Recent changes in corporate environment, both internal and external, have led to permanent restructuring, which has left baby boomers facing a serious threat to their jobs due to an unprepared involuntary retirement. In line with this period of time, resilience has become important in terms of overcoming the psychological hardships of retirement. In response, the study conducted a study on the effect of resilience on career path conversion among involuntary retirees of baby boomers. The effect on career conversion on the personal characteristics of baby-boomer retirees has been verified by significant differences in gender and job type. In addition, the results of verification of the effect of recovery elasticity on career path transition confirmed that recovery elasticity has a very significant effect on career path transition, and the positive effect of the positive factors among the lower factors was verified to have a very significant positive effect on situational perception, coping method and support, and it was confirmed that interpersonal ability also has an effect on positive effect. However, the ability to self-control did not have a significant effect. Thus, for baby boomers who have to prepare for career transformation after retirement, the resilience has been proven to be a very necessary ability to overcome their hardships and make successful adaptations, and it is expected that it will be very useful in the course of career transition counseling for baby boomers.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychomotorik and brain function in domestic and foreign literature, and to clarify the mechanism of psychomotorik from the viewpoint of brain science, and to provide the teachers, therapists, The purpose of this study is to provide basic data which can enhance the understanding of the mechanism of psychomotorik. From the viewpoint of brain science, the study of domestic and foreign literature related to the mechanism of psychomotorik and the positive learning environment and various physical experiences in early life through the movement of psychomotorik are very important from the brain physiological point of view. The results of this study showed that the more the children move, the more the learning is improved and the healthy emotional control ability is improved and the brain is more likely to be optimized. Therefore, it is considered that this study, which has been studied through the brain science approach, provided very important basic information to understand the relation between movement of psychomotorik and brain function. In particular, understanding the possibility of optimizing the brain by cultivating a healthy emotional control ability and improving learning as children move more and more is considered to be a necessary process for educating our children well in the future. Until now, research on psychomotorik and brain function was lacking. Through this study, I hope that more people will have an opportunity to expand their understanding of the psychomotorik.
In the present, since a five-year plan for economic development which was started in the early 60's has been successfully promoted for a quarter century, with consolidation in a department of social welfare in our country the participation. in economic society for women is more required than any other times. As a professional occupation for women is incereaing through a high-standard specialization, I think the upbringing for productive woman expert who has a strong motive of accomplishment as a developed person as well as a technical and skilful capacity which can be contributed to the growth of organization is very important. So in this study, I am evaluating the technical disposition of character of professional nurses working with hospital and also trying to supply the basic data being served to th extension of a skillful ability as a nurse, understanding the important factor related to it. The research method applied here is that we used 527 of formed questionnaires which were distributed to 7 University and General Hospitals, somewhat large in a scale, located in Seoul as an analytical material. It was performed between October 11, 1988 and October 18, 1988. An implement which was invented by Cho Moo-Sung is used after being amended and supplemented, which can measure the disposition of professional character. The formation of questionnaires of the disposition of character is 26 totally, 10 for Open-disposition, 11 for Active-disposition, 5 for wise-disposition, and it was measured. 'Ye', or 'No' through an one-half-standard and the environment of hospital organization is composed 12 questions from one point of 'Very Good' to 5 points of 'Very Bad.' Collected materials were analysed through an electronic calculation into the average value, the standard deflection, percentage, person correlative number, $X^2-test, m$ stepwise multiple regression. Summarizing the result from this research is as follows; 1. The average age of the subjective person of this investigation is 28.6 and the average career as a nurse is 6.0 years. 2. The Open-disposition that technical nurses showed is mostly half and half. 3. The Active-disposition of professional nurses was discovered affirmative largely and what they said in their questionnaires describes that they are very active answering $88.2\%$ for the disposition of self-control, $87.3\%$ for the people who think the training more seriously. 4. It was found out that the wise·disposition of technical nurse showed $90.7\%$ of 'Yes' about a new alternative of inquisitive question and we can see a progressive and profound aspect here. 5. As technical character of nurses, mutual relations between Active-disposition, Active-disposition, and wisedisposition were very profitably revealed as 0.42 in justice relations and also suggested that relations between Open-disposition, Active-disposition, and wise-disposition are 0.27 and 0.20 respectively. 6. What nurses recognize about the environment of hospital organization is reasonably acceptable while they feel very bad about rewards and punishments showing average 3.1 comparing to average 2.2 about timecontrol each other. Considering the prosperity of Active-disposition upon the result what I mentioned above, th possibility which is contributed to the productive improvement of hospital organization is very great and I think it can be more developed as a professional woman who has a strong motive of accomplishment, in advance.

