영업직원의 자기주도적 경력관리가 기업의 마케팅경쟁력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Salesperson' Self-directed Career Management on Firm's Marketing Competitiveness Advantage)

  • 판매직원의 경력관리 행동은 개인의 경력성공뿐만 아니라 기업 성과달성에 중요한 역할을 한다. 기존연구에서는 경력단절이나 이직과 같은 판매직원의 경력이동을 부정적이고 수동적인 관점에서 다루어졌다. 하지만 최근 이런 경력이동을 적극적인 경력목표 달성을 위한 자기주도적 경력관리(self-directed career management) 차원으로 이해하려는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 이런 맥락을 기반으로 판매직원의 자기주도적 경력관리여부에 따라 개인적 경력성공에 차이가 있는지 그리고 경력성공의 결과로 나타나는 직무만족과 조직몰입이 기업의 마케팅경쟁력에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 밝히는데 초점을 맞춘다. 실증분석을 위해 한국직업능력개발원에서 실시한 "제5차 인적자원기업패널(HCCP)" 자료를 사용하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 경력성공의 객관적 지표인 임금에 있어서 경력이동 경험이 있는 판매직원이 그렇지 않은 일반 직원에 비해 임금이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족과 조직몰입이 기업의 마케팅 경쟁력에 미치는 영향이 자기주도적 경력이동 판매직원과 일반 판매직원간 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과, 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 시시점은 판매직원의 자기주도적 경력관리 행동이 기업의 마케팅경쟁력을 높이는 원천으로 중요한 관리요인임이 확인되었다는 것이다.

건강관리사의 지식, 태도, 기술, 자기효능감과 직무만족 (The Relationship among Knowledge, Attitudes, Skill, Self-efficacy, and Job Satisfaction of Healthcare Managers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the differences and relationships among knowledge, attitudes, skill, self-efficacy (SE), and Job satisfaction (JS) of healthcare managers (HMs) participated in the 4 kinds of continuing education. Methods: The subjects were 152 HMs. Data were analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test, and partial correlation. Results: There were significant differences in knowledge according to the amount of healthcare management experience (HME) and the training program level (TPL); in the attitudes according to gender, age, and the TPL; in the skill according to the amount of HME and the TPL; and in SE according to gender and the TPL. There was no significant difference in JS according to general characteristics. There were significant positive correlations among knowledge, attitudes, skill, SE, and JS. Conclusion: The TPL was identified as a significant common variable that affects all variables apart from JS. According to these results, knowledge, attitudes, skill, and SE are considered as intrapersonal constructs, whereas JS is considered as an organizational construct. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of healthcare management, organizational strategy to enhance job satisfaction of HMs are recommended.

지방자치단체 공무원의 성격특성이 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (서울특별시 강남구 공무원을 중심으로) (On the Effect of Big5 Personality Traits of Local Government Officials on Job Exhaustion (Based on government officials in Gangnam-gu, Seoul))

  • This study aims to investigate the effect of personality traits (Big5) of local government officials on job exhaustion. First, we examine the correlation between personal characteristics of individual employees and self-efficacy and the correlation between factors of civil servants' personality characteristics and job stress. Also, it was confirmed whether self-efficacy had a significant effect on job exhaustion and whether job stress had a significant effect on job exhaustion. In order to empirically study this research model, we held a survey based on the employees of Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The main results of this study are as follows : First, it was confirmed that sincerity among personality characteristics affects positive self-efficacy and neuroticism affects negative self-efficacy. However, it was confirmed that extroversion, affinity, and openness were not correlated with self-efficacy. Second, neuroticism has a positive influence on job stress and openness has a negative effect on job stress. However, there was no correlation between extroversion, affinity, sincerity and job stress. Third, the relationship between self-efficacy and job exhaustion turned out to give a negative effect. Finally, job stress was positively influenced by job exhaustion. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the study on personality characteristics (Big5), job stress, and job exhaustion, which have been studied based on service industries, to local government officials. The purpose of this study is to suggest job training for enhancing personality traits that can help reduce the job burden of local government officials.

