병원 간호사의 자아존중감과 의사소통능력이 셀프리더십과 간호서비스 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Hospital Nurses' Self-Esteem and Communication Skill on Self-Leadership and the Quality of Nursing Service)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of hospital nurses' self-leadership, communication skill, and self-esteem on the quality of nursing service. Methods: The participants, 230 nurses working at a general hospital in Seoul, completed a cross-sectional descriptive questionnaire survey between January 17 and 28, 2014. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 19.0 program for descriptive statistics, t-test, one way & two way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Nurses' self-esteem and communication skill had significant main effects on self-leadership and the quality of nursing service, but the interaction effect of the two independent variables was not significant. Variables that significantly influenced the quality of nursing service were self-leadership, communication skill, self-esteem, and career longevity. The explanatory power of these variables for the quality of nursing service was 54.4%. Conclusion: Findings indicate a need for education programs for nurses which are designed to promote communication skill and enhance self-esteem and self-leadership skills which will in turn enhance the quality of nursing service.

확장된 통합기술수용(UTAUT2) 모형을 적용한 항공사 정보기술 기반 셀프서비스의 이용 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Usage Intention of Technology-based Airlines self-service Based on UTAUT2 Model)

  • Airlines are promoting self-service based technology by introducing mobile check-in, Kiosk and self-back drop systems, which will help customer satisfaction and efficiency. This study is about the usage intension to use Technology-based Airline Self-Service, the purpose of this study is to examine the key variables affecting Unified Theory of Acceptance (UTAUT2) in using Technology-based Airline Self-Service. According to the results of the ANOVA, there was a significant difference among the groups according to the experience of the self-service device. And analysis results using Structural Equation Model(SEM) was suggested that the performance expectation and hedonic motive of UTAUT2 model were found to have significant influence on initial trust. Also, initial trust affects the intention to use. There are some moderating effects on the structural equation by groups according to the experience of the self-service device. This research has significance in that it can help establish a marketing strategy of airlines to expand the self-service based on the airline technology.

대학급식소의 운영형태에 따른 위생, 환경과 서비스에 대한 만족도 비교 (Comparison of Students' Satisfaction with Sanitary, Environment, and Service of College Food Service by Operating System)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to improve college food service satisfaction with sanitary, environment and service by comparing 2 contract-managed and 2 self-operated college food services in Daejeon and Chungnam area. According to the results, sanitation and environment satisfaction degrees of contract-managed college food services were higher than those of self-operated food services. The satisfaction degrees with service were also higher in contract-managed food services than self-operated food services except the category of quick food delivery. In all categories comprising the food service satisfaction, the satisfaction degrees were lower in female students than in male students. There were more negative self-perceived clinical symptoms in female students than male students. The higher the negative self-perceived clinical symptoms scores were, the lower the satisfaction degrees with food service were, which suggests that かe health state of students was one of the factors that influenced college food service satisfaction. There was no difference between contract-managed and self-operated food services in terms of satisfaction with overall food taste and overall satisfaction degree. The average satisfaction degree for the contractmanaged food services in terms of price relative to food quality was lower than that for self-operated food services. According to stepwise multiple regression analysis, 'overall food taste', 'price relative to quality', 'kindness of employees', 'coping with proposed opinions' and 'quicknless of food delivery' in decreasing order, were the most relatively important attributes for overall satisfaction. There should be further studies on important management factors to improve satisfaction with sanitary, environment and service by self-operated college food service.

자치적응성 컨텐츠 서비스 네트워크 (Self-adaptive Content Service Networks)

  • 본 논문은 응용수준 액티브네트워크(ALAN)상에서 자치 적응성(Self-Adaptation) 컨텐츠 서비스 네트워크(CSN)에 관하여 언급하였다. 최근에는 컨텐츠 전송에 초점을 둔 CDN(Content Delivery Network)기술과 더불어 서비스 전송에 초점을 둔 CSN(Content Service Network)이 등장하였다. 그리고 CSN과 관련하여 IETF(Internet Export Task Force)에서는 OPES(Open Pluggable Edge Service)표준의 표준화가 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 최근에 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 도래와 함께 망에서는 사용자의 자주 변화하는 제약조건에 맞는 서비스를 제공하기 위한 자치적응성(self-adaptation)이 요구되고 있다. 기존 CDN/CSN는 자치 적응성의 고려가 부족하다. 왜냐하면 기존 망이 이러한 기능을 현재 지원할 수 없기 때문이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 망에서 기능성 제공이 가능한 액티브네트워크 상의 자치적응성 CSN의 구조를 제안하였다.

The Changes of Self-efficacy Beliefs of Pre-service Teachers for Technology Integration through Programming-based TPACK Educational Program

  • In this paper, we propose the effects of programming-based TPACK educational program on the pre-service teacher's self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration. For this study, pre-service teachers who received programming education and TPACK education based on ICT were set as control group and pre-service teachers who received programming-based TPACK education as experimental group. In order to observe the change, the pre-service teachers conducted the test tool to measure the self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration before and after applying the educational program. As a result of the study, only the pre-service teachers who received the programming-based TPACK education showed significant improvement in the self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration. Furthermore, in the post-test, the experimental group showed a significantly higher difference than the control group. Through this study, it was concluded that programming-based TPACK educational program is effective in enhancing pre-service teacher's self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration.