A collaborative robot(Cobot) is one of the production systems presented in the 4th industrial revolution and are systems that can maximize efficiency by combining the exquisite hand skills of workers and the ability of simple repetitive tasks of robots. Also, research on the development of an efficient interface method between the worker and the robot is continuously progressing along with the solution to the safety problem arising from the sharing of the workspace. In this study, a method for controlling the robot by recognizing the worker's hand signal was presented to enhance the convenience and concentration of the worker, and the safety of the worker was secured by introducing the concept of a safety zone. Various technologies such as robot control, PLC, image processing, machine learning, and ROS were used to implement this. In addition, the roles and interface methods of the proposed technologies were defined and presented for using educational media. Students can build and adjust the educational media system by linking the introduced various technologies. Therefore, there is an excellent advantage in recognizing the necessity of the technology required in the field and inducing in-depth learning about it. In addition, presenting a problem and then seeking a way to solve it on their own can lead to self-directed learning. Through this, students can learn key technologies of the 4th industrial revolution and improve their ability to solve various problems.
In the age of information overload such as Internet of Things(IoT), big data, and cloud computing, Data and informations are collected to processed regardless of the individual's will. The purpose of this paper presents a model related to personal information overlord, information privacy risk, information privacy concern (collection, control, awareness) and personal information privacy protective response. The results of this study is summarized as follows. First, personal information overload significantly affects information privacy risk. Second, personal information overload significantly affects information privacy concern(collection, control, awareness) Third, information privacy risk significantly affects collection and awareness among information privacy concern, but control does not significantly affects. This results shows that users are cognitively aware the information risk through collection and awareness of information. Users can not control information by self, control of information does not affects. Last, information privacy concern(collection and awareness significantly affect information privacy protective response, but information privacy concern (control) does not affect. Personal information users are concerned about information infringement due to excessive personal information, ability to protect private information became strong.

As the necessity of humanistic education has recently been socially emphasized, aptitude and character test has been conducted in the stage of training instructors to focus on making them equipped with proper ability of humanistic education. Especially, considering characteristics of students in specialized high schools with stronger negative concept of ego along with higher proportion of students looking for job in early ages compared to regular high schools, instructors in specialized high schools need to pay more attention on humanistic education of students compared to those in regular high schools. Therefore, this study has developed social emotion learning (SEL) of preliminary teachers in specialized high schools and analyzed the influence of developed programs on characters in teaching positions of preliminary instructors in specialized high schools. In this study, ADDIE model has been used developing SEL programs, and developed programs were comprised of total six sessions. Social emotion learning has been performed on 27 preliminary teachers in experiment group, and regular academic education courses were given on 30 preliminary teachers in control group. At this time, as for class contents, 'self-recognition' has been dealt with in the first and second sessions followed by 'self-management' in the second and third sessions, 'adjustment in relationship' in the fourth session, 'responsible decision making' in the fifth session, and 'personal relationship' in the sixth session. Classes have been conducted for 90 minutes in average. Since intentional sampling method has been used in this study, difference of pre-scores between groups might influence on the difference on post-scores. Therefore, ANCOVA that adjusted the pre-scores to be consistent has been utilized. As a result, there was a significant difference on the post-scores in characters in teaching positions between experiment group and control group.

The purpose of this study is to look at the fun that high school students from blind schools feel in sports programs. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 10 out of 12 blind schools nationwide, including 122 male and 102 female students. Research tools are open questionnaires and questions are as follows. - Questionnaire: "Write down three of the most interesting things about sports programs." The data analysis was done with frequency analysis and the following conclusions were drawn. First, male high school students at blind schools are able to build up their physical strength in the area of competent factors (control-self) (23, 21.5%), in the area of competent factors (7, 77.8%) and in the area of motion-related factors (competition) (24, 15.1%), and in the area of non-execution factors (26, 37.7%), Second, high school girls with visual impairments did not respond in the areas of proficiency (control-self) because of stress release (25, 26.6%), in the areas of control-tain), in the areas of movement (competition) because they were able to do various exercises (22, 15.7%), and in the areas of non-watering (environmental) (18, 37.5%). Third, in the sports program comparative analysis of high school students between genders of blind schools, boys are interested in health and physical fitness in the field of competent factors (control-self) and girls are considered to be a means of relieving stress. In the field of competent factors (control-others), boys and girls can react to a variety of sports opportunities. In the future, by studying the fun of students in the physical education program through research to find out more fun in the school physical education program, we will explore practical ways to maximize student participation and increase motivation level The educational aspect of the process, that is, the educational value provided by the physical education, should be composed of content that can change the thinking and behavior of the teacher and the student so that the program contents and operation method.
