational programs reinforcing students' self-efficacy would contribute to breed them to healthcare professionals with creative competency.

특정직 경호공무원의 전직역량에 대한 보유수준 분석 및 전직지원방안 연구 (A Study on Outplacement Countermeasure and Retention Level Examination Analysis about Outplacement Competency of Special Security Government Official)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 특정직 경호공무원의 전직 역량에 대한 특정직 경호공무원들의 보유수준 조사를 통한 전직지원방안을 제시하는데 있으며, 이를 위해 특정직 경호공무원 중 전직관련 대상자로서 40대 이상 5급 사무관 이상 전직 유경험자인 전직 성공자와 전직 실패자, 전직 희망자인 전직 예정자 600명을 대상으로 지식역량군의 전문지식, 전직관련 지식, 자기이해, 조직이해, 기술역량군의 직무기술역량, 직무수행기술, 문제해결기술, 혁신기술, 커뮤니케이션기술, 조직관리기술, 위기관리기술, 경력개발기술, 인적네트워크 활용기술, 태도 및 감정역량군의 긍정적 태도, 적극적 태도, 책임감, 직업정신, 헌신적 태도, 친화력, 자기조절능력, 가치 및 윤리역량군의 윤리의식, 도덕성 등 4개 역량군 22개 하위역량의 보유수준에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 유효한 설문 응답자 153명의 4개 역량 군 22개 하위역량 항목에 대한 설문조사 분석결과, 현재 보유수준 값이 4.0이상인 전문지식, 긍정적 태도, 책임감, 윤리의식, 도덕성 역량 등에 있어서는 어느 정도 갖추었다고 생각하고 있으나, 그 외 역량에 대해서는 보통이하 점수로 다소 낮게 나타나, 이들 역량들에 대해서는 아직은 부족하다고 인식하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 역량 강화를 위한 특정직 경호공무원의 성공적인 전직지원방안으로서는 전직에 대한 인식과 개념을 재정립하고 현실을 직시할 수 있도록 눈높이를 낮추어야 하며, 전직에 필요한 역량으로서 다소 부족하다고 느끼고 있는 역량들에 대해서는 평소에 관심을 가지고 적극적인 개발 및 강화 노력이 요구된다. 제도적 차원에서 이러한 전직 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 퇴직 전 중 후 전직 교육훈련 강화 및 현 교육훈련체계 반영, 수요자 중심의 온-오프 상 교육훈련시스템 운영, 학습조직화 등 전직교육훈련 인프라를 구축할 필요성이 있다.

보건학 전공 대학생 대상 금연교육 프로그램 개발 (Development of Smoking Cessation Education Program for University Students Majoring in Health Sciences)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to develop a smoking cessation education program and to provide basic data for evaluating program for university students majoring in health sciences. Methods: The education program was developed based on the instructional system design model(ADDIE), that was based on literature review, brainstorming, and interviews of related experts. Education program was implemented for 2 sessions of 3 hours to the 82 university students majoring in health science. Knowledge, competency, and self-efficacy for performance of smoking cessation were analyzed. One group pre- & post-test design was used for evaluation of this program. Results: In the analysis stage, a total of 5 duties, 16 tasks, and 55 task elements were derived. In the design and development stage, based on job analysis, education program contents were composed of understanding tobacco, planning and implementation of smoking cessation program, smoking cessation counseling and drug treatment. After this education program, students achieved remarkable improvement in increasing knowledge, competency, and self-efficacy for smoking cessation counselling and program. Conclusions: It is needed to be included the smoking cessation education in department related to health science regular course.

Educational Needs for Employment Competency of College Students in Management Using IPA Technique

