MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Network) is a self-configuration network or wireless multi-hop network based on inference topology. The proposed ATICC(Adaptive Time Interval Clustering Control) algorithm for hierarchical cluster based MANET. The proposed ATICC algorithm is time interval control technique for node management considering the attribute of node and network traffic. ATICC could be made low the network traffic. Also it could be improving the network life time by using timing control method.

The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between perceived the authoritarian parenting style and academic achievement among college students. Specifically, it is hypothesized that authoritarian parenting would indirectly affect the academic achievement of college students through self-differentiation level and career decision-making self-efficacy. 283 college students, after the consideration of their grade and gender, were selected for this study as participants. Methods describing the primary analytical technique of Structural Equation Modeling were used for the study. The results demonstrate that an authoritarian parenting style negatively affected the academic achievement of college students. There are mediation effects of self-differentiation and career decision-making self-efficacy between the perceived authoritarian parenting style and academic achievement among college students. The findings imply that the positive development of adult children requires more egalitarian parenting styles than those used on early adolescents. Next, for female students, specialized career counseling programs focusing on reducing psychological career barriers and career stress are needed. Lastly, it is implied that parenting styles used on adult children in Korea may differ from Western styles. Therefore, it may be difficult to explain the relationship between parents and adult children with a traditional theoretical framework.

공항을 이용하는 승객들의 체크인 과정은 출국하는데 있어서 많은 시간이 소요되고 총 탑승시간까지 상당한 시간이 지체되어 진다. 따라서 수하물의 처리 시 대기시간을 줄이기 위해 공항에서는 셀프서비스가 확대되고 있다. 또한 국내의 생산자동화 시스템에 대한 개발과 제조와 관련한 능력, IT기술은 세계적인 수준이다. 그러므로 SBD (self bag drop)시스템의 국산화를 위하여 국내기술에 접목시킴은 물론 서비스 경쟁력을 갖추어 보다 효율적인 공항운영이 될 것이라 본다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 공항에서 승객이 SBD를 이용할 경우 공항 이용의 최적 상태를 알아보기 위하여 시스템 관련 시뮬레이션을 개발한다. 그리고 국외공항에서의 승객관련 데이터를 확보하여 시뮬레이션을 하여 SBD 시스템 사용할 경우 최적의 승객운영 시스템을 분석한다.

Micro small business start-ups are receiving financial and marketing support from government or public authority, but business closure rate is very high and it causes a hugh burden to households and national economy. This study aims to verify the causal relationship between the self-determination characteristic of small business start-ups and entrepreneurial intention through learning orientation and innovation ability. The man's intrinsic motivation of self-determination theory is expected to have an impact on the entrepreneurial intention of small business start-ups. The self-determination theory includes perceived autonomy, perceived competence, perceived relationship as independent variables. This study presented a research model for explaining the entrepreneurial intention of small business start-ups, and collected 260 survey responses from the small business start-ups In order to validate the proposed research model, PLS analysis is performed with valid 246 questionnaires. By PLS technique, the measurement reliability and validity of research variables are tested and the path analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis test. Path analysis shows that perceived autonomy does not significantly affect the learning orientation and innovation ability. On the other hand, perceived competence significantly influences learning orientation and innovation ability. Perceived relationships had significant influence on learning orientation. It is found that the parameters of learning orientation and innovation ability significantly influence the dependent variable of entrepreneurial intention. Based on the results, a policy and strategy for supporting small business start-up are presented.