Objectives: This study evaluated the effects of adhesion variables such as the priming concepts of canal wall and the curing modes of adhesives on the sealing ability of a resin-based root canal filling system. Materials and Methods: Apical microleakage of the Resilon-RealSeal systems filled with 3 different combinations of adhesion variables was compared with the conventional gutta-percha filling using a dye penetration method. Experimental groups were SEDC, Resilon (Resilon Research LLC) filling with self-etch RealSeal (SybronEndo) primer and dual-cure RealSeal sealer; NELC, Resilon filling with no etching, Scotchbond Multi-Purpose (3M ESPE) primer application and light-curing adhesive; and TELC, Resilon filling with Scotchbond Multi-Purpose primer and adhesive used under total etch / wet bonding and lightcure protocols. GPCS, gutta-percha filling with conventional AH26 plus sealer, was the control group. Results: The median longitudinal dye penetration length of TELC was significantly shorter than those of GPCS and SEDC (Kruskal-Wallis test, p < 0.05). In the cross-sectional microleakage scores, TELC showed significant differences from other groups at 2 to 5 mm from the apical foramen (Kruskal-Wallis test, p < 0.05). Conclusions: When a resin-based root canal filling material was used, compared to the self-etching primer and the dual-cure sealer, the total etch/wet-bonding with primer and light-curing of adhesive showed improved apical sealing and was highly recommended.

A diversity of synthetic cathinones has flooded the recreational drug marketplace worldwide. This variety is often a response to legal control actions for one specific compound (e.g. methcathinone) which has resulted in the emergence of closely related replacement. Based on recent trends, the nitrogen atom is one of the sites in the cathinone molecule being explored by designer type modifications. In this study, we designed and synthesized two new synthetic cathinones, (1) ${\alpha}-piperidinopropiophenone$ (PIPP) and (2) ${\alpha}-piperidinopentiothiophenone$ (PIVT), which have piperidine ring substituent on their nitrogen atom. Thereafter, we evaluated whether these two compounds have an abuse potential through the conditioned place preference (CPP) in mice and self-administration (SA) in rats. We also investigated whether the substances can induce locomotor sensitization in mice following 7 days daily injection and challenge. qRT-PCR analyses were conducted to determine their effects on dopamine-related genes in the striatum. PIPP (10 and 30 mg/kg) induced CPP in mice, but not PIVT. However, both synthetic cathinones were not self-administered by the rats and did not induce locomotor sensitization in mice. qRT-PCR analyses showed that PIPP, but not PIVT, reduced dopamine transporter gene expression in the striatum. These data indicate that PIPP, but not PIVT, has rewarding effects, which may be attributed to its ability to affect dopamine transporter gene expression. Altogether, this study suggests that PIPP may have abuse potential. Careful monitoring of this type of cathinone and related drugs are advocated.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution foreshadows radical changes in our lives. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution called the digital revolution, individualized learning based on ubiquitous learning is emphasized. The contents of learning will be centered on procedural knowledge rather than narrative knowledge, and fusion education in which boundaries between learning domains are broken down will be achieved. First of all, learners in the fourth industrial revolution era should have critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Metacognition based on self-control and cognitive flexibility is important for effective self-directed and active learning. Creativity-based collaborative activities, social vision skills, and social and emotional skills are also important competencies. Therefore, in order to provide individualized learning contents to learners in the fourth industrial revolution era, they should be transformed into learning paradigm based on personal characteristics such as learners' self-efficacy, interest, curiosity and creativity. In addition to this, evaluation forms should be diversified according to changing teaching and learning methods. In order to cultivate teachers to lead such educational innovation, it is necessary to reconsider the teaching capacity. Teachers should be able to construct creative lessons by skillfully exploiting technology in future learning environments. In addition to this, it should also have the ability to collaborate and cognitive flexibility to converge with other academic disciplines. Along with these discussions, we proposed the need for policy intervention along with changes in education.
