In this paper, we propose 'a self - conformance system of convergence security provider' to provide basic data for security and reliability of convergence industrial technology, system and service. It is difficult to evaluate convergence security systems, limited to information and communication service providers, unable to check convergence security items, burden of submission documents, difficulty in measuring convergence security service level and we will summarize product and service-based requirements that can be integrated and systematically measure the level of convergence security and define renewed life cycle-based convergence security information and content security and assurance requirements. On the basis of this, each convergence security company declares conformity with the standard itself without the certification of the certification body, and introduces the provider conformity certification system which can manufacture and sell. This will enable the company to strengthen its competitiveness through timely launch and implementation of products and services and cost reduction.

Korea is the only country in the world where the regulation of vehicle homologation has been changed from "Type Approval" to "Self-Certification". But there are some regulations that have not been fully changed, so they became double-regulations. In this research, we find out double-regulations in Self-Certification systems focused on "Specification Notice Procedure", and suggest a proposal of amendment to avoid duplication. Through the research, we can reduce unnecessary requirements about homologation, management of vehicle and administrative procedure significantly.

This study aims for improvement and rebuilding of the 'Green Building Certification Criteria Information System;GBCCIS'. To achieve this, improved information system has developed self-assessment program available on the web and to provide data about the target of Green Building Certification based on the 2010 revised criteria. The target building of Green Building Certification is Apartment, Office, Mixed-Use Building, School, property for sale, accommodation, and other facilities. Also, the information system about the Green building related technologies and techniques to take advantage of offer a variety of information was built. Green Building Certification Criteria web-site Established in this study has information and each menu and contents are linked to organic and high-utilization. Each menu is organized according to the used frequency and the group. Also this web-site is composed of information guide field, core service field, and other field. These improvement of Green Building Certification Criteria Information System can be a positive incentive measures for the activation of Green Building Certification Criteria easily by taking advantage of relevant information by users. And these will be possible to planning development of Green building technologies by introducing the latest Green building construction techniques applicable building. Also, to assess in advance by using self-assessment program in the design phase of building will lead to Green building design and provide the convenience of the application process and through database construction and share information of building assessment resources certified Green Building Certification Criteria will lead to the containment and fair assessment between cation authorities.

이 연구는 중등 체육교사 임용고사 준비생들의 자기결정성 동기와 자아탄력성이 그릿에 미치는 영향력을 검증함으로써 중등 체육교사 임용고사 준비생들이 체육교사에 임용되는데 필요한 그릿 수준을 향상시키기 위한 기초적인 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 403명의 체육교사 임용고사 준비생들을 대상으로 일원변량분석과 상관관계분석 및 단계별 다중회귀분석을 통해 검증한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻게 되었다. 자기결정성 동기 중, 내적동기 수준과 자아탄력성 수준이 높을수록 그릿 하위요인들의 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자기결정성 동기와 자아탄력성 하위요인들 중 그릿에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 내적동기요인의 영향력이 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 긍정적사고요인과 정서조절, 문제해결 및 확인된 조절요인의 순으로 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과들은 그릿에 있어 자기결정성 동기와 자아탄력성에 대해 다루는 것의 중요성을 시사하며, 연구의 제한점과 향후, 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Recently, it is becoming the big issue internationally where the safety problem of the industrial product including the foodstuffs. The way is able to construct the trust of the consumer that the external specialized agency independently operating confirms what production process of the product keep a standard or a technical regulation. This is conformity assessment. In the many countries, agencies entrusted government authority do conformity assessment. Specially, 'certification' in one form of conformity assessment process is operating a certification system at the government and the non-government body in Korea. Also non-government certification is fixed by trusted system from consumer. He has to prepare a competitive power in liberalization time, so need the countermeasure urgently. This study purpose that develops strategy so as to activating of non-government certification system in gist of the origination called 'self-control.' I present activation strategies using SWOT/AHP analysis.

