동영상 큐레이션 기반 모바일 뉴미디어의 활용 (Utilization of Mobile New Media based on Video Curation)

  • 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자나 밴드 운영자, 유튜브 크리에이터들이 본인들이 제작한 영상 이외에 연관 동영상 콘텐츠를 함께 미디어에 게재하여 온·오프라인 홍보에 시너지를 발현할 수 있도록 할 수 있는 모바일 뉴미디어 솔루션을 개발하였다. 플랫폼 분야의 영상들을 직접 찾지 않고 제공함으로써, 이용자에게는 흥미와 정보를 제공하면서 자신의 플랫폼을 홍보할 수 있는 새로운 유형의 마케팅 수단을 제공할 수 있다. 영상을 생산하는 국내외 예비 크리에이터들은 영상의 오픈마켓과 같은 유튜브, 아프리카TV 이외에 자신만의 영상을 업로드 할 수 있고, 유·무료 과금 체계를 활용하여 독립적인 고객 관리(CRM)와 자기 브랜딩, 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 탑재한 모바일 기반의 뉴미디어를 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

이동용 영상촬영기기 바디캠을 활용한 팀단위 심폐소생술의 교육피드백 효과 (Training Feedback effect of team-based CPR using a mobile video recording device body camera)

  • 본 연구는 구급현장에서 사용되고 있는 바디캠을 활용하여 교육피드백 효과를 파악하고자 응급구조학과 4학년 32명을 대상으로 팀단위 심폐소생술 시뮬레이션을 진행하여 바디캠 피드백 전후에 대한 인식도, 교육피드백 효과, 만족도, 바디캠 기기활용 선호도 및 애로사항을 파악하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석, paried t-test, Wilcoxon signed rank test를 수행하였다. 연구결과 바디캠 사용에 대한 인식은 3.73±0.62점에서 4.45±0.54점으로 긍정적인 인식변화를 보였으며, 3.98±0.51의 긍정적인 만족도는 나타냈다(p<.001). 또한 바디캠 피드백 후 자가점검 정확도와 수행능력점수에서 유의한 상승효과를 나타냈다(p<.001). 따라서 팀단위 시뮬레이션 소생술 훈련 시 강사의 직접적인 피드백 없이도 바디캠 영상시청을 통한 자가피드백을 수행하여 자가점검능력 향상 및 수행능력향상의 긍정적인 교육피드백 효과를 발휘할 수 있다.

Effect of PBL on Self Leadership, Nursing Leadership, Confidence in Nursing Students Applying Flipped Learning

  • This is a group pretest-posttest design study that aim to evaluate the effect of problem-based learning using flipped learning to self leadership, nursing leadership, and confidence of nursing students. The subjects were 87 4th nursing students who took nursing management from March 15 to April 26, 2021. A questionnaire was used to measure self leadership, nursing leadership, and confidence. The measurement of self leadership is a 5-point Likert scale that employs a questionnaire. Flipped learning uploaded a 5-8 minute lecture video, and the subjects learned on learning management system, using smart device. PBL teaching was developed about personal growth, cooperation, nursing excellence, creative problem solving, influence. As a result of the study, self leadership was significantly improved after education than before education(t=-6.27, p<.001). Nursing leadership and confidence were significantly changed before and after education(t=-16.10, p<.001; t=-2.37, p<.001). According to the results of this study, the PBL teaching method using flipped learning is an effective teaching and learning strategy for improving leadership, and confidence. In future studies, it will be necessary to develope and verify specific teaching and learning methods by applying nursing experts in consideration of the type of leadership.

기본간호학 실습에 있어 자가학습을 통한 능숙도 측정 - 배변관장을 중심으로 - (Measurement of competency through self study in basic nursing lab. practice focused on cleansing enema)

