This study aimed to construct an effective decision-making model on selection of cloth stores using AHP technique. The proposed AHP structure consists of three levels. The highest level includes the cloth stores alternative which are department store, specialty store, and a clothes store. The second level consists of the key performance measurements for evaluating the optimal selection of cloth stores, such as location, facilities, product, service, and promotion. The lowest level consists of items which affects the performance measurements in the upper level. The items are convenience location, courteous service, decor/ambience, availability of parking, etc. The data for this research were collected from questionnaires of 132 in Busan. Data were analyzed by frequency and AHP. As the result of this study, 'product' was decided as a most important item in department store, while 'location' was decided as a most important item in specialty store and a clothes store. And 'variety goods' evaluated as that of first priority in the totality evaluation items in department store, but 'convenience location' evaluated as that of first priority in the totality evaluation items specialty store and a clothes store.

In order to prevent the elderly people from committing suicide attempts, it is necessary to verify attributes that affect the suicide attempts. It is noted that previous studies have focused on qualitative approaches, and simple correlation analyses to determine the attributes related to the suicide attempts in the elderly people. However, such previous approaches had led to insufficient performance when facing with complicated data sets. In this sense, this study suggests an alternative method in which attribute selection techniques are adopted to determine more relevant attributes of the suicide attempts occurring in Korean elderly people. To verify empirical validity of our proposed method, we used Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) from January 2007 to December 2012. Empirical results proved that the proposed attribute selection techniques showed better predictive effectiveness; 94.4% compared to the simple statistical methods. This study proposes a way to determining the elderly suicide and preventing it to happen.

In this study, we have developed the performance evaluation model for the optimal soil remediation technology selection. Performance evaluation model is composed in the evaluation of two steps. In the first stage, the candidate technologies are derived according to the conditions of drilling, type and concentration of pollutants, and the saturated/unsaturated of target site. In the second stage, each individual candidate technology is evaluated by performance evaluation model. The performance evaluation model has 5 groups of evaluation items and 12 evaluation items which have their own evaluation index and their own weights through the AHP approach surveying 40 experts. From the case study of actual design cases, the applicability of the performance evaluation model was confirmed.

본 연구는 공공시설의 적지선정을 위해 기존의 방법과는 다른 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 적지선정모형은 다양한 입지인자를 고려하여 입지인자의 상대적인 중요도에 따라 다단계로 가중치를 부여하여 후보지를 평가하는 방법이다. 여기에 GIS의 도면중첩방법(지도대수)을 적용하여 여러 다양한 입지요인을 만족시키는 후보지를 찾아내는 방법을 제시하였다. GIS를 이용한 적지분석은 간단하면서도 효과적이고, 많은 자료를 시각화할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이 방법을 사례지구인 대구시 달성군 군청사의 입지선정에 적용하여 후보지를 평가하였다.

In order to invest in overseas mineral projects, it is necessary to have a ability of technical and financial evaluation. Reserve estimation is the most important for mineral appraisal. Geostatistical evaluation of tonnage and grade promises more accurate reserve estimation than traditional methods such as polygon, inverse distance method and so on even if it has some uncertainty. Selection of a mining method and a mineral processing is also important because capex and opcosts of a mineral project is due to the selection. Mineral project is usually evaluated financially using NPV and IRR which are calculated through DCF(Discount Cash Flow). Uncertainty of a mineral project is analyzed statistically using sensitivity analysis and montecarlo simulation.