기존 인터넷 웹 사이트에서는 개인을 식별하는 방법으로 주민등록번호를 사용해 왔다. 그러나 인터넷에서의 주민등록번호 사용은 개인정보 유출 위험을 증가시키는 주요인이 되고 있다. 현재 정부에서는 인터넷에서 주민등록번호 수집과 개인정보 유출을 방지하고자 다양한 정보 보호 서비스를 권장하고 있다. 이 중 인터넷상에서 주민등록번호 사용을 최소화를 위해 권장하는 서비스가 i-PIN 서비스이다. 그러나 i-PIN은 인터넷에서주민등록번호 수집을 대체 할 수는 있으나, 개인을 식별하는 유일한 키로 사용하기에는 한계점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 i-PIN을 개인인증서로 사용하여 인터넷 웹 시스템 접속 시 본인을 인증하는 웹 시스템 구성을 제안한다. 또한, i-PIN 서비스가 웹 시스템과 연계되어 개인인증서로 사용 시의 실용성과 안정성을 성능평가로 확인하였다. 그러나 i-PIN 서비스는 i-PIN 제공 본인확인기관에 장애가 발생되면 서비스 지원이 불가능해 진다. 이 불편을 해결하고자 i-PIN 본인확인기관의 장애 대처 방안도 제안한다.

Background: Despite considerable efforts made in recent years, the industrial accident rate and the fatality rate in the Republic of Korea are much higher than those in most developed countries in Europe and North America. Industrial safety policies and safety regulations are also known to be ineffective and inefficient in some cases. Methods: This study focuses on the quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of direct safety regulations such as safety certification, self-declaration of conformity, and safety inspection of industrial machines in the Republic of Korea. Implications on safety policies to restructure the industrial safety system associated with industrial machines are also explored. Results: Analysis of causes in industrial accidents associated with industrial machines confirms that technical causes need to be resolved to reduce both the frequency and the severity of such industrial accidents. Statistical analysis also confirms that the indirect effects of safety device regulation on users are limited for a variety of reasons. Safety device regulation needs to be shifted to complement safety certification and self-declaration of conformity for more balanced direct regulations on manufacturers and users. An example of cost-benefit analysis on conveyor justifies such a transition. Conclusion: Industrial safety policies and regulations associated with industrial machines must be directed towards eliminating the sources of danger at the stage of danger creation, thereby securing the safe industrial machines. Safety inspection further secures the safety of workers at the stage of danger use. The overall balance between such safety regulations is achieved by proper distribution of industrial machines subject to such regulations and the intensity of each regulation. Rearrangement of industrial machines subject to safety certification and self-declaration of conformity to include more movable industrial machines and other industrial machines with a high level of danger is also suggested.

The ZEB certification system has come into effect since 2018 according to the ZEB road map. From 2020, the public buildings with the total floor area smaller than $3000m^2$ are the target of the certification, and it will be extended to the buildings with up to $5000m^2$ floor area in 2025. However, current mandatory regulations for public office buildings seem already to meet the ZEB certification system planned for 2025. In this work, two buildings belong to $3,000{\sim}5,000m^2$ in total floor area were selected to analyze the possibility of meeting the ZEB certification only by following current obligation regulations. Results showed that the test buildings satisfied the minimum building energy efficiency and energy self-sufficiency rates for the ZEB certification when the mandatory insulation and installation ratio of renewable energy are applied. This can be useful for revising the road map or extending the target buildings of the ZEB certification.

기존 인터넷 웹 사이트에서는 개인 식별 도구로 주민등록번호를 사용해 왔다. 그러나 인터넷에서의 주민 등록번호 사용은 개인정보 유출 위험을 증가시키는 주 요인이 되고 있다. 현재 정부에서는 인터넷에서의 주민등록번호 수집과 개인정보 유출 최소화를 위해 i-PIN 서비스를 권장하고 있다. i-PIN의 원래 사용 목적은 인터넷 웹 사이트에서 주민등록번호를 사용하지 않고 i-PIN 13자리 가상번호로 개인을 식별하여 사용된다. 최근에는 i-PIN을 인증서 형태로 사용하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 본 연구에서는 i-PIN을 인증서 형태로 사용하는 소프트웨어 서비스 방법론과 기존 i-PIN 서비스와는 다른 형태의 i-PIN 본인인증서비스 적용 사례를 알아보고자 한다.

Today, it is a time when self-help efforts are being made to increase the demand for international certification by domestic and foreign railway orderers and develop excellent railway systems for railway system and railway construction projects. Since 2011, cases of obtaining international certification related to the domestic railway system/products have been collected and analyzed through literature and Internet data and based on the analysis results, evaluation results on the acquisition of international certification in Korea are presented. Through these results, the government, research institutes, and industries will be practical reference materials for international certification-related work.