한부모의 성역할인식과 가족복지서비스 이용이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Gender Role Attitudes and Family Service Utilization on Self-Esteem among Single Parents)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of gender role attitudes and family service utilization on self-esteem among single parents. This study used data from the seventh wave of Korean Welfare Panel Study and analyzed 90 single parents. Hierarchical multiple regression analyses showed that health status, economic situation, gender role attitudes, and non-monetary family welfare service had significant effects on single parents' self-esteem. Single parents who had higher traditional gender role attitudes show lower levels of self-esteem. Also use of a non-monetary family service increased the levels of self-esteem. However, use of a monetary family service was not significantly associated with the levels of self-esteem. The findings indicate that services and programs to promote single parents' gender role flexibility should be developed. Also, it is necessary to establish a service system to reduce multiple role stress among single parents.

수업 설계 및 실연의 자기평가 기준에 대한 고찰 (A Study of Criteria for Self-Assessment of Lesson Planning and Teaching Performance)

  • As teachers' competency is evaluated based on their teaching performance. pre-service teachers need to have an opportunity to reflect on themselves by systematically analyzing and evaluating their own lesson planning and teaching performance through self-assessment. In this study, we aimed to examine what evaluation criteria for lesson planning and teaching performance pre-service mathematics teachers consider in the process of self-assessment. This study used a mixed-methods research design. To draw the self-evaluation criteria for lesson planning and teaching performance, pre-service self-reported assessments were analyzed using qualitative analyses. In addition, descriptive statistics were used to investigate the pre-service teachers' distribution across the criteria and check the ratio of pre-service mathematics teachers for each element. As a result, it was disclosed that pre-service mathematics teachers considered eight elements in self evaluating their own lesson planning and teaching performance. In addition, we found that pre-service mathematics teachers tended to consider Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) more than Subject-Matter Knowledge (SMK). Moreover, the results of this study provide educational implications for the curriculum in the pre-service teacher's education program.

과학교육 관련 자기이해와 변화역량 조사 도구 개발 및 적용 -초등예비교사의 인식을 중심으로- (Development and Application of Questionnaire for Self-Understanding and Change Capacity Related to Science Education: Focus on the Recognition of Pre-Service Elementary Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 초등예비교사들을 대상으로 과학교육 관련 자기이해와 변화역량에 대한 인식 조사 도구를 개발하고, 이를 활용하여 초등예비교사들이 가지고 있는 자기이해와 자신의 변화역량에 대한 인식을 조사하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 먼저 선행 연구 검토와 토론 등을 거쳐 초등예비교사들의 자기이해와 변화역량에 대한 인식 조사 도구를 제작하였다. 설문지의 전반부는 자기이해와 관련되는데 '자기개념 명료성', '진로정체성', '자기효능감'을 요인으로 하여, '초등예비교사로서의 자기이해'(12개 문항)와 '초등과학예비교사로서의 자기이해'(12개 문항)에 대한 내용으로 구성하였다. 설문지의 후반부는 '변화감수성', '목표의식', '협력', '성찰', '숙달'을 요인으로 하는 변화역량에 관한 내용으로, '일반적인 변화역량'(17개 문항)과 '초등예비교사로서의 변화역량'(17개 문항), '초등과학예비교사로서의 변화역량'(17개 문항)에 대하여 각각 인식 조사 문항을 작성하였다. 이 조사 도구를 사용하여 153명의 초등예비교사들을 대상으로 자기이해와 변화역량에 대한 인식을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등예비교사들은 자기이해와 변화역량에 대해 대체로 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있었지만 초등과학예비교사로서의 자기이해와 변화역량에 대한 인식은 상대적으로 덜 긍정적이었다. 둘째, 초등과학예비교사로서의 자기 이해와 변화역량 요인들은 대체로 유의미한 상관을 가지고 있었으며, 특히 자기이해의 '자기효능감'과 변화역량의 '목표의식', '숙달' 사이에 높은 상관이 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 자기이해와 변화역량 관련 과학 교육을 위한 몇 가지 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

군 복무 중의 자기개발이 대학 복학생의 자기주도학습과 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Self-Development during Military Service on Returning University Students' Self-directed Learning and Job Preparation Behavior)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사병으로 군 복무 중인 대학생이 수행한 자기개발이 복학 후의 자기주도학습과 취업준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝히는 것이다. 연구 대상은 전국에서 약 15개 대학의 2, 3, 4학년 대학생을 대상으로 온라인상에서 집락무선표집을 이용하여 323명을 선정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 program을 이용하여 요인분석, 빈도분석, 독립 t-test, one way Anova, 중다회귀분석을 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째. 군복무후 복학한 대학생의 개인적 특성과 자기개발경험에 따른 자기주도학습은 대학소재지, 학년, 군복무시 자기개발정도, e-learning 수강정도, 원격강의 이수학점, 자격증취득유무, 지원비용유무에 따라 유의하게 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 군복무후 복학한 대학생의 개인적 특성과 자기개발경험에 따른 취업준비행동은 대학소재지, 학년, 군복무시 자기개발정도, e-learning 수강정도, 원격강의 이수학점, 자격증취득유무, 지원비용유무에 따라 유의하게 차이가 나타났다. 셋째. 군복무시 자기개발경험은 복학 후 대학생의 자기주도학습 및 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

직무소진과 서비스품질의 관계와 그 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과 (The relationship between job burnout and service quality, and the moderating effect of self-efficacy)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between job burnout and service quality, and the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Based on the responses from 232 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) emotional exhaustion and depersonalization effected negatively on all service quality factors(empathy, reliability, responsiveness). 2) the reduced personal accomplishment effected negatively on two service quality factors(reliability, responsiveness). 3) self-efficacy effected positively on the relationship between emotional exhaustion and service quality. 4) self-efficacy effected positively on the relationship between he reduced personal accomplishment and service quality.