  • This study was conducted to provide the basic data necessary for the improvement of the teaching method for basic nursing practice as well as the effectiveness of the practice by examining the students' competency in cleansing enema after doing the self study instead of the traditional education. To examine the competency in cleansing enema after the self study, this study is an one group pretest-posttest design that subjects did the enema practice through the self study. The subjects were 89 sophomore students at Y University. College of Nursing. In basic nursing lab practice class, cleansing enema self study module was given to the students which was developed by the researcher based on the literature review and asked them to finish doing the pre study and checking the self study evaluation criteria after reading the goal, learning activities and theoretical guideline. After watching the video tape, students practiced the process in the module by themselves. For the competency in cleansing enema. repeated autonomous practices were done during the open lab other than the regular class. Whenever the practice was done, the frequency and time were measure and documented. When the student felt confident through repeated practices, the competency was evaluated by the researcher and two assistants based on the evaluation criteria. And the process was repeated till the student could perform all the items on evaluation criteria completely. The data were collected for 42 days from Oct. 15 to Nov. 26 in 1996. Collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, Pearson correlation coefficient and variance analysis. The results are summarized as follows : 1. 43.2% of the students were favorable to nursing and 63.6% like lecture, but 71.6% like practice. So they were more interested in practice than in lecture. 2. 62.3% of the students scored high in written test, 97.8% scored high in practice. So the practice score was better. 3. The frequency of repeated practice to pass the test ranged from 1 to 4 and the average is 2.2. 4. The average time needed in preparation and the performance was nearly the same regardless of the frequency. It took 5 to 38 minutes for those who passed the test after practicing once and the average was 16 minutes. 5 to 60 minutes were taken for those who practiced twice to pass the test and the average was 21 minutes. Those who passed the test after three practices needed 8 to 30 minutes and the average was 15 minutes, which was similar to the time that the students who passed the test for the first trial. Only one student passed the test after 4 practices and it took 10 minutes. 5. 64% of the students agreed that the context and the content of the module were appropriate for the self study and 68.2% were satisfied. And 71.9% said that the module helped them to practice the enema self study 6. Though only 42% of the students were satisfied with the video. 50.6% said that it was helpful for the self study. 7. 52.3% of the students were satisfied with the self study method, and 86.6% obtained self-confidence when performing the enema. 8. The lower the student's practice score was, the more practices were needed for them to pass the test(r=-.213, P<.05). As a result, for performing the enema practice competently, two or more practice opportunities were needed to be given. And it is possible to obtain the less complex nursing skills through the self study, when enough learning resources and assistance such as learning guidance or video tapes are provided. Based on this study. I want to suggest that. 1. There must be college policy that can support the new method instead of the traditional learning method for the students to attain the proficiency in basic nursing skills. 2. The assistant materials should be developed as soon as possible to promote the self study of basic nursing skills.

실시간 비정형객체 인식 기법 기반 지능형 이상 탐지 시스템에 관한 연구 (Research on Intelligent Anomaly Detection System Based on Real-Time Unstructured Object Recognition Technique)

  • Recently, the demand to interpret image data with artificial intelligence in various fields is rapidly increasing. Object recognition and detection techniques using deep learning are mainly used, and video integration analysis to determine unstructured object recognition is a particularly important problem. In the case of natural disasters or social disasters, there is a limit to the object recognition structure alone because it has an unstructured shape. In this paper, we propose intelligent video integration analysis system that can recognize unstructured objects based on video turning point and object detection. We also introduce a method to apply and evaluate object recognition using virtual augmented images from 2D to 3D through GAN.

가정폭력 가해자를 위한 집단프로그램 개입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Group Intervention for Family Violent Offenders)

  • The purposes of this study are to experiment a modified domestic conflict containment program (DCCP) which was initially development for developed by Dr, Neidig on 10 Korean offenders, and to provide practical basement for development of Korean offenders' group. This modified group program is based on cognitive-behavioral and communication theories. The group was leaded by 2 therapists, one female and one male, and continued 12 consecutive weeks, each week for 2 1/2 hours. The evaluation on the program is based on 4 different data: 1) intake form for spouse abuse, 2) group leader's summary on each session based on video taping and an analysis after each session with two probation officers in charge for the offenders, 3) clinical measurement for self esteem (ISE), 4) daily self report on each session and the final evaluation form by the group members. The result was shown consisently that this program achieved the purpose of this study across the all 4 data. Therefore, we suggest our experimental study will be able to provide a practical basement for future development of group treatment model for Korean offenders.

유방자가검진을 위한 효능기대 증진 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (The Study on the Development of Self Efficacy Expectation Promoting Program and It's Effect for Breast Self Examination)

