Self-organizing systems arise very naturally in artificial intelligence, and in physical, biological and social sciences. In this paper, we modify the classic Cucker-Smale model at both microscopic and macroscopic levels by taking the target motion pattern driving forces into consideration. Such target motion pattern driving force functions are properly defined for the line-shaped motion pattern and the ball-shaped motion pattern. For the modified Cucker-Smale model with the prescribed line-shaped motion pattern, we have analytically shown that there is a flocking pattern with an asymptotic flocking velocity. This is illustrated by numerical simulations using both symmetric and non-symmetric pairwise influence functions. For the modified Cucker-Smale model with the prescribed ball-shaped motion pattern, our simulations suggest that the solution also converges to the prescribed motion pattern.

A purpose of this study is to enhance the concern and cognition of people and to search for the effective approach on the control of crime arson which is increasing recently. To accomplish this purpose, it is important to organize three other factors, such as enforcement and strengthening of residents self defense system about fire, establishment of more complicated arson control system of the public agency, and strengthening the correction activity of arson psychologically. It is necessary to construct the cooperation system between community police and fire police and to enforce the friendship between residents and public agency.

초기의 웜은 감염 및 확산의 신속성을 중요시하였으나, 생존성은 고려하진 않았다. 하지만 보안도구(Anti-worm)의 발달에 따라 2004년 이후 대규모의 웜 확산에 의한 피해가 보고되지 않고 있다. 이에 웜도 보안도구를 회피하는 자기방어(Self-Defense) 기법을 개발하여 생존성을 증가시키면서 진화하고 있다. 본 논문은 현존하는 웜 자기방어 기법과 그 한계를 분석한 후 행동기반 탐지 기법을 우회하는 자기방어 기법을 제안하도록 하겠다.

The outflow of defense technology can cause serious damage not only in terms of business losses, but also in terms of national security and national interests. Recently, the government has enacted the Defense Technology Security Act, recognizing the importance of technology in the defense industry, and prepared guidelines for the defense technology security accordingly. According to the law, institutions and companies with defense technologies should establish a defense technology protection system, and the government should implement various technology protection policies to improve their level of technology protection. In this study, the implications were derived by comparing existing technology protection guidelines and priority analysis was performed on the protection system details through AHP for self-diagnosis items in the defense technology security guidelines. As a result, it is expected that it will enable efficient diagnosis of the level of protection and policy support for the systematic establishment of the protection system for the target institutions.

Small luxury purchase as self-gifting is one of the latest consumer trends in self-gifting. Although this consumption trend continues to grow in various fields, little research has been conducted on related consumer behavior. As such, this study was conducted to empirically investigate the current consumer behavior involved in purchase of small luxury self-gifts. The objectives of this study are to determine the current status of self-gifts markets, identify motives and orientations of self-gifting, and investigate the effects of the motives on self-gifts orientations. A total of 199 respondents were used in data analyses. Regarding motives for self-gifting, four motives - self-comfort, self-reward, anxiety, and showing off - were identified; regarding self-gifting orientations, five factors - rationalization (emotional comfort, product attributes, self-defense, and conformity) and the luxury being within one's spending limit - were identified. The study determined the effects of the motives on the orientations, and the effects of the motives and the orientations on post-purchase consumer reaction. This study conducted an empirical investigation on small luxury self-gifting and moreover, the study determined the motives, orientations, and consequences of self-gifting, which have not yet been explained in the literature.

The purpose of the research was to verify the mediating effect of social support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy when office worker's emotional expressive ambivalence influences on interpersonal stress. A survey was conducted with 422 office workers from August to September of 2018. SPSS, AMOS and Mplus were used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, verification of structural equation modeling and mediated effect. There was a partial mediating effect in emotional expressive ambivalence of self-defense model, a complete mediating effect in relational emotional expressive ambivalence model. In both self-defense and relational emotional expressive ambivalence model, double mediation effect of passing through support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy in the relationship between emotional expressive ambivalence and interpersonal stress was significant. This study sought ways to reduce interpersonal stress by increasing the level of perception of social support and using adaptive cognitive emotional control strategies for office workers.

North Korea had recently conducted the fourth nuclear test and ICBM tests, dared nuclear provocation targeting the Korea and the international community. It is determined based on experiments of nuclear and missile in progress in North Korea that the technical level of nuclear force reached the completion stage of standardization, lightweight, and variation. It is expected to become reality that North Korea executes the nuclear provocation targeting the Korea and the international community in the near future. Nuclear bomb is an absolute weapon that the logic of counterattack after allowing the first strike of the other party cannot be applied due to its tremendous destructive power. Therefore, as the opponent to North Korea that it decided to hold the nuclear, the exercise of anticipatory self-defense in order to guarantee a minimum of right to life is not a choice, but the only essential correspondence concept. At the moment that the North Korean nuclear provocation is expected in the near future, it shall be provided with competence to strike the origin region of provocation by forming a national consensus of preemptive strike enforcement. Also, in preparation for the fifth nuclear test of North Korea, which is anticipated, the national competence must be mobilize to be able to ensure the 'Nuclear Option' from the international community.

Many heterogeneous Intrusion Detection Systems(IDSs) based in misuse detection technique including the self-developed IDS are now operating in Defense-ESM(Enterprise Security Management System). IDS based on misuse detection may have different capability in the intrusion detection process according to the frequency and quality of its signature update. This makes the integration and collaboration with other IDSs more difficult. In this paper, with the purpose of creating the proper foundation for integration and collaboration between heterogeneous IDSs being operated in Defense-ESM, we propose an effective mechanism that can enable one IDS to propagate its new detection rules to other IDSs and receive updated rules from others. We also prove the performance of rule exchange and application possibility to defense environment through the implementation and experiment.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the vibration characteristics and develop a mounting which can improve the strength safety factor to replace the high failure rate APU(auxiliary power unit) imported metal mounts with rubber mount that can be domestically produced. For this study, we analyzed in 3 kinds of rubber mounts hardness for the natural frequency to avoid the average excited frequency of the APU. In addition, allowed vibration acceleration of rubber mount confirmed to 90.8 g by adding a strength safety factor. To assure the validity of the design, we measure the vibration acceleration equipped with a metal mount and rubber mount 2 species(Hs 50 and 60). As a result, the proposed design method in this study is reasonable because the rubber mounts is excellent strength safety factor and vibration transmissibility than metal mounts.