  • 웹기반 원격연수는 연수자가 교육현장에서 문제해결학습을 통해 주도적으로 문제해결을 수행하도록 구체적이며 실천적인 가능성을 높이는데 중점을 두어야 한다. 수행평가는 교육목표가 실제상황에서 달성되었는지의 여부를 확인하는 것으로 교육문제 해결의 실천적 수행학습을 통해 평가된다. 따라서 본 연구는 초등교원의 원격연수에 대한 인식도 평가결과인 수행평가의 공정성 및 객관성 문제와 원격 연수의 효율적인 평가방법을 반영하고 수행평가결과 처리에 대한 교수자의 과중한 업무 부담을 해소하고 문제수행능력을 신장하는 원격연수 수행평가 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과 문제중심의 학습 상황 제공, 그리고 개인 및 그룹별 상호작용 생성과 웹 기반 협동평가 및 동료평가를 통한 문제중심 수행평가를 제공하는 모형을 개발하였다.

고혈압 노인에서 복식호흡 이완훈련이 혈압 및 스트레스 반응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Abdominal Relaxed Breathing Training on Stress response and Blood Pressure for Elderly Hypertensionve Patient)

  • In order to improve self-management of elderly hypertensives in this study, the researcher examined the effect of blood pressure regulation by an abdominal relaxed breathing training which regulates physical response to stress and lessens the activity of the sympathetic nerve. Method: A quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design was used. Thirty elderly hypertensive patient ; Sixteen in the abdominal breathing group and fourteen in the control group participated in this study. The abdominal relaxed breathing training consisted of eight sessions twice a week for four weeks. There was no intervention for the control group. Result: 1. There was a significant decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the experimental group and control group over three different times, and interaction by groups and over time. 2. There was no significant difference in the level of total stress response, physical stress response, behavioral-cognitive stress response between the experimental group and control group over three different times, and interaction by groups and over time. Conclusion: Findings indicate that this study will contribute to develop nursing strategies for the regulation of blood pressure for the elderly, which is easy for the elderly to learn as a nonpharmacologic approach.

  • Cycling that transform human energy into mechanical energy is one of the man-machine systems out of sports fields. Benchmarking means "improving ourselves by learning from others', therefore benchmarking toward dominant cyclist is necessary on field. The goals of this study were to provide important factors on multi-disciplines (kinematics, physiology, power, psychology) for a tailored-training program that is suitable to individual characteristics. Two cyclists participated in this study and gave consent to the experimental procedure. One was dominant cyclist (years: 21 yrs, height: 177 cm, mass: 70 kg), and the other was non-dominant cyclist (years: 21, height: 176, mass: 70). Kinematic data were recorded using six infrared cameras (240Hz) and QTM (software). Physiological data (VO2max, AT) were acquired according to graded exercising test with cycle ergometer and power with Wingate test used by Bar-Or et. al (1977) and to evaluate muscle function with Cybex. Psychological data were collected with competitive state anxiety inventory (CSAI-2) that was devised by Martens et. al (1990) and athletes' self-management questionnaire (ASMQ) of Huh (2003). It appears that the dominant's CV of ankle joint angle was higher than non-dominant's CV and dominant's pedaling pattern was consistent in biomechanics domain, which the dominant's values for all factors ware higher than non-dominant's values in physical, and physiological domain, and their values between cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety were contrary to each other in psychology. Further research on multi-disciplines may lead to the development of tailored-optimal training programs applicable with key factors to enhance athletic performance by means of research including athlete, coach and parents.

다문화가족 방문교육지도사의 자존감 및 낙관성이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self-esteem and Optimism on the Self-leadership of Multicultural Family Home-visit Instructors)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in optimism, self-esteem and self-leadership according to age, monthly income, and teaching experiences of multicultural family home-visit instructors and the influence of optimism and self-esteem on self-leadership. 668 home-visit instructors participated in the online survey from 140 multicultural family support centers in Seoul, 6 metropolitan cities, 9 provinces, and other cities and counties. Data were analyzed through frequence, percentages, Pearson's correlations, One-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ post-hoc test, and stepwise multi-regression using SPSS 21.0. The main findings are as follows. First, there were significant differences in optimism and self-esteem according to age and monthly income. Second, there were significant differences in self-leadership according to age and home-visit teaching experiences. Third, the stepwise multiple regression model showed that optimism, self-esteem and the individual variables had an influence on the self-leadership of home-visit instructor's self-expectation. These results suggest that self-esteem and optimism are important precursors of self-leadership and self-leadership training based on self-esteem and optimism is necessary for self-leadership enhancement of home-visit instructors.