  • Breast self-exam is easiest, safe and cost effective to be recommended as an important method for early detection of breast cancer. This experimental research with non-equal control design was to develop the efficacy expectation program for breast self-exam based on Bandura's self-efficacy information source. The study objects selected from two local churches in Busan. Twenty from S church were selected as a study group, twenty from D church as a control group. Efficacy expectation promoting program was based on Bandura's efficacy promoting source and was two hour lecture including slide, video tape, demonstration, pamphlet. After this, there were individual interviews with them and consultations through telephone f or verbal persuasion on the weekly basis between the first week and the fifth week. The effect from the experiment were measured on the first week after education and on the fifth week. Data from control group was collected during the period from Jan 11, 2 001 to Feb 15, 2001 and data from study group was collected during the period from Jan 12, 2001 to Feb 16, 2001. Measurement instrument for this study was developed by the author with the advice of specialist in order to measure self-efficacy and breast self-exam practice. Data analysis was done by using SPSS/10.0 PC program $with^2-$ test. t-test and ANCOVA. Proved results for hypothesis were as follows. 1) It was supported that "Study group educated by efficacy expectation promoting program has higher score in change rat e of self-efficacy than control group." (1 week after education F=18.395, p=.000 5 weeks after education F=28.972, p=.000) 2) It was supported that "Study group educated by efficacy expectation promoting program has higher score in change rate of exam practice than control group." (1 week after education F=37.984, p=.000 5 weeks after education F=28.972, p=.000) In conclusion, efficacy expectation promoting program for breast self-exam developed by this study may increase s elf-efficacy and breast self-exam practice.

SOFM 신경망 분류기를 이용한 MPEG-4 비디오 전송률 제어 (MPEG-4 Video Rate Control Algorithm using SOFM-Based Neural Classifier)

  • 본 논문에서는 SOFM기반 신경망 분류기를 이용한 매크로블록 기반 전송률제어 방식을 제안한다. 수학적 왜곡 비트율 모델과 귀환회기 방식을 기반으로 하는 기존의 전송률 제어 방법에 비하여, 제안된 방법은 전송비트 제어용 전역모델을 설정하고 이를 최적으로 제어할 수 있는 SOFM기반 신경망 분류기를 이용하여 영상특성 변화에 적극적인 대처를 할 수 있다. 제안된 전송률 제어 알고리즘은 기존의 MPEG-4 매크로블록 기반 전송률 제어 알고리즘에 비해 전체 연산 복잡도는 비슷하게 유지하면서 피크신호 대 잡음비의 비교에 있어서 0.2 dB ~ 0.6 dB 정도 성능이 우수함을 확인하였다.

뮤직비디오에 나타난 '집'의 의미와 성격 - 서태지와 아이들, 방탄소년단 작품에 대한 세대론적 접근 - (Seeking for Underlying Meaning of the 'house' and Characteristics in Music Video - Analyzing Seotaiji and Boys and BTS Music Video in Perspective of Generation -)

  • 본 연구는 1990년대 'X세대' 담론과 2010년대 'C세대' 담론 한복판에 존재하는 '서태지와 아이들'(X세대)과 '방탄소년단'(C세대)의 을 심층적으로 비교한다. 특히 뮤직비디오 속에서 중요한 의미를 갖는 '집'의 성격을 탐색하며 사회문화적 함의를 추수할 것이다. 논지의 구체성을 확보하기 위해 시모어 채트먼의 서사 소통 모델과 토비아스의 플롯 유형론을 방법론으로 택했다. 분석 결과 서태지와 아이들의 원작은 계몽과 훈육의 수직적 소통 구조를 보여주며 '성숙'의 플롯을 따라 이야기를 전개됐다. 원작에서 '집'의 의미는 저항의 대상에서 내면화의 대상으로 변화해가는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 X세대의 당대 사회구성원으로서의 위치 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 방탄소년단의 리메이크 뮤직비디오는 공감과 연대의 수평구조를 보여주며 '추구/발견'의 플롯을 따라 사건이 전개되었다. 방탄소년단은 C세대를 대변하면서 팬덤의 참여를 이끌어내는 스토리텔링을 선보였다. 여기서의 '집'이란 자기 정체성을 전유한 자의 삶 그 자체로 파악된다.

대장암 수술 후 퇴원 환자에게 적용한 컴퓨터 기반 애니메이션 동영상 교육의 효과 (Effects of a Discharge Education Program using Computerized Animation Video for Post-operative Colon Cancer Patients)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the effects of a nurse-led education program using computerized animation video for post-operative colon cancer patients. Methods: a total of 163 patients and 51 nurses were participated in this study. With a non-equivalent control group post-test design, patients were divided into three groups (77 got traditional education, 46 were applying brochure, 40 were watching video). Twelve-item animation video and brochure about the management after discharge for post-operative colon cancer patients were developed based on patient survey and the items of Korea Healthcare Accreditation. Results: The computerized video watching group had better satisfaction than the others, but there was no significant difference about comprehension. When video was applied, satisfaction, usefulness, application, and perceived patients' comprehension of nurses were all increased. Conclusion: This video education program was developed by nurses and it had a special thing for patient to access the same program even after discharge using the authorization system. It would be helpful for nurses to be more concentrated on the direct care for hospitalized patients as well as for patients to provide self-care at home. This program would be adjusted into more various diseases and settings.