본 논문에서는 광섬유에서 발생하는 그룹 속도 분산과 비선형 효과에 의한 왜곡을 보상하기 위해 적용하는 MSSI(Mid-Span Spectral Inversion)에서 광 위상 공액기(OPC; optical phase conjugator)를 중심으로 광 전력의 비대칭화 때문에 나타나는 기술적 한계를 부가적으로 집중형 분산 제어(DM; dispersion management) 기술을 결합시켜 극복할 수 있다는 것을 고찰하였다. 본 연구에서 고려한 집중형 DM은 송신단 바로 다음과 수신단 바로 앞에만 분산 보상 광섬유(DCF; dispersion compensating fiber)를 두는 구조(구조 A)와 전체 전송 링크 중간에 위치한 OPC의 바로 전후에 DCF를 두는 구조(구조 B)로 나누어 각 경우에 대해 전송 성능 개선 정도를 비교하였다. 분석 결과 MSSI에 구조 A의 집중형 DM이 결합된 경우가 구조 B가 결합된 경우에 비해 전송 성능을 크게 개선하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 고려한 2가지 구조 모두 비선형 현상 중 자기 위상 변조(SPM; self phase modulation)에 의해 성능이 제한되는 WDM 시스템에서 총 전송 링크의 전체 잉여 분산량(NRD; net residual dispersion)이 양의 값으로 결정되어야 모든 채널에 대해 최상의 성능을 얻을 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

This study analyzes customer buying-behavior patterns in a department store as time goes on, and predicts moving patterns of its customers. Through them, it suggests in this paper short-term and long-term marketing promotion strategies. RFM techniques are utilized for customer segmentation. Customers are clustered by using the Kohonen's Self Organizing Map as a method of data mining techniques. Then C5.0, a decision tree analysis technique, is used to predict moving patterns of customers. Using real world data, this study evaluates the prediction accuracy of predictive models.

Recently, elevator inspection and self-examination were strengthened through the revision of the Elevator Safety Management Act, but there have been no significant reduction in serious accidents and major failures. Therefore, the government intends to lay the foundation for reflecting the safety quality rating system, which adjusts the elevator inspection cycle, as a policy to induce safety management of preemptive and active management entities. This study systematically reviewed and classified the safety quality rating system for elevator inspection cycle adjustment in previous studies, collected expert opinions, and reconstructed the key items into realistic evaluation items, and evaluated and scored the relative importance of each factor through the AHP technique.

본 연구는 COPD 환자의 일상적인 자가관리와 증상악화 시 대처 경험을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 32명의 COPD 환자를 대상으로 1:1 면담을 시행하였으며 수집된 자료는 내용분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 COPD 환자의 일상생활 자가관리에 대한 경험은 '질병예방활동을 수행함', '가벼운 운동을 시행함', '약물복용방법을 준수함', '식이관리를 시행함', '휴식을 취함' 의 5가지 주제가 도출되었다. 그리고 COPD 증상 악화시 대처에 대한 경험은 '의료서비스를 이용함', '충분하게 휴식을 취함', '처방약물을 복용함', '호흡법을 시행함' 의 4가지 주제가 도출되었다. COPD 환자의 증상 악화시 구체적인 증상 및 대처법에 대한 교육이 필요하며 자가관리 및 증상악화 시 대처 경험 중 자가관리 관련 선행문헌에 포함되지 않은 항목의 과학적 효과를 확인하는 연구가 필요하다.

Purpose - This study surveyed real estate financial consumers and financial company staff regarding the components of the financial consumer protection system to seek detailed improvement plans for the Financial Consumer Protection Act. Design/methodology/approach - The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique is applied. Findings - Both consumers and staff highly evaluated the importance of the preventive measures in the main classification factors. Regarding the sub-classification factors of preventive measures, consumers emphasized the responsible management of investment staff and financial institutions; however, the staff stressed the principle of effectiveness and efficiency. Regarding the elements of ex-post remedies, consumers answered that fast remedy would have a significant effect. At the same time, staff believed that punitive measures hinder free trading and investment activities. Regarding the sub-sub classification factors of prevention measures, the consumers value responsible management of staff and financial companies, while the staff tend to prefer the importance of the self-regulatory governance. Research implications or Originality - Based on the above results, financial regulatory authorities should find a balance between preventive and ex-post components once focusing on preventative measures. Our paper is one of the first research findings in this field of financial consumer protection system in Korea.