본 연구의 목적은 학생부종합전형의 평가 요소와 기준에 대한 고등학교 교사와 학부모의 인식을 살펴보고 이를 통해 학생 역량을 보다 공정하고 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 대입 전형 개발의 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국의 고등학교 교사 102명과 고등학생 자녀를 갖고 있는 68명의 학부모를 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 온라인 설문지는 J대학의 학생종합전형 기준을 바탕으로 제작되었으며, 크게 '서류평가', '면접평가', '기초설문'의 3영역으로 구성하였다. 이를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사와 학부모 모두 학생생활기록부 중심의 학생부종합전형이 2015 개정 교육과정 운영의 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 대입전형이라고 응답하였다. 둘째, 교사와 학부모 모두 인성, 적성, 잠재력 모두 서류 평가와 면접 평가에서 중요한 요소라고 응답하였다. 셋째, 2015 개정 교육과정 활성화를 위해 학생부종합전형이 계속 유지되어야 하나 해당 전형의 공정성 확보가 선행되어야 함을 지적하였다. 마지막으로 연구 결과를 토대로 대입 전형 개선을 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

최근 기업에서는 SLA를 도입하여 IT 서비스를 수행하고 있다. 하지만 SLA 평가 지표의 선정과 개선에 대한 객관적인 기준이 없기 때문에 IT 서비스의 발전 방안을 제시하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 IT 성숙도 모델에서 사용된 평가 속성을 기반으로 하여 SLA 평가 지표의 선정과 개선을 위한 기준에 맞는 측정 지표를 도출하고 이를 제안한다. 제안한 측정 지표의 적용 가능성을 검증하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 D사에 기반을 둔 사례 연구를 수행하였다. D사의 현황에 맞는 측정 지표를 적용 및 평가 하여 개선 목표선을 지정하고, 개선 목표선 이하의 점수를 가진 측정 지표에 대한 개선 지침을 제시하여 각 측정 지표에 대한 SLA 평가 지표를 도출한다. 도출된 SLA 평가 지표를 D사의 사례에 1년 간 적용하여 지표 선정 및 개선의 방법이 유용함을 입증하였다.

Waterproofing materials and construction methods have been developed and applied to various construction sites since the past. However, there many cases where the waterproofing performance is not satisfactory, leading to continuous water leakage. It has been observed that a key reason for this is because waterproofing method and material selection is not optimized in terms of the appropriate application area and environmental degradation factors. This paper proposes that future selection of waterproofing methods should consider the following evaluation criteria; 1) waterproof performance evaluation according to site conditions, 2) evaluation of construction method, 3) manufacturing and maintenance of waterproofing systems.

이 논문은 특징 선택에 사용되는 개미 군락 최적화의 수렴 특성을 개선하기 위해 선택적 평가라는 새로운 기법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 불필요하거나 가능성이 덜한 후보 해를 배제함으로써 계산량을 줄인다. 이 방법은, 그런 해를 찾아내는데 사용할 수 있는 페로몬 정보 때문에 구현이 가능하다. 문제 크기에 따른 알고리즘의 적용가능성을 판단할 목적으로, 특징 선택에 사용되는 세 가지 알고리즘인 탐욕 알고리즘, 유전 알고리즘, 그리고 개미 군락 최적화의 계산 시간을 분석한다. 엄밀한 분석을 위해 원자 연산이라는 개념을 사용한다. 실험 결과는 선택적 평가를 채택한 개미 군락 최적화가 계산 시간과 인식 성능 모두에서 우수함을 보여준다.

이 글은 전자잡지의 선정, 예산, 정책결정, 장서평가, 보존 등 전자잡지에 관한 장서관리문제를 소개 분석하고 있다. 전자잡지와 관련한 직원과 예산이 주제별 접근방식이나 형태별 접근방식에 따라, 또는 이 두 접근방식을 병행하여 조직될 수 있다고 주장하고 있다. 전자잡지는 인쇄형태 잡지와 마찬가지로 자료식별, 평가, 선정이라는 3단계과정을 거쳐 선정된다. 전자잡지는 인쇄형태잡지에 적용되는 전통적 기준뿐만 아니라 또 다른 기준이 추가로 적용된다. 이 글은 전자잡지의 구독취소와 제적을 언급하고 있지 않지만, 그 중요성은 증가할 것이다. 잡지의 소유권보다는 이용가능성과 접근가능성에 중점을 둔 새로운 이용자위주 평가 방법기법에 대한 요구가 일고 있다.