  • 본 연구의 목적은 경영계열 전공 대학생의 구직역량 인식 차이와 교육요구를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 12월 2일부터 12월 6일 간 충청소재의 A대학 경영계열에 재학 중인 215명을 대상으로 구직역량에 대한 중요도와 보유도 인식수준을 조사하였다. 수집한 자료를 활용하여 대응표본 t-test를 통해 인식차이를 분석하고, IPA 기법을 통해 구직역량의 교육요구도를 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체에는 '전공분야 관련 성적, 자격증 등 전문지식' 역량을 강화해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성별에 따라서는 '정보탐색'을 포함하여 남학생은 '직무관련 외국어 활용'을, 여학생은 '취업목표설정 및 대안마련'을 추가하여 집중 교육할 필요가 있었다. 셋째, 학년에 따라서는 '정보탐색'을 포함하여 1학년은 '직무관련 외국어 활용, 구직에 필요한 서류작성'을, 4학년은 '자기이해, 직무관련 외국어 활용'을 추가하여 우선 교육할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 경영계열 대학생의 전체, 성별, 학년별 구직역량 교육요구의 차이를 밝힘으로써 집단의 특징을 고려한 취업지원 프로그램을 개발하는데 참고할 수 있을 것이다.

자기효능감, 감정노동, 조직몰입 및 직무만족의 관계 : 의료관광종사원을 대상으로 (The Relationship among Self Efficacy, Emotional Labor, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction of Medical Tourism Employees)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship among self-efficacy, emotional labor, organizational commitment and job satisfaction of medical tourism employees. This survey was conducted from March 2 to March 31, 2018 and targeting medical tourism employees who work at hospitals, travel agencies, medical tourism agencies and consulting firms in Seoul. 282 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 18.0. The result of this study is as follows. First, self-efficacy positively influenced on emotional labor and organizational commitment. Second, self-efficacy positively influenced on all job satisfaction factors as like job itself satisfaction, salary/promotion satisfaction and relationship satisfaction. Third, deep acting factor of emotional labor positively influenced on job itself satisfaction and relationship satisfaction. Forth, job itself satisfaction and relationship satisfaction positively influenced on organizational commitment. These research findings can be summarized as follows. Medical tourism employees of hospitals, travel agencies, medical tourism agencies and consulting firms have to be supported greatly to improve their own job competency and job qualifications. Second, medical tourism organizations try to understand the real emotion of medical tourism employees when they are dealing with medical tourists. Third, medical tourism employees have to be recognized their job performance and provided suitable incentives for the results. The findings of this study provide practical implications about strategical human resource management of medical tourism agencies. Moreover, it will be useful for hospitals and government officials to establish a management framework in medical tourism industry.

국내 간호사의 우울 관련 문헌분석 (Literature Review of Studies on South Korean Nurses' Depressive Symptoms)

  • Purpose: The purpose was to investigate the literature on depression among South Korean nurses in order to identify overall trends regarding depression. Methods: Forty-five papers published between 1998 and 2017 in three Korean databases-RISS4U, DBPIA, and KISS-were analyzed. Results: Depression showed significant positive associations with job stress, burnout, intent to leave, and somatic symptoms such as fatigue and trouble sleeping. Poor work environments such as staff shortage, work overload, and shift work were also positively associated with depression. Higher job satisfaction, resilience, self-efficacy, self-esteem, and social support were negatively correlated with and acted as significant buffers against depression. Conclusion: These results indicate that healthcare policymakers must pay more attention to the management and prevention of nurses' depression. In order to effectively do so, poor work conditions, which involve long working hours, high patient-to-nurse ratios, and extreme workloads, should be improved. Simultaneously, nursing managers should implement initiatives such as counseling and competency improvement programs, and stress management to reduce and prevent depression among nurses and strengthen their positive competency. Also, further research is required to clarify the prevalence of depression in South Korean nurses, with more meta-analyses also required to identify variations in depression rates owing to various factors.

  • Various artificial intelligence neural network models that have emerged since 2014 enable the creation of new content beyond the existing level of information discrimination and withdrawal, and the recent generative artificial intelligences such as ChatGPT and Gall-E2 create and present new information similar to actual data, enabling natural interaction because they create and provide verbal expressions similar to humans, unlike existing chatbots that simply present input content or search results. This study aims to present a model that can improve the ChatGPT communication skills of university students through curriculum research on ChatGPT, which can be participated by students from all departments, including engineering, humanities, society, health, welfare, art, tourism, management, and liberal arts. It is intended to design a way to strengthen competitiveness to embody the practical ability to solve problems through ethical attitudes, AI-related technologies, data management, and composition processes as knowledge necessary to perform tasks in the artificial intelligence era, away from simple use capabilities. It is believed that through creative education methods, it is possible to improve university awareness in companies and to seek industry-academia self-reliant courses.