탄성밴드운동이 간호대학생의 체성분, 체력과 건강증진행위에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Resistance Band Exercise on Body Composition, Physical Fitness and Health Promoting Behavior in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a resistance band training program on body composition, physical fitness, and health promotion behavior in nursing students. Method: This study has a one-group pretest-posttest design to examine the change in body composition, physical fitness, and health-promoting lifestyle profile after participation in the resistance band training program. Training consisted of hands-based exercises using an elastic resistance band for ten weeks. Participants performed the resistance band training two days per week with a sports trainer, and 30 minutes self-training three days per week. The participants were 21 freshmen in nursing. Results: Mean age of the participants was 20.9 years, and 61.9% were not satisfied with their body shape. After the training program, muscle mass, muscular endurance, and balance of the body were significantly improved. In health promoting lifestyle profile, categories of physical activity, health responsibility, and stress management showed a significant increase. Conclusion: Results of this study suggested that exercising with a resistance band improved body composition, physical fitness, and health promoting behavior in the nursing students. We propose that resistance band training should be suitable for those who have the environment with limitation of time and space.

천식환자에 대한 표준화된 병원약사대상 교육과 반복적인 환자대상 복약지도를 통한 성과 분석 (The Analysis of the Outcome of Standardized Hospital Pharmacist Training and Repeated Asthma Patient Education)

  • Training for asthma patients by professionals has been highly emphasized for patients' self-management. In the present study, three standardized training sessions targeting hospital pharmacists were performed. On the basis of the number of training sessions taken, a non-educated group (CG), an once-educated group (NG), and a twice more-educated group (IG) were allocated. The most frequent errors of using an inhalant were shaking before the use in MDI while taking breathe out before inhaling in the case of DPI, and the total average number of errors were the biggest for CG and the smallest in IG. On comparison in the number of the four symptoms of asthma according to the level of seriousness, it was revealed that the total average number was the biggest in CG and the smallest in IG. In the level of awareness regarding the contents of training for patients, patients over 50 tended to answer that they were aware of education contents, and particularly in mouth rinsing and the use before/after a meal, significant similarity was examined. Regular asthma patient training performed by hospital pharmacists appeared to reduce errors in the inhaler usage, increase the quality of life of an patient, and help a patient remember the contents of the training. Especially among patients over 50, it was found to be more effective and retraining of more than two sessions was requisite.

치과위생사의 감성리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Emotional Leadership of Dental Hygienist on job satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사를 대상으로 감성리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써, 치과위생사가 갖추어야 할 소양 중의 하나인 감성리더십을 통해 직무만족도를 향상시키는 방안을 도출하고자 연구하였다. 연구기간은 2018년 4월 16일부터 4월 28일까지 전라북도에 소재한 치과병·의원에 근무하고 있는 치과위생사 237명을 대상으로 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상자의 감성리더십 각 요인 중 관계관리능력은 3.15로 가장 낮았고, 직무만족은 평균 3.43 였고, 동료와의 관계는 4.15로 가장 높아 직장 내 동료와의 관계가 잘 이루어지고 있었고, 업무처리방침과 급여수준은 2.49~2.98로 낮았다. 결혼상태, 자기인식능력, 자기관리능력, 관계관리능력은 직무만족에 영향을 미쳤으며, 다중회귀모형의 설명력은 26.5%이며 모형의 타당성은 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<0.05). 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 치과위생사의 직무만족에 감성리더십의 자기인식능력, 자기관리능력, 관계관리능력이 상호 관련성이 깊은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 치과위생사의 감성리더십을 강화시켜 타인의 감정을 공감하고 잘 이해하고 관리하는 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 감성리더십 프로그램 개발과 교육 및 훈련이 이루어지도록 제도적 뒷받침이 이루어져야 하겠다.
